With the rapid development of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), network security issues have become increasingly severe, making intrusion detection one of the key technologies for ensuring IIoT security. However, existing intrusion detection systems face challenges such as incomplete data features, missing labels, parameter leakage, and high communication overhead. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a federated learning-based intrusion detection algorithm (NIDS-FGPA) that utilizes gradient similarity model aggregation. This algorithm leverages a federated learning architecture and combines it with Paillier homomorphic encryption technology to ensure the security of the training process. Additionally, the paper introduces the Gradient Similarity Model Aggregation (GSA) algorithm, which dynamically selects and weights updates from different models to reduce communication overhead. Finally, the paper designs a deep learning model based on two-dimensional convolutional neural networks and bidirectional gated recurrent units (2DCNN-BIGRU) to handle incomplete data features and missing labels in network traffic data. Experimental validation on the Edge-IIoTset and CIC IoT 2023 datasets achieves accuracies of 94.5% and 99.2%, respectively. The results demonstrate that the NIDS-FGPA model possesses the ability to identify and capture complex network attacks, significantly enhancing the overall security of the network. Mechanochemical synthesis is a technology formed in the 1950s. By applying mechanical energy, mechanochemical synthesis stimulates chemical reactions, causing structural and phase changes and enabling difficult or otherwise impossible reactions to occur. Mechanochemical reactions are relatively safe, clean and efficient. At present, the synthesis of oxide ceramic materials by mechanochemical methods has attracted widespread attention. In the production of oxide ceramic materials, the characteristics of ceramic powder have a certain influence on the molding, sintering, microstructure, and mechanical properties of subsequent ceramics. In this paper, the research progress of mechanical chemistry in the synthesis of nanostructures and composite oxide ceramic powders is reviewed. The effects of process parameters such as ball milling time, speed, atmosphere, grinding media, additives, and ball‐to‐powder ratio on reaction kinetics, phase formation, and powder properties are summarized. Large vertical shears in the E‐region neutral zonal winds can lead to ion convergences and contribute to plasma irregularities, but climatological studies of vertical shears of horizontal winds in a global scale are lacking due to the limitations of data coverage. The Ionospheric Connection Explorer (ICON) Michelson Interferometer for Global High‐resolution Thermospheric Imaging (MIGHTI) has provided neutral wind observations with an unprecedented spatial coverage. In this study, the climatology of dayside E‐region neutral wind shears has been examined using 2‐years' data (2020–2021). Specifically, the study focuses on large wind shears with a magnitude larger than 20 m/s/km, since large wind shears are more likely to cause significant perturbation in the ionosphere‐thermosphere (I‐T) system. The results show that the probability of occurrence of large shears is strongly dependent on the altitude, with the vertical profile varying with shear direction, latitude, season, and local time. In general, below 110 km altitude, large negative shears of the eastward wind are most likely to happen during summer at 8–10 LT in 25°N–40°N latitudes, showing a high probability across nearly all longitudes. Meanwhile, large positive shears tend to occur in 10°S–10°N latitudes, with peak probabilities exhibiting roughly consistent longitudinal structures across 8–10 LT in all seasons. The discrepancies between positive and negative large shear distributions underlie different global tidal influences. The large‐shear occurrence probabilities above 110 km are generally small, except in latitudes above 25°N during the winter for positive shears. These large vertical gradients can cause structures and disturbances among charged particles. In this paper, we used eastward wind data from the Ionospheric Connection Explorer (ICON) to determine where and when large gradients are most likely to occur. We found that large gradients usually occur below 110 km. While both westward and eastward vertical gradients are influenced by location, season, and time of day, their patterns and strength of influence clearly differ. Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. Thus, the development of safe and effective therapeutic compounds for GC treatment is urgently required. Here, we aimed to examine the role of picropodophyllin (PPP), a compound extracted from the rhizome of Dysosma versipellis (Hance) M. Cheng ex Ying, on the proliferation of GC cells. Our study revealed that PPP inhibits the proliferation of GC cells in a dose‐dependent manner by inducing apoptosis. Moreover, our study elucidated that PPP suppresses the growth of GC tumor xenografts with no side effects of observable toxicity. Mechanistically, PPP exerts its effects by blocking the AKT/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway; these effects are markedly abrogated by the overexpression of constitutively active AKT. Furthermore, drug affinity responsive target stability (DARTS) and liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) revealed that heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) may be a potential target of PPP. Surface plasmon resonance and immunoprecipitation assay validated that PPP directly targets HSP90 and disrupts the binding of HSP90 to AKT, thereby suppressing GC cell proliferation. Senecavirus A (SVA) is an emerging pathogen that negatively affects the pig industry in China. Affected animals present vesicular lesions which are indistinguishable from other vesicular diseases. To date, there is no commercial vaccine that can be used to control SVA infection in China. In this study, recombinant SVA 3AB, 2C, 3C, 3D, L and VP1 proteins are expressed by using a prokaryotic expression system. The kinetics of the presence and levels of SVA antibodies with SVA-inoculated pig serum show that 3AB has the best antigenicity. An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is developed with the 3AB protein, exhibiting a sensitivity of 91.3% and no cross-reaction with serum antibodies against PRRSV, CSFV, PRV, PCV2 or O-type FMDV. Given the high sensitivity and specificity of this approach, a nine-year (2014–2022) retrospective and prospective serological study is conducted to determine the epidemiological profile and dynamics of SVA in East China. Although SVA seropositivity declined markedly from 2016 (98.85%) to 2022 (62.40%), SVA transmission continues in China. Consequently, the SVA 3AB-based indirect ELISA has good sensitivity and specificity and is suitable for viral detection, field surveillance and epidemiological studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
