- Abstract
A large number of new energy power electronic equipment is connected to the new power system, and the high proportion of new energy brings huge volatility and randomness, so it is necessary to establish a systematic risk assessment system to adapt to the new power system. This paper has improved the neglect of environmental benefits and supply and demand balance in the existing indicator system and established an indicator system for the risk of the new power system from the five perspectives of safety, supply and demand, sufficiency, cleanliness, and flexibility through the analysis of the evaluation indicator system of the large power grid and the influencing factors of the new power system. The index weight of a new power system is established by means of the entropy weight–critic combination weighting method, and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by combining it with the cloud model. Finally, the specific data of the new power system in Fujian Province from 2020 to 2022 are taken as an example to verify the feasibility of combining the combined weighting method and the cloud model, and it is concluded that the new power system in Fujian Province has been in a "low risk" operation state for the recent three years. This paper aims to improve the level of social credit system and the accuracy and efficiency of bank users' credit scoring by using business intelligence technology based on deep neural network (DNN). Firstly, based on the theory of personal credit evaluation factors, a comprehensive credit evaluation factor system is constructed, taking into account social and economic background, consumption habits, behavior patterns and other factors. Meanwhile, back propagation neural network (BPNN) theory is introduced as the core method of modeling to cope with the nonlinear relationship in the credit scoring task and the demand of large-scale data processing. Secondly, by analyzing the operation process of BPNN in detail, the specific application in credit scoring model is emphasized. Finally, on the basis of theory and operation, this paper implements a credit scoring model for bank users based on BPNN theory. The experimental results show that the model realized in this paper can automatically discover the key attributes and internal rules in the sampled data, and adjust the weight and threshold of the network by modifying the parameters and network structure to meet the expected requirements. The accuracy of the credit score of the predicted sample data reaches 99.5%, and the prediction error is very small, which has a good prediction effect. This paper provides a feasible solution for business intelligence and DNN in the field of credit scoring, and also provides strong empirical support for improving the level of social credit system. - Abstract
This paper constructs a rural resilience measurement index system from three dimensions: resistance and absorptive capacity, recovery and adaptive capacity, innovation and transformation capacity. Taking 101 counties (cities, districts) in Hunan Province as the research units and 2012-2020 as the research period, this paper uses TOPSIS and grey correlation analysis to measure the level of rural resilience in Hunan Province and analyze its influencing factors. Results show that: ① From 2012 to 2020, rural resilience in Hunan Province has steadily improved, but the overall resilience level is still not high. Resistance and absorptive capacity, recovery and adaptability have improved significantly, and innovation and transformation capabilities have changed little and have been at a low level, which has become a weakness of rural resilience in Hunan Province; ② In terms of spatial pattern, the spatial distribution of rural resilience in Hunan Province is clearly differentiated. The resilience level is more consistent with the economic and social development level of the city where it is located. The Changsha-Zhuzhou Xiangtan urban agglomeration has a high level of resilience, followed by the Dongting Lake area and southern Hunan, and the lowest pattern in the Xiangxi area; ③ From the perspective of influencing factors, the level of economic development and social structure have a greater impact on rural resilience. In view of the differences in resilience levels between regions in Hunan Province, measures should be taken in accordance with local conditions, grasp the key factors affecting rural resilience according to different regional characteristics, and take targeted measures to improve the overall level of rural resilience. To evaluate the earthquake disaster resistance capability of highway tunnels, it is necessary to study an index system for the earthquake disaster resistance capability of highway tunnels. This paper uses a literature research method. The damage of highway tunnels in 12 earthquake disasters recorded in detail in China and abroad was investigated. According to the types of hazard-beating bodies and damage forms, 17 seismic damage scenes of highway tunnels are classified. According to different damage scenes, the fault tree analysis model is used to identify the damage-causing factors. Combined with the industry standards, norms and research results related to the earthquake resistance of highway tunnels, the evaluation indices are analyzed from three perspectives: engineering geological factors, tunnel structural factors and operation management factors. According to the principle of index system construction, a four-level index system is constructed, which takes the earthquake disaster resistance capability of highway tunnels as the target layer; engineering geological factors, tunnel structural factors and operation management factors as the criterion layer indices; 12 indicators as the index layer and 35 specific indicators. The established index system for the earthquake disaster resistance capability of highway tunnels has strong scientific, rational and application value and can provide a reference for the evaluation of the earthquake disaster resistance capability of highway tunnels and can also provide important support for the safe operation and sustainable development of highway tunnels. Enhancing the resilience of rural households against the impacts of risks and moulding their enduring strength despite modest scale holds paramount contemporary significance for a multitude of developing nations, including China. This study uses the microdata of the China Labor-Force Dynamics Survey (CLDS), systematically measures the rural household resilience index for the first time, analyses the impact of the digital economy on the resilience of rural households, and dissects the group differences and mechanism of action. We found that from 2012 to 2018, the Chinese rural household resilience index had significant differences