在万向减震球型钢支座的基础上对其弹簧元件进行耗能设计，提出了一种新型耗能减震球型钢支座，采用钢板弹簧叠加耗能钢作为耗能减震元件。通过单调拉伸加载试验和循环拉伸加载试验，研究了Q295钢材的耗能能力，采用拟静力试验和数值分析相结合的方法，分析了支座耗能减震元件的滞回性能和自复位性能；将该新型球型钢支座应用于网架结构中，考察其耗能减震能力。研究结果表明，Q295钢材的滞回曲线饱满，具有一定的耗能能力；减震元件的耗能减震性能较好，并且具有一定的复位能力；相较于一般的弹性减震支座，新型球型钢支座可以吸收部分地震能量，从而进一步降低结构的动力响应。

在减震球型钢支座的基础上，提出了一种新型功能分离型自复位耗能支座，其减震耗能组件由耗能钢元件与钢板弹簧元件以类似系杆拱的形式组成。本文采取试验与数值模拟相结合的研究方法分析其减震机理和减震效果，设计进行了耗能元件的LYP100钢材材料性能试验、板簧元件的刚度性能试验，同时对减震耗能组件进行了拟静力加载试验和数值模拟研究。研究结果表明，LYP100钢材滞回曲线饱满，耗能性能优良；钢板弹簧在横向荷载作用下工作性能稳定，可以为减震耗能组件提供稳定的刚度；在工作过程中，板簧元件始终保持弹性状态，实现支座的自复位功能，耗能元件在加载初期就进入塑性状态，实现塑性耗能。

To address the problems of randomness and dynamics in the evaluation of the stability of the mined-out area in medium-deep hole mining，method of evaluating the stability of the mined-out area in medium-deep hole mining based on the improved entropy weight method and the object element analysis method was proposed in this paper. Considering three aspects of environment, geology and engineering，14 evaluation indexes such as maximum geostress were selected > the improved entropy weighting method was utilized > and the 14 evaluation indexes were objectvelyassgned. An objectvely empowered elemental analyss model was constructed，and a setof gradng standards for the stability of the mined-out area of medium-deep hole mining was formulated. Taking H8 ore body of Hexi district of Maoping lead-zinc mine as the research object, the stability evaluation of the mined-out area of medium-deep hole mining arranged along the strike of the ore body was carried out. Numerical simulation was used to invert the process of medium-deep hole mining and filling, and analyze the results of stress, plastic zone and displacement of the rock in the mined-out aera after medium-deep hole mining, so as to compare and verify the feasibility of the method of evaluating the stability of the mined-out aera in the medium-deep hole stope. The results show that the eigenvalues of the variables of the medium-deep hole stope mined-out area level in the H8 ore body of the Hexi district of Maoping lead-zinc mine are 2. 27, i. e., B(more stable)grade, and combined with the capacity of on-site equipments and the morphology of the ore body, the industrial test of optimization of the stope structural parameters can be further carried out. The model overcomes the subjectivity of evaluation index weighting analysis, and the results are accurate， whIch can guide the selection and optmzaton of the structural parameters of the medum-deep hole mining feld guarantee the safe and efficient mining of the medium-deep hole minig field andat the same time provide theoretical support for the application of the medium-deep hole mining technology in similar underground mnes. Objective To explore the relationship between the serum level of placental growth factor (PLGF) and ultrasonic blood flow parameters and pregnancy outcome in patients with late-onset preeclampsia (LOPE). Methods A total of 152 patients with LOPE were selected and divided into the P1 (＜ 12.00 ng/L) group, the P2 (12.00-56.73 ng/L) group, the P3 (＞56.73-89.41 ng/L) group and the P4 (＞ 89.41 ng/L) group according to serum level of PLGF. There were 38 cases in each group. The clinical data, uterine artery pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), peak systolic velocity (S)/ end-diastolic velocity (D) and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the four groups. The relationship between PLGF level and clinical characteristics was analyzed by linear regression analysis. The influence of LOPE severity on the relationship between PLGF and ultrasonic blood flow parameters was analyzed by stratified interactive analysis. Multivariate generalized linear mixed effect model was used to analyze the relationship between PLGF level and adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with LOPE. Results The diastolic blood pressure, 24 h urinary protein, PI, RI and S/D decreased significantly with the increase of PLGF level (P＜0.05). The proportion of severe LOPE and systolic blood pressure were significantly higher in the P1 group than those of the other groups (P＜0.05), and the above indexes were influencing factors of the level of PLGF (P＜0.05). The results of stratified interactive test showed that the LOPE severity did not affect the relationship between PLGF and ultrasonic blood flow parameters. There were significant differences in the incidence of HELLP syndrome, fetal growth restriction, fetal distress, premature delivery and neonatal asphyxia between patients with different PLGF levels (P＜0.05). The incidence of preterm delivery was higher in the P1 