This research was conducted in the village of Juai, Balangan South Kalimantan. The goal of research to analyze the revenue, income and profits of farming Pumpkins Juai during one period of cropping. This study used a survey method with the further observation techniques, while sampling is carried out by census, which is as many as 45 farmer. Results show that the magnitude of the costs used in the farming of pumpkins is an explicit cost of Rp 2.335.815, implicit costs of Rp 354.594 and the total average cost of Rp 2.690.409. The fruits produced by a farmer on average 1.150 kg, the fruit price per kg is varied between Rp 5.750 to Rp 7.000, so the farming revenue of Rp 7.380.555. Earned income of a farmer on average about Rp. 5.044.740. The average profit obtained a farmer about Rp 4.690.145 in a single production process; with a value of R/C = 2.74.Keywords: Farming, revenue, income, profit.

A report is presented on a Al/HfN/p-Si(100) n-MISFET with excellent electrical properties that inserts a 4 nm-thick HfN gate dielectric with equivalent oxide thickness of 0.7 nm formed by electron-cyclotronresonance plasma sputtering. The threshold voltage (Vth) of the device was 0.05 V. The on/off ratio and subthreshold swing at W/L = 90 μm/ 5 μm were ~103 and 200 mV/dec., respectively. In particular, the n-MISFET exhibits IDS,sat = 20.2 μA/μm and gm = 20.5 mS/mm. This is the first report of n-MISFET characteristics with HfN gate dielectric. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Positron emission tomography (PET) is a powerful predictor of relapse and survival in non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHLs) based on studies carried out in the prerituximab era. Little is known about the predictive power of PET in rituximab-treated patients. Patients and methods: Patients with aggressive B-cell NHL with baseline and follow-up PET studies were included. Clinical characteristics, PET and computed tomography scans, biopsy results, and outcomes were reviewed. PET was defined as positive if higher than mediastinal or background activity was observed. Results: In all, 51 patients (diffuse large B cell—38; mantle cell lymphoma—13) treated with rituximab-containing regimens were included. For 13 of 40 patients (32.5%), mid-therapy PET studies were positive and 9 of 48 patients (18.7%) had positive posttherapy PET. The positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), sensitivity (Se), and specificity (Sp) of the mid-therapy PET for predicting relapse were 33% [95% confidence interval (CI) 19% to 49%], 68% (95% CI 51% to 81%), 33% (95% CI 6% to 76%), and 68% (95% CI 49% to 82%), respectively. For posttherapy PET, the relapse PPV, NPV, Se and Sp were 19% (95% CI 9% to 33%), 81% (95% CI 67% to 91%), 13% (95% CI 0.6% to 53%), and 80%(95% CI 64% to 90%), respectively. Conclusions: Compared with previous reports in prerituximab era, addition of rituximab resulted in reduced PPV and sensitivity of mid- and posttherapy PET in patients with aggressive B-cell NHL. This paper describes a start-to-end study of the suppression of stored-beam oscillation during top-up injection at the Pohang Light Source (PLS-II) beam line. The fast counterkicker implemented in PLS-II suppresses stored-beam oscillations in the vertical plane. During top-up injection in the magnetic spectroscopy beam line of PLS-II, flux improvement due to the suppression of stored-beam oscillation was clearly observed.