in time and space, and village market, gentry assistance, economic organisation, and income from collective operation were the most important indicators affecting the rural household resilience index. The improvement of the digital economy index, to some extent, suppressed the improvement of the rural household resilience index. Meanwhile, heterogeneity analysis suggested that depending on family size and housing property rights, the impact of the digital economy on the resilience of rural households will be divided. Moreover, mechanism analysis showed that the digital economy further affected the resilience of rural households through the employment comprehensive effect, income structure effect and member security effect. [Objective] As the main energy source in China, coal has an important strategic position in the country's economic development. China's coal-based energy structure model will not change in the short term, but coal mine accidents occur frequently. Mine fire is a major disaster that threatens safe coal mine production, which incurs huge economic losses and threatens the personal safety of miners and coal mine production. However, coal spontaneous combustion primarily causes mine fires. The occurrence mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion is highly complex and is affected by the inherent combustion characteristics of coal and external environmental factors. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze various phenomena and characteristics in the process of coal spontaneous combustion and apply quantitative indicators to express to predict the risk and ensure the safe production of the mine. [Methods] Oxygen concentration is an important factor influencing coal oxidation reaction. In this paper, the temperature-programmed experimental system is used to conduct the spontaneous combustion experiment of coal samples with three oxygen concentrations of 20.9%, 10%, and 7% regarding the heat dissipation, oxidation, and asphyxiation zones in the goaf. The gas products at different temperature stages are collected, the effects of temperature and oxygen concentration on the concentration of gas products are analyzed, and the index gases are classified and evaluated in detail. [Results] The results show the following: (1) The cross-point temperature (CPT) decreases with the increase in the oxygen concentration. The cross-point temperature under dry-air conditions is 144.6 °C. The error between the CPT value calculated by the BM empirical relationship and the experimental data is only 6.08%. The higher the oxygen concentration, the smaller the critical temperature, and the higher the gas concentration. (2) The content of oxidation products increases with the oxygen concentration. When heating commences, minimal CO and CH
4 gases are generated, but with the increase in the temperature, C2 H4 and C2 H6 gases appear gradually. The oxidation reaction of coal samples is primarily affected by temperature and oxygen concentration. At a certain temperature, the higher the oxygen concentration, the more intense the coal-oxygen composite reaction, and more gas products appear. (3) For different oxygen concentration environments, the regularity of generating CO gas is highly significant, which can be used as an indicator gas to evaluate the spontaneous combustion of coal. In dry air, the temperature of C2 H4 is earlier than that of C3 H6 , implying that the existence of C2 H4 indicates that the coal oxidation process has entered an accelerated stage. The emergence of C3 H6 gas marks the transformation of the coal oxidation into strong oxidation. Recently, the programmed temperature rise experiment has become an important research field. [Conclusions] Through indoor experiments, students can deeply understand the mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion and the process of establishing the prediction index system and introduce the experiment into the classroom. This practical teaching approach not only helps students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems but also broadens their horizons and improves their interest in scientific research, achieving better teaching results. - Abstract
The great demand for oil shale resource development and the corresponding threats to the environment have resulted in the urgent need to assess the impact of oil shale in situ mining on the environment. In this paper, based on an analysis method developed by the previous literature and the Delphi technique, three secondary indicators and ten tertiary indicators were selected. The weights of the indicators at all levels were subsequently calculated. The results identify environmental capacity, groundwater risk and prevention, and cleaner production as having the largest weights in the indicator system. Following this, the typical three-level indicators with the largest weight and content related to carbon emissions were introduced in detail, and combined with the calculated weight of each indicator, the comprehensive evaluation index method was used to determine the comprehensive evaluation model for the environmental impact of oil shale in situ mining. The comprehensive evaluation model value, P
A , of the target layer (the primary indicator) under two different heating methods, combustion heating and electric heating, were then calculated based on the oil shale in situ mining area in Fuyu City, Jilin Province, China. This study introduces carbon-emission-related elements into the three-level indicator evaluation calculation model, which is a more accurate and advanced comprehensive evaluation method. This paper takes the monitoring and evaluation project of the implementation of the late support policies for large and medium-sized reservoir resettlers in WZ City, GX Autonomous Region in 2021 as an example based on the original survey data of 200 resettlement families in 10 resettlement villages, and uses the grey clustering-multiple correlation-information sensitivity method and constructs an evaluation index system including per capita disposable income and other indicators. After the index weights are calculated by the entropy weight method and the sequential scoring method, the subjective and objective combined weights of the evaluation indices are determined by the combination weighting method based on game theory. The grading standards of indices are determined based on survey data and official statistical data. The index of productive and living standards of reservoir resettlers is calculated by the comprehensive scoring method, and the index is used to carry out an empirical evaluation of the production and living standards of the reservoir resettlers in the sample village. The resuits show that the index system and evaluation model constructed by the method in this paper are relatively reasonable and effective, and the evaluation results are in line with the reality, which serve as a reference for the evaluation of the late support effect of reservoir resettlers and other related evaluation work. The marshalling scheme is the foundation to match the operation mode and passenger flow characteristics of metro in different periods, and it is also the key problem that directly affects the cost of metro planning and construction and low-carbon operation. