Function approximation has gained significant attention in reinforcement learning research as it effectively addresses problems with large-scale, continuous state, and action space.Although the function approximation algorithm based on gradient descent method is one of the most widely used methods in reinforcement learning, it requires careful tuning of the step size parameter as an inappropriate value can lead to slow convergence, unstable convergence, or even divergence.To address these issues, an improvement was made around the temporal-difference (TD) algorithm based on function approximation.The weight update method was enhanced using both the least squares method and gradient descent, resulting in the proposed weights gradient descent (WGD) method.The least squares were used to calculate the weights, combining the ideas of TD and gradient descent to find the error between the weights.And this error was used to directly update the weights.By this method, the weights were updated in a new manner, effectively reducing the consumption of computing resources by the algorithm enhancing other gradient descent-based function approximation algorithms.The WGD method is widely applicable in various gradient descent-based reinforcement learning algorithms.The results show that WGD method can adjust parameters within a wider space, effectively reducing the possibility of algorithm divergence.Additionally, it achieves better performance while improving the convergence speed of the algorithm.

Purpose: Red blood cell distribution width to albumin ratio (RAR) is a novel inflammatory biomarker that independently predicts adverse cardiovascular events and acute kidney injury. This study aimed to assess the predictive value of RAR for cardio-renal syndrome type I (CRS-I) risk in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Patients and methods: This study retrospectively enrolled 551 patients who were definitively diagnosed as AMI between October 2021 and October 2022 at the Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University. Participants were divided into two and four groups based on the occurrence of CRS-I and the quartiles of RAR, respectively. Demographic data, laboratory findings, coronary angiography data, and drug utilization were compared among the groups. Logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis were performed to identify independent risk factors for CRS-I and evaluated the predictive value of RAR for CRS-I. Results: Among the cohort of 551 patients, 103 (18.7%) developed CRS-I. Patients with CRS-I exhibited significantly elevated RAR levels compared to those without the condition, and the incidence of CRS-I correlated with escalating RAR. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses identified RAR as an independent risk factor for CRS-I. ROC curves analysis demonstrated that RAR alone predicted CRS-I with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.683 (95% CI=0.642– 0.741), which was superior to the traditional inflammatory marker C-reactive protein (CRP). Adding the variable RAR to the model for predicting the risk of CRS-I further improved the predictive value of the model from 0.808 (95% CI=0.781– 0.834) to 0.825 (95% CI=0.799– 0.850). Conclusion: RAR is an independent risk factor for CRS-I, and high levels of RAR are associated with an increased incidence of CRS-I in patients with AMI. Cadmium (Cd) is a common environmental pollutant that accumulates mainly in the kidneys and thus endangers the physiological health of aquatic animals. Selenium (Se) is a natural antidote to heavy metals that antagonises heavy metal toxicity and enhances the antioxidant capacity of organisms. Lactobacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) can reduce the toxicity of heavy metals through adsorption, reduction and metabolism. Studies have confirmed that the biological synthesis of Se nanoparticles (Bio-SeNPs) using bacterial microorganisms is simple, safe and less toxic than the synthesis of inorganic and organic Se, but the effect on Cd-induced immunosuppression is un-known. One hundred and eighty Bulatmai barbel (Luciobarbus capito: L. capito) plants were randomly divided into control (C), Cd and Cd + Se-enriched L. plantarum groups (S1L1-Cd) and fed for 28 days. The analysis methods included histopathology, test kits, transcriptomics and real-time quantitative PCR. The addition of selenium-enriched L. plantarum significantly attenuated cadmium-induced pathological changes such as glomerular atrophy, detachment of renal tubular epithelial cells, mild swelling, and interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration. Cd stress can lead to significant decreases in RBC, HCT, WBC, LZM, C3, and IgM levels, and the addition of Se-enriched L. plantarum can significantly reverse the changes in these indicators. Transcriptomic analysis revealed 488 DEGs in the Cd groups, 301 of which were upregulated and 187 of which were downregulated. There were 1474 DEGs in the S1L1-Cd group, of which 720 were upregulated and 754 were downregulated. In addition, GO enrichment analysis revealed that the biological regulation of the most differentially expressed genes involved metal ion binding, ATP binding and nucleotide