Abstract Objective To compile a scale of Chinese college students’ perception of teachers’ differential behavior and to provide a reference for college students to establish correct life values, promote college students’ physical and mental health, and reduce teachers’ differential treatment. Methods Open-ended questionnaires and expert interviews were used to conduct interviews and correspondence with 58 college students, ten psychologists, and six psychologists to form an initial questionnaire. Then, the scale’s exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity test were conducted on 7053 college students from 18 universities in 6 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government). Results The Chinese college students’ perception of teachers’ differential behavior scale has two dimensions: teacher prejudice and preference. Each dimension includes three aspects: emotional feedback, behavior orientation, and opportunity privilege, and each aspect have a total of 4 items. The consistency test coefficients of each dimension and each factor of the prepared scale are all above 0.7, and the split-half reliability is above 0.6. Confirmatory factor analysis shows that the six-factor structural model fits well (χ 2/df = 4.287, RMSEA = 0.066, CFI = 0.950, TLI = 0.919). Using the generalized anxiety disorder scale and the patient health questionaire-9items as empirical criteria, each factor in the scale demonstrated significant correlations with both the GAD scale and the patient health questionaire-9items. Conclusions The Chinese college students’ perception of teachers’ differential behavior scale has a two-dimensional six-factor structure and has good reliability and validity. It can be used as an effective tool to measure Chinese college students’ perceived teacher differential behavior.

Abstract Reducing doctor-patient conflict is an important part of coordinating doctor-patient disputes and easing doctor-patient relationship, which is conducive to building a harmonious medical environment and promoting the healthy development of medical undertakings. This paper constructs a multi-decision-maker mixed conflict model based on rough set theory, puts forward the matrix operation expression of the conflict degree theory in the Pawlak model, and gives a more objective and scientific evaluation function. Combined with hot issues of doctor-patient conflict, the proposed multi-decision-maker mixed conflict model is applied to doctor-patient conflict, examines the doctor-patient relationship in the medical institution system from multiple internal perspectives, and calculates feasible solutions in the conflict system. The results show that high medical quality, high standardize medication, high institutional efficiency, high staff efficiency, high hospital benefits, high hospital revenue, medium employee development, medium equipment development, or high medical quality, high standardize medication, high institutional efficiency, medium staff efficiency, medium hospital benefits, high hospital revenue, high employee development, and high equipment development are important conditions for building a harmonious medical environment and reducing doctor-patient conflicts.

Abstract Background With the continuing impact of the aging population, medical-elderly care integrated institutions, as a way to bear the pressure of medical and elderly care, effectively ensure the quality of life of the elderly in their later years. Objectives To explore the preferences of medical-elderly care integrated institutions among Chinese middle-aged and older people and to provide a reference for establishing elderly-oriented development of medical-elderly care integrated institutions. Methods In this study, a discrete choice experiment (DCE) was used to investigate the preferences of people aged 45 years and older in medical-elderly care integrated institutions in China from October 20, 2022, to November 10, 2022. A mixed logit regression model was used to analyze the DCE data. Participants’ willingness to pay for each attribute was also calculated. Objective To investigate the correlation between ITPKB mutation's variant allele frequency (VAF) and prognosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Methods This study included 155 patients with DLBCL initially diagnosed in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2014 to December 2020. Paraffin-embedded tumor tissue specimens were obtained, and tumor tissue DNA was extracted. A total of 475 hotspot genes including ITPKB were detected by the next generation sequencing to analyze the relationship of the VAF of high-frequency mutant gene with progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Results The mutation frequency of ITPKB was 18.71%. The PFS was significantly shorter in the patients with ITPKB mutations than in those without mutations (37 months vs. 108 months; HR=1.643, 95%CI: 0.920-2.934, P=0.093). The R-language based web tool was used to find the best VAF cutoff to differentiate prognosis. The patients were divided into two groups (VAF High vs. VAF Low+Wt) according to their VAF values. The optimal VAF threshold for ITPKB was 27.48% (HR=3.480, 95%CI: 1.70-7.13, P=0.00027). Multivariate Cox analysis was conducted using clinical indicators such as age, gender, COO classification, IPI, and LDH, and the results showed that PFS was associated with high ITPKB VAF (≥28%) (HR=3.592, 95%CI: 1.738-7.425, P < 0.001) which was an independent adverse predictor of PFS. Conclusion The high load of ITPKB mutation is an independent risk factor for the PFS of patients with DLBCL, and the VAF of ITPKB mutation has a prognostic predictive value for patients with DLBCL.

Abstract Objective The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between family communication, family violence, problematic internet use, anxiety, and depression and validate their potential mediating role. Methods The study population consisted of Chinese adolescents aged 12 to 18 years, and a cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2022. Structural equation models were constructed using AMOS 25.0 software to examine the factors that influence adolescent anxiety and depression and the mediating effects of problematic internet use and family violence. 为了促进天然抗氧化剂的开发，以过氧化值为指标，以硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸、亚硒酸钠和老鹰茶黄酮（HTTF）为研究对象，采用Schaal烘箱法对比单独和复配使用对山茶油的抗氧化效果。结果表明：硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸和亚硒酸钠对山茶油均有抗氧化效果，且加入量越高，抗氧化效果越好；硒代蛋氨酸和亚硒酸钠与HTTF复配对山茶油的抗氧化效果均优于各单一组分，而甲基硒代半胱氨酸与HTTF复配对山茶油的抗氧化效果优于HTTF，但逊于甲基硒代半胱氨酸；硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸、亚硒酸钠和HTTF单独使用和复配使用对山茶油的抗氧化效果均弱于TBHQ。综上，不同的硒与HTTF复配对山茶油的抗氧化效果不同。 In order to promote the development of natural antioxidants, the peroxide value was used as an indicator, the antioxidant effects on oil-tea camellia seed oil of single selenium antioxidant (selenomethionine, methylselenocysteine, sodium selenite) and hawk tea total flavonoids (HTTF) and their combination were determined by Schaal oven method. The results showed that selenomethionine, methylselenocysteine and sodium selenite all had antioxidant effects on oil-tea camellia seed oil, and the higher the amount added, the better the antioxidant effect. The antioxidant effects of selenomethionine and sodium selenite in combination with HTTF on oil-tea camellia seed oil were better than those of the individual components, whereas the antioxidant effect of methylselenocysteine and HTTF in combination was better than that of HTTF but inferior to those of methylselenocysteine. The antioxidant effects of selenomethionine, methyl selenocysteine, sodium selenite and HTTF on oil-tea camellia seed oil were weaker than those of TBHQ when used alone or in combination. In conclusion, the antioxidant effects of different selenium combined with HTTF on oil-tea camellia seed oil are different.