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the key factors affecting the metro marshalling scheme, a comprehensive evaluation index system and a two-step screening method are established. Based on the analysis of the difference of the impact of each index on the metro marshalling plan, a new evaluation model of the metro marshalling plan in the early and near future based on super-efficiency DEA is proposed. Finally, the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation and comparison model of the early, near and long-term subway marshalling scheme are verified and analyzed by examples. The results show that: (1) The fixed marshalling plan is a cost-energized plan, which requires higher equipment cost and operation input, while the modified marshalling plan is a technology-energized plan; by improving the management and technical level, the effective output of capacity matching and passenger time satisfaction can be achieved. (2) The advantages and disadvantages of modified marshalling scheme and fixed marshalling scheme are dynamic to a certain extent, comprehensive judgment should be made according to the specific conditions of the line, the financial situation of the city or enterprise, the operation management and the technical level. The theoretical method of comparison and selection of early, near and long-term metro marshalling schemes presented in this paper is applicable to many practical scenarios and has certain practicability, which can provide certain theoretical reference for the standardization of comparison and selection of early, near and long-term metro marshalling schemes. Under the background of the rapid development of innovation economy promoted by education science and technology, this paper uses the DEA Malmquist index model to build an evaluation index system based on the research object of the Education Science and technology industry of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019. It makes a static analysis of its input–output efficiency from the aspects of comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Also, the Malmquist index method is used to analyse the changes of comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and technological progress. It is found that the development of the educational science and technology industry in different regions of China has its own characteristics. The efficiency of educational science and technology in some regions is good, but the growth rate slows down, and some efficiency lags behind, so there is a lot of space for improvement. On the whole, technological progress is an important factor affecting the change in total input–output efficiency. It is suggested that regional cooperation should be strengthened to optimise the allocation of educational science and technology resources. It should accelerate the deployment of next-generation technology to promote overall high-quality development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the escalating challenges of climate change and the imperative for carbon neutrality, evaluating the carbon footprint of regional power systems becomes crucial. To address this issue, a low-carbon evaluation framework for regional power systems is developed. First, this study identifies the fundamental requirements that the index system for the low-carbon power system should follow and specifies the general direction for the index system's creation. Second, an evaluation model for carbon reduction ability is proposed by considering generation side, grid side and load side of the power system. Then, a comparative evaluation model for the carbon reduction capability of multi-regional power systems is proposed to spatiotemporally compare the carbon reduction capability of different power systems. Next, a quantification method for the weights of low-carbon evaluation indicators is established based on the power system simulation of multi-scenario scheduling and index sensitivity analysis method. Finally, a low-carbon comprehensive score for regional power systems is created by combining the evaluation results of the system's carbon reduction capacity with index weights. The practical research results in a region of Zhejiang province in China demonstrate that the proposed model can provide a reasonable and feasible evaluation plan for the low-carbon construction of regional power systems. A smart classroom is a new type of teaching mode based on dynamic data analysis, which is a major change in the teaching mode, and the application of smart classrooms in ideological education can significantly enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper constructs a smart classroom teaching model for college ideology and politics based on the theory and technology of smart classrooms and designs a smart classroom teaching evaluation model to assess its practical application effect. The model design is combined with the expert consultation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system and calculate the weights of each index. Finally, the evaluation of the actual application effect of smart classroom teaching is carried out. The results show that the weights of the two first-level indexes, namely, “scientific method” and “patriotism”, are the highest, respectively 0.5 and 0.5, and the weights of the two first-level indexes are the highest. The results show that among the first-level indicators, the two first-level indicators of “scientific method” and “patriotism” have the highest weights, respectively 0.214 and 0.186. The weights of “classroom performance”, “homework,” and “practical activities” are lower, respectively 0.077, 0.073, and 0.073. Applying this paper's Civics Smart Classroom Teaching Model to actual Civics teaching, the model evaluation results show that the scores of the secondary indicators have increased, of which “asking questions” has increased from 3.54 to 3.98, an increase of 12.43%. In contrast, the indicator of “ extracurricular activities” has risen from 3.54 to 3.98, an increase of 12.43%, and the indicator of “extracurricular activities” has increased from 0.077 to 3.98. Extracurricular activities” indicator rose from 4.36 to 4.47, an increase of 2.52%. This paper designs an intelligent classroom teaching model for college civic education with good practical application effects.