inclusion. KEGG enrichment analysis revealed six of the most enriched pathways: oxidative phosphorylation, Huntington disease, retrograde endocannabinoid signalling, natural killer cell-mediated cyto-toxicity, the IL-17 signalling pathway, and leukocyte transient migration. Moreover, we selected 12 DEGs for qRT-PCR, which showed that the qRT-PCR results were consistent with our RNA-Seq results. As an emerging technology to convert environmental high‐entropy energy into electrical energy, triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) has great demands for further enhancing the service lifetime and output performance in practical applications. Here, an ultra‐robust and high‐performance rotational triboelectric nanogenerator (R‐TENG) by bearing charge pumping is proposed. The R‐TENG composes of a pumping TENG (P‐TENG), an output TENG (O‐TENG), a voltage‐multiplying circuit (VMC), and a buffer capacitor. The P‐TENG is designed with freestanding mode based on a rolling ball bearing, which can also act as the rotating mechanical energy harvester. The output low charge from the P‐TENG is accumulated and pumped to the non‐contact O‐TENG, which can simultaneously realize ultralow mechanical wear and high output performance. The matched instantaneous power of R‐TENG is increased by 32 times under 300 r/min. Furthermore, the transferring charge of R‐TENG can remain 95% during 15 days (6.4 × 106 cycles) continuous operation. This work presents a realizable method to further enhance the durability of TENG, which would facilitate the practical applications of high‐performance TENG in harvesting distributed ambient micro mechanical energy. Astronauts exhibit neurological dysfunction during long-duration spaceflight, and the specific mechanisms may be closely related to the cumulative effects of these neurological injuries in the space radiation environment. Here, we investigated the interaction between astrocytes and neuronal cells exposed to simulated space radiation. we selected human astrocytes (U87 MG) and neuronal cells (SH-SY5Y) to establish an experimental model to explore the interaction between astrocytes and neuronal cells in the CNS under simulated space radiation environment and the role of exosomes in the interactions. We found that γ-ray caused oxidative and inflammatory damage in human U87 MG and SH-SY5Y. The results of the conditioned medium transfer experiments showed that astrocytes exhibited a protective effect on neuronal cells, and neuronal cells influenced the activation of astrocytes in oxidative and inflammatory injury of CNS. We demonstrated that the number and size distribution of exosomes derived from U87 MG and SH-SY5Y cells were changed in response to H2O2, TNF-α or γ-ray treatment. Furthermore, we found that exosome derived from treated nerve cells influenced the cell viability and gene expression of untreated nerve cells, and the effect of exosomes was partly consistent with that of the conditioned medium. Our findings demonstrated that astrocytes showed a protective effect on neuronal cells, and neuronal cells influenced the activation of astrocytes in oxidative and inflammatory damage of CNS induced by simulated space radiation. With the advancement of internet of things and wireless sensing technology, the need for personnel track and position monitoring are greatly increasing. Commercial global positioning system (GPS) and Global system for mobile communications (GSM) position methods cannot meet the demand for low power consumption and three‐dimensional indoor position monitoring. Herein, a self‐powered position monitoring system (SPMS) based on an insole‐type wearable triboelectric nanogenerator (IW‐TENG) and Bluetooth beacon for human kinetic energy harvesting and sustainable position monitoring is proposed. The SPMS consists of an insole‐type wearable triboelectric nanogenerator, an energy management module (EMM), and a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacon module. Benefitting from the multilayers structure, a maximum energy of 120 µJ per step can be harvested by the IW‐TENG with EMM for a typical adult. By every 3–4 steps, SPMS can transmit Bluetooth signals to obtain the location information. A single BLE signal transmission consumes only 136 µJ, and the transmission distance can reach 100 m. Climate change brings great uncertainty to the sustainable livelihood of farmers. Soil and water conservation measures are the key measures to adapt to climate change, and studying their effects is of great significance to formulating and adjusting future work. Based on the analysis framework of sustainable livelihood, this study constructed a path model to analyze the influence path among soil and water conservation, farmers' livelihood and well-being from the perspective of model integration and discussed the mechanism of the effect of soil and water conservation well-being. The results show that (1) soil and water conservation has a significant effect on both the livelihood and well-being of farmer households. Soil and water conservation has a positive effect on farmer households' livelihood capital, and farmers who participated in soil and water conservation prefer to engage in agricultural activities, with a