[Objective]In the agricultural production, accurately classifying dried daylily grades is a critical task with significant economic implications. However, current target detection models face challenges such as inadequate accuracy and excessive parameters when applied to dried daylily grading, limiting their practical application and widespread use in real-world settings. To address these issues, an innovative lightweight YOLOv10-AD network model was proposed. The model aims to enhance detection accuracy by optimizing the network structure and loss functions while reducing parameters and computational costs, making it more suitable for deployment in resource-constrained agricultural production environments.[Methods]The dried daylilies selected from the Qingyang region of Gansu province as the research subject. A large number of images of dried daylilies, categorized into three grades superior, medium, and inferior, were collected using mobile phones under varying lighting conditions and backgrounds. The images were carefully annotated and augmented to build a comprehensive dataset for dried daylily grade classification. YOLOv10 was chosen as the base network, and a newly designed backbone network called AKVanillaNet was introduced. AKVanillaNet combines AKConv (adaptive kernel convolution) with VanillaNet's deep learning and shallow inference mechanisms. The second convolutional layer in VanillaNet was replaced with AKConv, and AKConv was merged with standard convolution layers at the end of the training phase to optimize the model for capturing the unique shape characteristics of dried daylilies. This innovative design not only improved detection accuracy but also significantly reduced the number of parameters and computational costs. Additionally, the DysnakeConv module was integrated into the C2f structure, replacing the Bottleneck layer with a Bottleneck-DS layer to form the new C2f-DysnakeConv module. This module enhanced the model's sensitivity to the shapes and boundaries of targets, allowing the neural network to better capture the shape information of irregular objects like dried daylilies, further improving the model's feature extraction capability. The Powerful-IOU (PIOU) loss function was also employed, which introduced a target-size-adaptive penalty factor and a gradient adjustment function. This design guided the anchor box regression along a more direct path, helping the model better fit the data and improve overall performance.[Results and Discussions]The testing results on the dried daylily grade classification dataset demonstrated that the YOLOv10-AD model achieved a mean average precision (mAP) of 85.7%. The model's parameters, computational volume, and size were 2.45 M, 6.2 GFLOPs, and 5.0 M, respectively, with a frame rate of 156 FPS. Compared to the benchmark model, YOLOv10-AD improved mAP by 5.7% and FPS by 25.8%, while reducing the number of parameters, computational volume, and model size by 9.3%, 24.4%, and 9.1%, respectively. These results indicated that YOLOv10-AD not only improved detection accuracy but also reduced the model's complexity, making it easier to deploy in real-world production environments. Furthermore, YOLOv10-AD outperformed larger models in the same series, such as YOLOv10s and YOLOv10m. Specifically, the weight, parameters, and computational volume of YOLOv10-AD were only 31.6%, 30.5%, and 25.3% of those in YOLOv10s, and 15.7%, 14.8%, and 9.8% of YOLOv10m. Despite using fewer resources, YOLOv10-AD achieved a mAP increase of 2.4% over YOLOv10s and 1.9% over YOLOv10m. These findings confirm that YOLOv10-AD maintains high detection accuracy while requiring significantly fewer resources, making it more suitable for agricultural production environments where computational capacity may be limited. The study also examined the performance of YOLOv10-AD under different lighting conditions. The results showed that YOLOv10-AD achieved an average accuracy of 92.3% in brighter environments and 78.6% in darker environments. In comparison, the YOLOv10n model achieved 88.9% and 71.0% in the same conditions, representing improvements of 3.4% and 7.6%, respectively. These findings demonstrate that YOLOv10-AD has a distinct advantage in maintaining high accuracy and confidence in grading dried daylilies across varying lighting conditions.[Conclusions]The YOLOv10-AD network model proposed significantly reduces the number of parameters and computational costs without compromising detection accuracy. This model presents a valuable technical reference for intelligent classification of dried daylily grades in agricultural production environments, particularly where resources are constrained.

