Abstract
The article discuses the importance of technology for the selection and recruitment of candidates with focus on employee privacy, unproctored internet testing (UIT) and the use of social media. It mentions that candidates prefer UIT to paper-pencil tests but it increases the cheating and reduces valid results. It also suggests using the effective and least amount of adverse impact techniques after analyzing computerized selection techniques.
