Článek se zabývá rozvojovou spoluprací České republiky s tzv. programovými zeměmi. V úvodu bude nastíněn historický vývoj tohoto systému u nás, dále bude popsáno organizační uspořádání rozvojové spolupráce České republiky. Závěrem dojde k vyhodnocení, zda transformace systému české rozvojové spolupráce přispěla k zefektivnění tohoto systému. This paper deals with the development cooperation of the Czech Republic with the so-called. programme countries. In the introduction to the historical development of the system outlined, it will be described the organizational arrangement of the development cooperation of the Czech Republic. Finally, an evaluation of whether the transformation of the Czech development cooperation has contributed to the streamlining of the system.

Článek se ve své první části zaměřuje na zdůraznění významu rozvojové pomoci a na způsoby poměřování ekonomické a životní úrovně států. Druhá část je věnována Moldavské republice a problematickým oblastem jejího rozvoje. Třetí část článku je cílena na popis struktury a objemu rozvojové pomoci, jež je určena tomuto státu, a jejímu vlivu na rozvoj Moldavska. The article is in its first part focused on highlighting the importance of development aid and on the ways of measuring the economic and living standards of countries. The second part is dedicated to the Republic of Moldova and problematic areas of its development. The third part of the article is focused on the structure and volume of development assistance, which is provided to the state mentioned above, and its effect on the development of Moldova.
