This paper combines the nine-factor model with the construction of university think tanks, establishes the strategic positioning of university think tanks, analyzes the methods and measures of cultivating leading talents and innovative talents in university think tanks and classifies the influence of university think tanks into decision-making influence, elite influence and popular influence. Based on the analysis of big data and concerning the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, the evaluation model of information service quality of university think tanks has been established. The evaluation indexes of the information platform of university think tanks are divided into four indexes: service resources, service content, webpage technology, and service effect. According to the constructed evaluation indexes, two-by-two comparisons are made between each index to obtain the score of the importance of each index. Based on fuzzy mathematics, the qualitative evaluation can be transformed into quantitative evaluation according to the principle of affiliation degree to arrive at the evaluation grade of the information platform capacity of university think tanks and innovative talents.

The rubber peptizer 2,2′-dibenzoylaminodiphenyl disulfide is typically synthesized from C7H5NS, NaOH, H2SO4, and H2O2, but these reactants were replaced with C6H4ClNO2, C2H6O, Na2S, S, and N2H4·H2O, and these raw materials effectively improved the synthesis yield, reduced the number of synthetic steps, and made the synthetic process greener. Although the catalyst is difficult to recover, it effectively avoids using ethanol as a volatile organic solvent. The Aspen Plus method was used to simulate the key processes in the synthesis in the experimental conditions as the boundary conditions. The simulation results show that the feed ratio of C7H5NS, H2O2, and C7H5ClO directly determines the yield of the reaction, and the equivalents of NaOH, H2SO4, and Na2CO3 indirectly affect the yield of the reaction by changing the reaction environment and controlling the formation of byproducts. The temperature of the ring-opening reaction and the acylation reaction should be maintained within 110–120°C to maximize the yield. The oxidation reaction temperature also directly affects the reaction yield and should be kept below 40°C. The simulation results are consistent with practical industrial production conditions. Based on the developed green synthesis process and the optimal process parameters obtained from the simulation, the industrial-scale production of 10,000 tons of 2,2′-di benzoyl amino diphenyl disulfide was carried out. Compared with that of o-nitrochlorobenzene, the yield of 2,2′-dibenzoylaminodiphenyl disulfide increased from approximately 72% to more than 90%. Using this method instead of the original synthesis method avoids the use of o-nitrochlorobenzene, which is neurotoxic; Raney nickel as the metal catalyst, which is difficult to recycle with existing environmental protection technologies; and ethanol as the organic solvent, which is associated with environmental problems. The amine tail gas that is easily generated in the original synthesis method is not generated in this system, and the drying step is eliminated.

The control of the starting process for turbofan engine is a difficult task, especially under high-altitude and low-temperature environment, where its characteristics are more complex and strongly nonlinear. In this paper, the working characteristics of the starting process were analyzed and the corresponding mathematical model was established first. In the starting process control problem, since the fuel supply act as the main control parameter, the model of the fuel regulator system was also built. Then, according to the control requirements and combined with models, an optimization expression for minimization of starting time with working and physical constraints was given. The genetic algorithm was utilized to solve the constrained optimization problem and the performance was compared with the classical one that is acquired from actual flight test data. Without exceeding the temperature bound, the starting time can be shortened by about 30%. Moreover, during the unloading process, the starting time in the plateau state and the highest exhaust temperature are reduced by 18.2% ~ 29.3% and 4.7% ~ 8.6%, respectively.

Mulberry leaves (Morus alba L.) are a traditional Chinese medicine for blood serum glucose reduction. This study evaluated the protective effects of mulberry flavonoids on sciatic nerve in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. In this study, 80 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups: A (control), B (diabetic treated with saline), C-D (diabetic treated with 0.3, 0.1 g/kg mulberry flavonoids once a day for 8 weeks) and E (diabetic treated with 0.3 mg/kg methycobal). The diabetic condition was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 200 mg/kg alloxan dissolved in saline. At the end of the experimental period, blood, and tissue samples were obtained for biochemical and histopathological investigation. Treatment with 0.3 g/kg mulberry flavonoids significantly inhibited the elevated serum glucose (P< 0.01). The increased myelin sheath area (P< 0.01), myelinated fiber cross-sectional area and extramedullary fiber number (P< 0.05) were also reduced in alloxan-induced rats treated with 0.3 g/kg mulberry flavonoids. 0.3 g/kg mulberry flavonoids also markedly decreased onion-bulb type myelin destruction and degenerative changes of mitochondria and Schwann cells. These findings demonstrate that mulberry flavonoids may improve the recovery of a severe peripheral nerve injury in alloxan-induced diabetic rats and is likely to be useful as a potential treatment on peripheral neuropathy (PN) in diabetic rats.