group than that in the other groups, and the other adverse pregnancy outcomes were higher in the P3 group and P4 group. Aiming at the problem that separation purity of the current reflected signal is not high and extracting accurately the surface environment parameters in the reflected signal is difficult, a multi-star GNSS-MR snow depth inversion model with VMD algorithm is developed. The VMD algorithm can effectively separate the signal and improve the separation purity of the reflected signal, and it can be compared with the traditional second-order polynomial fitting method. The GPS satellite signal-to-noise ratio data of 172 days are downloaded for experiment from NWOT test station in Colorado. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the multi-satellite GNSS-MR inversion snow depth model integrated with the VMD algorithm is better than that of the second-order polynomial fitting model. The RMSE between the inversion value and the measured value is reduced by nearly 50%, also the coefficient of determination R² is as high as 0. 98. The irregular changes of VTEC in extreme weather will increase the difficulty of prediction. The VTEC values of the ionosphere in Guilin in 2019 and 2020 provided by the European Orbit Determination Center (CODE) are used as the sample values. The sliding quartile distance method is used to detect the ionospheric VTEC disturbance law during the rainstorm in Guilin, and a variety of prediction models are established to compare the applicability and prediction accuracy of the models during the rainstorm. In this paper, five time series prediction models ( ARIMA model, Single exponential smoothing model, Holt exponential smoothing model, Brown exponential smoothing model and Damped exponential smoothing model) are selected to predict the ionospheric VTEC during the rainstorm in Guilin in the next 24 h. The results show that the ARIMA model has the best prediction effect within 4-9 h, and the RMSE and MAE of the predicted values are less than 2 TECu. Single exponential smoothing model and Damped exponential smoothing model are second, and Holt exponential smoothing model and Brown exponential smoothing model have the worst prediction effect. Objective To explore the clinical value of whole Eucommia capsules in the postoperative application of cannulated screw fixation for Garden Ⅲ-Ⅳ femoral neck fractures. Methods A prospective study was conducted on 110 patients with Garden Ⅲ-Ⅳ femoral neck fractures who received cannulated screw fixation from June 2020 to June 2022. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, each with 55 patients: the observation group received whole Eucommia capsules postoperatively, while the control group received conventional treatment for 6 months. Postoperative evaluations included reduction grade, incidences of internal fixation failure, fracture nonunion, and femoral head necrosis. Harris scores were assessed before and after treatment, and serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and cysteine-aspartic acid protease-3 (Caspase-3) were measured. Results Four patients (2 due to non-compliance with medication, 2 lost to follow-up) withdrew from the observation group, and four patients (1 due to non-compliance with medication, 3 lost to follow-up) withdrew from the control group. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in reduction grade, internal fixation failure rate, or fracture nonunion rate (P＞0.05). Significant differences were observed in Harris scores and femoral head necrosis rates (P＜0.05), with the observation group showing higher Harris scores and lower femoral head necrosis rates than the control group. After treatment, the observation group showed increased levels of VEGF and bFGF and decreased levels of Caspase-3 compared to pre-treatment (P＜0.05), while the control group showed no significant changes in serum indicators (P＞0.05). Conclusion Postoperative treatment with whole Eucommia capsules after cannulated screw fixation for Garden Ⅲ-Ⅳ femoral neck fractures is beneficial for improving joint function and preventing femoral head necrosis. 结合干式连接和湿式连接的优点提出了一种用于装配式钢筋混凝土柱(reinforced concrete,RC)的钢法兰-榫式连接,采用试验方法研究了该类连接的装配式RC柱的抗震性能。设计并制作了1个现浇柱试件和3个钢法兰-榫式连接的装配式柱试件,开展了试件的拟静力试验,研究了各试件的破坏过程及破坏形态,分析了钢法兰-榫式连接方式、钢法兰的钢腹板厚度及混凝土榫头箍筋配筋参数对试件破坏模式、滞回耗能性能、变形能力和关键点处应变的影响。试验结果表明,3个装配式试件的延性系数均大于4.0,变形能力和现浇试件相当,等效黏滞阻尼比均在0.2左右,表现出良好的延性及耗能性能;现浇试件XJ-1与装配式试件ZJ-1以柱底压弯破坏为主,装配式试件ZJ-2和ZJ-3分别发生腹板压弯破坏和榫头剪切破坏,试件ZJ-2的耗能能力较弱而试件ZJ-3的延性较差;腹板的厚度减小会降低钢节点的承载能力并导致腹板和上、下端板的应变增大,混凝土榫头箍筋配筋的减少导致榫头纵筋应变显著增加;装配式柱的柱纵筋的应变与现浇柱相当,表明钢节点能够有效传递纵筋应力。试验结果可为此类连接的装配式RC柱的设计提供参考。
