The spot-welding defects of highly alloyed Ni-base superalloy GH4065A were investigated by using SEM and EBSD analysis methods. Effects of the welding defects on fatigue life and fracture behavior were studied by comparing thin plate samples with a central hole that were non-welded，densely welded and sparsely welded respectively. The results show that the lack-of-fusion defect，solidification crack and liquation crack are the main welding defects responsible for significant reductions in low-cycle fatigue life as well as combined low and high cycle fatigue life. These welding defects result in a transition of the fatigue crack initiation site from the inner surface of the central hole in the non-welded sample to the welding spot in the welded sample，leading to 44%-83% reductions in low-cycle fatigue life at 700 ℃/700 MPa. For the combined low and high cycle fatigue conditions（with a stress amplitude of 700 MPa for the low cycle loading part and 100 MPa for the high cycle loading part），the welding defects not only alter the site at which fatigue cracks initiate，but also make the crack propagation mode more intergranular. This results in dramatic decreases of over 85% in the fatigue life of welded samples at both 600 ℃ and 700 ℃. Due to shorter distance between the welding spot and the central hole，densely-welded samples exhibit a slightly lower level of fatigue life under low-cycle loading conditions compared to sparsely welded samples. However，the fatigue life difference between them becomes negligible when subjected to combined low and high cycle loadings.

Social media have become crucial communication channels for human papilloma virus (HPV) patients to seek and receive social support that can benefit their physical and psychological health. To promote supportive communication on online social platforms, we analyzed 96,543 messages, including 7,407 posts and 89,136 comments, concerning social support on Baidu HPV Forum, one of China's largest online HPV support groups. We examined factors (i.e., threat and efficacy) in posts requesting social support associated with the amount of social support received in comments. Results revealed that the majority of social support messages received in comments represented informational support, whereas relatively few comments featured instrumental social support. Beyond that, high-threat, non-efficacy posts requesting social support received a greater amount of informational and emotional support in the comments than other types of posts requesting social support. Based on the driving force-pressure-state-impact-response (DPSIR) model, 19 indicators were selected to construct a comparison between Zhuhai and Macao, two adjacent cities at the estuary of the Pearl River in China, which have different development models and water resource sustainable development strategies. Factors that may affect the sustainability of water resources were screened and placed according to the relationships of the five subsystems in the DPSIR model, establishing a sustainable evaluation model for water resources in the two cities. The results analyzed by Principal Component Analysis and Entropy methods showed that (1) Zhuhai City was greatly affected by the driving force, while Macao was greatly affected by the state system from 2012 to 2021. (2) From the trend changes, it can be seen that, in recent years, the water resources of the two cities have been moving towards sustainable development, and the management and protection of water resources have achieved remarkable results. From the evaluation results, it can be seen that implementing urban water-saving activities, strengthening the proportion of environmental water conservancy, public measures in public investment, upgrading sewage treatment machinery to improve sewage treatment rates, and other measures can effectively improve the current situation of water resources in both regions. In the future, the Zhuhai and Macao cities may continue to face a series of water resource pressures brought on by socio-economic developments. Therefore, an active adjustment of the development of the measurement of controlling wastewater discharge and saving water resources was proposed, adhering to the direction of sustainable development, and ensuring the benign development of socio-economic conditions and the ecological environment. Flexible regulation of bandgap of perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) is fundamentally critical for desirable optoelectronic functions and applications. Here, regulating chemical composition and emission wavelength of PNCs in glass by a simple heat‐treatment process are reported, which is established to rely on the thermal‐trigger phase separation and ion exchange. The first principle calculations are overall performed to reveal the mechanism of bandgap engineering and optimization of emission performance. The PNCs exhibit excellent stability against thermal, ultraviolet irradiation, and organic molecules. The bandgap of PNCs in the heat‐treated glass can also be re‐modulated by ultrafast laser irradiation. Ultrafast laser direct writing of multi‐color patterns and holographic dynamic displays are achieved, which hold great potential in the application of encryption‐decryption and emissive devices. When photographing objects underwater, it is important to utilize an optical window to isolate the imaging device from the water. The properties of the entire imaging system will change, and the imaging quality will decrease due to the refraction impact of the water and the window. The theoretical calculation method for air imaging is no longer relevant in this context. To analyze the unique rule, this research derives the formulas for key