The assessment findings are given too much weight in the current system of evaluation for physical education instruction at higher education institutions. In contrast, the method of teaching and students’ basic health literacy are given insufficient weight. To address this phenomenon, this paper utilizes educational evaluation theory, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and multiple evaluation theory as the basis for setting up the higher education institution’s physical education teaching assessment system. Three first-level indexes comprise the entire index system, namely, “condition quality,” “process quality,” and “result quality.” Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, hierarchical analysis, and genetic algorithm, it is determined that the “process quality” is the most important factor. The “process quality” has the highest weight coefficient of 0.4419, which enhances the importance of the physical education teaching process in higher education institutions. After determining the evaluation index system, the average physical education scores of X physical education classes in University H were calculated by conventional teaching evaluation means and the evaluation means established in this paper, respectively, and compared and analyzed. The difference between the two final average scores was 2.9, which was attributed to the fact that the multivariate evaluation means paying more attention to the core literacy of students’ health. The standard deviation of the statistical results is 2.3, and the skewness, kurtosis, and S-W test values meet the statistical requirements and satisfy the normal distribution, which is thorough and scientific and can encourage academic institutions to pay more focus on how they teach and students’ fundamental physical literacy. These institutions can enhance their instruction by implementing the evaluation system established in this paper, which will improve the quality of instruction and learning in higher education sports.

Objective: Constructing a demand-oriented Internet + community home care service indicator system, starting from the actual needs of the elderly, and quantifying the demand into specific service contents that can be provided, so as to realize the effective supply of services. It aims to provide a theoretical basis for the government to formulate relevant aging policies and provide a reference basis for promoting the innovation and development of the Internet + elderly care model. Methods: Based on existence needs, relationship needs and growth needs abbreviated as "Existence, Relatedness, Growth (ERG)" demand theory, through the discussion in the group meeting, form the expert consultation questionnaire of the demand-oriented Internet + community home care service indicator system, select experts in related fields to conduct two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, summarize the experts' opinions to determine the indicator system items, and use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to construct the judgment matrix to derive the weighting coefficients of the indicators, and establish the ultimate demand-oriented Internet + community home care service indicator system. Results: The effective recovery rates for the two rounds of expert consoulation questionnaires were 100%, with expert authority coefficients of 0.852 and 0.868, respectively. The Kendall coefficients for the second round of expert views varied from 0.226 to 0.431, with coefficients of variation for all indexes less than 0.25.The finalized demand-oriented Internet + community home care service indicator system includes 3 first-level indicators, 10 s-level indicators, and 46 third-level indicators. Introduction: As global resource demands and environmental challenges intensify, China's vast marine resources present a significant opportunity for sustainable economic development. This study investigates the impact of financial development on high-quality growth in China's marine economy across 11 coastal regions from 2011 to 2020. Methods: We examine a mediation and moderation model linking financial development and marine economic quality in China, where the marine economy increasingly relies on financial support. This study proposes marine innovation output and industrial structure upgradation as mediators, with marine capital investment as a moderator. Results: Our findings reveal that financial development significantly promotes high-quality marine economic growth, albeit with regional heterogeneity. The strongest effect is observed in the Eastern Marine Economic Zone, while the Southern Marine Economic Zone shows the weakest impact. Marine scientific research and industrial structure upgrading serve as key mediating factors, with the former demonstrating a stronger intermediary effect. Notable, marine capital investment positively moderates the relationship between financial development and marine economic growth. Discussion: This study innovatively combines macro-finance and micro-finance indicators to construct a comprehensive financial development index system. It incorporates a multi-dimensional approach to measuring high-quality development in coastal regions, challenging one-size-fits-all models by highlighting regional variations. By providing insights into specific differences and underlying mechanisms, our study offers valuable guidance for policymakers in crafting region-specific strategies to leverage financial development for sustainable marine economic growth. Aim: To construct evidence-based sensitive quality indicators for patients' rapid rehabilitation care after combined pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) and