La Sinodalidad está ordenada a la misión, para ello es necesario que más comunidades cristianas compartan la fraternidad con hombres y mujeres de otras religiones, de otras convicciones y culturas, evitando, por una parte, el riesgo de la autorreferencialidad, de la auto-conservación y, por otro, el de la pérdida de identidad. La lógica del diálogo debe caracterizar el anuncio evangélico y el servicio a los pobres, el cuidado de la Casa Común y la investigación teológica, convirtiéndose en el estilo pastoral de la Iglesia. El rostro de una Iglesia sinodal no puede olvidar cómo los pobres son los protagonistas del camino de la Iglesia. A la Iglesia, los pobres le piden amor. Por amor se entiende respeto, acogida y reconocimiento. Esto significa que cada uno sea sujeto del propio itinerario de crecimiento y no objeto de acciones asistenciales de otros. La colaboración docente en las últimas décadas ha adquirido cada vez más importancia como estrategia para la mejora e innovación escolar (Hargreaves & O’Connor, 2020). Una Comunidad Profesional de Aprendizaje (CPA) pone énfasis en el desarrollo de culturas colaborativas que incentivan el aprendizaje, tanto en los docentes como en los estudiantes (Bolam et al., 2007; Hord et al., 2010; Hord & Hirsh, 2008). El presente estudio analiza las apreciaciones de docentes, directivos y asistentes de la educación sobre las dimensiones de colaboración que contempla una CPA. El método de investigación corresponde a un estudio mixto concurrente (Creswell, 2009) con estrategia de estudio de casos múltiples (Stake, 1998) en cinco centros educativos de Chile. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 161 informantes, junto al desarrollo de 10 grupos de discusión. Los principales hallazgos establecen que son positivas las percepciones con respecto a las relaciones entre pares al compartir sus prácticas, sin embargo, se carece de espacios de acompañamiento, observación y retroalimentación entre pares que permitan profundizar en el aprendizaje colectivo. Se observa la necesidad de avanzar en espacios de profundización especializada en la práctica docente, teniendo como base la documentación de investigaciones en materias educativas, junto con potenciar las fortalezas halladas en los centros educativos con relaciones sociales positivas para el aprendizaje.

This paper deals with CELAM's II Conference (Medellín, 1968) reception of collegiality and communion, and shows that, even if the Conference did not talk about synodality, it anticipated the idea. It assumes that synodality is a way of being and operating in the Church that defines pastoral work. Thus, it explains that Medellín was original in the use of an enlarged notion of collegiality, which would lead to the actual use of the term synodality. Este libro propone un enfoque neoestructural para estudiar la sociedad organizativa como estratigrafías multinivel, tanto intra como interorganizativas, las cuales permiten la acción colectiva. Dichas estratigrafías hacen visible la verticalidad de la sociedad junto con las macroestructuras de clase y ocupación. Hasta ahora, la sociedad organizativa combinaba rutinas, burocracias impersonales y jerárquicas para la producción en masa, con comités colegiales de pares rivales basados en la deliberación y en infraestructuras relacionales personalizadas para la innovación colectiva. Ambos modelos se combinan como niveles estratigráficos que permiten conjuntamente el cambio institucional (también llamado "regulación conjunta"). La "colegialidad descendente" y la "colegialidad ascendente" complementan el modelo predeterminado de control burocrático, introduciendo una estabilización dinámica en el nivel organizativo, meso de la sociedad. Los agentes verticales y las formas de división del trabajo entre niveles intentan gestionar las diversas temporalidades y aprovechar las nuevas oportunidades y los costes de sincronización existentes. Sin embargo, la digitalización de la sociedad ha impulsado un nuevo control burocrático que actualmente intenta neutralizar la colegialidad ascendente con la colegialidad "de dentro a fuera" (el control externo digitalizado de las infraestructuras relacionales personalizadas y de las correspondientes solidaridades de la acción colectiva innovadora). El modelo de los enjambres militares (pelotones organizados que toman decisiones contextuales sobre el terreno de los campos de batalla con la ayuda de la supervisión externa de la IA y de todo tipo de sensores) ejemplifican esta deriva hacia una forma organizativa y discreta de totalitarismo, y posiblemente el fin de la democracia y de la capacidad de las personas para cambiar sus propias instituciones. Esta tendencia puede moderaarse si se crean nuevos contrapoderes para equilibrar la influencia de las plataformas creadas por las Big Relational Tech, las cuales, potenciadas por la IA, permiten la difusión de la colegialidad de dentro a fuera. Las cooperativas, el emprendimiento colectivo, los intentos de crear nuevos tipos de bienes comunes tales como la organización comunitaria o las relaciones profesionales P2P que utilizan tecnologías de código abierto, representan formas localmente resistentes de colegialidad.