cumulative effect of livelihood capital and livelihood strategies dependence. However, the direct effect of soil and water well-being is not significant, but only in terms of farmers' security and health. (2) Through the "livelihood capital accumulation mechanism", "livelihood strategies dependence mechanism" and "livelihood chain mechanism", soil and water conservation affects the basic material needs, safety and health, freedom of choice and movement of farmers' well-being. (3) In order to further promote soil and water conservation measures, relevant policy makers can indirectly enhance the soil and water conservation well-being effect by optimizing the livelihood portfolio of farmers, thus attracting the extensive participation of farmers. Background: Triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index is a reliable and specific biomarker for insulin resistance and is associated with renal dysfunction. The present study sought to explore the relationship between TyG index and the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) in non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) patients implanted with drug-eluting stents (DESs). Methods: A total of 1108 participants were recruited to the study and assigned to two groups based on occurrence of CIN. TyG index was calculated as ln [fasting triglycerides (mg/dL) × fasting blood glucose (mg/dL)/2]. Baseline characteristics and incidence of CIN were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the relationship between TyG index and CIN. Results: The results showed that 167 participants (15.1%) developed CIN. Subjects in the CIN group had a significantly higher TyG index compared with subjects in the non-CIN group (8.9 ± 0.7 vs. 9.3 ± 0.7, P<0.001). TyG index was significantly correlated with increased risk of CIN after adjusting for confounding factors irrespective of diabetes mellitus status and exhibited a J-shaped non-linear association. Subgroup analysis showed a significant gender difference in the relationship between TyG index and CIN. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis indicated that the risk assessment performance of TyG index was superior compared with other single metabolic indexes. Addition of TyG index to the baseline model increased the area under the curve from 0.713 (0.672-0.754) to 0.742 (0.702-0.782) and caused a reclassification improvement of 0.120 (0.092-0.149). Conclusion: The findings from the present study show that a high TyG index is significantly and independently associated with incidence of CIN in NSTE-ACS patients firstly implanted with DESs. We explored the effect of admission hyperglycemia (AH) on the Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) risk score and major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular event (MACCE) incidence during 1-year follow-up in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. In this retrospective observational study enrolling 1098 AMI patients, hyperglycemia was defined as blood glucose level ≥180 mg/dl at admission. Overall, 158 and 84 patients of 272 diabetic and 826 non-diabetic patients were diagnosed with AH, respectively. Glucose levels at admission were closely associated with the GRACE score in patients with/without diabetes. MACCEs occurred in 222 patients; patients with AH showed significantly higher MACCE incidence (28.1%). Multivariate Cox logistic regression analysis indicated that AH was an independent risk factor for 1-year MACCEs. Subgroup analysis demonstrated that hyperglycemia increases MACCE risk in non-diabetic patients but not in diabetic patients. The admission glucose level combined with GRACE risk score showed a certain predictive value for MACCE incidence according to ROC analysis (OR = 0.798, p <.001). AH was strongly associated with a higher GRACE risk score in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients. Background and Objectives: Triglyceride-glucose (TyG) is an emerging vital indicator of insulin resistance and is associated with increased risk of T2DM and cardiovascular events. We aimed to explore the TyG index and contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CI-AKI) in patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent coronary angiology. Methods: This study enrolled 928 patients with suspected coronary artery disease who underwent coronary angiology or percutaneous coronary intervention in Zhongda hospital. Patient data were divided into quartiles according to the TyG index: group 1: TyG ≤ 8.62; group 2: 8.629.45. CI-AKI was diagnosed according to the KIDIGO criteria. Demographic data, hematological parameters, coronary angiology data, and medications were all recorded. We calculated the TyG index using the following formula: ln [fasting TG (mg/dL)×FPG (mg/dL)/2]. Results: Patients who developed CI-AKI exhibited significantly higher TyG index levels compared to patients who did not develop CI-AKI. The incidence of CI-AKI sharply increased with increasing TyG. Univariate and multivariate analysis identified TyG as an independent risk factor for CI-AKI. The AUC of the ROC curve was as high as 0.728 when the value of TyG was 8.88. The corresponding sensitivity was as high as 94.9%. Adding the variable TyG to