Gastrointestinal (GI) cancer is leading general tumour in the Gastrointestinal tract, which is fourth significant reason of tumour death in men and women. The common cure for GI cancer is radiation treatment, which contains directing a high-energy X-ray beam onto the tumor while avoiding healthy organs. To provide high dosages of X-rays, a system needs for accurately segmenting the GI tract organs. The study presents a UMobileNetV2 model for semantic segmentation of small and large intestine and stomach in MRI images of the GI tract. The model uses MobileNetV2 as an encoder in the contraction path and UNet layers as a decoder in the expansion path. The UW-Madison database, which contains MRI scans from 85 patients and 38,496 images, is used for evaluation. This automated technology has the capability to enhance the pace of cancer therapy by aiding the radio oncologist in the process of segmenting the organs of the GI tract. The UMobileNetV2 model is compared to three transfer learning models: Xception, ResNet 101, and NASNet mobile, which are used as encoders in UNet architecture. The model is analyzed using three distinct optimizers, i.e., Adam, RMS, and SGD. The UMobileNetV2 model with the combination of Adam optimizer outperforms all other transfer learning models. It obtains a dice coefficient of 0.8984, an IoU of 0.8697, and a validation loss of 0.1310, proving its ability to reliably segment the stomach and intestines in MRI images of gastrointestinal cancer patients. An Electric Vehicle (EV) charger or Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) is a piece of equipment that supplies electrical power for charging plug-in electric vehicles. Although batteries can only be charged with Direct Current (DC) power, most electric vehicles have an onboard Alternative Current AC--to--DC converter and most fully electric cars can accept both AC and DC power. The adoption of EVs can bring about significant relief in noise pollution and also environmental pollution if the required electricity is generated using renewable sources. DC charging stations of various levels are commonly equipped with multiple ports of various levels to be able to charge a wide variety of EVs. EVSEs are found at various facilities such as street-side or retail shopping centers, government facilities, and other parking areas. To ensure a sustainable environment by reducing the carbon emissions from vehicles, the use of EVs needs to be promoted. The need for having Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) in any region depends upon the demand and cluster density of EVs in that region and is a major factor in the process of promoting the use of EVs and facilitating sustainable tourism using cleaner fuels. Glomeruli are interconnected capillaries in the renal cortex that are responsible for blood filtration. Damage to these glomeruli often signifies the presence of kidney disorders like glomerulonephritis and glomerulosclerosis, which can ultimately lead to chronic kidney disease and kidney failure. The timely detection of such conditions is essential for effective treatment. This paper proposes a modified UNet model to accurately detect glomeruli in whole-slide images of kidney tissue. The UNet model was modified by changing the number of filters and feature map dimensions from the first to the last layer to enhance the model's capacity for feature extraction. Moreover, the depth of the UNet model was also improved by adding one more convolution block to both the encoder and decoder sections. The dataset used in the study comprised 20 large whole-side images. Due to their large size, the images were cropped into 512 × 512-pixel patches, resulting in a dataset comprising 50,486 images. The proposed model performed well, with 95.7% accuracy, 97.2% precision, 96.4% recall, and 96.7% F1-score. These results demonstrate the proposed model's superior performance compared to the original UNet model, the UNet model with EfficientNetb3, and the current state-of-the-art. Pomology, also known as fruticulture, is a significant contributor to the economies of many nations worldwide. While vertical farming methods are not well-suited for fruit cultivation, substrate-based cultivation is commonly practiced. Vertical farming methods use no soil for cultivation of the plants, and the cultivation is done in vertically stacked layers. Therefore, smaller herbs are best suited for such cultivation, whereas, the majority of the fruit trees are big and woody. Therefore, vertical farming methods are not well suited for fruit trees. However, to maximize fruit production, smarter substrate cultivation methods are needed. Utilizing remote sensing techniques, such as Internet of Things (IoT) devices, agriculture sensors, and cloud computing, allows for precision agriculture and smart farming in autonomous systems. Nevertheless, a lack of understanding of fruit nutrient requirements, growing conditions, and soil health conditions can result in reduced fruit production. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an intelligent model based on machine learning that recommends the best fruit to grow based on prevailing soil and climatic conditions. The system is trained on a dataset that includes details on eleven different fruits, such as Nitrogen (N), Phosphorous (P), Potassium (K), temperature, humidity, pH, and rainfall. The model takes into account the soil type and nutrient contents to recommend the most suitable fruit to grow in the prevailing climate. To enhance the model's efficiency, two novel techniques, Gradient-based Side Sampling (GOSS) and Exclusive Feature Bundling (EFB), have been incorporated. The results show that the proposed system has achieved 99% accuracy in recommending the right fruit based on the given environmental conditions. Brain tumor diagnosis at an early stage can improve the chances of successful treatment and better patient outcomes. In the biomedical industry, non-invasive diagnostic procedures, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), can be used to diagnose brain tumors. Deep learning, a type of artificial intelligence, can analyze MRI images in a matter of seconds, reducing the time it takes for diagnosis and potentially improving patient outcomes. Furthermore, an ensemble model can help increase the accuracy of classification by combining the strengths of multiple models and compensating for their individual weaknesses. Therefore, in this research, a weighted average ensemble deep learning model is proposed for the classification of brain tumors. For the weighted ensemble classification model, three different feature spaces are taken from the transfer learning VGG19 model, Convolution Neural Network (CNN) model without augmentation, and CNN model with augmentation. These three feature spaces are ensembled with the best combination of weights, i.e., weight1, weight2, and weight3 by using grid search. The dataset used for simulation is taken from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), having a lower-grade glioma collection with 3929 MRI images of 110 patients. The ensemble model helps reduce overfitting by combining multiple models that have learned different aspects of the data. The proposed ensemble model outperforms the three individual models for detecting brain tumors in terms of accuracy, precision, and F1-score. Vertical farming methods are gaining importance in the current era of urbanization and industrialization 5.0. These methods of farming enhance sustainability by consuming less space and reducing carbon emissions and greenhouse gas emissions. The Green Internet of Things (G-IoT) offers greater environmental sustainability by switching to a dormant mode while not in use, thereby consuming less energy. Each farming method has a different effect on the shoot and root growth of the plants. Thus, dedicated farming methods must be identified for each crop according to the type of crop under consideration. This leads to a need to compare and analyze the root as well as shoot growth trends of crops in different cultivation mediums, using different cultivation methods, thereby identifying the most suitable method for the cultivation of the crop. A comparative analysis of barley shoot and root growth in green IoT-embedded hydroponics and substrate cultivation methods has shown that hydroponics exhibits two times more shoot growth than substrate cultivation. Furthermore, the results were verified against the results obtained from the simulator, which confirmed that the hydroponic method of cultivation produced a year-round qualitative product with 17.112 tons of biomass and 8.556 tons of dry yield. With the growing number of cloud users, shared data auditing is becoming increasingly important. However, these schemes have issues with the certificate management. Although there is a certificate-shared auditing scheme, it is ineffective in dealing with dynamic data and protecting data privacy. The verifier cannot access the data content to ensure data integrity due to security concerns. This paper proposes a novel technique to ensure the integrity and improve the access control. A novel enhanced storage retrieval mechanism is used to improve the performance of the cloud's storage and retrieval mechanisms to achieve this. The technique is evaluated in concern of the upload, download, encryption, and decryption time. As the file size grows, so does the time it takes to upload it. Similarly, the time taken to encrypt files of various formats and sizes evidenced that it depends on the file size and format. Predicting subcellular protein localization has become a popular topic due to its utility in understanding disease mechanisms and developing innovative drugs. With the rapid advancement of automated microscopic imaging technology, approaches using bio-images for protein subcellular localization have gained a lot of interest. The Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project is a macro-initiative that aims to map the human proteome utilizing antibody-based proteomics and related c. Millions of images have been tagged with single or multiple labels in the HPA database. However, fewer techniques for predicting the location of proteins have been devised, with the majority of them relying on automatic single-label classification. As a result, there is a need for an automatic and sustainable system capable of multi-label classification of the HPA database. Deep learning presents a potential option for automatic labeling of protein's subcellular localization, given the vast image number generated by high-content microscopy and the fact that manual labeling is both time-consuming and error-prone. Hence, this research aims to use an ensemble technique for the improvement in the performance of existing state-of-art convolutional neural networks and pretrained models were applied; finally, a