parameters of underwater imaging systems under paraxial circumstances. First, the optical window is modeled, then the formula for the optical window's focal length in the underwater environment is derived, and the change rule for the focal length of various window forms underwater is condensed. For the ideal imaging system using a domed optical window, the equivalent two-optical group model of the imaging system is established, and the formula for calculating the focal length, working distance, and depth of field of the underwater imaging system is derived through paraxial ray tracing. The accuracy of the formula is verified through the comparative analysis of the formula calculation results and the Zemax modeling simulation results. In the realm of neural network-based noise reduction, conventional models predominantly address Gaussian and blur artifacts across entire images. However, they encounter notable challenges when directly applied to periodic noise characteristics of high-resolution infrared sequential imagery. The high resolution also complicates the construction of suitable datasets. Our study introduces an innovative strategy that transforms two-dimensional images into one-dimensional signals, eliminating the need for processing the full image. We have developed a simulated dataset that closely mirrors natural infrared line scanning images derived from the FLIR dataset. To address low-frequency periodic noise, we propose two neural-network-based denoising approaches. The first employs a neural network to deduce noise from the one-dimensional signal, while the second utilizes discrete Fourier transforms for noise prediction within the frequency domain. Our experimental results highlight the Restormer model's exemplary performance in direct noise prediction, where denoised images attain a PSNR of around 41 and an SSIM close to 0.9 on simulated data, leaving minimal residual noise in the actual denoised images. Further, we investigate the influence of Fourier coefficients, as predicted by neural networks, on the denoising process in the second approach. Employing 12 frequency coefficients, the Restormer and NAFNet models both reach a PSNR near 34 and an SSIM of approximately 0.842. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The spatial resolution of an infrared focal plane polarization detection system is limited by the structure of the detector, resulting in lower resolution than the actual array size. To overcome this limitation and improve imaging resolution, we propose an infrared polarization super-resolution reconstruction model based on sparse representation, optimized using Stokes vector images. This model forms the basis for our method aimed at achieving super-resolution reconstruction of infrared polarization images. In this method, we utilize the proposed model to initially reconstruct low-resolution images in blocks. Subsequently, we perform a division by weight, followed by iterative back projection to enhance details and achieve high-resolution reconstruction results. As a supplement, we establish a near-real-time short-wave infrared time-sharing polarization system for data collection. The dataset was acquired to gather prior knowledge of the over-complete basis set and to generate a series of simulated focal plane images. Simulation experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our method over several advanced methods in objective evaluation indexes, exhibiting strong noise robustness in quantitative experiments. Finally, to validate the practical application of our method, we establish a split-focal plane polarization short-wave infrared system for scene testing. In the present paper we consider elliptic operators L=-div(A\nabla) in a domain bounded by a chord-arc surface \Gamma with small enough constant, and whose coefficients A satisfy a weak form of the Dahlberg-Kenig-Pipher condition of approximation by constant coefficient matrices, with a small enough Carleson norm, and show that the elliptic measure with pole at infinity associated to L is A_\infty-absolutely continuous with respect to the surface measure on \Gamma, with a small A_\infty constant. In other words, we show that for relatively flat uniformly rectifiable sets and for operators with slowly oscillating coefficients the elliptic measure satisfies the A_\infty condition with a small constant and the logarithm of the Poisson kernel has small oscillations. H doping can enhance the performance of ZnO thin-film transistors (TFTs) to a certain extent, and the design of double active layers is an effective way to further improve a device's performance. However, there are few studies on the combination of these two strategies. We fabricated TFTs with ZnO:H (4 nm)/ZnO (20 nm) double active layers by magnetron sputtering at room temperature, and studied the effect of the hydrogen flow ratio on the devices' performance. ZnO:H/ZnO-TFT has the best overall performance when H2/(Ar + H2) = 0.13% with a mobility of 12.10 cm2/Vs, an on/off current ratio of 2.32 × 107, a subthreshold swing of 0.67 V/Dec, and a threshold voltage of 1.68 V, which is significantly better than the performance of single active layer ZnO:H-TFTs. This exhibits that the transport mechanism of carriers in double active layer devices is more complicated. On one hand, increasing the hydrogen flow ratio can more effectively suppress the oxygen-related defect states, thus reducing the carrier scattering and increasing the carrier concentration. On the other hand, the energy band analysis shows that electrons accumulate at the interface of the ZnO layer close to the ZnO:H layer, providing an additional path for carrier transport. Our research exhibits that the combination of a