to provide a reference for clinical nursing professionals to scientifically evaluate the quality of patients' rehabilitation post-PD. Background: Since PD is associated with higher surgical risk and anastomotic complications, it leads to higher complication rates and longer postoperative recovery cycles. This reiterates the need for rapid recovery of patients after PD; however, the evaluation of sensitive nursing care indicators regarding rapid recovery post-PD has not yet been established to date. Methods: Based on the Donabedian structure-process-result theory model, we used available literature, semi-structured interviews, the Delphi method, and hierarchical analysis to establish a sensitive indicator system for patients' rapid rehabilitation after PD and evaluate the importance of such indicators. Results: There were two rounds of expert correspondence, and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaires of these rounds was 100%. The expert authority coefficients, as well as the Kendall coordination coefficients of the expert opinions, were 0.859 and 0.872 as well as 0.423 and 0.431, with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05), respectively. Consequently, we developed a sensitive quality index system for patients' rapid rehabilitation care after combined PD, including 3 first-level, 12 s-level, and 23 third-level indexes, respectively. Conclusion: The constructed sensitive quality index system developed for patients' rapid rehabilitation nursing care after combined PD is standardized, practical, and aligned with the specialty characteristics. Furthermore, this might help greatly in improving the quality and safety of patients' rapid rehabilitation nursing care after combined PD, standardizing nursing management skills, and enhancing nursing quality. Introduction: Rural domestic sewage treatment is an important starting point to improve the quality of the rural ecological environment, an important part of new rural construction, and an inherent requirement to promote rural economic development. The operation of rural sewage treatment facilities is not good, and there is a lack of long-term operation guarantees and supervision mechanisms. It is urgent to carry out research on the evaluation index system, evaluation method, and evaluation benchmark of the operational effectiveness of rural sewage treatment facilities. Methods: This article used rural sewage treatment facilities in a city in northern China as the research object and constructed an evaluation method for the operational effectiveness of rural sewage treatment facilities. This study selected evaluation indexes from three perspectives, namely, economy, technology, and management, which are divided into two stages, namely, planning and operation. Ajudgment matrix was constructed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and index weights were calculated using Yaahp10.3 software to determine the evaluation criteria. Fifteen rural sewage treatment plant stations were selected to evaluate their planning and operation effectiveness. Results: The results of the weight assignment show that the weight of the COD removal rate, operating load rate, and operating cost indexes are high, which is in line with the actual evaluation of the effectiveness of rural sewage treatment facilities at different stages. The empirical calculation results showed that the rural sewage treatment facilities have a comprehensive score of more than 80 points in 7 cases and 60-80 points in 8 cases, with an average score of 79.05 points; the overall performance of the score in the operation stage was better than that in the planning stage, and the overall operation effect was good. Discussion: The calculation results were consistent with the actual operation, verifying the scientific nature and availability of the selected indices, the evaluation method constructed, and the evaluation benchmark determined. The research results can provide technical methods for evaluating the operational effectiveness of rural sewage treatment facilities in similar areas and provide technical support for the planning, design, optimization, upgrading, and transformation of rural sewage treatment plants. Background: The key step in evaluating the quality of clinical nursing practice education lies in establishing a scientific, objective, and feasible index system. Current assessments of clinical teaching typically measure hospital learning environments, classroom teaching, teaching competency, or the internship quality of nursing students. As a result, clinical evaluations are often insufficient to provide focused feedback, guide faculty development, or identify specific areas for clinical teachers to implement change and improvement. Therefore, the purpose of our study was to to construct a scientific, systematic, and clinically applicable evaluation index system of clinical nursing practice teaching quality and determine each indicator's weight to provide references for the scientific and objective evaluation of clinical nursing practice teaching quality. Methods: Based on the "Structure-Process-Outcome" theoretical model, a literature review and Delphi surveys were conducted to establish the evaluation index system of clinical nursing practice teaching quality. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to determine the weight of each indicator. Results: The effective response rate for the two rounds of expert surveys was 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.961 and 0.975, respectively. The coefficient of variation for the indicators at each level ranged from 0 to 0.25 and 0 to 0.21, and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.209 and 0.135, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.001). The final established index system included 3 first-level, 10 second-level, and 29 third-level indicators. According to the weights computed by the AHP, first-level indicators were ranked as "Process quality" (39.81%), "Structure quality" (36.67%), and "Outcome quality" (23.52%). Among the secondary indicators, experts paid the most attention to "Teaching staff" (23.68%), "Implementation of teaching rules and regulations (14.14%), and "Teaching plans" (13.20%). The top three third-level indicators were "Level of teaching staff" (12.62%), "Structure of teaching staff" (11.06%), and "Implementation of the management system for teaching objects" (7.54%). Conclusion: The constructed evaluation index system of clinical nursing practice teaching quality is scientific and reliable, with reasonable weight. The managers' focus has shifted from outcome-oriented to process-oriented approaches, and more focus on teaching team construction, teaching regulations implementation, and teaching design is needed to improve clinical teaching quality. - Abstract
Driven by the vague assessment big data, a product service system (PSS) evaluation method is developed based on a hybrid model of multi-weight combination and improved TOPSIS by relative entropy. The index values of PSS alternatives are solved by the integration of the stakeholders' vague assessment comments presented in the form of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Multi-weight combination method is proposed for index weight solving of PSS evaluation decision-making. An improved TOPSIS by relative entropy (RE) is presented to overcome the shortcomings of traditional TOPSIS and related modified TOPSIS and then PSS alternatives are evaluated. A PSS evaluation case in a printer company is given to test and verify the proposed model. The RE closeness of seven PSS alternatives are 0.3940, 0.5147, 0.7913, 0.3719, 0.2403, 0.4959, and 0.6332 and the one with the highest RE closeness is selected as the best alternative. The results of comparison examples show that the presented model can compensate for the shortcomings of existing traditional methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

【Objective】 The Yangtze-to-Huaihe hydraulic project was initiated in 2016 to move water from the Yangtze River to the Huai River to alleviate water shortage in the latter. In this paper, we analyze water saving levels in the beneficiary areas located in Henan province. 【Method】 We selected 11 water-related indexes covering agriculture, industry, living and ecological environment in the comprehensive analysis to establish an index system to evaluate water-saving levels in the beneficiary areas. A TOPSIS model was then derived, based on the combined weight of AHP-CRITIC method to evaluate water-saving levels in 2020. 【Result】 Among the nine counties we studied in the analysis, one county (Yongcheng) reached grade I, five counties (Liangyuan, Luyi, Suiyang, Zhecheng and Xiayi) reached grade II, and three counties (Dancheng, Huaiyang, Taikang) reached grade III water saving levels. Overall, water-saving levels in the beneficiary areas were higher. Water consumption per 10000-yuan GDP, water-saving irrigation rate, domestic water consumption per capita in urban areas, leakage losses from the water supply network in urban areas, and reclaimed water utilization were the factors that influenced the water-saving levels in the beneficiary areas. The evaluated results were consistent with the ground-truth data observed in the studied areas. 【Conclusion】 The TOPSIS method based on the AHP-CRITIC combination weighting is reliable for evaluating water-saving levels at regional scale. Our results provide guidelines for optimal allocation of the diverted water to the beneficiary areas in Henan province.

The ocean and coastal zones are rich in resources and closely related to human survival and development. In recent years, with the rapid growth of the ocean economy, issues such as the reduction of natural coastlines and coastal wetlands, decreased biodiversity, damaged typical ecosystems, frequent coastal disasters, and declining fishery resources have become increasingly apparent. How to enhance the ocean economy from a strategic perspective, promote both development and protection, and ensure the rational use of coastal zones and marine resources is an important issue in the new era. Land and ocean are inseparable components of the ecosystem, and conducting a comprehensive assessment of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of land and sea is an effective way to measure whether regional economic development and ecological environment are coordinated and sustainable. This paper systematically reviews the development process of the carrying capacity concept, compares commonly used methods for evaluating the resource and environmental carrying capacity of marine resources, preliminarily constructs an index system for evaluating the carrying capacity of marine resources based on land-sea coordination, proposes the use of entropy method to determine index weights, and adopts a state space evaluation model or TOPSIS model for comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation. This approach can reflect the interdependence and mutual constraints between land and ocean, and has strong operability. The evaluation results can reflect the spatial differences or temporal changes in the carrying capacity of regional resources and environment, and provide effective reference for the protection and utilization of oceans and coastal zones.

