In this paper, we study the quantum-corrected Schwarzschild AdS black hole surrounded by quintessence matter in two folds: its thermal quantities and shadows. For this purpose, first, we present a detailed analysis of the influences of the quintessence matter field on Hawking temperature, mass, Gibbs free energy, and specific heat functions. Then, we examine the shadows by following Carter’s approach. We find that the shadow radius value takes smaller values for greater quintessence state parameter values. On the other hand, we see that the shadow radius takes greater values for greater values of the normalization parameter. Finally, in a brief section, we discuss the energy emission rate and show that the Gaussian-type plots’ peak values are also affected by the quintessence matter field parameters. Recently, Rajagopal et al. presented an asymptotically AdS black hole metric whose thermodynamics qualitatively mimics the behavior of the Van der Waals fluid by treating the cosmological constant as a thermodynamic pressure. In some studies in the literature, authors have discussed the effects of deformed algebras such as generalized and extended uncertainty principles on the thermal quantities of these black holes. In this paper, we considered another deformation, the rainbow gravity formalism, and we investigated its impact on the Van der Waal black hole thermodynamics. To this end, we first generated the modified lapse and mass functions, and then we derived the modified thermal quantities such as thermodynamic volume, Hawking temperature, entropy, and specific heat functions. Finally, we explored the thermodynamics of a black hole, which mimics the thermodynamics of an ideal gas, under the influence of the rainbow gravity formalism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, we investigate the extended uncertainty principle (EUP) effects on the Van der Waals (VdW) black holes whose thermal quantities mimic the VdW liquid. We find that the considered formalism imposes an upper bound on the event horizon radius. Thus, the mass, Hawking temperature, and heat capacity become physically meaningful within a certain range of event horizon radii. At a large event horizon radius, the black hole has a remnant. We observe that for a given set of parameters, the VdW black hole can be completely unstable for all horizon radii, while for another set of parameters, it can be unstable or stable depending on the horizon radius. Recently, thermodynamics has given an important aspect of black hole physics, and it is being used as a solemn tool in characterizing the physicality and viability of many black hole (BH) solutions. On the other hand, Heisenberg algebraic deformations, which predict a lower bound to position and/or momentum, are interrogated to have a theory of quantum gravity. In this paper, we investigate the influence of the extended uncertainty principle (EUP) on the thermodynamics of a charged rotating Bañados, Teitelboim and Zanelli (BTZ) black hole in (2 + 1)-dimensional anti-de Sitter (AdS) space–time. To this end, we derive EUP-corrected Hawking temperature, pressure, entropy, Gibbs free energy and heat capacity functions. We observe that EUP-based quantum corrections decrease pressure and entropy functions in AdS space–time. In this paper, we investigate the thermal properties of the rotating charged BTZ black hole under the gravity's rainbow (GR) and generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) formalism. At first, we study the GR-corrected thermal quantities according to the usual Heisenberg algebra. Then, we consider a deformed algebra which leads to a change in the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, and compare the Hawking temperature, entropy and heat capacity functions with the previous results. One of the foremost goals of theoretical modern physics is to obtain a reliable theory of quantum gravity. In so doing, new fundamental scales are being proposed. For example, in the Snyder–de Sitter (SdS) model, two scales manifest which relate measurement limits of the position and momentum. In this work, we study the thermodynamic functions of the Schwarzschild black hole in the SdS model within the presence of position independent and dependent gravity's rainbow. Heuristically, we prove the presence of a nonzero lower bound value of the horizon, mass and temperature of the black hole. In this paper, we consider a new form of the extended uncertainty principle (NEUP) and we study the Unruh temperature and black hole's thermodynamic properties. At first, we give a brief introduction of the NEUP and show the existence of the minimal uncertainty value in momentum. Then, by using the NEUP in a heuristic recipe, we compute corrections to the Unruh temperature and compare with the usual case. Then, we study the Schwarzschild black hole thermodynamics by following NEUP. We derive an expression of the corrected mass-temperature, heat capacity and entropy functions. The Snyder–de Sitter model is an extension of the Snyder model to a de Sitter background. It is called triply special relativity (TSR) because it is based on three fundamental parameters: speed of light, Planck mass and cosmological constant. In this paper, we study the three-dimensional DKP oscillator for spin-0 and spin-1 in the framework of Snyder–de Sitter algebra in momentum space. In this work, we consider the relativistic Duffin–Kemmer–Petiau equation for spin-one particles with a nonminimal vector interaction in the presence of minimal uncertainty in momentum. By using the position space representation, we exactly determine the bound-states spectrum and the corresponding eigenfunctions. In this letter, we introduce two new forms of uncertainty relations by extending the usual Heisenberg algebra with higher terms. Within these scenarios, at first, we study the Unruh temperature. We find that the Unruh temperature increases in one of the new forms while it decreases in the other form. Next, we explore the thermodynamic properties of a Schwarzschild black hole by relying on these two new forms of the Heisenberg uncertainty relation. In this paper, by using the Dirac derivatives the Klein–Gordon (K-G) equation is determined in a κ -Minkowski spacetime. The dispersion relation and the first-order approximation case are deduced. The Feshbach–Villars (FV) equation is derived by applying the new linearization process to the time. We then study the effect of magnetic interaction on energies spectrum in a κ -Minkowski spacetime as an application, as a result we found that the energies spectrum are not symmetrical. We also study the case of hydrogen atom in non-relativistic limit by using perturbation theory. We study the problem of pair creation of scalar particles by an electric field in curved Snyder space. We find exact solutions for the Klein–Gordon equation with a constant electric field in terms of hypergeometric functions. In this paper, incorporating the effect of the deformed commutation relation on de Sitter background, we studied the deformed Schwinger mechanism in (1 + 1) dimensions for scalars particle of spin-0 in a constant electric field. In this paper, we study the influence of the noncommutativity on the pairs creation of neutral particle-antiparticle in (1 + 2)d. Using the Seiberg-Witten maps, the modified Euler-Lagrange field equations up to first-order in the noncommutativity, parameter is obtained and the Nikishov method based on Bogoliubov transformation is applied to calculate the density number of created neutral fermions. The movement of relativistic particle of spin- submitted to the field of the Dirac oscillator (DO) is studied in space where the coordinates have the properties of spin noncommutativity (SNC). Obtaining an accurate assessment of a treatment system's antimicrobial efficacy in recreational water is difficult given the large scale and high flow rates of the water systems. A laboratory test system was designed to mimic the water conditions and potential microbial contaminants found in swimming pools. This system was utilized to evaluate the performance of an in situ ozone disinfection device against four microorganisms: Cryptosporidium parvum, bacteriophage MS2, Enterococcus faecium, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The sampling regimen evaluated the antimicrobial effectiveness in a single pass fashion, with samples being evaluated initially after exposure to the ozone unit, as well as at points downstream from the device. Based on the flow dynamics and log reductions, cycle threshold (Ct) values were calculated. The observed organism log reductions were as follows: >6.7 log for E. faecium and P. aeruginosa; >5.9 log for bacteriophage MS2; and between 2.7 and 4.1 log for C. parvum. The efficacy results indicate that the test system effectively functions as a secondary disinfection system as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Model Aquatic Health Code.
