Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a type of non-protein-coding RNA with a length of at least 200 nucleotides. Existing evidence shows that lncRNA affects the growth and development of humans and the occurrence of diseases through various mechanisms, and plays an irreplaceable role in the differentiation and activation of immune cells and the development process of autoim-mune diseases. In recent years, lncRNA H19 has been found to play a unique regulatory function in pathological processes related to autoimmune diseases, such as inflammation and fibrosis. Therefore, the molecular mechanism involved in H19 is expected to become a potential target for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. In this review, we discussed the related mechanisms of H19 involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases based on the known functions of H19 and summarized the research results of H19 in several common autoimmune diseases. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease that affects several organs and causes variable clinical symptoms. Exploring new insights on genetic factors may help reveal SLE etiology and improve the survival of SLE patients. The current study is designed to identify key genes involved in SLE and develop potential diagnostic biomarkers for SLE in clinical practice. Expression data of all genes of SLE and control samples in GSE65391 and GSE72509 datasets were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. A total of 11 accurate differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified by the "limma" and "RobustRankAggreg" R package. All these genes were functionally associated with several immune-related biological processes and a single KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome) pathway of necroptosis. The PPI analysis showed that IFI44, IFI44L, EIF2AK2, IFIT3, IFITM3, ZBP1, TRIM22, PRIC285, XAF1, and PARP9 could interact with each other. In addition, the expression patterns of these DEGs were found to be consistent in GSE39088. Moreover, Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves analysis indicated that all these DEGs could serve as potential diagnostic biomarkers according to the area under the ROC curve (AUC) values. Furthermore, we constructed the transcription factor (TF)-diagnostic biomarker-microRNA (miRNA) network composed of 278 nodes and 405 edges, and a drug-diagnostic biomarker network consisting of 218 nodes and 459 edges. To investigate the relationship between diagnostic biomarkers and the immune system, we evaluated the immune infiltration landscape of SLE and control samples from GSE6539. Finally, using a variety of machine learning methods, IFI44 was determined to be the optimal diagnostic biomarker of SLE and then verified by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) in an independent cohort. In order to reduce the market in a large number of counterfeit imitation products, product traceability anti-counterfeiting by more and more attention. Therefore, it is imperative to study product traceability and anti-counterfeiting marking technology. However, for products within a limited size, the data capacity of traditional Data Matrix (DM) code is insufficient to meet the storage requirements, and it is easy to clone and copy, which limits the development of laser marking technology. In order to improve the replication difficulty and information storage capacity of the Data Matrix code, the depth-of-field (DOF) 3D code is devised by adding Z-axis depth information to the original Data Matrix code, which can accommodate a larger information storage capacity and improve the reproduction difficulty of DM code, thus meeting the current commercial demand. In this paper, cemented carbide is taken as the research object, and DOF 3D code is marked on its surface by femtosecond laser, and the optimal process parameters are determined. In order to explore the influence of picosecond laser on the cleaning quality of 316L stainless steel, and verify the feasibility of laser cleaning technology on stainless steel. In this paper, we used a picosecond laser for cleaning experiments on contaminated 316L stainless steel to study the effect of different laser process parameters on its surface cleaning quality and used a scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer, digital microhardness tester and laser confocal microscope and other testing techniques to test the samples before and after cleaning. The results show that picosecond laser removal of stainless steel surface contaminants was the most effective when the laser power density was 19.1 × 105 W/cm2, the repetition rate was 80 kHz, the scanning speed was 1900 mm/s and the scanning spacing was 0.03 mm. Compared with the traditional cleaning process, the surface quality of the laser-cleaned samples was higher and more effective, which provided a reference from the application of laser cleaning technology on stainless steel surfaces. Background: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have important research value and broad application prospects in cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). However, few bibliometric analyses on MSCs in cardiovascular diseases are available. This study aims to provide a thorough review of the cooperation and influence of countries, institutions, authors, and journals in the field of MSCs in cardiovascular diseases, with the provision of discoveries in the latest progress, evolution paths, frontier research hotspots, and future research trends in the regarding field., Methods: The articles related to MSCs in cardiovascular diseases were retrieved from the Web of Science. The bibliometric study was performed by CiteSpace and VOSviewer, and the knowledge map was generated based on data obtained from retrieved articles., Results: In our study, a total of 4,852 publications launched before August 31, 2023 were accessed through the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database via our searching strategy. Significant fluctuations in global publications were observed in the field of MSCs in CVDs. China emerged as the nation with the largest number of publications, yet a shortage of high-quality articles was noted. The interplay among countries, institutions, journals and authors is visually represented in the enclosed figures. Importantly, current research trends and hotspots are elucidated. Cluster analysis on references has highlighted the considerable interest in exosomes, extracellular vesicles, and microvesicles. Besides, keywords analysis revealed a strong emphasis on myocardial infarction, therapy, and transplantation. Treatment methods-related keywords were prominent, while keywords associated with extracellular vesicles gathered significant attention from the long-term perspective., Conclusion: MSCs in CVDs have become a topic of active research interest, showcasing its latent value and potential.
