Abstract
The article discusses a study related to the use of digital ano-rectal examination (DARE) in anal cancer screening of HIV physicians, who have sex with men (MSM). The study discusses that MSM living with HIV are at great risk for anal cancer, with rates comparable with other malignancies such as prostate and colon cancer. The study concludes that anal cancer screening among the HIV and MSM population to recognize anal cancer are needed.