stacked ensemble-based deep learning model was presented, which delivers a more reliable and robust classifier. The F1-score, precision, and recall have been used for the evaluation of the proposed model's efficiency. In addition, a comparison of existing deep learning approaches has been conducted with respect to the proposed method. The results show the proposed ensemble strategy performed exponentially well on the multi-label classification of Human Protein Atlas images, with recall, precision, and F1-score of 0.70, 0.72, and 0.71, respectively. Industry 5.0 benefits from advancements being made in the field of machine learning and the Internet of Things. Different sensors have been installed in a variety of IoT devices present in different industries such as transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, etc. The sensors present in these devices should automatically predict errors due to the extensive use of sensors in urban living. To ensure the integrity, precision, security, dependability and fidelity of sensor nodes, it is, therefore, necessary to foresee faults before they occur. Additionally, as more data is being collected by these devices every day, cloud computing becomes more necessary for sustainable urban living. The proposed model emphasizes solution recommendations for faults that occurred in real-life smart devices to mitigate faults at an early stage, which is a key requirement in today's smart offices. The proposed model monitors the real-time health of IoT devices through an ML algorithm to make devices more efficient and increase the quality of life. Through the use of K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, Gaussian Naive Bayes and Random Forest approach, the proposed fault prediction recommender model has been evaluated and Random Forest shows the highest accuracy compared to other classifiers. Several performance indicators such as recall, accuracy, F1 score and precision were utilized to examine the performance of the model. The results have demonstrated the effectiveness of ML techniques applied to sensors in predicting faults in smart offices with Random Forest being observed as the best technique with a maximum accuracy of 94.27%. With the growing cost of electrical energy, the necessity of energy-saving implementation in industries based on energy audits has become a major focus area. Energy audit results indicate energy-saving potential in an application and require the physical presence of the auditor's team for monitoring and analyzing the energy consumption data. The use of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) for remote data monitoring and analysis is growing and new industrial applications based on IIoT are being developed and used by various industrial sectors. Possibilities of a mixed method of physical and remote energy audit using IIoT in industrial applications and its advantages as proposed in this research work needs to be explored. Existing hydraulic press machines running with direct online starter (DOL) can be run with variable speed drive (VSD) for energy saving but this requires an extensive energy audit. Key electrical and operational parameters of the hydraulic pump motor were monitored and analyzed remotely using IIoT in this research work by operating the hydraulic press with DOL and VSD motor control methods one by one. The input power factor of the hydraulic pump motor showed an improvement from 0.79 in DOL control to 0.9 in VSD control at different motor loads. The hydraulic pump motor starting current showed a reduction of 84% with VSD control. The hydraulic pump motor's continuous current was reduced by 40% and 65% during the loading and unloading cycle, respectively, with VSD control. Electrical consumption was reduced by 24% as a result of operating the hydraulic pump motor at 35 Hz with VSD control without impacting the performance of the hydraulic press. These results indicated more efficient control by changing to VSD control in comparison with DOL control. A combination of physical and remote energy audits as performed in this research work using the proposed IIoT framework can be utilized for implementing energy saving in hydraulic presses thus motivating industries to adopt available more energy-efficient technologies at a faster pace. The objective of the present work is for assessing ergonomics-based IoT (Internet of Things) related healthcare issues with the use of a popular multi-criteria decision-making technique named the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) is a technique that combines alternative performance across numerous contradicting, qualitative, and/or quantitative criteria, resulting in a solution requiring a consensus. The AHP is a flexible strategy for organizing and simplifying complex MCDM concerns by disassembling a compound decision problem into an ordered array of relational decision components (evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, and substitutions). A total of twelve IoT-related ergonomics-based healthcare issues have been recognized as Lumbago (lower backache), Cervicalgia (neck ache), shoulder pain; digital eye strain, hearing impairment, carpal tunnel syndrome; distress, exhaustion, depression; obesity, high blood pressure, hyperglycemia. "Distress" has proven itself the most critical IoT-related ergonomics-based healthcare issue, followed by obesity, depression, and exhaustion. These