The article discusses the paper of biologist Didier Raoult from the University of the Mediterranean in Marseilles, France regarding the identification of colossal viruses which he identified that it belongs to a branch of life called the fourth domain. It mentions that Raoult believes that the domain branched off from the very base of the evolutionary tree of life. It also explores the paper of evolutionary biologist Jonathan Eisen entitled "to the 'Fourth Domain' club."
