4. 基于地质图编码及深度残差网络的找矿预测方法——以陕西石泉地区金矿为例.

- Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence technology for ore prospecting and prediction has become a frontier area in mineral exploration, solving the problem of insufficient accuracy in geological maps for prospecting and prediction and model training. In this study, the ONE-HOT encoding method is proposed and utilized to grid the geological maps. In association with geochemical data, multi-channel two-dimensional grid window data are used as input, and data augmentation methods such as translation, rotation, and scaling are employed to expand the training. An improved ResNet neural network prediction model is used and optimizes hyperparameters through numerous experiments and comparisons. Ore prospecting and prediction was conducted in the Shiquan area, and the results show that the prospective area identified by this method covers 6. 5 % of the entire region, including all known gold deposits. Additionally, 8 new prospective areas without known gold deposits were predicted. The proposed ONE-HOT encoding method effectively utilizes existing geological map data, and the ResNet neural network prediction model performs significantly better than typical CNN network models and weight of evidence methods. Medium-low temperature magmatic hydrothermal gold deposits are widely distributed and large in scale, accounting for about 65 % of the gold deposits in China, which is the main mineral source of gold in China. In the process of prospecting, different types of deposits correspond to different prospecting methods. The determination of the metallogenic model of deposits can provide theoretical support for prospecting as well as theoretical guidance for mineral exploration and prediction. In view of this, the ontology construction and inference mechanism of medium-low temperature magmatic hydrothermal gold deposits are studied in this paper with reference to prospecting and prediction theory of exploration area. Using Protege ontology modeling software, the ontology modeling of the deposit is completed. Based on the SWRL inference rule language, the genesis type of the deposit is defined by inference rules. A set of ontology inference mechanisms oriented to the deposit type discrimination is designed. The inference is completed with the HermiT inference device. After a lot of experiments, the ontology inference method of the deposit genesis type proposed in this paper has a good application effect in the discrimination of gold deposit genesis types and can be widely used in the discrimination of other types of deposit genesis. 8. 软硬颌垫结合综合康复治疗颞下颌关节盘不可复性 前移位复位固定术后咬合的临床研究.

- Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation combined with soft and hard occlusion therapy for disc anchor surgery of anterior disc displacement with reduction. Methods A total of 60 patients with anterior disc displacement with reduction who underwent unilateral disc anchor surgery from January 2017 to April 2021 were treated in The Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University. The position of the postoperative condyle was maintained by assisted occlusion therapy. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group was the soft occlusion therapy group ( n = 30 cases), and the control group was the hard occlusion therapy group (n = 30 cases). Comprehensive physical therapy and open-mouth training were performed 3 months after the operation, followed up 1, 3 and 6 months after the operation, and MRI was performed immediately, 3 and 6 months after the operation. Fricton index and MRI evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the reduction effect of joint disc, improvement degree of mouth opening, the comfort of patients wearing occlusion and visual analog scales. To study the efficacy of two occlusion therapy. Results Postoperative malocclusion occurred in all patients. The use of occlusion therapy for 3-6 months may decrease the proportion of malocclusion. The postoperative Friction index in both groups was significantly decreased compared with that before surgery. 1 month after surgery, CMI of the soft occlusion therapy group (0.149±0.054) was significantly lower than that of the hard occlusion therapy group (0.221±0.052) . Immediate postoperative MRI evaluation showed that the effective rate of soft and hard occlusion was 100% (30/30). MRI evaluation results at 3 and 6 months after surgery were the same, and the effective rate of soft and hard occlusion treatment was 97% (29/30). One month after surgery, the mouth opening degree in the soft occlusion therapy group was ( 2.73±0.27) mm better than that in the hard occlusion therapy group (2.07±0.39) mm, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). One month after surgery, the VAS of the soft occlusion therapy group ( 2.18±0.54) was significantly lower than that of the hard occlusion therapy group (3.03±0.29), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The wear comfort survey of patients in the two groups one month after surgery showed that the comfort rate of 86.7% in the soft occlusion therapy group was significantly higher than that in the hard occlusion therapy group ( 73.3%), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Soft occlusion and hard occlusion have similar effects, but the treatment effect of soft occlusion is significantly better than hard occlusion 1 month after surgery, and the patient’s comfort level is also significantly better than hard occlusion. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of soft occlusion and hard occlusion, soft occlusion can be used immediately to 1 month after the operation, and hard occlusion can be used for treatment after 1-3 months after the patient's mouth opening significantly improves, or fixed orthodontics can be used for treatment according to specific malocclusion. 10. MDT 诊疗模式在颞下颌关节盘不可复性盘前移位中的治疗效果.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team (MDT) in the treatment of irreducible anterior displacement of temporomandibular joint disc. Methods 60 patients with irreducible anterior disc displacement of temporomandibular joint treated in The Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University from September 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into MDT group and non-MDT group. MDT group received MDT diagnosis and treatment model; The non-MDT group received routine treatment. Clinical indicators, psychological status before and after treatment, short-term clinical efficacy and satisfaction rate of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results The waiting time and average hospital stay in MDT group were lower than those in non-MDT group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of MDT was 96.67%, which was higher than 90.00% in non-MDT group. The satisfaction rate of patients in MDT group was 96.66%, which was higher than 86.67% in non-MDT group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The MDT team diagnosis and treatment model for temporomandibular joint disorders can provide the best treatment appropriate to the condition of patients with irreversible anterior displacement of TMJ, and better guarantee the perioperative safety of patients. This paper proposed a mobile edge computing offloading strategy based on multi-hop transmission of network connected vehicles. Through the prediction of future vehicle trajectory, it found effectively the best real-time multi-hop transmission path of vehicle network, so as to ensure that the computing task could be successfully unloaded to MEC server within the time delay requirement. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional mobile offloading strategy, the average task delay is lower, the task success rate is higher, and all aspects of performance are better than the traditional edge computing offloading strategy. Objective: To investigate the value of tissue Doppler Tei index in evaluating fetal heart function in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and the relationship between maternal and child prognosis and blood glucose control. Methods: 80 GDM pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. According to the glycemic control, they were divided into good group (48 cases) and bad group (32 cases). In addition, 50 healthy pregnant women who were prenatally examined in our hospital and produced in our hospital were selected as the control group. The isometric contraction time (ICT), isovolumic relaxation time (IRT), ejection time (ET), Tei index, pregnancy outcome, and neonatal complications were compared in the three groups. Results: The ET of the bad group was less than that of the good group and the control group, the Tei index was higher than that of the good group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of macrosomia, premature delivery, polyhydramnios and fetal distress in the bad group were high than those in the good group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia and hyperbilirubinemia in the bad group were higher than those in the good group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tissue Doppler Tei index has a high evaluation value for fetal heart function in GDM pregnant women. It can detect fetal cardiac dysfunction sensitively.
