Sīrah is the topic which started during 1st Hijrah, from that time till now there are several books written on this topic, there is no such personality in history other than Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) whose biography from his birth till his death is preserved in such a manner. None of the aspect of his life is hidden, there was no such personality in history that was praised to such an extent. There are so many books written on the Sīrah of Holy Prophet (PBUH), but the one which was written by Allama Ibn-e-Kathir is indeed unique among them all. During his era there were too many books written on Sīrah al-Nabawiyyah but his command on Ḥadith and Fiqh made his work unique among others, he added authentic Aḥadith and narrations in his book and included such points which remained hidden from other authors. His book consists of 4 parts, and also includes Fiqh al Sīrah, which shows his great command over Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence). The work of Ibn-e-Kathir helps in deeply understanding the Sīrah of Prophet.

The article aims to offer an analysis of the Prophet’s preaching conversation based upon selected Ahadith from Bukhari and Muslim in order to cipher his diverse roles as an orator, an imam a leader a husband a merchant, a head of state, a father a preacher, a teacher and in other capacities. This article especially includes Dawah reflections in the dialogues of Holy Prophet about Islam and its pillars of worship such as prayer, alms, fasting and others.

Disputes are referred to arbiter/judges for settlement and Determination of rights. Similarly the compensations and penalties in penalty and punishment are also determined through lawsuit, and no one can claim his right without referring the judge. The importance of lawsuit is mandatory for judgment i.e. the judge should settle the dispute only when claim or lawsuit is filled by the parties. One sided judgments or judgments in absentia of a party is incorrect in Islam. Because judgments are based on arguments which depends on, Witness confessions and denials. These are not found in judgments in absentia. But as per Islamic jurists some legal exceptions are that if the absent witness presents himself later, then the earlier judgment will be cancelled.

His first priority is to induce ambiguity and suspicion in their minds because where there as suspicion belief does not exist there. Belief is base for reliability and trust. In old days the false believers denied hadiths according to their false beliefs but in modern world they did so in the form of orient orientalists. This paper is aimed at studying in detail the war tactics and military strategies of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) which He (Peace be upon him) used in all his military campaigns i.e. Ghazwat and Saraya. Profound and thorough study of these tactics and strategies can help gain success against the adversaries in any era, in any situation and at any place irrespective of the time and place factor. By dint of the vitality and inevitability of these strategies, even the present day war experts and concerned researchers are bound to accept and acknowledge their importance and requirement.

Every time when a researcher and a reader take its verses and its subjects into close consideration he finds new miracles and hidden perception. All commandments of the Holy Quran are totally beneficial for the mankind. Holy Prophet (PBUH) was the first interpreter of this holy book and after his departure his companions took this holy responsibility and afterwards jurists of the ummah stood with this noble task. . Similarly, the jurists also adopted different methodologies for Ahkam-ul-Quran as they have different school of thoughts within the continent so every school adopted a special methodology which clearly reflects its religion. They have taken different verses of Holy Quran as an evident on their particular thought and school. In this research paper importance of Ahkam-ul-Quran and its different kinds has been explained.

ABSTRACT This paper describes that if we want to know about poetry we must understand that out of context we can never arrive at our destination. The Qur‘ān should be read and understood in totality of its message and spirit. Its verses are local and universal. Some verses are in local environments but leave universal and external message. The verses of Sūrah Yāsīn and Sūrah Najm related to poetry clearly exhibit the truth that God rejected the claim of the infidels who regarded the Qur‘ān as the book of poetry and Prophet Muhammad as a poet. It is an apt reply to the infidels that Qur‘ān is a message of God with a serious mission and motto. The Holy prophet used to ask people to recite the Holy poetry of Abu Tālib. Hassān bin thābit used to recite ‘Nāt’ in the presence of the Prophet. They enhanced the divine mission of the prophets through their facile pen and noble spirit. Hence in the light of above brief dissertation we can profess that Islam does not oppose poetry if it is written on didactic and divine lines.

This article describes the methodology and characteristics of tafsir “Al_ Siraj ul Munir”.This are one of finest work of Allma Khateeb al Sharbini a 10th century prominent interpreter. Several editions of this Tafsir have been published. However, the edition of” Maktbea Bolaq Alamireeya, Alqahera (publication year: 1285 A.H)" published in four volumes is selected for this study. This interpretation is based on conventional narrations, authentic quotations from the Islamic scholars and lingual and grammatical discussions. As a witness, causes of verses(Asbab-e-Nuzul), Makki and Madani Surah’s(chapters),the abrogating and abrogated verses (Alnasikh Walmansukh) and Islamic jurisprudence have been discussed in it where needed. The quality of this translation which is admirable is that mostly authentic Ahadith from original sources and references to well-known basic books.

Qur’an and Prophetic traditions (Hadith) are the fundamental sources of Islam. Muslims believe that Qur’an is the word of God (Allah). Hadith (Prophet’s Sayings, actions and silent approval and disapproval for something) likewise is based on divine revelation. Qur’an affirms also this view: (God says) Your Companion (Muhammad) has neither gone astray nor has erred. Nor does He speak of (his own) desire. It is only a Revelation revealed. Al-Qur’an (53:2-4). Allah Almighty Himself took the responsibility to guard His word (the Qur’an): (He says :) verily, we, it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur’an) and surely, We will got it (from corruption). (Al-Qur’an:15:9) on the contrary the responsibility to guard the prophetic traditions (Hadith) was put on the shoulders on the Muslim Ummah. The scholars of Islam (Ulamas) try their utmost to collect and save the Prophetic traditions and guard it from any alteration .To achieve this purpose, they introduced different hadith sciences to distinguished between the true and the fabricated hadith.The authentic Sunnah is contained within the vast body of Hadith literature. Different scholars have compiled the books which contain a large numbers of authentic Ahadith (Ahadith Sahiha), one of them is Imam Ibn e Khuzaima. In this article we will discuss the Imam Ibn e Khuzaima approach towards “Ahadith al Sahiha” in his book “Sahih Ibn e Khuzaima”.