simple hydrogen doping process and double active layer construction can achieve the fabrication of high-performance ZnO-based TFTs, and that the whole room temperature process also provides important reference value for the subsequent development of flexible devices. Traditional monocular vision localization methods are usually suitable for short-range area and indoor relative positioning tasks. This paper presents MGG, a novel monocular global geolocation method for outdoor long-range targets. This method takes a single RGB image combined with necessary navigation parameters as input and outputs targets’ GPS information under the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). In MGG, we first design a camera pose correction method via pixel mapping to correct the pose of the camera. Then, we use anchor-based methods to improve the detection ability for long-range targets with small image regions. Next, the local monocular vision model (LMVM) with a local structure coefficient is proposed to establish an accurate 2D-to-3D mapping relationship. Subsequently, a soft correspondence constraint (SCC) is presented to solve the local structure coefficient, which can weaken the coupling degree between detection and localization. Finally, targets can be geolocated through optimization theory-based methods and a series of coordinate transformations. Furthermore, we demonstrate the importance of focal length on solving the error explosion problem in locating long-range targets with monocular vision. Extensive experiments on the challenging KITTI dataset as well as applications in outdoor environments with targets located at a long range of up to 150 meters show the superiority of our method. Background/Aims: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in many diseases and participate in posttranscriptional regulatory networks in tumors. However, the functions of major lncRNAs in cervical cancer are unclear. Therefore, the aim of this study was to construct a lncRNA-mRNA coexpression functional network and analyze lncRNAs that might contribute to the pathogenesis of cervical cancer. Methods: Differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) and mRNAs (DEmRNAs) between three pairs of cervical cancer tissues and adjacent mucosa were identified by lncRNA microarray analysis. LncRNA-mRNA correlation analysis and functional enrichment were performed on the DEGs. From the correlation network, PCBP1-AS1 was selected as a candidate for further analysis. PCBP1-AS1 expression was examined by qPCR, and Kaplan–Meier survival, clinicopathology, GSEA, and immune infiltration analysis of PCBP1-AS1 were performed. The immune responses of PCBP1-AS1 expression in cervical cancer were analyzed using TIMER and western blot. PCBP1-AS1 was knocked down and overexpressed to evaluate its role in cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Results: A total of 130 lncRNAs were significantly differentially expressed in cervical cancer patient samples compared with control samples. Differentially expressed mRNAs in the lncRNA-mRNA interaction network were involved in the EMT process. Combined with the Kaplan–Meier survival analyses, the coexpression network revealed that PCBP1-AS1 was significantly associated with OS and clinicopathological parameters in cervical cancer patients. Moreover, PCBP1-AS1 expression was not only significantly increased in cervical cancer specimens but also associated with tumor stage, TNM, and invasion. GSEA revealed that PCBP1-AS1 is closely correlated with cell biological function via the p53 and notch signaling pathways. TIMER analysis revealed that the numbers of NK cells and M2 macrophages decreased when PCBP1-AS1 expression was high, which was consistent with the western blot results in clinical samples. Furthermore, in vitro experiments showed that high expression of PCBP1-AS1 promoted cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Conclusions: Transcriptomic and lncRNA-mRNA correlation analyses revealed that PCBP1-AS1 plays a key role as an independent prognostic factor in patients with cervical cancer. Lysine succinylation (Ksucc) is an evolutionarily conserved and widespread post‐translational modification. Histone acetyltransferase 1 (HAT1) is a type B histone acetyltransferase, regulating the acetylation of both histone and non‐histone proteins. However, the role of HAT1 in succinylation modulation remains unclear. Here, we employ a quantitative proteomics approach to study succinylation in HepG2 cancer cells and find that HAT1 modulates lysine succinylation on various proteins including histones and non‐histones. HAT1 succinylates histone H3 on K122, contributing to epigenetic regulation and gene expression in cancer cells. Moreover, HAT1 catalyzes the succinylation of PGAM1 on K99, resulting in its increased enzymatic activity and the stimulation of glycolytic flux in cancer cells. Clinically, HAT1 is significantly elevated in liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, and cholangiocarcinoma tissues. Functionally, HAT1 succinyltransferase activity and the succinylation of PGAM1 by HAT1 play critical roles in promoting tumor progression in vitro and in vivo. Thus, we conclude that HAT1 is a succinyltransferase for histones and non‐histones in tumorigenesis. Objectives: Our objective was to determine the impact of maternal HIV-hepatitis B virus (HBV) coinfection on pregnancy outcomes.Methods: The current study was conducted in a county of Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China. Data were abstracted from hospitalisation records, including maternal and infant information. The seroprevalences of HIV and HBV infections and HIV-HBV coinfection were determined and the impact