IoT-related ergonomics-based healthcare issues in four categories (excruciating issues, eye-ear-nerve issues, psychosocial issues, and persistent issues) have been compared and ranked. Based on calculated mathematical values, "psychosocial issues" have been ranked in the first position followed by "persistent issues" and "eye-ear-nerve issues". Cloud computational service is one of the renowned services utilized by employees, employers, and organizations collaboratively. It is accountable for data management and processing through virtual machines and is independent of end users' system configurations. The usage of cloud systems is very simple and easy to organize. They can easily be integrated into various storages of the cloud and incorporated into almost all available software tools such as Hadoop, Informatica, DataStage, and OBIEE for the purpose of Extraction-Transform-Load (ETL), data processing, data reporting, and other related computations. Because of this low-cost-based cloud computational service model, cloud users can utilize the software and services, the implementation environment, storage, and other on-demand resources with a pay-per-use model. Cloud contributors across this world move all these cloud-based apps, software, and large volumes of data in the form of files and databases into enormous data centers. However, the main challenge is that cloud users cannot have direct control over the data stored at these data centers. They do not even know the integrity, confidentiality, level of security, and privacy of their sensitive data. This exceptional cloud property creates several different security disputes and challenges. To address these security challenges, we propose a novel Quantum Hash-centric Cipher Policy-Attribute-based Encipherment (QH-CPABE) framework to improve the security and privacy of the cloud user's sensitive data. In our proposed model, we used both structured and unstructured big cloud clinical data as input so that the simulated experimental results conclude that the proposal has precise, resulting in approximately 92% correctness of bit hash change and approximately 96% correctness of chaotic dynamic key production, enciphered and deciphered time as compared with conventional standards from the literature. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative ailment, which gradually deteriorates memory and weakens the cognitive functions and capacities of the body, such as recall and logic. To diagnose this disease, CT, MRI, PET, etc. are used. However, these methods are time-consuming and sometimes yield inaccurate results. Thus, deep learning models are utilized, which are less time-consuming and yield results with better accuracy, and could be used with ease. This article proposes a transfer learning-based modified inception model with pre-processing methods of normalization and data addition. The proposed model achieved an accuracy of 94.92 and a sensitivity of 94.94. It is concluded from the results that the proposed model performs better than other state-of-the-art models. For training purposes, a Kaggle dataset was used comprising 6,200 images, with 896 mild demented (M.D) images, 64 moderate demented (Mod.D) images, and 3,200 non-demented (N.D) images, and 1,966 veritably mild demented (V.M.D) images. The amount of data captured is expanding day by day which leads to the need for a monitoring system that helps in decision making. Current technologies such as cloud, machine learning (ML) and Internet of Things (IoT) provide a better solution for monitoring automation systems efficiently. In this paper, a prediction model that monitors real-time data of sensor nodes in a clinical environment using a machine learning algorithm is proposed. An IoT-based smart hospital environment has been developed that controls and monitors appliances over the Internet using different sensors such as current sensors, a temperature and humidity sensor, air quality sensor, ultrasonic sensor and flame sensor. The IoT-generated sensor data have three important characteristics, namely, real-time, structured and enormous amount. The main purpose of this research is to predict early faults in an IoT environment in order to ensure the integrity, accuracy, reliability and fidelity of IoT-enabled devices. The proposed fault prediction model was evaluated via decision tree, K-nearest neighbor, Gaussian naive Bayes and random forest techniques, but random forest showed the best accuracy over others on the provided dataset. The results proved that the ML techniques applied over IoT-based sensors are well efficient to monitor this hospital automation process, and random forest was considered the best with the highest accuracy of 94.25%. The industry-based internet of things (IIoT) describes how IIoT devices enhance and extend their capabilities for production amenities, security, and efficacy. IIoT establishes an enterprise-to-enterprise setup that means industries have several factories and manufacturing units that are dependent on other sectors for their services and products. In this context, individual industries need to share their information with other external sectors in a shared environment which may not be secure. The capability to examine and inspect such large-scale information and perform analytical protection over the large volumes of personal and organizational information demands authentication and confidentiality so that the total data