This article presents an over view of studies conducted by the various scholars about portrayal of Islam and Islamic world during the time period (1971-2001). It is claimed that mainstream media of west and US have been disseminating false information about Islamic world since the several decades. Due to the distorted images, developed and manipulated by the media, Islam is the name of negativity in the west. It is generally believed that western and United States mainstream media often misrepresents and inaccurately interprets/portrays Islam, Islamic world and its manifestation. After conducting in depth analysis of various studies regarding portrayal of Islamic world prior the incident of 9/11, it was found that elite media in the United States including the newspapers: Like New York Times and Washington post; the magazines: like Time and News Week, electronic media including: like ABC, CBS, NBS&CNN have been highlighting Islamic world in negative and unfavorable manner. It is said this anti Islamic campaign has reached to enormous proportion with the demise of communism. The findings of several studies indicate that analyst, in Islamic world believe that negative image of Islamic country is primarily a conspiracy of American foreign office to invent a new bogy and enemy to fill vacuum created by the collapse of soviet Union and world wide desperation of communism, particularly demise of communism in former USSR.

- Abstract
The formal inception of praiseful poetry commenced from the Arabic language and then Persian, Urdu, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Hindi, eastern and other languages have been influenced by this sacred genre. Therefore, the influence of Arabic literature and culture has also been transferred. Similarly, the basic source of Islamic law, the Quran and Hadith, have also been used by Naat poets in every age, Some of the Scholars and proficient not only taught the subjects/disciplines of the Prophet’s hadith directly in their work but also mentioned quotes from the hadiths, literally and semantically. Some professional Naat poets have even utilized the hadith word by word in their praiseful verses. The research paper under revision is an attempt to explore the Natia poetry as...., which further illustrates the prototypes of Arabic, Persian and Urdu Natia poetry in different eras in which the hadiths of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم are quoted completely or sparingly. - Abstract
Prior to migration to Madina, Muslims faced severe restrictions on practicing their faith openly while residing in Macca. Consequently, they secretly assembled at the house of Arqam bin Abi Arqam for worship and education. As the hostility from the non-believers in Macca intensified, hindering not only their worship but also their ability to live in accordance with their faith freely, Muslims were granted permission to migrate initially to Abyssinia and eventually were commanded to relocate to Madina. Madina became the new homeland for the Muslim community. Upon their arrival in Madina, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) embarked on the first administrative task: establishing the foundation of the Prophet's Mosque. This mosque served not only as the central place of worship but also as a hub for various aspects of Muslim life, including education, spiritual remembrance, dispute resolution, and governance. It played host to important gatherings, such as imprisoning captives, gathering resources for jihad, and receiving foreign delegations. Even today, by reestablishing the mosque as a focal point for worship and addressing contemporary societal issues, Muslims can reap the same blessings, fostering unity and national security. This article examines the historical significance of the mosque, the importance of the minbar and mehrab, and its pivotal role in diverse aspects of Muslim life. It also offers solutions for addressing some of the presentday social challenges through the mosque's revitalization as a central institution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

perfect religion ,Islam in Practice ,Quran and Seerat - Abstract
Islam is a perfect religion that provides basic teachings related to the aspects of life. Quran has given the principals and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has provided an excellent example of these teachings by explaining and practiced them so that there is no question of the practicality of the religion in our daily life. The teachings of Islam guarantee the establishment of a virtuous society, subject to be fully implemented according to the Sunnah method. Among those teachings an important instruction is to assign significant responsibilities to a person who is capable of that charge. Because delegating a key position to an irresponsible person causes a lot of harm and creates great chaos. The two basic qualities that essentially required for any major responsibility: piousness and competence. Quran has defined the pathway and The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has implemented the same actions on the basis of these teachings. He provided a good way for us to establish a righteous society by assigning the responsibilities on the basis of ability and competency. According to the teachings of Quran and Seerat we can establish a pious society by assigning the right job to the right man in public and private sectors, even in personal affairs.

ʿUlmūl Ḥadīth is considered to be the primary source of Islamic knowledge. Since the very first century, Islamic scholars have constantly given it due respect and composed hundreds of books on various aspects of Ḥadīth and Fiqh diligently and comprehensively. When an individual studies the book of Ḥadīth thoroughly from the perspective of style and themes a term "Al-Jāmeʿ" emerges which basically means a book of Ḥadīth that has eight kinds of topics and Aḥādīth accordingly, for example: manners, interpretation, beliefs, rules and the signs of resurrection etc. Al-Jāmeʿ al-Ṣaḥīḥ by Imām Muḥammad bin Ismāʿīl Bukhārī and Al-Jāmeʿ al-Tirmidhī by Imām Abū ʿīsā Tirmidhī are the most admired book of this kind respectively. There is no controversy about the Al-Jāmeʿ status of either of these two renowned works. On the other side, Al-Jāmeʿ al-Ṣaḥīḥ by Imām Muslim Ibn Hajjāj Qushairī is criticized for having a very short section from Tafseer containing only 34 Aḥādīth. Due to this short section which cannot be considered as a proper chapter, the status of Ṣaḥīḥ of Imām Muslim as Al-Jāmeʿ is questioned by some well-known scholars. Despite this logical criticism a great number of Islamic scholars have included Ṣaḥīḥ of Imām Muslim in the category of Al-Jāmeʿ. They cited this indistinct rationale to validate their argument that although Imām Muslim has included only 34 Aḥādīth in Kitāb al-Tafsīr, yet he has mentioned a significant number of Aḥādīth on the theme of Tafsīr of Qurān throughout his work, subsequently constructing an incredibly convincing argument in favor of Ṣaḥīḥ of Imām Muslim as "Al-Jāmeʿ". As far as the question of mentioning Aḥādīth al-Tafsīr in various chapters is concerned, the scholars have composed numerous responses. This research work fundamentally traces the reasons to support the argument of Ṣaḥīḥ of Imām Muslim as Al-Jāmeʿ by revealing those Aḥādīth mentioned in Ṣaḥīḥ of Imām Muslim regarding Quran and ʿUlmūl al-Qurān. Also, this article will invoke researchers to find out the subsidiaries of ʿUlmūl al-Qurān in those Aḥādīth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Islam, as a comprehensive religion, encompasses essential teachings that pertain to various aspects of life. The Quran serves as a source of guidance, outlining fundamental principles, while the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) exemplified these teachings through practical application. Consequently, the practicality of Islam in our daily lives is beyond question. The teachings of Islam ensure the creation of a virtuous society, which can be fully realized by adhering to the Sunnah method. One crucial aspect of these teachings emphasizes the importance of entrusting significant responsibilities to capable individuals. This principle arises from the understanding that appointing an irresponsible person to a key position can result in immense harm and chaos. Two primary qualities are essential for any major responsibility: piety and competence. The Quran establishes the path to follow, while the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) implemented these teachings through his actions. His example provides a model for us to establish a righteous society by assigning responsibilities based on individuals' abilities and competencies. By adhering to the teachings of the Quran and following the Seerat, we can create a virtuous society that effectively assigns the right individuals to suitable roles, whether in the public or private sectors, as well as in personal matters.

