The aim of this work paper is to suggest efficient model of business efficiency in agro industrial products commerce, by integration of marketing mix instruments-product and price. Marketing research provides solid bases for foundation of good and efficient management moment, as an assumption of good market position. Based on determined goals and research objects, using qualitative methods of marketing research, the goal is the establishment of functional model of business efficiency. Another aim is to establish efficient communication model for interested parts, on relation service provider (enterprise), retailer, buyer and consumer in agro industrial products commerce within special market institutions (wholesale markets).

The aim of this study was to determine which of six inbreeds that were investigated could be the donor of the favorable alleles for grain yield and its components ear diameter and number of kernels in a row. The trial including the F1 hybrid progeny and the inbreeds investigated was set in 1998 in RCB design at four locations: Zemun Polje, Srbobran, Pančevo and Inđija, in four replications. The modified method after Dudley (1987) was used to establish the donors of favorable alleles. All inbreeds expressed positive values of the UG parameter and the L545-93 inbred line was chosen to improve the grain yield of the ZPE25-10-1 x B84 elite hybrid on the basis of the largest value of its UG parameter (0.95*). Positive UG values were determined for other investigated traits, e. g. the ear diameter (0.26*) and the number of grains in a row (2.54*), also. On the basis of the relative relatedness of the L545-93 inbred and the parents of the elite hybrid it was concluded that the parallel improvement of the ear diameter and the kernel number in a row could be achieved by backcrossing the ZPE25-10-1 x L545-93 F1 hybrid progeny and the donor line. The improvement of the grain yield of the elite hybrid should be carried out by backcrossing the B84 x L545-93 F1 progeny and the B84 parental inbred. .

Through the investment of a modern company, it is able to be involved in the creation of global value chains that have an increasing role in the contemporary international economy. In addition to creating new trading opportunities, it also contributes to the creation of new jobs and revenue. Therefore, trade agreements should promote investment, but also to create new opportunities for modern companies in terms of investment globally. The European Union (EU) today is the world's largest source and destination for foreign direct investment (FDI). As such, it has an interest in facilitating and protecting international investment, as well as providing support to all its investors abroad. Namely, since the Union supports high standards of promotion and protection investment in its territory, its natural interest is reflected in the obtaining of credible and feasible guarantees for investments and investors from the EU abroad.