are not endangered after illegal access by hackers and other unauthorized persons. In parallel, these large volumes of confidential industrial data need to be processed within reasonable time for effective deliverables. Currently, there are many mathematical-based symmetric and asymmetric key cryptographic approaches and identity- and attribute-based public key cryptographic approaches that exist to address the abovementioned concerns and limitations such as computational overheads and taking more time for crucial generation as part of the encipherment and decipherment process for large-scale data privacy and security. In addition, the required key for the encipherment and decipherment process may be generated by a third party which may be compromised and lead to man-in-the-middle attacks, brute force attacks, etc. In parallel, there are some other quantum key distribution approaches available to produce keys for the encipherment and decipherment process without the need for a third party. However, there are still some attacks such as photon number splitting attacks and faked state attacks that may be possible with these existing QKD approaches. The primary motivation of our work is to address and avoid such abovementioned existing problems with better and optimal computational overhead for key generation, encipherment, and the decipherment process compared to the existing conventional models. To overcome the existing problems, we proposed a novel dynamic quantum key distribution (QKD) algorithm for critical public infrastructure, which will secure all cyber–physical systems as part of IIoT. In this paper, we used novel multi-state qubit representation to support enhanced dynamic, chaotic quantum key generation with high efficiency and low computational overhead. Our proposed QKD algorithm can create a chaotic set of qubits that act as a part of session-wise dynamic keys used to encipher the IIoT-based large scales of information for secure communication and distribution of sensitive information. The Internet of Things has recently been a popular topic of study for developing smart homes and smart cities. Most IoT applications are very sensitive to delays, and IoT sensors provide a constant stream of data. The cloud-based IoT services that were first employed suffer from increased latency and inefficient resource use. Fog computing is used to address these issues by moving cloud services closer to the edge in a small-scale, dispersed fashion. Fog computing is quickly gaining popularity as an effective paradigm for providing customers with real-time processing, platforms, and software services. Real-time applications may be supported at a reduced operating cost using an integrated fog-cloud environment that minimizes resources and reduces delays. Load balancing is a critical problem in fog computing because it ensures that the dynamic load is distributed evenly across all fog nodes, avoiding the situation where some nodes are overloaded while others are underloaded. Numerous algorithms have been proposed to accomplish this goal. In this paper, a framework was proposed that contains three subsystems named user subsystem, cloud subsystem, and fog subsystem. The goal of the proposed framework is to decrease bandwidth costs while providing load balancing at the same time. To optimize the use of all the resources in the fog sub-system, a Fog-Cluster-Based Load-Balancing approach along with a refresh period was proposed. The simulation results show that "Fog-Cluster-Based Load Balancing" decreases energy consumption, the number of Virtual Machines (VMs) migrations, and the number of shutdown hosts compared with existing algorithms for the proposed framework. Recent advancement in the field of deep learning has provided promising performance for the analysis of medical images. Every year, pneumonia is the leading cause for death of various children under the age of 5 years. Chest X-rays are the first technique that is used for the detection of pneumonia. Various deep learning and computer vision techniques can be used to determine the virus which causes pneumonia using Chest X-ray images. These days, it is possible to use Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for the classification and analysis of images due to the availability of a large number of datasets. In this work, a CNN model is implemented for the recognition of Chest X-ray images for the detection of Pneumonia. The model is trained on a publicly available Chest X-ray images dataset having two classes: Normal chest X-ray images and Pneumonic Chest X-ray images, where each class has 5000 Samples. 