‘llm –ul-Tabaqat’ has a basic importance in the field of’ ‘Ilm-ul-Asma-ur-Rijal’.It categorizes the traditional sciences into the various groups. Through this way it is easy to judge the sequence of narrators of ‘Hadith’. Quran and Hadith also describe the basic groups of companion. This knowledge gradually expanded in various fields and jurists, commentators, reciters, Judges and poets etc. were categorized into groups. Various authors wrote books in each field. Ibn e Saad was the person who wrote the book named ‘Al-Tabaqat-ul-Kubra’ in which he categorized Sahaba, followers of companions and other scholars of Islam according to eras and areas. He wrote brief bibliographies of about 3000 narrator’s lives. He explains Seerat-un-Nabi in very detail. He also writs the complete sequence of narrators. Sometimes, he debates about the narrator’s solidity with various aspects. In some parts of book he describes Sahaba, followers of companions and later scholars together due to which a difficulty occurs in searching and recognizing the narrator .The repetition of some Sahaba’s names is also there due to the groups distribution according to Era and area. In this article the ‘Tabaqat’ of companions, followers of companions and later scholars are described separately to make it easy for understanding.

This paper purports to analyze the religion-friendly postmodernism proposed by Merold Westphal. It begins by reviewing the current positions on the question of the relationship between post-modernism and religion and attempts to locate Westphal’s position in the intellectual map. It is submitted that there exists a spectrum of positions on the said question that stretches from anti-religious post-modernisms to religious rejections of post-modernism. Having briefly discussed important reasons for choosing Westphal for discussion, the paper proceeds to analyze his understanding of the nature of post-modernism, and his project of the ‘religious appropriation of post-modernism.’ It discusses in detail the question whether, being inimical to all ‘meta’ narrative and being anti-metaphysical, post-modernism is incompatible with religious beliefs, and whether the post-modern hermeneutic theory leaves any room for deriving objective meaning from religious texts. Westphal’s appropriation project is then discussed at length in its two hermeneutical prongs of ‘fininitude’ and ‘suspicion’ derived by him respectively from the beliefs of human ‘createdness’ and ‘fallenness.’ In conclusion it is shown how Westphal’s work attempts to represent a middle position between the two extremes discussed in the beginning of the paper.

The contribution of these Publishing Houses, their origin, thoughts, and impact on the overall religious environment of Sindh has also been touched in a comprehensive manner. At the end of this paper, a detailed list of findings has been given which recommends accelerated efforts of preaching Islam in Sindh on even more rational grounds.

As a student of Urdu, Frances Pritchett remembers her first experience of the ghazal, the preeminent genre of classical Urdu poetry...was love at first sight. But much to her puzzelment and dismay, she discovered that modern urdu critics generally approach the classical ghazal with appology, or even open disdain. In Nets of Awareness, Pritchett joins literary criticism and history to explain how ghazal, for centuries pride and joy of indo Muslim cilture, was abruptly dethroned devalued with in its own mileue by its own thoerists. This break with tradition was so sharp that today many aspects of the ghazal remain obsecure, and often distasteful to modern reader. The cause of this abrupt shift ,Pritchett argues ,was not literary at all,but political.Pritchett shows how British suppession of the Mutiny and subsequent rule had disastrous cultural as well as political consequences. In short, Pritchett shows us precisely the complexity and power of ghazal.

Chain of the narrators (Sanad) has a fundamental status in Islam. The dearth of Sanad can encourage anyone to manipulate hadith in their own context. In this regard, hadith scholars travelled long and tiring journeys from the North to the West in order to minimize the number of narrators. Because as a fact the less the number of narrators will be, the less there will be a chance of manipulation. Numerous books were compiled in the third century amongst them those hadith narrated by the three narrators between the Holy Prophet Peace be upon Him and the compiler were least in numbers and more authentic, which is called Thulathiyat. This study is based on the collection of the narrators who are not only the narrators of Thulathiyat but the students of Imam Abu Hanifa as well and other aspect of the paper is to highlight their tremendous efforts and contributions to ensure the authenticity of hadith for the up-coming Ummah. So that the feelings of realization and self-actualization is ignited in the Ummah about the tedious efforts of Imam Abu Hanifa and his learned students.