Torreya grandis (T. grandis, Taxaceae) is a well-known nut tree species. Its fruit aril and leaves possess a unique aroma, making it an ideal natural raw material for extracting essential oils (EOs). This study aims to comprehensively compare the composition, biological activities, and pharmacological mechanism of EOs extracted from the arils (AEO) and leaves (LEO) of T. grandis. The results revealed that the chemical composition of the two EOs was highly consistent, with α-pinene and D-limonene as the main components. Both EOs significantly reduced cellular melanin production and inhibited tyrosinase activity in α-MSH-stimulated B16 cells (p < 0.05). AEO and LEO suppressed inflammatory responses in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages, significantly inhibiting cellular NO production and proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6 (p < 0.05). A network pharmacology analysis reveals that AEO and LEO share similar molecular mechanisms and pharmacological pathways for treating skin pigmentation and inflammation. Regulating inflammatory cytokines may be a critical pathway for AEO and LEO in treating skin pigmentation. These findings suggest that AEO and LEO have potential for cosmetic applications. The aim of this study was to investigate the level of inactivated A71 (EV-A71) vaccination in Pudong New Area of Shanghai and its effects on the epidemiology and pathogen spectrum of hand–foot–mouth disease (HFMD) in this area, as well as to provide a basis for improving the prevention and control strategy of HFMD in this area. Data were collected from the "Comprehensive Management Cloud Platform for Immunization Program" system from December 2016 to December 2022. The data on HFMD cases from January 2012 to December 2022 were extracted from the "China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention". A total of 484,056 doses were administered. The vaccination rate of the first dose was 14.03%, and the full vaccination rate was 13.33%. There were significant differences between the first dose and the full vaccination rate in different years (χ2 = 46,538.831, p < 0.001, χ2 = 50,013.946, p < 0.001). A total of 91625 cases of HFMD were reported, including 58 severe cases, and no deaths. Before and after the administration of the inactivated EV-A71 vaccine, there were statistical differences in the distribution of HFMD cases in terms of gender, household registration, occupation, and age (p < 0.001). The etiological surveillance results showed that the rate of enterovirus positivity was 84.15%, with 9.85% being EV-A71, 23.74% CV-A16, and 50.56% non-EV-A71 and non-CV-A16. The coverage rate of the inactivated EV-A71 vaccine in Pudong New Area was not high, and the incidence of HFMD showed a downward trend after the postmarketing of the vaccine. The majority of HFMD infections were non-EV-A71 and non-CV-A16, with CV-A6 accounting for the highest proportion. Bamboo forest healthcare tourism is a practical and sustainable management model that utilizes the medicinal functions of bamboo. However, the mechanism and potential functions of bamboo's healthcare functions are still unclear. In this study, the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are the core factor of bamboo forest healthcare were analyzed. The foliar VOCs of eight bamboo species, including Pleioblastus amarus (Keng) P. C. Keng, Pleioblastus maculatus (McClure) C. D. Chu et C. S. Chao, Pleioblastus juxianensis T. H. Wen, C. Y. Yao et S. Y. Chen, Acidosasa chienouensis (T. H. Wen) C. S. Chao et T. H. Wen, Pseudosasa amabilis (McClure) P. C. Keng ex S. L. Chen et al., Pseudosasa amabilis (McClure) Keng f., Phyllostachys rubromarginata McClure, and Phyllostachys hirtivagina G. H. Lai were qualitatively and semi-quantitatively analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME)–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Screening compounds by aroma vitality value (OAV) determined the key aromas. The results showed that a total of 40 VOCs were identified from the leaves of the eight bamboo species. The compounds with relatively high content were (Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol, (E)-2-Hexen-1-ol, 1-Hexanol, (E, E)-2,4-Hexadienal, Limonene, and so on. The commonality of different bamboo species was that the dominant groups consisted of alcohols and aldehydes. The significant differences in leaf VOCs among species presented classification. Pleioblastus amarus, Acidosasa chienouensis, Pseudosasa amabilis, and Phyllostachys rubromarginata were noticeably clustered together. The aroma of bamboo leaves is a combination of grassy, fruity, and piney notes by 24 VOCs. The key aroma from Pleioblastus amarus is leaf alcohol, which contributes to the grassy scent, while the piney aroma is dominant in Pseudosasa amabilis and Phyllostachys rubromarginata. Shading and drought are considered crucial abiotic