In order to mitigate mode collapse when generative adversarial networks (GANs) synthesis images, this paper proposed maximizing middle modes and minor modes in generative adversarial networks (MMMGANs). First of all, MMMGANs defined the mode of the generated images with the identical label as the middle mode and the minor mode. The middle mode and the minor mode separately represented the collection of similar modes and the possible mode changes after learning the middle modes. Secondly, based on the above definition, this paper proposed maximizing middle modes and minor modes loss. Finally, on the premise that the distribution of generated images was possibly close to the real image, MMMGANs improved more than 90% of evaluation metrics and then enhanced diversity of generated images. Extensive experimental results show that the proposed maximizing middle modes and minor modes loss effectively alleviates mode collapse in two or more different types of tasks. Objective To explore the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of pharmacokinetic genes and postoperative disease-free survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and to evaluate the prognosis of patients undergoing surgery. Methods Seventy-seven patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were selected in the study. Seven SNPs-ATP binding cassette subfamily B member 1 (ABCB1) rs1045642, rs2032582, rs3213619, ATP binding cassette subfamily G member 2 (ABCG2) rs2231137, rs2231142, ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 1 (ABCC1) rs246221 and ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 2 (ABCC2) rs3740066 were sequenced, and the relationship between genetic variation and disease-free survival was evaluated by Cox regression model. Semi-Bayesian shrinkage method was applied to correct for multiple comparison and small sample size issues. Results With the dominant genetic model, the minor allele of ABCC2 rs3740066 was significantly associated with shorter disease-free survival [crude hazard ratio (cHR) 95%CI= 4.623 (1.111-19.241), P=0.035, adjusted hazard ratio (aHR) 95% CI= 4.290 (1.010-18.215), P= 0.048]. Conclusion The SNP rs3740066 of pharmacokinetic gene ABCC2 is associated with postoperative disease-free survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The effects of different concentration nutrient solution on the growth characteristics, yield and quality of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. Lvju) were studied for providing appropriate nutrient concentrations for the planting of lettuce under plant factory conditions. In this experiment, different concentration nutrient solution of EC 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 dS/m (CK,T1,T2,T3, T4) were designed and the physiological indicators, yield, and quality of lettuce were measured at 14,21, and 28 d after planting. The results show that when planting 14,21, and 28 d, different concentration nutrient solution had a significant impact on the shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root fresh weight, number of leaves, leaf thickness, plant stretching, stem, and chlorophyll content. The soluble sugar content had a little difference between 21 and 28 days of transplanting. Based on the above measurement indicators, when planting 28 d, the concentration of nutrient solution is better in the growth status of lettuce at T2 and T3, the optimal yield and quality, and it is a relatively suitable nutritional solution irrigation concentration.