The current stage in the reception of the Second Vatican Council is characterized by recovering the hermeneutical primacy of Chapter II of Lumen Gentium. In this way, the binding and permanent character of the sensus fidei fidelium in the construction of the consensus omnium fidelium is recognized. The present article offers a deepening of this ecclesiology of the People of God in the light of a synodal reconfiguration. This will involve a renewal of the identity and vocation of the ecclesial subjects, and a reform of the organization and functioning of the structures. In this new stage, synodality is recognized as a constitutive dimension of the Church. However, this presupposes the design of a new way of proceeding in the Church. In this sense, we propose that the current challenge should focus on the construction of a synodal ecclesiality that generates a process of synodalization of the whole Church. It is a matter of creating a circularity between listening, discernment, elaboration and decision-making in the Church, since the ecclesiology of the People of God teaches us that in synodal processes the sensus ecclesiae totius populi is expressed and not only the sensus ecclesiae of the hierarchy. The present article intends to offer the hermeneutical framework to build a synodal ecclesiality, which supposes, a rereading and deepening of the Ecclesiology of the People of God, as we will present it in this article. Medellín supuso una recepción única del Concilio Vaticano II que llevó a la Iglesia latinoamericana a posicionarse como una Iglesia fuente, una Iglesia que no solo había creado una forma colegial de interactuar a nivel continental con la creación del Celam, sino que inauguró un espíritu de ser y trabajar y un modo de interacción que dieron paso a una forma de proceder que caracterizaría a su identidad. En este sentido, nos proponemos leer a Medellín como acontecimiento que no puede ser reducido a un texto. La forma en la que se procedió, más ambiental que tematizada, dio pié a un espíritu de convergencia profética que tomó cuerpo en el método de trabajo, el modo de relación entre los participantes, la liturgia diaria, la disposición para la escucha y la discusión abierta entre todos. En este artículo explicamos como todo esto inauguró una eclesialidad única, cuya práctica colegial fue fecundada y completada por un espíritu sinodal que logró profundizar y concretar al modelo de Iglesia Pueblo de Dios del Concilio Vaticano II.

A glimpse of school management in Normal Mexican education is proposed. Decades ago, collaboration between peers and towards common goals was implemented, through the collegial work strategy where the social relationships of participants in compliance with stated objectives. A qualitative study was carried out through ethnography, investigating the processes of transformation of collegiality to rethink a new vision towards institutional improvement from the concept of a professional learning community. The social relationships configured there included leadership, power management, compliance, posture, individuality, collaboration of the participants and analysis of results. The Episcopal conference is an institution that has gone through different stages since its origins in the nineteenth century. At present, given the doctrine of the synodality of the Church, there is some discussion of whether Episcopal conferences should be recognized as having general authority over the dioceses of the nation. The Medellin Conference represented a unique reception of the Second Vatican Council, positioning the Latin American Church as a Source Church. This Conference not only created a collegial way of interacting at a continental level through the Latin American Council of Bishops (CELAM), but also inaugurated a way of being and working, and a mode of interaction that gave birth to a way of proceeding that would characterize the Latin American Church own's identity. In this article, we understand Medellín as an epochal event that can not be reduced to a mere text. The way in which the Conference proceeded, more environmental than thematized, gave rise to a spirit of prophetic convergence among bishops, priests, religious and lay, that took shape in the method of work, the relationships among the participants, the daily liturgy, the disposition for listening and having open discussions among all. In this article we explain how all this inaugurated a unique ecclesiality inspired by a collegial practice, and completed by a Synodal Spirit that advanced the ecclesial model of People of God of the Second Vatican Council. This paper is the product of documentary and bibliographic research in the General Archives of the Latin American Bishops' Council (CELAM) and it endeavors to provide a synthesis of the efforts that CELAM has made in regard to interreligious dialogue. This has not been an easy path to follow and there is still much more yet to be done. However, in the context of the Catholic Church, CELAM has been a persistent dynamic force, encouraging bishops on this topic, according to the guidelines found in the documents of Vatican II and the General Conferences of Latin American Bishops. What is the meaning of the present itinerary of the Synod on the Family? Despite its complexity and ongoing status, I dare to propose a reading that highlights two innovations: a certain revitalization of the synodal institution and the beginning of a shift in family ministry. The role of Pope Francis is being crucial in these changes. Other important factors are the freedom of expression of synodal Fathers and the fresh air brought by the consultation to the People of God. This article explores the scope of a number of Vatican II texts and current canon law dealing with the participation of the laity in the power of governance. The author sets out two distinctions in light of the traditional doctrine of the difference between potestas ordinis and potestas iurisdictionis. This approach enables an understanding of the possibilities afforded by the current law to those who have not received Holy Orders. The Judiciary Council has been ineffective in its constitutional mission: helping to sustain the judges' independence against the other - dignified or efficient -Powers' pressures. The way its members are appointed and how they in turn elect the holders of the main judicial positions has shown their dependency on the political parties. But the 2013 reform does not resolve this problems, does not fulfil the constitutional provisions on pluralism in its composition and collegiality, creates some new ones as a consequence of the reinforcement of its president's powers and transfers a substantial part of its former competences to the Executive power. En este artículo se analizan comparativamente los procesos de configuración de autonomía y legitimidad universitaria de algunas grandes universidades públicas de América Latina en estos últimos veinte años, en relación con la libertad de cátedra y la colegialidad. El foco de análisis está en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UNC); las otras tres universidades (Universidad de São Paulo, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México y Universidad de Buenos Aires) sirven de contraste para mostrar la diversidad de los procesos que se presentan en las universidades en Latinoamérica. Se basa en una revisión de la normativa institucional, en documentos producidos por cada una de las universidades y en trabajo de campo (entrevistas, grupos de discusión, observación) durante 2009-2010, gracias a la financiación de Colciencias y de la UNC. En la investigación participó un numeroso equipo de profesores y estudiantes de la UNC. Si bien en la investigación que está a la base de este artículo se hizo una revisión amplia de la prensa en estos cuatro países, e igualmente se hizo trabajo de campo sobre las percepciones de los estudiantes, estos aspectos no se desarrollan aquí por razones de espacio. El texto argumenta que la formación ha sido la misión fundamental de las universidades; sin embargo, en estos últimos años la legitimidad y autonomía se están situando en la investigación y en nuevas modalidades de extensión. En segundo lugar se plantea que el fundamento de la autonomía universitaria reside en la libertad de cátedra y la libertad de estudio; no obstante, cambios recientes, sin cuestionar las libertades académicas, han orientado el núcleo duro de la autonomía en otras direcciones (competitividad, rendición de cuentas, etc.). La legitimidad se ha desplazado de los valores de la formación hacia otras esferas (investigación, competitividad laboral, marketing, etc.). Igualmente, el artículo desesencializa los conceptos de formación y de docencia, mostrándolos como un acumulado histórico complejo y no muy coherente, y problematiza las relaciones entre la libertad de cátedra y la autonomía institucional. Finalmente, llama la atención sobre el debilitamiento de la colegialidad en estas universidades, debilitamiento que a futuro tendrá un impacto importante en su autonomía académica y en su legitimidad.

