Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) show high potential for new‐generation light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) due to their outstanding optoelectronic properties. Even though the red PQD‐LEDs can be realized through mixing halide in the PQDs to tune their spectroscopies, the PQDs may suffer from phase separation under a high electric field, predominantly affecting LED applications. Herein, a ligand‐pinning‐assisted approach is reported to tune the spectroscopies of CsPbI3 PQDs, in which vinyl phosphonic acid (VPA) is applied as function ligands to regulate the nucleation and growth of PQDs during the synthesis. Systematically experimental studies and theoretical calculations are conducted to comprehensively understand the functions of the VPA ligands during the PQD synthesis, which reveals that the VPA ligands with high binding energy with Pb2+ cations could firmly anchor on the surface matrix of PQDs without desorption, regulating the growth of PQDs and thus resulting in tunable spectroscopies being realized. Meanwhile, VPA could also renovate the defective surface matrix of PQDs, substantially diminishing trap‐induced nonradiative recombination. Consequently, red PQD‐LEDs deliver a high external quantum efficiency of 22.83%, which is significantly improved compared with the control devices. To reveal the influence of surface morphology characteristics in mixed lubrication on the contact characteristics of the rolling interface, a random three-dimensional rough surface model based on Gaussian distribution theory was established. The model utilizes the finite element method (FEM) to simulate the regular contact and tangential sliding behavior of micro-asperities at the rolling interface in mixed lubrication conditions. The connection bearing capacity of models with varied roughness in mixed lubrication was studied. Furthermore, the effect of various sliding and normal indentation amounts on the normal and friction stress was investigated. The simulation result reveals that the roughness of the surface influences the distribution of the lubricating oil film. The lubricating oil layer between the interfaces with a lower roughness has a higher bearing capacity due to its more uniform distribution of peaks and valleys. An increase in the normal indentation amount raises the friction stress and normal stress. In contrast, an increase in sliding lowers the normal pressure, substantially impacting the fluctuation of the friction coefficient dramatically. Anti-PD-L1 therapy exhibits durable efficacy, but only in a small fraction of cancer patients. The immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) is a crucial obstacle that impedes cancer immunotherapy. Here, we found that anti-PD-L1 therapy coupled with CD4+ T cell depletion induced colorectal tumor regression and vascular normalization, while monotherapy only retarded tumor growth without affecting the tumor vasculature. Moreover, simultaneous PD-L1 blockade and CD4+ T cell depletion eradicated intratumoral PD-L1+ lymphoid and myeloid cell populations, while additively elevating the proportions of CD44+CD69+CD8+, central memory CD44+CD62L+CD8+, and effector memory CD44+CD62L-CD8+ T cells, suggesting a reduction in immunosuppressive cell populations and the activation of CD8+ T cells in the TME. Moreover, anti-PD-L1 therapy reduced the proportions of intratumoral PD-L1+ immune cells and suppressed tumor growth in a CD8+ T cell dependent manner. Together, these results suggest that anti-PD-L1 therapy induces tumor vascular normalization and colorectal tumor regression via CD8+ T cells, which is antagonized by CD4+ T cells. Our findings unveil the positive correlation of tumor regression and vascular normalization in colorectal tumor models upon anti-PD-L1 therapy, providing a potential new strategy to improve its efficacy. Objective: Although radiotherapy (RT) has been widely used in cancer treatment, it provides limited benefits in patients with metastatic cancers due to rare abscopal antitumor effects. Recent progress in cancer immunotherapy provides a potential new strategy to boost the abscopal antitumor effects of RT. Methods: We fused interleukin 10 (IL10) dimer onto the anti‐epidermal growth factor receptor antibody cetuximab (Erbitux) to form a new bispecific protein Erb‐(IL10)2. The antitumor effect and biological activity of Erb‐(IL10)2 were measured in the B16‐EGFR‐OVA tumor model. In vivo cell depletion and flow cytometry analyses were used to assess the mechanism of antitumor effects. Results: Erb‐(IL10)2 treatment alone showed modest tumor growth inhibition, while local single dose RT (10 Gy) retarded irradiated tumor growth without affecting the growth of nonirradiated tumors. Notably, the combination therapy of RT and Erb‐(IL10)2 not only additively inhibited irradiated tumor growth but also induced abscopal antitumor responses. In vivo depletion of CD8+ T cells abrogated the combinational antitumor effects, while blocking lymphocyte trafficking through FTY720 treatment abolished the abscopal antitumor responses without affecting the antitumor effects on the irradiated tumor sites. Conclusion: This study provides evidence for the radiosensitive role of Erb‐(IL10)2 in the B16‐EGFR‐OVA tumor model.
