The research on energy consumption quota of metrology laboratory is an important part of building energy conservation from the perspective of total amount control. Through the research on the investigation method of basic energy consumption data, the type of quota index and the determination method of quota level. The analysis shows that the metrology laboratory adopts the method of unequal proportion classified sampling survey to obtain the basic data of energy consumption, adopts the energy consumption per unit area, considers the correction of energy consumption time and the proportion of auxiliary room area as the quota index, and uses the quota level method to determine the limit value, reference value and advanced value of energy consumption quota, which is fair, scientific and feasible.

Surgical resection is the preferred option for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but surgical navigation technology using indocyanine green still has some drawbacks such as non‐specific imaging, thus it is very important to develop new fluorescence imaging technology. All‐cis hexaphenyl‐1,3‐butadiene derivative (ZZ‐HPB‐NC) with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) feature has been reported to be quickly turned‐on fluorescent response in the intraoperative frozen‐section slides of HCC. However, the probe did not respond to normal liver tissue around HCC. In order to enhance the diagnostic rate and elucidate the response mechanism, all‐trans configuration EE‐HPB‐NC, was furtherly synthesized. Within two minutes, non‐cancer tissues could be fluorescently labeled by EE‐HPB‐NC by spraying, showing the same effect with ZZ‐HPB‐NC to HCC. The results indicated that the configuration‐induced cross‐identification fluorescence imaging strategy was achieved through the combination of ZZ‐ and EE‐HPB‐NC. Then the mechanism of HPB‐NC localization in HCC lesions was explored, and the binding of HPB‐NC with specific proteins in cells resulted in the AIE effect to label HCC cells. On this basis, the accuracy of specific fluorescence imaging for HCC was further verified on the mouse hepatic neoplasm models, indicating that it has clinical application potential for surgical fluorescence real‐time navigation. Achieving high-performance circularly polarized organic room temperature phosphorescence (CPRTP) holds significant academic and industrial importance. Herein, a series of near-infrared, color-tunable, and long-lived CPRTP materials have been successfully constructed by doping achiral luminescent guests into chiral crystallizable hosts. Naphthalimide derivatives are chosen as the guest molecules owing to the large conjugation and good structure tunability. (−)-Di-p-toluoyl- L - and (+)-di-p-toluoyl- D -tartaric acid are selected as the host molecules on account of the outstanding chirality and crystallinity. Through doping naphthalimide into tartaric acid derivatives, the resultant materials show the desirable CPRTP with a luminescence dissymmetry factor equal to 1.14 × 10−2. The host stabilizes and protects triplet excitons generated from the guest and induces the chirality of phosphorescence. Impressively, the doping material is emissive in the near-infrared region of 720 nm, which has hardly been achieved before. By modifying the chemical structure of the guest, the phosphorescent color of doping materials can be well-modulated from green to yellow and red. Moreover, the doping material displays a lifetime of up to 2.14 s. It is highly anticipated that this work will provide a new design strategy for high-performance CPRTP materials. For flood discharge structures with high water heads, aeration facilities are usually installed in engineering to promote water flow aeration and prevent cavitation damage to the overflow surface. Actual engineering has shown that as the slope of the discharge channel bottom decreases or water level changes lead to a decrease in the Froude number, the cavity morphology after conventional aeration facilities or allotype aerators is poor. This article proposes a curved aeration facility scheme based on the idea of locally increasing the bottom slope to reduce the impact angle, which is formed by the convex parabolic bottom plate and concave parabolic bottom plate. The convex parabolic bottom plate is tangent to a flat bottom plate behind the offset, and the concave parabolic bottom plate is tangent to the downstream. The jet landing point is controlled at the junction of the convex parabolic bottom plate and the concave parabolic bottom plate, and the lower jet trajectory is in line with the parabolic bottom plate. The corresponding parabolic bottom plate calculation formulas were theoretically derived, and the design method of the shape parameters of the aeration facility was provided. Through specific engineering case studies, it was found that: (1) As the ZAC/ZAG value