80% of the collected data is used for the purpose to train the model, and the rest for testing the model. The model is trained and validated using two optimizers: Adam and RMSprop. The maximum recognition accuracy of 98% is obtained on the validation dataset. Internet of Things (IoT) has made its imprint on every part of the globe today. Offices, households, factories, industries, agriculture, and day cares, among other places, have all upgraded to their innovative version. IoT devices require continuous monitoring for any performance degradation. A bibliometric analysis of 587 papers is undertaken on the Scopus database to spot the increasing interest of researchers in fault detection in IoT. A smart system's or an IoT-based space's usability, efficiency, and performance are all built on a fault-tolerant approach and interruption-free smooth operations. The investigation was carried out based on the literature to determine the need for a pro-fault detection system in an IoT-enabled day care. Kids' security and safety are highly dependent on the hassle-free working of smart devices. It's overhead to carry out device tracking manually along with demanding kids. This issue needs to be addressed to uphold the smart day care's trustworthiness. A pro-fault detection approach can be applied to resolve the aforementioned issue to enhance the smart day care's performance and efficiency. The security framework in Ad-hoc Networks (ANET) continues to attract the attention of researchers, although significant work has been accomplished already. Researchers in the last couple of years have shown quite an improvement in Identity Dependent Cryptography (IDC). Security in ANET is hard to attain due to the vulnerability of links (Wireless). IDC encompasses Polynomial Interpolations (PI) such as Lagrange, curve-fitting, and spline to provide security by implementing Integrated Key Management (IKM). The PI structure trusts all the available nodes in the network and randomly picks nodes for the security key generation. This paper presents a solution to the trust issues raised in Lagrange's-PI (LI) utilizing an artificial neural network and attribute-based tree structure. Saffron, also known as "the golden spice", is one of the most expensive crops in the world. The expensiveness of saffron comes from its rarity, the tedious harvesting process, and its nutritional and medicinal value. Different countries of the world are making great economic growth due to saffron export. In India, it is cultivated mostly in regions of Kashmir owing to its climate and soil composition. The economic value generated by saffron export can be increased manyfold by studying the agronomical factors of saffron and developing a model for artificial cultivation of saffron in any season and anywhere by monitoring and controlling the conditions of its growth. This paper presents a detailed study of all the agronomical variables of saffron that have a direct or indirect impact on its growth. It was found that, out of all the agronomical variables, the important ones having an impact on growth include corm size, temperature, water availability, and minerals. It was also observed that the use of IoT for the sustainable cultivation of saffron in smart cities has been discussed only by very few research papers. Cloud computing enables users to obtain a better and more effective application at a lower cost in a more satisfactory way. Health services data must therefore be kept as safe and secure as possible because the release of this data could have serious consequences for patients. A framework for security and privacy must be employed to store and manage extremely sensitive data. Patients' confidential health records have been encrypted and saved in the cloud using cypher text so far. To ensure privacy and security in a cloud computing environment is a big issue. The medical system has been designed as a standard, access of records, and effective use by medical practitioners as required. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm along with implementation details as an effective and secure E-health cloud model using identity-based cryptography. The comparison of the proposed and existing techniques has been carried out in terms of time taken for encryption and decryption, energy, and power. As multimedia technology is developing and growing these days, the use of an enormous number of images and its datasets is likewise expanding at a quick rate. Such datasets can be utilized for the purpose of image retrieval. This research focuses on extraction of similar images established on its different features for the image retrieval purpose from huge dataset of images. In this paper initially, the query image is searched within the available dataset and, then, the color difference histogram (CDH) descriptor is employed to retrieve the images from database. The basic characteristic of CDH is that it counts the color difference stuck among two distinct labels in the L ∗ a ∗ b ∗ color space. This method is experimented on random images used for various medical purposes. Various unlike features of an image are extracted via different distance methods. The precision rate, recall rate, and F-measure are all used to evaluate the system's performance. Cloud computing provides unprecedented advantages of using computing resources with very less efforts and cost. The energy utilization in cloud data centers has forced the cloud service providers to raise the expense of using its services and has increased the carbon footprints in the environment. Many static bin-packing algorithms exist which can reduce energy by some percentage, but with new era of digitization, advanced and dynamic techniques are required which can serve heterogeneous users and random users' requests. Thus, in this paper, two new dynamic best-fit decreasing-based bin-packing algorithms are proposed wherein the first technique is for service providers and focuses on increasing server utilization and the second approach acts as a switcher to harness best results among all algorithms. Both techniques deliberately achieve high performance in terms of total energy consumption, resource utilization, and makespan along with serving continuous and varying requests