A systematic review and meta-analysis of brain hyperscanning research suggests that interbrain synchrony (IBS) can be used as an objective measure of teamwork. The study found that factors like familiarity and stress levels among team members facilitate IBS. It also showed that IBS is correlated with teamwork behaviors and affective states, and predicts team performance to some extent. While there are limitations to the technology used, the researchers concluded that brain hyperscanning is a promising tool for studying teamwork. Additionally, a collection of articles explores topics related to physical activity and exercise, including factors influencing physical activity in adults with overweight or obesity, the impact of mindfulness-based activities during high-intensity interval training, negative messages directed at athletes on social media, the effects of fitness center closures on physical activity in older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impact of fitfluencer captions on body image and exercise intentions in adolescents. These articles provide valuable insights and emphasize the need for further research and support in promoting physical activity and well-being. [Extracted from the article]