Objective To investigate the effect of nicotine (NIC) on the expression of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) and its molecular mechanism. Methods Different concentrations of NIC (0, 5, 10 and 20 μmol/L) were used to treat HepG2 cells for 0, 24 or 48 h to observe the change of PCSK9, which is closely related to the metabolism of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Then the cells were grouped into control group (normal culture medium), NIC group (10 μmol/L for 24 h), NIC+inhibitor (MH) group (10 μmol/L NIC inhibitor, mecamylamine hydrochloride), NIC+Raf inhibitor (PLX) group (1 μmol/L Raf inhibitor, PLX4720), NIC+MEK inhibitor (PD) group (1 μmol/L MEK inhibitor, PD0325901), and NIC+ERK inhibitor (CC) group (1 μmol/L ERK inhibitor, CC-90003)(n=3). The cells from the latter 4 groups were pretreated with corresponding agents for 1 h followed by 10 μmol/L NIC co-culture for 24 h. CCK-8 assay, cell scratch test and oil red O staining were used to detect cell viability, migration and lipid deposition, respectively. Then network pharmacology was employed to screen the common targets and action pathways of LDL-C and NIC. Western blotting and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) were performed to measure the protein and mRNA levels of PCSK9 and Raf, MEK and ERK in MAPK pathway. The expression level of PCSK9 was directly detected by immunofluorescence staining and ELISA. Results As the concentration of NIC increased, viability of HepG2 cells was decreased continuously, with the decline more significant at 48 h than at 24 h. The migration ability and lipid deposition of HepG2 cells were increased in the NIC group than the CON group (P < 0.01), while were decreased in the MH group than the NIC group (P < 0.01). There are 257 intersection targets of LDL-C and NIC, and the core target of their protein-protein interaction (PPI) involves MAPK pathway. Biological process included "positive regulation of MAPK activity", and the enrichment fraction of "lipid and atherosclerosis" got the highest in pathway analysis. Compared with the CON group, the protein and mRNA levels of Raf, MEK and ERK were increased in the NIC group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), while those of related molecules were significantly reduced in the MH group than the NIC group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The protein and mRNA levels of PCSK9 were upregulated in the NIC group (P < 0.05), while those in the MH, PLX, PD and CC groups were decreased than the NIC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion NIC enhanced lipid deposition and migration ability and regulates the expression of PCSK9 through the Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway in HepG2 cells. And the up-regulation of PCSK9 may be an important cause of intracellular lipid deposition.

Nowadays, with the swift advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, its applications have become widespread across diverse fields. AI is no longer a mere abstract idea but has seamlessly integrated into our daily lives, bringing numerous conveniences through its myriad benefits. One such domain where AI has made significant inroads in college physical education and training. The integration of Intelligent Computer-Aided Instruction (ICAI) with computer-assisted teaching systems, AI-powered wearable devices, motion capture systems in sports training, and virtual demonstration technology for simulating athletic movements has greatly enhanced both the precision of physical education and the efficacy of physical training. AI continues to evolve rapidly, indicating vast potential for further development in its integration with physical education and training. This paper highlights the widespread adoption of AI in sports and delves into its specific applications within this domain. The findings reveal that the algorithm employed in this context excels in identifying sports movement features, outperforming the comparison algorithm by 27.65%. Moreover, it precisely pinpoints the edge contours of human movement. In comparison to traditional Support Vector Machines (SVM), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) exhibit clear advantages during the later stages of operation, reducing errors by 36.69%. The experimental results underscore the importance of comprehensive human body detection in ensuring stable and accurate sports action tracking.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of artificial intelligence (AI) cytology combined with DNA-image cytometry (DNA-ICM) auxiliary diagnostic system for the identification of benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites. Methods Liquid-based cytology technology (LCT), DNA-ICM, AI, and AI combined with DNA-ICM were used to identify benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites specimens in 360 cases, and their sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, Kappa value, Youden index and AUC were statistically analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of AI combined with DNA-ICM in detecting benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites were 95.23%, 94.12%, and 94.44%, respectively, which were higher than those of the three other separate detection methods (all P < 0.05). The kappa values of LCT, DNA-ICM, and AI were 0.646, 0.642, and 0.586; their Youden index values were 0.693, 0.687, and 0.676, and their AUC values were 0.846, 0.843, and 0.838, respectively. The Kappa value of AI combined with DNA-ICM was 0.869, the Youden index was 0.893, and AUC was 0.947, which were all higher than those of the three detection methods alone. Conclusion Among the three separate detection methods, LCT has the highest reliability, authenticity, and diagnostic value, and it can be used as a common method for the clinical identification of benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites. The diagnostic performance of AI combined with DNA-ICM auxiliary diagnosis system in identifying benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites is better than those of the three separate detection methods and can be used as a reliable method for the clinical identification of benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites.