• Water resources system has multi-link characteristics. • The resilience evaluation index system of water resources system is constructed. • The resilience of regional water resources system is evaluated. • The temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of resilience are analyzed. As environmental and human changes combine, water shortage and ecological fragility are becoming increasingly serious issues in the basin. The national "14th Five-Year Plan" proposes to build resilient basins to enhance disaster resilience. On the basis of clarifying the multi-link characteristics of water resources system resilience under the influence of meteorology-hydrology-ecology-society-economy, this paper reveals the interrelationship and chain reaction among the factors affecting the resilience of water resources system by clarifying the multi-link characteristics of water resources system resilience. Based on the interconnections among meteorology-hydrology-engineering-economic society-ecology in regional water resources systems, this study constructs a resilience evaluation index for the water resources system. The index considers different objectives, dimensions, and scales to provide a comprehensive assessment of the system's resilience. Based on the multi-dimensional relationship of the evaluation index system, the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method based on entropy weight method is employed to depict the resilience level of the water resources system at varying spatial and temporal scales. By focusing on Shanxi Province as the research subject, a multi-link evaluation framework for assessing the resilience of the water resources system is established, and a quantitative approach to evaluate its resilience is investigated. The results show that the level of water resources resilience in Shanxi Province has improved from 2017 to 2021, and there are certain spatial and temporal differences. In 2021, only Lvliang City and Yangquan City have low resilience level, and the resilience level of other cities has been improved. Among them, Taiyuan City has the highest resilience level of 0.56, which belongs to the high resilience level. The research results can improve the cognitive level of multi-link evolution mechanism of resilience to a certain extent, and provide scientific basis for multi-dimensional targeted regulation of water resources system resilience. - Abstract
In the current stage of urbanization in China, urban construction has gradually shifted from incremental construction dominated by real estate to stock transformation based on improving urban quality. The evaluation of urban renewal projects is crucial for decision-making and resource allocation. However, there is no consensus on the evaluation indicators and methods. This study evaluates the current status of urban quality using the MABAC method based on numerical indicators. It evaluates the improvement of urban quality using the VIKOR method based on public satisfaction indicators. It is found that the comprehensive weights and subjective weights of the five first-level indicators in the evaluation index system of urban quality improvement in Shandong Province, namely blue–green space improvement, air cleanliness improvement, road traffic improvement, life service improvement, and governance capacity improvement, are quite different. The weight distribution of these indicators needs to be adjusted and optimized, especially for improving living services, as well as secondary indicators such as black and odorous water treatment, urban clean heating, the number of public vehicles per 10,000 people in the city, the 15 min living circle, the renovation of old residential areas, and the construction of urban intelligent management platforms. Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, an attempt is made to propose a more scientific evaluation index system, providing valuable references for urban renewal management. To effectively enhance the adaptability of earthquake rescue robots in dynamic environments and complex tasks, there is an urgent need for a comprehensive evaluation method that encompasses establishing an evaluation index system, testing performance indexes, and conducting performance evaluation. Firstly, four main criterion and twenty-three sub-criterion indexes are established by conducting a comprehensive review of existing assessment measures for rescue robots across diverse domains. These indexes are validated through test modules developed by the National Earthquake Response Support Service to obtain corresponding values for each criterion. Moreover, a method for establishing the index system is proposed based on the fuzzy clustering analysis and grey correlation analysis methods. This method effectively addresses issues related to excessive subjectivity, redundancy, and ambiguous stratification of indexes. Subsequently, the DEMATEL is employed to scrutinize the interrelationships and causal connections among each index within the established index system, leading to the identification of input and output indexes based on the analysis outcomes. Finally, as an empirical example, three earthquake rescue robots are comprehensively evaluated and ranked using the super efficiency DEA model. Alongside analyzing results regarding input redundancy and output deficiency, targeted improvement suggestions are provided for each earthquake rescue robot. Additionally, comparison analysis with the entropy weight method and VIKOR method verifies the effectiveness of our proposed method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Irrigation districts are a pivotal infrastructure of agricultural water conservancy engineering. Implementing modernization will be the main task of large-scale irrigation districts for a considerable amount of time in the future. In this study, four typical large-scale irrigation districts in North China were investigated: the Renmin Shengliqu, Weishan, Shijin, and Zuncun irrigation districts. The concept of a modern irrigation district was deconstructed to establish an evaluation index system which includes four second-level indicators, twelve third-level indicators, and thirty fourth-level indicators. A hybrid approach based on AHP and OWA was used to quantify indicator weights used in group decision making. TOPSIS was introduced to measure the modernization level of the four irrigation districts. An obstacle factor diagnosis model was applied to search for key obstacle factors