For overcoming the disadvantage of total variation for regularization, which easily produces stair effect, an improved weight energy functional regularization model and alternate algorithm is proposed. Because of non-smooth property of total variation semi-norm regularization model, it is impossible to solve primal model directly. For solving the problem, taking advantage of Fenchel transform, the primal model is converted into dual model, resorting to variable splitting technology, the alternating iterative algorithm is deduced. Moreover, the step length updating principle of primal-dual variable is given. Finally, using Camera image blurred by Gaussian noise, Telescope image blurred by system and Poisson noise for image restoration, simulations show the proposed can achieve smaller relative error, deviation error, higher peak of signal-to-noise ratio, and better visual effect.

For overcoming the shortcomings of total variation for image reconstruction, which easily smooth image texture, and produce lots of artificial edges, a non-smooth hybrid energy functional regularization model and iterative algorithm is proposed. Firstly, fitting term is described by L1 norm for blurred image by system and salt and pepper noise, regularization terms are described by fractional order bounded variation function semi-norm and L1 norm. Secondly, resorting to introduce auxiliary variables, the primal non-smooth energy functional regularization model without condition constraints is converted into energy functional regularization model with condition constraints, which is split into six easily computing sub-problems by the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Finally, alternating iterative six sub-problems, an improved image reconstruction algorithm is proposed. Numerical experiments show that the proposed model has advantages over several state-of-art approaches in terms of the reconstruction visual effect.

Developing carbon-based composites with ideal microstructure and component morphology is crucial for optimizing electromagnetic parameters and thus obtaining high-performance electromagnetic wave absorbers. However, there are currently significant challenges to the generalized design of precise assembly regulation strategies for different dimensional carbon-based structural materials and the in-depth understanding of the association model between assembly structures and attenuation mechanisms. In this study, two one-dimensional (1D) cobalt (Co)- containing metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) were employed as the initiating cores, and the epitaxial growth, solvent-assisted ligand exchange (SALE), and controlled pyrolysis strategies were ingeniously combined to innovatively construct 1D nanowires/rods assembled with zero-dimensional (0D) nanobubbles of nanowire/nanorod@bubble-C Co particles doped with carbon-based composites. Influenced by the variability of the aspect ratio of the overall 1D structure and the size and distribution of surface bubbles, different composites exhibit structurally differentiated dissipative response mechanisms and properties. Among them, nanowire@bubble-C exhibits significantly enhanced dielectric relaxation and magnetic loss, achieving strong absorption. Furthermore, nanorod@bubble-C has a balanced mechanism of conductive loss and dielectric relaxation, optimized structure matching and magnetic/dielectric synergy effect, and obtained excellent and effective absorption bandwidth. This study provides a useful reference for exploring the design of multidimensional assembled carbon-based materials and the effect of nanostructures on microwave absorption properties and mechanisms. Ferrites were prepared using the oxide method with strontium carbonate (SrCO3), zinc oxide (ZnO), cobalt trioxide (CO3O4), and iron oxide (Fe2O3) as raw materials. The effects of sintering temperature on the phase composition, microstructure, particle size and porosity, intrinsic coercivity Hcj, saturation magnetization Ms and electromagnetic parameters of W-type ferrite absorbent were studied. The results show that W-type ferrite is not formed when the sintering temperature is 1 125 °C. When the sintering temperature is 1 175 °C, lamellar W-type ferrite is formed. At 1 225 °C and 1 275 °C, the prepared W-type ferrite absorbent shows better absorbing properties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