from customers. The simulations are performed using Java. Blood cell count is highly useful in identifying the occurrence of a particular disease or ailment. To successfully measure the blood cell count, sophisticated equipment that makes use of invasive methods to acquire the blood cell slides or images is utilized. These blood cell images are subjected to various data analyzing techniques that count and classify the different types of blood cells. Nowadays, deep learning-based methods are in practice to analyze the data. These methods are less time-consuming and require less sophisticated equipment. This paper implements a deep learning (D.L) model that uses the DenseNet121 model to classify the different types of white blood cells (WBC). The DenseNet121 model is optimized with the preprocessing techniques of normalization and data augmentation. This model yielded an accuracy of 98.84%, a precision of 99.33%, a sensitivity of 98.85%, and a specificity of 99.61%. The proposed model is simulated with four batch sizes (BS) along with the Adam optimizer and 10 epochs. It is concluded from the results that the DenseNet121 model has outperformed with batch size 8 as compared to other batch sizes. The dataset has been taken from the Kaggle having 12,444 images with the images of 3120 eosinophils, 3103 lymphocytes, 3098 monocytes, and 3123 neutrophils. Recognition of handwritten city names is one of the potential research application areas in the field of postal automation For recognition using a segmentation-free approach (Holistic approach). This proposed work demystifies the role of convolutional neural network (CNN), which is one of the methods of deep learning technique. Proposed CNN model is trained, validated, and analyzed using Adam and stochastic gradient descent (SGD) optimizer with a batch size of 2, 4, and 8 and learning rate (LR) of 0.001, 0.01, and 0.1. The model is trained and validated on 10 different classes of the handwritten city names written in Gurmukhi script, where each class has 400 samples. Hand gesture recognition is one of the most sought technologies in the field of machine learning and computer vision. There has been an unprecedented demand for applications through which one can detect the hand signs for deaf people and people who use sign language to communicate, thereby detecting hand signs and correspondingly predicting the next word or recommending the word that may be most appropriate, followed by producing the word that the deaf people and people who use sign language to communicate want to say. This article presents an approach to develop such a system by that we can determine the most appropriate character from the sign that is being shown by the user or the person to the system. To enable pattern recognition, various machine learning techniques have been explored and we have used the CNN networks as a reliable solution in our context. The creation of such a system involves several convolution layers through which features have been captured layer by layer. The gathered features from the image are further used for training the model. The trained model efficiently predicts the most appropriate character in response to the sign exposed to the model. Thereafter, the predicted character is used to predict further words from it according to the recommendation system used in this case. The proposed system attains a prediction accuracy of 91.07%. The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has emerged as one of the most important key applications of IoT. IoMT makes the diagnosis and care more convenient and reliable with proven results. The paper presents the technology, open issues, and challenges of IoMT-based systems. It explores the various types of sensors and smart equipment based on IoMT and used for diagnosis and patient care. A comprehensive survey of early detection and postdetection care of the neural disorder dementia is conducted. The paper also presents a postdiagnosis dementia care model named “Demencare.” This model incorporates eight sensors capable of tracking the daily routine of dementia patient. The patients can be monitored locally by an edge computing device kept at their premises. The medical experts may also monitor the patients’ status for any deviation from normal behavior. IoMT enables better postdiagnosis care for neural disorders, like dementia and Alzheimer’s. One more such application is in the smart office to monitor the health of devices via machine learning (ML) that makes the equipment more efficient by allowing real-time monitoring of their health. It guarantees indoor comfort as per the user's satisfaction as it emphasizes on fault prediction in real-life devices. Early identification of various types of faults in IoT devices is the key requirement in smart offices. IoT devices are becoming ubiquitous and provide an assistant to supervise an office that is regulated by ML and data received from sensors is stored in cloud. A recommender system facilitates the selection of an appropriate solution for faults in IoT-enabled devices to mitigate faults. The architecture proposed in this paper is used to monitor each and every office appliance connected via IoT technology using ML technique, and recommender system is used to recommend solutions for fault patterns without much human intervention. The ultrasonic motion sensor is used to fetch the information of employee availability in cubicles and