Abstract —Cultural appropriation is a complex issue that can lead to the loss of a nation's cultural identity. With the widespread adoption of mobile phones in Indonesia, there is an opportunity to use technology, specifically augmented reality (AR). To address this issue, our user-friendly AR app allows users to interact with Indonesian culture in a virtual environment. Through AR technology, users can engage with Indonesian culture in an immersive and fun way. Our target market is the younger generation, and our app provides a user-friendly interface that allows users to scan AR markers to access different cultural settings. Users can choose from two cultural regions, Bali and Papua. Once a region is selected, a scene showcases the desired region's iconic places and objects accompanied by a traditional folk song. In developing the AR app, we used the agile software development method for approximately two months with four developers. At the end of the development phase, we conduct four testing aspects of the application—namely, angle testing, functionally testing, usability testing, and hardware testing. The testing revealed that the application could perform well under various testing conditions. Through our AR solution, we aim to raise awareness of the importance of Indonesian culture and provide an educational experience that can inspire users to take ownership of their cultural heritage. In this study, we develop a web-based DecisionMaking Tool (DMT) based on a four-year research project in building the proper multiple criteria DecisionMaking Framework (DMF) for infrastructure project selection automation. Several challenges in selecting and prioritizing infrastructure projects include poor frontend planning, lack of project funding, improper investment, unsustainable development, regulatory barriers, and poor coordination among stakeholders. The NonStructural Fuzzy Decision Support System II (NSFDSS-II) is chosen as the main method applied in the proposed DMF since it could resolve complex multi-criteria problems, even without sufficient information provided. When developing the DMT, Agile software development method is used since the development cycle can be run in a light and fast manner with iterative and incremental processes. The DMT is successfully developed by using PHP, HTML, and JavaScript which implement the proposed NSFDSS-II method. We further tested the decision results from the DMT by using eight real past infrastructure projects from relevant infrastructure agencies in Indonesia, such as the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH), the Ministry of Transportation, and the Local Government. The DMT outcomes were compared with the actual implementation status and evaluated by an independent expert. It was found that the decision results from the developed DMT are in accordance with the real implementation status of evaluated projects. The DMT is recommended to be used for infrastructure project selection automation. However, despite of its fast and accurate result, the DMT should be tested on larger number of infrastructure projects in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: This study aims to examine the joint impact of networking capability and agile project management on organizational agility of telecommunication technology providers' in Indonesia. The study also examines the moderating role of market orientation as a predominant strategic orientation on the relationship between agile project management and organizational agility. Design/methodology/approach: Research data were collected via a questionnaire survey from the executive management of telecommunication technology providers in Indonesia to obtain 150 valid questionnaires for analysis. This study analyzed the overall model fit and causal relationship using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Findings: The results indicate that networking capability positively affects organizational agility. However, agile project management's significant effect on organizational agility occurs only when the relationship is moderated by market orientation. The results of the study also demonstrate that organizational agility positively affects organizational performance. Research limitations/implications: This study is based on a cross-sectional nature and might fail to capture the studied variables' dynamic over an extended period. Originality/value: The study enriches the previous literature in organizational agility by presenting the collective impact of networking capability and agile project management and the moderating role of market orientation. However, dissimilar with major prior studies, the results indicate that agile project management's direct effect on organizational agility is not significant. Agile project management needs to be moderated by market orientation to create exceptional customer values and overcome the competition for the organization to achieve organizational agility, responsiveness and adaptability to address customers' needs and requirements. Maptables are increasingly used to support collaborative spatial planning processes. Despite the proven benefits and claimed potential of using a maptable in such processes, software applications specifically designed for this device are still scarce. Moreover, often-used applications do not fully exploit the touch functionality of a maptable, or have low usability. To address this gap, we developed and evaluated the Open Geospatial Interactive TOol (OGITO), an open-source software application designed to support collaborative spatial planning processes with a maptable. To develop such tool, we combined human-centred design and Agile software development principles in a co-design effort with intended users and stakeholders. Through iterative development cycles and feedback from users, OGITO was evolved until it satisfied user expectations. In a case study on community mapping in Sumatra, Indonesia, a sample of users evaluated OGITO's usability. Case study participants reported high satisfaction with this tool for the tasks and context given. Our research shows the added value of iterative development and user feedback for improving and further development of the tool's usability and functionality. • OGITO: a new open-source application for maptables to support collaborative planning. • Human-centred design and Agile methods effectively shaped the co-design of OGITO. • OGITO's usability was positively rated by collaborative mapping workshop participants. • Iterative development and user feedback improved usability of the planning tool.