stress factors that limit the normal growth of plants. Under natural conditions, the quality of Bletilla striata pseudobulbs (BP), a Chinese traditional medicinal crop, is often affected by the dual stresses of shading and drought. However, the relationship and mechanism of the interaction between the two stress factors in B. striata remain unclear. In this study, we examined the changes in photosynthetic properties and active ingredients of B. striata under shading (L), drought (W), and shading-drought dual stresses (LW). We aimed to explore the metabolite mechanism that led to these changes using GC-MS-based non-targeted metabolomics techniques. The results indicated a significant reduction in the polysaccharide content of BP under W and LW treatments compared to the control (CK). The total phenol content was significantly reduced under L treatment, while the total flavonoid content did not change significantly under the three stresses. The significant increase in militarine content under all three stresses implies that B. striata may modulate its biosynthesis in response to different environmental stresses. Transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were reduced, amino acid expression was up-regulated, and carbohydrate expression was down-regulated in B. striata under L treatment. The net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate exhibited significant reductions, and the tuber metabolic disorder marker Homocysteine increased and organic acid content as well under W treatment. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, and water use efficiency of B. striata were further reduced under LW compared with single stress, which is in agreement with the "trade-off theory". Pseudobulb metabolite changes, in combination with the results of the two single stresses, showed an up-regulation of amino acids and disaccharide compounds and a down-regulation of monosaccharide compounds. A support vector machine model (SVM) was used to screen 10 marker metabolites and accurately predict the changes in active ingredient content through an artificial neural network model (ANN). Anthropogenic activities have drastically increased nitrogen (N) deposition, resulting in increased N availability. The continuous increase of N availability may exacerbate phosphorus (P) deficiency, which would limit forest productivity in subtropical forests. Effects of long-time N and N + P additions on SOC turnover in subtropical forests is therefore crucial for understanding the global carbon (C) cycle. The argument of whether N and N + P addition accelerates or slows SOC turnover has been under debate, particularly in P-limited subtropical forests. This study mainly aims to confirm this argument. A ten-year field experiment was conducted in a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest in southern Anhui, China. We measured the soil δ13CSOC contents and physicochemical properties under N (100 kg N·ha−1·a−1), N + P (100 kg N ha−1·a−1 + 50 kg P ha−1·a−1) additions, and the control (CK, no N and P additions). We also estimated the β value, which represents the soil organic carbon (SOC) turnover rate, from the slope of the regression between the log10-transformed SOC content and δ13CSOC in soil depth profiles. Our findings revealed that N addition significantly affected soil δ13CSOC compared to CK on both mid-slope and flat ridge sites. The β values responded differently to various treatments and sites. On the mid-slope, the β values did not show significant change with N and N + P additions. On the flat ridge, however, the β value decreased significantly in N and N + P additions, implying an increased SOC turnover rate. In addition, analysis of soil C–N–P stoichiometric ratios and physicochemical properties showed that N and N + P additions could affect β values by modifying soil nutrient content and composition. In general, our findings indicate that N and N + P additions could accelerate the SOC turnover in subtropical forest ecosystems, albeit with close dependence on site-specific factors. The cylindrical shell made of metal rubber has a strong ability to reduce and absorb vibration, which widens its application in the industrial field. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the vibration characteristics of metal-rubber cylindrical shells (MRCSs). However, there is relatively little research on this aspect. Based on this, the dynamic properties of MRCS are investigated in this paper based on viscoelastic theory, the Rayleigh–Ritz method, and the Gram–Schmidt orthogonal polynomials. The correctness of the proposed model was verified by comparison with the literature and experimental verification. The results show that the preloading state and boundary conditions have significant effects on the natural frequency and modal loss factor of MRCS. The effect of the Pasternak elastic foundation on the natural frequency and modal loss factor of MRCS varies with the change of the axial half wave number m. The growing demand for sustained self‐powered devices with multifunctional sensing networks is one of the main challenges for smart textiles, which are the critical elements for the future Internet of Things (IoT) and Point of Care (POC). Here, cellulose‐based smart textile is integrated with dynamic Schottky diode (DSD) to generate sustained power source (current density of 8.9 mA m⁻2) for self‐powered built‐in sensing network. In response to normal and shear motions, a pressure sensor with a sensitivity of 0.12 KPa⁻1 and an impact sensor are demonstrated, respectively. The woven structure of the textile contributes to signal amplification, which can also form a matrix of sensing elements for distributed sensing. Background: Vaccination is the best way to protect children under 5 years from death or disability. Children with biliary atresia (BA), which is the most common pediatric cholestatic end-stage liver disease (PELD), are more vulnerable to infectious diseases. However, the vaccination coverage and factors modulating vaccine responses in children with BA are largely unknown. Methods: In this study, 288 children (median age: 7 months) diagnosed with BA before liver transplantation were enrolled for the evaluation of vaccination status and the factors affecting the immune response to the hepatitis B (HBV) vaccine. Moreover, 49 BA children (median age: 4 months) were enrolled for flow cytometric analysis of CD4+ T cells and CD19+ B cell subsets and correlations with serum bile acid levels. Results: Generally, these children had very low routine vaccination rates for the meningococcal serogroup AC (Men AC) (41.2%), measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) (31.3%), poliomyelitis (Polio) (25.3%), hepatitis A (HAV) (25.0%), Japanese encephalitis (JE) (15.0%), diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP) (14.2%), meningococcal serogroup A (Men A) (13.5%) and varicella (VAR) (10.8%) vaccines, but not for the HBV (96.2%) and bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) (84.7%) vaccines. Remarkably, 19.8% (57/288) of the patients had HBV infection. Out of 220 patients vaccinated for HBV, 113 (51.4%), 85 (38.6%) and 22 (10%) had one, two or three doses of the HBV vaccine, respectively. Furthermore, logistic regression analysis revealed that the bile acid level was an independent factor associated with poor HBV vaccine response (p = 0.03; OR = 0.394; 95% CI = 0.170-0.969). Immunophenotyping showed that bile acids were only negatively correlated with the CD19+CD27+IgG+ post-class-switched memory B cell ratio (p = 0.01). Conclusion: This study reveals the overall vaccination rates of routine vaccines in Chinese BA children are very low and the poor HBV vaccine responses are associated with bile acids, possibly via the inhibition of CD19+CD27+IgG+ post-class-switched memory B cell response. Based on matched data from the Chinese industrial enterprise database and General Administration of Customs (GAC) database for 2000–2013, this paper examines export manufacturers in the context of significantly varying institutional environments to investigate how intermediate imports and the institutional environment affect export product quality. The results show that, first, intermediate imports affect product quality through four channels: the competition effect, knowledge spillover effect, intermediate quality effect, and intermediate diversification effect. Second, improvement in the institutional environment has a direct and positive impact on product quality, as well as strengthening the effect of intermediate imports; in this sense, the two factors are complementary in influencing market share reallocation. Third, the investigation of the import duration impact on product quality from dynamic perspectives shows a U-shaped correlation. This paper provides a theoretical and practical basis for strengthening the international competitiveness of China's export products and improving the regional institutional environment. In this work, we developed a novel core/shell chitosan (Cs)/hyaluronan (HA)-based hybrid nanoparticle, i.e. SNX@Cs-SNX/cHA, with good stability in the bloodstream and intracellular environment-sensitive drug delivery for breast cancer therapy. The core was a drug-loaded self-assembled micelle (SNX@Cs-SNX), and the shell was crosslinked to cysteine-conjugated hyaluronan (cHA) by disulfide bonds. Thanks to the combination of chemical bonding and physical encapsulation, the drug loading capacity of SNX@Cs-SNX/cHA nanoparticles was up to (14.6 ± 0.3)% in mass percentage. These stabilized core/shell nanoparticles were little affected by ionic strength (0.05–1.0 M sodium chloride solution), pH (6.8 and 7.4) and human plasma mimicking the bloodstream, but promptly disassembled by the multi-stimuli of glutathione (GSH), hyaluronidases (Hyals) and acidity (pH 5.0) mimicking the intracellular environment of breast cancer cells. In vitro 84% of the loaded drugs was released by GSH/Hyals/pH multi-stimuli within 72 h, as opposed to 28% at pH 7.4. SNX@Cs-SNX/cHA nanoparticles were highly endocytosed by both MCF-7 and MDA-MB-453 breast cancer cells and escaped from the endosomes/lysosomes as revealed by confocal laser scanning microscopy, showing a close IC50 value of 24.5 ng mL−1 and 41.0 ng mL−1 respectively to pure SNX. Thus, the SNX@Cs-SNX/cHA nanoparticle, which can not only increase the drug loading ability and stability in the blood circulation, but also control the fast intracellular drug delivery by GSH/Hyals/pH multi-stimuli in breast cancer cells, is a potential drug carrier for breast cancer therapy. In this paper, the cognitive relay cooperation (CRC) wireless communication systems are investigated over Nakagami- m fading channels. The decode-and-forward (DF) relay is employed to assist the communications between cognitive source and destination. Especially, to achieve full diversity order, we consider the case in which there is a direct path between cognitive source and destination. Besides the interference at primary users (PUs) created by secondary users (SUs), the interference at SUs created by PUs is also considered. For the interested CRC systems, we first achieve the exact expression for the CDF of the equivalent end-to-end signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) of CRC systems. Then, with the exact CDF, the exact average symbol error ratio (SER) and outage performance of CRC systems are achieved. The derivation is of significance, by which we can obtain a detailed knowledge about CRC systems. Though a single integral included in the derivation, it can be calculated numerically by employing some mathematical tools such as Matlab. At the same time, to obtain the insight and highlight the effect of system parameters on the considered CRC systems, by using the high SIR approximation, we obtain the asymptotic closed-form expression of CDF as well as the ones of average SER and outage probability. From the asymptotic results, we can find the main factors that dominate the performance of CRC systems. The presented simulation results for outage probability and average SER show the derivations and simulations are in agreement. Moreover, in high SIR the achieved asymptotic results match well the exact ones. As a result, in high SIR we can employ the asymptotic closed-form solutions to evaluate the exact performance of CRC systems. This can reduce greatly the implementation complexity. Besides this, the simulations also show that the diversity order is dominated by the fading severities of the secondary systems, i.e. the diversity order be proportional to the summation of the minimum fading severity between the two hops and that of the direct link. Background: Osteosarcoma is the most prevalent primary malignant bone tumor, but treatment is difficult and prognosis remains poor. Recently, large-dose chemotherapy has been shown to improve outcome but this approach can cause many side effects. Minimizing the dose of chemotherapeutic drugs and optimizing their curative effects is a current goal in the management of osteosarcoma patients. Methods: In our study, trypan blue dye exclusion assay was performed to investigate the optimal conditions for the sensitization of osteosarcoma U2OS cells. Cellular uptake of the fluorophores Lucifer Yellow CH dilithium salt and Calcein was measured by qualitative and quantitative methods. Human MTX ELISA Kit and MTT assay were used to assess the outcome for osteosarcoma U2OS cells in the present of shock wave and methotrexate. To explore the mechanism, P2X7 receptor in U2OS cells was detected by immunofluorescence and the extracellular ATP levels was detected by ATP assay kit. All data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Comparisons were made with t test between two groups. Results: Treatment of human osteosarcoma U2OS cells with up to 450 shock wave pulses at 7 kV or up to 200 shock wave pulses at 14 kV had little effect on cell viability. However, this shock wave treatment significantly promoted the uptake of Calcein and Lucifer Yellow CH by osteosarcoma U2OS cells. Importantly, shock wave treatment also significantly enhanced the uptake of the chemotherapy drug methotrexate and increased the rate of methotrexate-induced apoptosis. We found that shock wave treatment increased the extracellular concentration of ATP and that KN62, an inhibitor of P2X7 receptor reduced the capacity methotrexate-induced apoptosis. Conclusions: Our results suggest that shock wave treatment promotes methotrexate-induced apoptosis by altering cell membrane permeability in a P2X7 receptor-dependent manner. Shock wave treatment may thus represent a possible adjuvant therapy for osteosarcoma.