the model for predicting CI-AKI risk further increased the predictive value of the model from 80.4% to 82%. Conclusions: High TyG is closely associated with increased incidence of CI-AKI, demonstrating that TyG is an independent risk factor for CI-AKI. Previous studies showed that fibrinogen-to-albumin ratio (FAR) regarded as a novel inflammatory and thrombotic biomarker was the risk factor for coronary artery disease (CAD). In this study, we sought to evaluate the relationship between FAR and severity of CAD, long-term prognosis in non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) patients firstly implanted with drug-eluting stent (DES). A total of 1138 consecutive NSTE-ACS patients firstly implanted with DES from January 2017 to December 2018 were recruited in this study. Patients were divided into tertiles according to FAR levels (Group 1: ≤8.715%; Group 2: 8.715%~10.481%; and Group 3: >10.481%). The severity of CAD was evaluated using the Gensini Score (GS). The endpoints were major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), including all-cause mortality, myocardial reinfarction, and target vessel revascularization (TVR). Positive correlation was detected by Spearman's rank correlation coefficient analysis between FAR and GS (r = 0.170 , P < 0.001). On multivariate logistic analysis, FAR was an independent predictor of severe CAD (OR: 1.060; 95% CI: 1.005~1.118; P < 0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that FAR was an independent prognostic factor for MACE at 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year after DES implantation (HR: 1.095; 95% CI: 1.011~1.186; P = 0.025. HR: 1.076; 95% CI: 1.009~1.147; P = 0.026. HR: 1.080; 95% CI: 1.022~1.141; P = 0.006). Furthermore, adding FAR to the model of established risk factors, the C-statistic increased from 0.706 to 0.720, 0.650 to 0.668, and 0.611 to 0.632, respectively. And the models had incremental prognostic value for MACE, especially for 1-year MACE (NRI: 13.6% improvement, P = 0.044 ; IDI: 0.6% improvement, P = 0.042). Objective. To examine the relationship between admission random blood glucose (RBG), fasting blood glucose (FBG), and Gensini score in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) to clarify the effects of RBG and FBG on the severity of coronary artery disease. Method. A total of 958 consecutive AMI patients who underwent emergency coronary angiography at the Cardiology Department of Zhongda Hospital (affiliated with Southeast University) were enrolled in this study from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2018. The Gensini score of each patient was calculated according to the results of coronary angiography. The RBG, FBG, baseline data, hematological indexes, echocardiography parameters, coronary angiography data, and the use of intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) were recorded. Patients with an RBG level >11.1 mmol/L were classified into the stress hyperglycemia group, and those with an FBG level >7.0 mmol/L were classified into the elevated FBG group. The Gensini scores in the stress hyperglycemia and elevated FBG groups were compared to those in the control group, and correlations between the RBG and FBG levels and the Gensini scores of AMI patients were evaluated. Independent risk factors for the Gensini score were analyzed by multiple linear and multiple logistic regression analyses. Results. The Gensini scores of the stress hyperglycemia group and the elevated FBG group were higher than those of the control group. RBG and FBG were positively correlated with the Gensini score, and there were significant differences between RBG and FBG in different Gensini score groups. After adjusting for confounding factors, multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex, diabetes, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), and FBG were independent risk factors for the Gensini score. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age and FBG were independent risk factors in group 2 compared to group 1, eGFR and FBG were independent risk factors in group 3, and eGFR and FBG were independent risk factors in group 4. Diabetes and RBG were not independent risk factors for the Gensini score. Conclusion. The Gensini scores of patients in the stress hyperglycemia group and the elevated FBG group were significantly higher than those in the control group. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent internal chemical RNA modification in mammal mRNAs. Accumulating evidence has shown the critical role of m6A in cardiovascular diseases including cardiac hypertrophy, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, vascular calcification, restenosis, and aortic aneurysm. However, whether m6A participates in the occurrence and development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) remains largely unknown. The present study aims to explore the role of key transferase METTL3, in the development of HPH. Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) and hypoxic rat models were used to research the METTL3-mediated m6A in HPH. EdU, transwell and TUNEL were performed to evaluate the proliferation, migration and apoptosis rates. m6A RNA Methylation Quantification Kit and m6A-qPCR were utilized to measure the total m6A level and m6A level of PTEN mRNA. RNA immunoprecipitation was used to detect the interaction between METTL3 and PTEN mRNA. Both METTL3 mRNA and protein were found abnormally upregulated in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, downregulation of METTL3 attenuated PASMCs proliferation and migration. In addition, m6A binding protein YTHDF2 was found significantly increased in PASMCs under hypoxia. YTHDF2 recognized METTL3 mediated m6A modified PTEN mRNA and promoted the degradation of PTEN. Decreased PTEN led to over-proliferation of PASMCs through activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. METTL3/YTHDF2/PTEN axis exerts a significant role in hypoxia induced PASMCs proliferation, providing a novel therapeutic target for HPH. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a life-threatening cardiopulmonary condition caused by several pathogenic factors. All types of PH are characterized by the excessive proliferation of pulmonary artery endothelial cells and pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells, apoptosis resistance, pulmonary vascular remodeling, sustained elevated pulmonary arterial pressure, right heart failure and even death. Over the past decade, next generation sequencing, particularly RNA-sequencing, has identified some long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) that may act as regulators of cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis. Studies have shown that lncRNAs are closely associated with the development of several diseases, including cardiovascular diseases. In addition, a number of studies have reported that lncRNAs, including maternally expressed gene 3, metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1, taurine upregulated 1 and cancer susceptibility candidate 2, serve important roles in the pathogenesis of PH. Despite the development of novel drug treatments, the mortality rate of PH remains high with no evident downward trend. Therefore, certain lncRNAs may be considered as therapeutic targets for the treatment of incurable PH. We report the inclusion of cyclolipopeptides (CL) from Bacillus subtilis in the production of an easily removed alginate coating for the preservation of vulnerable berries. The sodium alginate-CL (SA-CL) coating films exhibited potent antifungal and freshness-maintaining properties during the storage of blueberries, the 3% CL-added film decreased total fungal count to 2.5 × 103 cfu/g at the end of the storage. The SA-CL films had poor mechanical properties (i.e., tensile strength and elongation at break), low water vapor permeability and high water solubility. The addition of CL (3%) decreased the tensile strength and elongation at break of the SA-CL film to 0.37 mPa and 2.57%, respectively, and increased the water solubility to 28.92%. But the water vapor permeability of the 3% film was lowered to 398.10 g/m2/day. These results implied the film was suitable for the coating of vulnerable berries. Further research revealed that ionic and hydrogen bonding interactions between CL and alginate stabilized the network of the coating film while the fatty acid moiety weakened the strength and crystallinity and restricted the water transfer of the coating film. Background: Compared with intravascular ultrasound guidance, there is limited evidence for optical coherence tomography (OCT) guidance during primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients., Aims: We investigated the role of OCT in guiding a reperfusion strategy and improving the long-term prognosis of STEMI patients., Methods: All patients who were diagnosed with STEMI and who underwent pPCI between January 2017 and December 2020 were enrolled and divided into OCT-guided versus angiography-guided cohorts. They had routine follow-up for up to 5 years or until the time of the last known contact. All-cause death and cardiovascular death were designated as the primary and secondary endpoints, respectively., Results: A total of 3,897 patients were enrolled: 2,696 (69.2%) with OCT guidance and 1,201 (30.8%) with angiographic guidance. Patients in the OCT-guided cohort were less often treated with stenting during pPCI (62.6% vs 80.2%; p<0.001). The 5-year cumulative rates of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in the OCT-guided cohort were 10.4% and 8.0%, respectively, significantly lower than in the angiography-guided cohort (19.0% and 14.1%; both log-rank p<0.001). All 4 multivariate models showed that OCT guidance could significantly reduce 5-year all-cause mortality (hazard ratio [HR] in model 4: 0.689, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.551-0.862) and cardiovascular mortality (HR in model 4: 0.692, 95% CI: 0.536-0.895). After propensity score matching, the benefits of OCT guidance were consistent in terms of all-cause mortality (HR: 0.707, 95% CI: 0.548-0.913) and cardiovascular mortality (HR: 0.709, 95% CI: 0.526-0.955)., Conclusions: Compared with angiography alone, OCT guidance may change reperfusion strategies and lead to better long-term survival in STEMI patients undergoing pPCI. Findings in the current observational study should be further corroborated in randomised trials.