that will affect the modernization and improvement of the irrigation districts. The results showed that (1) the modernization levels of the Renmin Shengliqu, Weishan, Shijin, and Zuncun irrigation districts in 2020 and 2025 were 0.3916 and 0.5755, 0.3748 and 0.5396, 0.4493 and 0.6012, and 0.2343 and 0.6166, respectively. The evaluation results indicate that the four irrigation districts are still in the beginning phase (or even preparation phase) of the modernization process. (2) Eight indicators were identified as the main common obstacle factors for the four evaluated irrigation districts, including the irrigation water-use efficiency factor, the coverage proportion of information technology, the proportion of efficient water conservation irrigation areas, and so on. (3) There are two effective methods to enhance the modernization level of the four irrigation districts: improving water resource utilization efficiency and strengthening the management system with an emphasis on informatization. The present study can enrich the theoretical evaluation of irrigation districts and provide a scientific basis for the modernized construction and management of irrigation districts in China. Fault-fracture bodies are developed in the southwestern margin of Ordos Basin, and thus, the study on the controlling effect of fracture bodies on sweet spot distribution of Yanchang Formation reservoirs needs to be deepened. In this paper, based on the extensive seismic and logging interpretation results, the characteristics of fault-fracture bodies are described from the point of view of their evolution mechanism, and then the controlling effect of fault-fracture bodies on oil and gas is systematically discussed. The results show that vertical strike-slip faults are developed in the southwest margin of Ordos Basin, with Y-shaped, flower-like, and negative flower-like structures. The faults usually pass through the bottom of Chang 7 Member, the bottom of Yan’an Formation, the bottom of the Cretaceous series, and the basement. Some of the faults retain the early reverse fault properties, indicating that the late inversion degree is not complete. The main fault has different shapes and migrations in different parts, and the section shows the cyclic transformation of tension-torsion and compression-torsion properties. On the plane, different types of fracture combinations appear alternately. The development model of strike-slip faults is established, and the strike-slip faults have typical characteristics of “multi-stage activity and inherited development”. Chang 8 Member mainly develops vertical fractures and horizontal bedding fractures. The development frequency of horizontal bedding fractures is 62.5%, while that of vertical fractures is 37.5%. The oil level of vertical fractures is relatively higher. Fractures are mainly developed in fine sandstone in distributary channels. When the distance from the main fault is greater than 1.25-1.5 km, the degree of fracture development decreases sharply, showing a fault-fracture body boundary. In addition, fractures are relatively developed in the single sand body within 6 m from the main fault. When the thickness of the single sand body exceeds 6 m, the degree of fracture development decreases sharply. The study shows that the index system based on sedimentation (foundation), structure (dominant), and fracture (effective) can effectively predict the favorable zones of Chang 8 fault-fracture body reservoir.

With the active development of coal-related industries in Ningdong, problems such as land degradation caused by coal-based site expansion and soil pollution caused by coal-based solid waste discharge are getting progressively worse. The identification of space types and the proposal of risk management are the key basic issues of regional energy resource low-carbon development and ecological protection. This article proposes an index system for feature extraction at the regional and site scales. The spatial–temporal evolution trends and differences in Ningdong coal power base from 2003 to 2021 were identified and interpreted through feature recognition based on Landsat images at the regional scale. Accurate site type recognition was conducted based on 10 m resolution Sentinel-2 images from 2021. We utilized the PSR (pressure–state–response) model for a comprehensive assessment of risk management in Ningdong. The results of this study show that the coal site > the coal chemical site > the coal power site, and the risk of the coal power base is in a controllable state; thus, we put forward a zoning control strategy. Our data on the pollution risk management of large-scale coal-fired power generation complexes are of significant importance for site remediation and regional ecological restoration. As environmental and human changes combine, water shortage and ecological fragility are becoming increasingly serious issues in the basin. The national “14th Five-Year Plan” proposes to build resilient basins to enhance disaster resilience. The index considers different objectives, dimensions, and scales to provide a comprehensive assessment of the system’s resilience.

With the continuous increase in the penetration rate of distributed photovoltaic (PV) and diversification of load types, temporal variability and uncertainty of distributed PV output and loads have exerted significant impacts on distribution grids. The planning and operation of future power systems dominated by renewable energy sources requires a quantitative assessment of source-load matching. This paper proposes a comprehensive assessment method for source-load matching that takes into account scenario probabilities. The first step is to establish a source-load matching index system that takes into account the temporal differences between sources and loads. Metrics such as supply-demand matching, volatility matching, and electricity quantity matching are included in this system. Subsequently, data-driven and K-means synchronous clustering is used to generate representative PV and load temporal scenario sets, along with the probabilities of each scenario, enabling the evaluation of various indicators. The combined weights of each indicator are determined by employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Weight Method (EWM). Weighted summation is used to obtain the final comprehensive evaluation result. Finally, a case study using a residential distribution area is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