Background: Survivors of childhood cancer (CCS) and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients are at increased risk of human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated malignancies. Although HPV vaccination is recommended for these groups, parental acceptance remains uncertain., Procedure: We recruited caregivers of female CCS/HSCT aged ≥9 years from the Shanghai Children's Medical Center (SCMC) vaccination clinic. Caregivers of females who were at least 6 months post treatment, off immunosuppressants, and disease-free were eligible. Caregivers completed a questionnaire assessing demographics, HPV knowledge, and their willingness to vaccinate their daughters., Results: Of the 219 caregivers enrolled, 195 (89.0%) completed the survey. Among the children of caregivers who responded, 44.6% (87/195) had undergone HSCT. All respondent caregivers lacked awareness that the HPV vaccine was recommended for their daughters. Willingness to vaccinate was endorsed by 65.1% (127/195) of caregivers, and was significantly associated with a household income over ¥50,000 (p = 0.02), the mother's HPV vaccination status (p < 0.001), and their daughter receiving any vaccination post therapy (p = 0.02). The most common reasons for vaccine refusal included concerns about its impact on the child's primary disease (64.7%, 44/68), vaccine safety (58.8%, 40/68), and the belief that their child was too young for HPV vaccination (50.0%, 34/68). Only 15 of the 127 (11.8%) caregivers who initially expressed willingness to vaccinate their children had actually initiated vaccination., Conclusion: A substantial minority of Chinese caregivers of female CCS/HSCT are hesitant to vaccinate their daughters against HPV. The intercropping practice has been regarded as a practical land-use selection to improve the management benefits of Bletilla striata plantations. The reports about the variety of economic and functional traits of Bletilla pseudobulb under intercropping systems were limited. The present study investigated the variation of economic and functional traits of Bletilla pseudobulb under different intercropping systems (the deep-rooted intercropping system: B. striata - Cyclocarya paliurus , CB; and the shallow-rooted intercropping system: B. striata - Phyllostachys edulis , PB). The functional traits were analyzed through non-targeted metabolomics based on GC-MS. The results indicated that the PB intercropping system significantly decreased the yield of Bletilla pseudobulb while significantly increasing the total phenol and flavonoids compared with the control (CK). However, there were no significant differences in all economic traits between CB and CK. The functional traits among CB, PB, and CK were separated and exhibited significant differences. Under different intercropping systems, B. striata may adopt different functional strategies in response to interspecific competition. The functional node metabolites (D-galactose, cellobiose, raffinose, D-fructose, maltose, and D-ribose) were up-regulated in CB, while the functional node metabolites (L-valine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, methionine, L-lysine, serine, D-glucose, cellobiose, trehalose, maltose, D-ribose, palatinose, raffinose, xylobiose, L-rhamnose, melezitose, and maltotriose) were up-regulated in PB. The correlation between economic and functional traits depends on the degree of environmental stress. Artificial neural network models (ANNs) accurately predicted the variation in economic traits via the combination of functional node metabolites in PB. The correlation analysis of environmental factors indicated that Ns (including TN, NH 4 + -, and NO 3 - -), SRI (solar radiation intensity), and SOC were the main factors that affected the economic traits (yield, total phenol, and total flavonoids). TN, SRI, and SOC were the main factors affecting the functional traits of the Bletilla pseudobulb. Epidermal electrophysiology is widely carried out for disease diagnosis, performance monitoring, human-machine interaction, etc. Compared with thick, stiff, and irritating gel electrodes, emerging tattoo-like epidermal electrodes offer much better wearability and versatility. However, state-of-the-art tattoo-like electrodes are limited in size (e.g., centimeters) to perform electrophysiology at scale due to challenges including large-area fabrication, skin lamination, and electrical interference from long interconnects. Therefore, we report large-area, soft, breathable, substrate- and encapsulation-free electrodes designed into transformable filamentary serpentines that can be rapidly fabricated by cut-and-paste method. We propose a Cartan curve-inspired transfer process to minimize strain in the electrodes when laminated on nondevelopable skin surfaces. Unwanted signals picked up by the unencapsulated interconnects can be eliminated through a previously unexplored electrical compensation strategy. Objective: To explore the relationship between telomere length changes and age, and to provide data and reference for further study of geriatric medical problems.
