Objective: to map nurses' skills for nursing teleconsultation in Primary Health Care., Method: this is a scoping review guided by the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewer's Manual, carried out in seven databases and repositories of theses and dissertations. The selection of studies was carried out in Rayyan by two independent, blind reviewers. Data analysis was carried out descriptively., Results: 23 studies were selected, which showed that the skills necessary for nursing teleconsultation in primary care were: communication, clinical, technological and ethical. The lack of digital infrastructure was identified as one of the main barriers to the implementation of teleconsultation. The lack of access to information and communications technology and/or the internet, the severity of the clinical condition and the patient's non-adherence to the remote consultation were also identified., Conclusion: nursing teleconsultation in primary care is an emerging way of providing health care. However, for its implementation it is necessary to train nurses in the following skills: communication, clinical, technological, ethical and those related to the infrastructure of the teleconsultation environment.

Objectives: to build and validate an educational booklet to promote the involvement of parents in labor and birth., Methods: methodological study developed in five stages: situational diagnosis; bibliographic survey; construction of illustrations, layout, design and texts; content and appearance validation by judges (25 experts) and calculation of the Flesch Readability Index; and validation with the target audience (12 parents). A minimum Content Validity Index of 0.80 was considered., Results: the booklet was entitled "Father Presence" and was developed in 11 topics. In Content and Appearance Validation, the Validity Index obtained an overall score of 0.97. Cronbach's alpha was 0.92, indicating excellent reliability of its content. A global score of 74% for readability was obtained, considered easy to understand., Conclusions: the material was successful in the validation process, and it can be recommended for parents to use it during the prenatal period, promoting the inclusion of the partner and preparing them for labor and birth.

Objective: to build and validate an educational booklet for bathing and hygiene of elders at home., Methods: a methodological study, developed through data collection in literature and situational diagnosis, booklet construction, material qualification through validation by expert judges (11 nurses) and target audience (30 caregivers). Data were analyzed descriptively. The minimum content validity index of 0.80 was considered., Results: in content and appearance validation, experts assigned Content Validity Index global of 0.92, while for assessment of the material's suitability, the booklet was classified as "superior", with an average of 90%. In the validation of caregivers, the overall Content Validity Index was 1.0., Conclusion: the booklet was successfully validated and can be considered in the context of health education and collaborate with an adequate and safe practice of bathing and hygiene of elders at home.

Objectives: To describe the profile of Brazilian older adults who use the Internet, the means of Internet access and the purpose of Internet use and to verify the existence of association between socio-demographic variables and variables related to Internet use., Method: Cross-sectional study with Brazilian older adults who used the social networks Facebook and WhatsApp. Descriptive, univariate, and bivariate analysis were conducted., Results: 384 older adults participated in the study, mostly women (52.08%), with a mean age of 64.6 years old and who used the Internet to address health concerns (65.36%). The main activities on the internet were reading, listening to music, playing games, watching videos and photos (37.30%). The main benefits pointed out were interaction (74.5%), learning (19.2%) and entertainment (19.25%). There were statistically significant differences between time spent online and the variables gender, age, and civil status., Conclusion: This study showed characteristics of older adults who use the Internet and revealed the possibility of using digital technologies to optimize health care for this population.

Objective: To evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of Family Health Strategy nurses regarding sexuality in old age., Method: Cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive, quantitative study with nurses of the Family Health Strategy of the city of Sobral-CE. The instruments used were a socio-demographic and professional questionnaire and the Aging Sexual Knowledge and Attitudes Scale, Brazilian version. Data were processed in GraphPad Prism 5®, and the significance level was set at p<0.05., Results: The participants were 56 nurses, most of them female, young adults, who reported they were able to provide orientations about sexuality. The mean score in the knowledge dimension was 29.95 (SD=2.21), in a range of 20 to 60; the mean score in the attitude dimension was 27.14 (SD=2.19), in a range of eight to 40. Participants who declared receiving permanent health education and conducting health education on sexuality presented a significantly favorable knowledge, but no statistically significant attitude., Conclusion: Nurses have adequate knowledge about sexuality in old age, but still present conservative attitudes. Investing in processes of continuing health education can improve the knowledge and practice of nurses.

Objective: To compare the knowledge, attitude and practice of older adults' caregivers before and after an educational intervention in the domains of the care between caregiver and older adult, feeding, bathing, hygiene and mobility and transportation., Method: Quasi-experimental study carried out with 82 caregivers, of which 34 participated in the intervention. Interviews were conducted through a knowledge, attitude and practice research on the older adults` care Results: The educational intervention led to improvements in knowledge, attitude and practice, with statistical significance of attitude (p <0.020) and practice (p <0.001), in the domain of the care between caregiver and older adult; knowledge (p <0.001) and practice (p <0.003) in feeding; Knowledge (p <0.001) and practice (p <0.001) in bathing and hygiene; and knowledge (p <0.001), attitude (p <0.001) and practice (p <0.001) in mobility and transportation. The analysis of the 34 caregivers who started and completed the study showed an improvement in attitude in most of the domains., Conclusion: the educational intervention is an effective and viable strategy for older adults' caregivers.