Background: Microvascular reperfusion following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is associated with the prognosis of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). We investigated how plaque characteristics detected by optical coherence tomography (OCT) in STEMI patients affect the status of the microcirculation during PCI.Methods and Results: This retrospective, single-center study was a post hoc analysis basedon the multicenter SALVAGE randomized control trial (NCT03581513) that enrolled 629 STEMI patients, and finally we enrolled 235 patients who underwent PCI and pre-intervention OCT. Microvascular perfusion was evaluated using the Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) myocardial perfusion frame count (TMPFC). Patients were divided into 3 groups based on the change in TMPFC from before to after PCI: improving TMPFC (n=11; 4.7%), stable TMPFC (n=182; 77.4%), and worsening TMPFC group (n=42; 17.9%). The proportion of patients with a microcirculation dysfunction before reperfusion was 11.9%, which increased significantly by (P=0.079) 8.5% to 20.4% after reperfusion. Compared with plaque characteristics in the stable and worsening TMPFC groups, the improving TMPFC group had fewer thrombi (90.7% and 90.5% vs. 89.4%, respectively; P=0.018), a lower proportion of plaque rupture (66.5% and 66.3% vs. 54.5%, respectively; P=0.029), and a lower proportion of lipid-rich plaques (89.6% and 88.1% vs. 63.6%, respectively; P=0.036)., Conclusions: PCI may not always achieve complete myocardial reperfusion. Thrombi, plaque rupture, and lipid-rich plaques detected by OCT can indicate microcirculation dysfunction during the reperfusion period.

Developing self-powered smart wireless sensor networks by harvesting industrial environmental weak vibration energy remains a challenge and an impending need for enabling the widespread rollout of the industrial internet of things (IIoT). This work reports a self-powered wireless temperature and vibration monitoring system (WTVMS) based on a vibrational triboelectric nanogenerator (V-TENG) and a piezoelectric nanogenerator (PENG) for weak vibration energy collection and information sensing. Therein, the V-TENG can scavenge weak vibration energy down to 80 μm to power the system through a power management module, while the PENG is able to supply the frequency signal to the system by a comparison circuit. In an industrial vibration environment where the vibration frequency and amplitude are 20 Hz and 100 μm, respectively, the WTVMS can upload temperature and frequency information on the equipment to the cloud in combination with the narrowband IoT technology to realize real-time information monitoring. Furthermore, the WTVMS can work continuously for more than 2 months, during which the V-TENG can operate up to 100 million cycles, achieving ultrahigh stability and durability. By integrating weak vibration energy harvesting and active sensing technology, the WTVMS can be used for real-time online monitoring and early fault diagnosis of vibration equipment, which has great application prospects in industrial production, machinery manufacturing, traffic transportation, and intelligent IIoT.

Plaque erosion is one of the most common underlying mechanisms for acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Optical coherence tomography (OCT) allows in vivo diagnosis of plaque erosion. However, challenge remains due to high inter- and intra-observer variability. We developed an artificial intelligence method based on deep learning for fully automated detection of plaque erosion in vivo , which achieved a recall of 0.800 ± 0.175, a precision of 0.734 ± 0.254, and an area under the precision-recall curve (AUC) of 0.707.