En 1985 se pidió en el Sínodo la profundización en el estatus teológico y, con este propósito, se convocó de nuevo un coloquio internacional. El artículo muestra el modo de proceder en dicho coloquio y las diferentes secciones que lo compusieron. Se estudiaron los antecedentes históricos de las diferentes conferencias episcopales, cómo se relacionan estas con el resto de la Iglesia. Además, se propusieron diversas cuestiones que los presentes consideraron caminos a clarificar y mejorar. Finalmente, se analizó el principio de subsidiariedad y se propuso una futura reunión para seguir avanzando y profundizando en la colegialidad dentro de las conferencias episcopales.

Joseph Ratzinger was, during the Council, the peritus and assistant of Cardinal Josef Frings from Cologne. The activity of the young theologian was intense, although it is not easy to evaluate his possible influence in the Council. He took part in the rejection of the schemata presented by the Preparatory Commission, and he made contributions on the subjects of the collegiality of the bishops and the relationship between Scripture and Tradition proposed by Dei verbum. He received with enthusiasm the liturgical renovation proposed by Sacrosanctum concilium, while at the same time proposing the figure of Mary as the first Church. Ante los complejos escenarios de la globalización, la Universidad necesaria requerirá de modelos flexibles orientados a la solución de problemas y al trabajo en equipo que permitan, además, la entrada y salida de los estudiantes en diferentes momentos de su formación. Entre sus principales características se encontrará la colegialidad de sus profesores en el sentido de experimentación colectiva en la enseñanza, el seguimiento activo del progreso del estudiante, la confianza en el potencial de los alumnos, una gran proximidad entre directores profesores y estudiantes y la existencia de reglas que den certidumbre a la vida institucional.

La siguiente nota comenta y resume lo más saliente de la presentación que Hans Küng hace de su obre Sinceridad y verdad, la cual, según el autor, solo concreta y aplica lo que ya expuso en su otra obra La Iglesia.

La doctrina de la colegialidad quedó perfectamente enunciada en el Concilio Vaticano II, y fue retomada de la Tradición de la Iglesia. Sin embargo, lo que no fue del todo explicado fueron los casos concretos, más allá del concilio ecuménico, en los que se podía llevar a cabo esta teoría de la colegialidad. Una de las formas en las que ha llegado a concretarse han sido las Conferencias Episcopales, muchas veces criticadas. Esta es la línea de estudio del siguiente artículo.

La Asamblea extraordinaria del Sínodo de los obispos dedicó sus cinco primeras sesiones plenarias a discutir el fundamento doctrinal de las relaciones mutuas del binomio primado-colegialidad, sin llegar a conclusiones definitivas. En este contexto se profundiza en la colegialidad como herencia del Vaticano II, en el fin práctico-pastoral del Sínodo, en cómo se hacía carne la colegialidad antes de este organismo. Por otra parte, se analiza la concordancia esencial en la discusión, haciendo referencia a la unidad y a la diversidad y a la forma afectiva y efectiva de la colegialidad, consistiendo esta en una comunión recíproca y un postulado de nuestro tiempo. Por último, se profundiza en la teoría práctica de esta categoría.