of maternal HIV-HBV coinfection on adverse pregnancy outcomes was assessed using logistic regression analysis. A treatment effects linear regression model was also applied to examine the effect of HBV, HIV or coinfection to quantify the absolute difference in birth weight from a reference of HBV-HIV negative participants.Results: A total of 13 198 pregnant women were included in our study, and among them, 99.1% were Yi people and 90.8% lived in rural area. The seroprevalences of HIV and HBV infections and HIV-HBV coinfection were 3.6% (95% CI: 3.2% to 3.9%), 3.2% (95% CI: 2.9% to 3.5%) and 0.2% (95% CI: 0.1% to 0.2%) among the pregnant women, respectively. Maternal HIV-HBV coinfection was a risk factor for low birth weight (adjusted OR (aOR)=5.52, 95% CI: 1.97 to 15.40). Compared with the HIV mono-infection group, the risk of low birth weight was significantly higher in the HIV-HBV coinfection group (aOR=3.62, 95% CI: 1.24 to 10.56). Maternal HIV infection was associated with an increased risk of low birth weight (aOR=1.90, 95% CI: 1.38 to 2.60) and preterm delivery (aOR=2.84, 95% CI: 1.81 to 4.47). Perinatal death was more common when mothers were infected with HBV (aOR=2.85, 95% CI: 1.54 to 5.26).Conclusions: The prevalence of HIV infection was high among pregnant women of the Yi region. Both HIV and HBV infections might have adverse effects on pregnancy outcomes. Maternal HIV-HBV coinfection might be a risk factor for low birth weight in the Yi region, which needs to be confirmed. In this article, we investigate the boundary behavior of solutions of divergence-form operators with an elliptic symmetric part and a BMO antisymmetric part. Our results will hold in non-tangentially accessible (NTA) domains; these general domains were introduced by Jerison and Kenig and include the class of Lipschitz domains. We establish the Hölder continuity of the solutions at the boundary, existence of elliptic measures ωL associated to such operators, and the well-posedness of the continuous Dirichlet problem as well as the Dirichlet problem in NTA domains. The equivalence in the Lp norm of the square function and the non-tangential maximal function under certain conditions remains valid. When specialized to Lipschitz domains, it is then possible to extend, to these operators, various criteria for determining mutual absolute continuity of elliptic measure with surface measure. In this paper, we introduce the concept of Rota-Baxter Leibniz algebras and explore two characterizations of Rota-Baxter Leibniz algebras. And we construct a number of Rota-Baxter Leibniz algebras from Leibniz algebras and associative algebras and discover some Rota-Baxter Leibniz algebras from augmented algebra, bialgebra, and weak Hopf algebra. The investigation of obligate biotrophic pathogens, for example B lumeria graminis, presents a number of challenges. The sensitivity of many assays is reduced because of the presence of host material. Furthermore, the fungal structures inside and outside of the plant possess very different characteristics. Normalization genes are used in quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction ( qPCR) to compensate for changes as a result of the quantity and quality of template material. Such genes are used as references against which genes of interest are compared, enabling true quantification. Here, we identified six potential B . graminis and five barley genes for qPCR normalization. The relative changes in abundance of the transcripts were assayed across an infection time course in barley epidermis, in B . graminis epiphytic structures and haustoria. The B . graminis glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase ( GAPDH), actin ( ACT) and histone 3 ( H3) genes and the barley GAPDH, ubiquitin ( UBI) and α-tubulin 2B ( TUBA2B) genes were optimal normalization controls for qPCR during the infection cycle. These genes were then used for normalization in the quantification of the members of a Candidate Secreted Effector Protein ( CSEP) family 21, a conidia-specific gene and barley genes encoding putative interactors of CSEP0064. Significant concerns have been raised regarding to the pollution of antibiotics in recent years due to the abuse of antibiotics and their high detection rate in water. Herein, a novel super adsorbent, boronic acid-modified bacterial cellulose microspheres with a size of 415 μm in diameter was prepared through a facile water-in-oil emulsion method. The adsorbent was characterized by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analyses to confirm its properties. The microspheres were applied as packing materials for the adsorption of tetracycline (TC) from an aqueous solution and hoggery sewer via the reversible covalent interaction between cis-diol groups in TC molecules and the boronic acid ligand. TC adsorption performance had been systemically investigated under various conditions, including the pH, temperature, TC concentration, contact time, and ionic strength. Results showed that the adsorption met pseudo-second-order, Elovich kinetic model and Sips, Redlich-Peterson isothermal models. And the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic, with the maximum TC adsorption capacity of 614.2 mg/g. After 18 adsorption-desorption cycles, the adsorption capacity remained as high as 84.5% compared with their original adsorption capacity. Compared with other reported adsorption materials, the microspheres had high adsorption capacity, a simple preparation process, and excellent recovery performance, demonstrating great potential in application on TC removal for water purification and providing new insights into the antibiotic's adsorption behavior of bacterial cellulose-based microspheres.
