Objectives: The aim of this bibliometric analysis was twofold: to identify the 100 most cited research articles on thymoma and to highlight future research opportunities in light of past and current research efforts. Methods: The Web of Science database was queried to identify the 100 most cited articles on thymoma. Imformations relevant to scientific research were extracted and analyzed: first author, journal, impact factor, type of article, year of publication, country, organization and keywords. Results: The publication year of the top 100 most cited articles ranged from 1981 to 2018, and the number of citations ranged from 97 to 1182. Most of the included articles are original (75/100) and are mainly retrospective studies (52/75). The United States has the most published articles and citations, and the Annals of Thoracic Surgery is the most sourced journal (n = 16). Through VOSviewer analysis, high-density keywords mainly come from thymic carcinoma/invasive thymoma management, immune-related diseases, and laboratory research. Conclusions: To our knowledge, this is the first bibliometric study on thymoma. We found most of the top 100 most cited articles are original and retrospective research. The United States has the published and cited works. Presently, the hot keywords for thymoma research has gradually tilted towards immune-related diseases and laboratory research. Objectives: The objectives of this paper is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to examine the research status and development trend of anterior cruciate ligament injury and reconstruction in children and adolescents over the past 20 years. Design: Descriptive Research. Methods: This study obtained information regarding studies on Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction in Children and Adolescents from the Web of Science Core Collection database. Visual and bibliometric analysis were conducted using VOSviewer, Origin 2022, Pajek64 5.18and Excel 2019. These analytic tools facilitated the analysis of various aspects, including countries/regions, institutions, authors, journals and keywords related to the research. Results: From 2003 to 2023, a total of 1328 articles were retrieved in WOS, and 637 articles were selected by two authors. The most productive institutions are Childrens Hosp Philadelphia, Kocher, ms. Their articles have the highest number of publications and citations. The American journal of sports medicine is the most frequently cited journal for articles on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in children and adolescents. The most common keywords used in these articles were "anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction", "injury, children, adolescent", and "skeletally immature patients". Conclusions: This study provides valuable insights into the research focus of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in children and adolescents. In recent years, there has been significant attention paid to areas of "the return to sport, re-repture rate and functional recovery after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction" in this specific population. Background: With the development of digital pathology and the renewal of deep learning algorithm, artificial intelligence (AI) is widely applied in tumor pathology. Previous researches have demonstrated that AI-based tumor pathology may help to solve the challenges faced by traditional pathology. This technology has attracted the attention of scholars in many fields and a large amount of articles have been published. This study mainly summarizes the knowledge structure of AI-based tumor pathology through bibliometric analysis, and discusses the potential research trends and foci.Methods: Publications related to AI-based tumor pathology from 1999 to 2021 were selected from Web of Science Core Collection. VOSviewer and Citespace were mainly used to perform and visualize co-authorship, co-citation, and co-occurrence analysis of countries, institutions, authors, references and keywords in this field.Results: A total of 2753 papers were included. The papers on AI-based tumor pathology research had been continuously increased since 1999. The United States made the largest contribution in this field, in terms of publications (1138, 41.34%), H-index (85) and total citations (35,539 times). We identified the most productive institution and author were Harvard Medical School and Madabhushi Anant, while Jemal Ahmedin was the most co-cited author. Scientific Reports was the most prominent journal and after analysis, Lecture Notes in Computer Science was the journal with highest total link strength. According to the result of references and keywords analysis, "breast cancer histopathology" "convolutional neural network" and "histopathological image" were identified as the major future research foci.Conclusions: AI-based tumor pathology is in the stage of vigorous development and has a bright prospect. International transboundary cooperation among countries and institutions should be strengthened in the future. It is foreseeable that more research foci will be lied in the interpretability of deep learning-based model and the development of multi-modal fusion model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Thrombophilia is a group of disorders that result in a blood hypercoagulable state and induce thrombosis, which was found widely existed in recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL). More and more research about thrombophilia has been conducted but the association between thrombophilia and RPL remains uncertain. Thus, it's necessary to combine relevant literature to find the research hotspots and analyze the internal link between different study points, and then predict the development trend in RPL with thrombophilia. Methods: Relevant articles between 1970 and 2022 were obtained from the Web of Science (WoS) database. Software VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to perform the analysis and conduct visualization of scientific productivity and emerging trends. Results: Seven hundred twenty-five articles published in recent 30 years by 3205 authors from 1139 organizations and 68 countries were analyzed. 37authors, 38 countries, and 53 organizations published papers ≥5. The United States was the most productive country and Univ Amsterdam was the most productive institution. Journal thrombosis and haemostasis had the most total citations. In keyword and clusters, factor-v-Leiden, inherited thrombophilia, activated protein-c, low-dose aspirin, molecular-weigh heparin, polymorphism had high-frequency focus on its etiology, diagnostics, and therapeutics. The strongest keyword bursts showed the research hotspots changed over time. Conclusions: There could be differences in the clinical relevance of different type of thrombophilia, as well as single and multiple thrombophilic factors. Anticoagulation and immunotherapy are currently the main treatment options. More clinical trials and basic research are expected and we should attach more attention to the whole management of in-vitro fertilization in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