data is sent to the cloud through the WiFi module. ATmega8 is used to control electrical appliances in the office environment. There have been remarkable changes in our lives and the way we perceive the world with advances in computing technology. Healthcare sector is evolving with the intervention of the latest computer-driven technology and has made a remarkable change in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. Due to many governing factors including air pollution, there is a rapid rise in chest-related diseases and the number of such patients is rising at an alarming rate. In this research work, we have employed machine learning approach for the detecting various chest-related problems using convolutional neural networks (CNN) on an open dataset of chest X-rays. The method has an edge over the traditional approaches for image segmentation including thresholding, k -means clustering, and edge detection. The CNN cannot scan and process the whole image at an instant; it needs to recursively scan small pixel spots until it has scanned the whole image. Spatial transformation layers and VGG19 have been used for the purpose of feature extraction, and ReLU activation function has been employed due to its inherent low complexity and high computation efficiency; finally, stochastic gradient descent has been used as an optimizer. The main advantage of the current method is that it retains the essential features of the image for prediction along with incorporating a considerable dimensional reduction. The model delivered substantial improvement over existing research in terms of precision, f -score, and accuracy of prediction. This model if used precisely can be very effective for healthcare practitioners in determining the thoracic or pneumonic symptoms in the patient at an early stage thus guiding the practitioner to start the treatment immediately leading to fast improvement in the health status of the patient. The aim of the presented work is to analyze the ergonomics-related disorders in online education using the fuzzy AHP approach. A group dialogue with online education academicians, online education students, biotechnologists, and sedentary computer users has been performed to spot ergonomics-related disorders in online education. Totally eight ergonomics-related disorders in online education have been identified, and the weight of each disorder has been computed with triangle-shaped fuzzy numbers in pairwise comparison. Furthermore, the ergonomics-related disorders in online education are kept in four major categories such as afflictive disorders, specific disorders, psychosocial disorders, and chronic disorders. These four categories of ergonomics-related disorders in online education are evaluated and compared using fuzzy analytical hierarchical process methodology to get ranked in terms of priorities. Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) is an accumulation of sensors with constrained resources that work together to accomplish a common objective. WSNs are often installed in harsh environments where because of the unattended nature and lack of tamper proof hardware, an attacker can compromise nodes from the network and can replicate these captured nodes to many clones using original node's parameters like unique ID and hence, easily gaining control over the whole sensor network. The proposed clone detection protocol is an efficient approach which easily detects clones in static Wireless Sensor Networks. It is a witnessbased approach where some nodes from the network are randomly selected to increase randomness of the network resulting in increased detection probability of the clones. The popularization of electronic clinical medical records makes it possible to use automated methods to extract high-value information from medical records quickly. As essential medical information, oncology medical events are composed of attributes that describe malignant tumors. In recent years, oncology medicine event extraction has become a research hotspot in academia. Many academic conferences publish it as an evaluation task and provide a series of high-quality annotation data. This article aims at the characteristics of discrete attributes of tumor-related medical events and proposes a medical event. The standard extraction method realizes the combined extraction of the primary tumor site and primary tumor size characteristics, as well as the extraction of tumor metastasis sites. In addition, given the problems of the small number and types of annotation texts for tumor-related medical events, a key-based approach is proposed. A pseudo-data-generation algorithm that randomly replaces information in the whole domain improves the transfer learning ability of the standard extraction method for different types of tumor-related medical event extractions. The proposed method won third place in the clinical medical event extraction and evaluation task of the CCKS2020 electronic medical record. The presented study consists of potential artificial approaches used for cultivation and the selection of hydroponics as the best approach out of these based on different parameters. This paper also provides a comparative analysis of six present hydroponic approaches. The research work on different factors of saffron, such as the parameters responsible for growth, reasons for the decline in growth, and different agronomical variables, has been shown graphically.