increases, point C becomes closer to point G, the slope of the water tongue landing point C becomes steeper, and the cavity is less likely to return water. (2) When the position of the water tongue landing point is 0.5–0.8 times the height of the water tongue impact point, there is almost no water accumulation in the calculated cavity. At this time, the platform length LAB = 0.5LAF, the convex parabolic section length LBC = (0.45–0.6) LAG, the concave parabolic section length LCD = (0.43–0.11) LAG, the convex parabolic section calculation formula is z (x) = −A1x2 (A1 = 0.0059–0.00564), and the concave parabolic section calculation formula is A2x2 − B2x2 (A2 = 0.003347–0.01927).This solved the problem of aeration and corrosion reduction under small bottom slope, large-unit discharge, and low Froude number engineering conditions. The emerging mechanically active wound dressing has been perceived as one of the most effective strategies to accelerate wound closure in a non‐invasive manner. However, the development of wound dressing with body temperature‐stimulated shrinkage behavior and superior mechanical capability is still a severe challenge. Here, a thermal‐shrinkable, stretchable, and tough fibrous tape is developed via the construction of “stiff‐elastic” binary component, as well as manipulation of the fiber stretching and phase separation. The resultant polyurethane (PU)/polyvinyl butyral (PVB) fibrous membrane (FM) shows a rapid and considerable shrinkage of 70.0% after exposure at 37 °C for 12 h. The shrunk PU/PVB FMs exhibit excellent mechanical performance including high elongation of 364.4%, large toughness of 26.6 MJ m−3 and rapid thermal‐recoverable capability with 80.4% and 71.8% restoration of stress and dissipated energy respectively. The in vivo study in rat full‐thickness skin model with 2 cm‐diameter circular wounds demonstrates that the thermal‐shrinkable PU/PVB FMs can enhance wound contraction and healing. Furthermore, the ex vivo rabbit organ model indicates the possibility of thermal‐shrinkable PU/PVB FMs in defect contraction of diverse tissues. A general approach to constructing room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials involves the incorporation of a phosphorescent emitter into a rigid host or polymers with high glass transition temperature. However, these materials often suffer from poor processability and suboptimal mechanical properties, limiting their practical applications. In this work, we developed benzothiadiazole‐based dialkene (BTD‐HEA), a multifunctional phosphorescent emitter with a remarkable yield of intersystem crossing (ΦISC, 99.83 %). Its high triplet exciton generation ability and dialkene structure enable BTD‐HEA to act as a photoinitiator and crosslinker, efficiently initiating the polymerization of various monomers within 120 seconds. A range of flexible phosphorescence gels, including hydrogels, organogels, ionogels, and aerogels were fabricated, which exhibit outstanding stretchability and recoverability. Furthermore, the unique fluorescent‐phosphorescent colorimetric properties of the gels provide a more sensitive method for the visual determination of the polymerization process. Notably, the phosphorescent emission intensity of the hydrogel can be increased by the formation of ice, allowing for the precise detection of hydrogel freezing. The versatility of this emitter paves the way for fabricating various flexible phosphorescence gels with diverse morphologies using microfluidics, film‐shearing, roll coating process, and two/three‐dimensional printing, showcasing its potential applications in the fields of bioimaging and bioengineering. Smart wound dressings capable of detecting, monitoring, and regulating complicated dynamic healing processes hold tremendous potential in wound healing and tissue reconstruction. Micro/nanofiber‐based materials are regarded as one of the most promising candidates to develop smart wound dressings owing to their remarkable features including architectural mimicry of extracellular matrix, tunability in structural assembly, and diversity in functionality. Herein, the latest progress of smart micro/nanoscale fiber‐based materials in terms of composition engineering, structural design, and applications in wound management is comprehensively reviewed. This work begins with the advances in smart fibers including stimuli‐responsive fibers, shape memory fibers, and conductive fibers. Then, the structural design of fiber‐based materials from conventional 2D fibrous membrane to emerging 3D fibrous sponge/hydrogel is thoroughly discussed. Furthermore, the applications of smart micro/nanofibrous materials as wound dressings in stimuli‐responsive drug delivery, biomechanical stimulation, electrical stimulation, and wound monitoring are highlighted. Organic near‐infrared room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials offer remarkable advantages in bioimaging due to their characteristic time scales and background noise elimination. However, developing near‐infrared RTP materials for deep tissue imaging still faces challenges since the small band gap may increase the non‐radiative decay, resulting in weak emission and short phosphorescence lifetime. In this study, fused‐ring pyrrole‐based structures were employed as the guest molecules for the construction of long wavelength emissive RTP materials. Compared to the decrease of the singlet energy level, the triplet energy level showed a more effectively decrease with the increase of the conjugation of the substituent groups. Moreover, the sufficient conjugation of fused ring structures in the guest molecule suppresses the non‐radiative decay of triplet excitons. Therefore, a near‐infrared RTP material (764 nm) was achieved for deep penetration bioimaging. Tumor cell membrane is used to coat RTP nanoparticles (NPs) to avoid decreasing the RTP performance compared to traditional coating by amphiphilic surfactants. RTP NPs with tumor‐targeting properties show favorable phosphorescent properties, superior stability, and excellent biocompatibility. These NPs are applied for time‐resolved luminescence imaging to eliminate background interference with excellent tissue penetration. The development of flexible, room‐temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials remains challenging owing to the quenching of their unstable triplet excitons via molecular motion. Therefore, a polymer matrix with Tg higher than room temperature is required to prevent polymer segment movement. In this study, a RTP material was developed by incorporating a 4‐biphenylboronic acid (BPBA) phosphor into a poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) matrix (Tg=−27.1 °C), which exhibits a remarkable UV‐light‐dependent oxygen consumption phosphorescence with a lifetime of 1275.7 ms. The adjustable RTP performance is influenced by the crystallinity and polymorph (α, β, and γ phases) fraction of PVDF, therefore, the low Tg of the PVDF matrix enables the polymeric segmental motion upon microwave irradiation. Consequently, a reduction in the crystallinity and an increase in the α phase fraction in PVDF film induces RTP after 2.45 GHz microwave irradiation. These findings open up new avenues for constructing crystalline and phase‐dependent RTP materials while demonstrating a promising approach toward microwave detection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Monitoring the highly dynamic and complex immune response remains a great challenge owing to the lack of reliable and specific approaches. Here, we develop a strategy to monitor the cascade of tumor immune response through the cooperation of pore‐forming alginate gel with chemoenzymatic proximity‐labeling. A macroporous gel containing tumor‐associated antigens, adjuvants, and pro‐inflammatory cytokines is utilized to recruit endogenous DCs and enhance their maturation in vivo. The mature DCs are then modified with GDP‐fucose‐fucosyltransferase (GDP‐Fuc‐Fuct) via the self‐catalysis of fucosyltransferase (Fuct). Following the migration of the obtained Fuct‐DCs to the draining lymph nodes (dLNs), the molecular recognition mediated interaction of DCs and T cells leads to the successful decoration of T cells with GDP‐Fuc‐azide through the Fuct catalyzed proximity‐labeling. Therefore, the activated tumor‐specific T cells in dLNs and tumors can be identified through bioorthogonal labeling, opening up a new avenue for studying the immune mechanism of tumors in situ. Chiral aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) molecules have drawn attention for their helical self‐assembly and special optical properties. The helical self‐assembly of AIE‐active chiral non‐linear main‐chain polymers can produce some desired optical features. In this work, a series of V‐shaped chiral AIE‐active polyamides P1‐C3, P1‐C6, P1‐C12 and linear P2‐C3, P2‐C6, bearing n‐propyl/hexyl/dodecyl side‐chains, based on tetraphenylbutadiene (TPB), were prepared. All target main‐chain polymers exhibit distinct AIE characteristics. The polymer P1‐C6 with moderate length alkyl chains shows better AIE properties. The V‐shaped main‐chains and the chiral induction of (1R,2R)‐(+)‐1,2‐cyclohexanediamine in each repeating unit promote the polymer chains display helical conformation, and multiple helical polymer chains induce nano‐fibers helicity when the polymer chains aggregate and self‐assemble in THF/H2O mixtures. Simultaneously, the helical conformation polymer chains and helical nano‐fibers cause P1‐C6 produce strong circular dichroism (CD) signals with positive Cotton effect. Moreover, P1‐C6 could also occur fluorescence quenching response to Fe3+ selectively with a low detection limit of 3.48 μmol/L. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