 Methods: The healthy people over 20 years old were chosen as subject from several hospitals by random sampling method, and their peripheral blood samples were collected. The relative length of telomere was detected by quantitative real-time PCR, and the relationship between age and telomere length was analyzed by statistical software.
 Results: A total of 1 022 samples were obtained. There were significant differences in the relative telomere length among different age groups (F=21.492, P<0.001). Telomere length and age showed negative correlation (r=-0.325, P<0.001), the regression equation was y=-0.008x+1.772 (x for age, y for the average telomere length, P<0.001).
 Conclusion: The telomere length for peripheral blood leukocytes in healthy people varies between different age groups, suggesting that telomere length gradually decreases with age.

Objective: To build a social aging scale for healthy people, and get the accuracy and feasibility of the scale to judge the aging of healthy people on the basis of the empirical research.
 Methods: Stratified random sampling was conducted according to the nine different age groups, and the age-related social function information was collected for healthy people by using the scale, which was made in our own plant; the distribution of the score, the correlations between the score and age or telomere length were analyzed by statistical software.
 Results: A total of 2 297 subjects were collected for the analysis. The ratio of male to female was 0.8:1. Social function of aging score was in the range of 3.00-12.90; aging score of personal ability was in the range of 1.00-4.45; aging score of social participation was in the range of 1.00-4.52; and aging score of organizational communication was in the range of 1.00-5.00. The correlation coefficient of aging scores with age was 0.696 (P<0.001). The result of telomere length showed that the relative telomere length was 1.056±0.261. The telomere length in different groups were significantly different (F=35.803, P<0.001). The telomere length was negatively correlated with aging (r=-0.964, P<0.001) and social function of aging (r=-0.857, P<0.001), respectively.
 Conclusion: The scores of age-related social function, personal ability, social participation, and organizational communication are increased with age. The telomere length is negatively correlated to aging score. The scale is applicable to measure social function of aging, which can provide reference for evaluation of the comprehensive of aging.

Objective: To build a physiological aging scale for healthy people.
, Methods: We collected age-related physiologic items through literature screening and expert interview. Two rounds of Delphi were implemented. The importance, feasibility and the degree of authority for the physiological index system were graded. Using analytic hierarchy process, we determined the weight of dimensions and items.
, Results: Using Delphy mothod, 17 physiological and other professional experts offered the results as follow: coefficient of expert authorities Cr was 0.86±0.03, coordination coefficients for the first and second round were 0.264(χ2=229.691, P<0.001) and 0.293(χ2=228.474，P<0.001), respectively. The consistency was good. The aging scale for healthy people included 3 dimensions, namely physical form, feeling movement and functional status. Each dimension had 8 items. The weight coefficients for the 3 dimensions were 0.54, 0.16, and 0.30, respectively. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.893, the reliability was 0.796, and the variance of the common factor was 58.17%.
, Conclusion: The improved Delphi method or physiological aging scale is satisfied, which can provide reference for the evaluation of aging.
