Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atau kualitas pelayanan perangkat desa yang ada di Pemerintahan Desa Kebakalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dengan teknik dialog atau curah pendapat serta praktek dan kasus. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kemampuan tenaga/perangkat desa yang ada, sehingga tercapainya kepuasan masyarakat desa atas pelayanan prima yang diberikan pemerintahan Desa Kebakalan Kecamatan Karanggayam Kabupaten Kebumen

The current study examined how the annealing process affected the formability, mechanical and chemical characteristics of 7075 alloy. The formability was achieved during the bending test. Tensile, hardness, microstructure and corrosion tests represent mechanical and chemical properties. The test specimens for each test were prepared then followed by annealing heat treatment by heating them to 200 and 300°C in an electrical furnace for two hours. Then, the specimens were allowed to cool in the furnace to a room temperature. The results indicate that the tensile strength and hardness were decreased for about 50%. Bending strength was increased by approximately 30%, where the specimens bent at a very high angle without cracking or breaking in comparison to base metal. Annealing heat treatment with a proper selected procedures and temperatures was able to stabilize the microstructure and release the second phase precipitate particles. Annealing process contributed in improving formability, ductility and corrosion resistance of the Al 7075 alloy.

This research wants to describe the actualization of the state defense paradigm in the Qur'an. The concept is offered using the AN-NAML acronym, namely Attitude; Nationalism; nature; associations; manage; and Lovely. The AN-NAML concept is sourced from the contents of the letter An-Naml verses 1-66. The method used is descriptive qualitative through contextual analysis of the text of the verse, then finding correlations so that it can be applied as a standard of values ​​and knowledge. The results of this study indicate that the AN-NAML concept can help provide information on new findings and structured efforts to help the government actualize Al-Qur'an values ​​in the field of instilling state defense values. Attitude as a spiritual foundation, Nationalism as love for the motherland, Nature as an objective behavior, Association is able to socialize and work together, Manage has leadership, and Lovely so that love becomes the basis of attitude and speech.

Objective: To categorize glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency based on enzyme activity and its clinical haematological correlation. Methodology: This Cross-sectional study was conducted at the Department of Haematology, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP), Rawalpindi, from February 2022 to August 2022. Sampling was done using the nonprobability consecutive sampling technique. Test analysis included a complete blood picture, RBC morphology and reticulocyte count, G6PD quantitative test, and serum bilirubin. Thus, to categorize G6PDD based on its enzyme and clinic-haematological correlation, study included patients of both gender with an age ranging from 0-76 years. Descriptive statistics were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD) and categorical data were presented as frequency and percentage. Results: Out of 120 study participants, 30 (25%) were females and 90 (75%) were males. The mean age of study participants was 10.83±12.75. G6PD PCR was detected among participants having G6PD deficiency level

Owls have an incredibly unique ability to fly in silence, and this ability has significant potential to reduce noise pollution from aircraft engines. For decades, researchers have been studying the noise abatement system in conventional aircraft, but only a few of them had looked into the owl’s ability to reduce the aircraft noise level, especially on the serrated wing. The present study aims to investigate the lift and drag coefficient of the serrated wings including leading-edge serrations, trailing-edge serrations, both-edge serrations, and the original/baseline wing model from the NACA 0012 airfoil. The experimental testing was performed in a wind tunnel at Reynolds numbers of 20,000 and 40,000 and angle of attack from 2° to 30°, in 2° angle intervals. In general, the results showed that each wing model produced a similar lift and drag coefficient profiles, which were proportional to the angle of attack. At Reynolds number of 40,000, the lift coefficient increases from 0.45 to 1.5, as the angle of attack increases from 2° to 24°. Afterward, it decreased as the angle of attack exceeded 24°. According to the data, the trailing-edge serrations model showed the lowest drag coefficient at a Reynolds number of 40,000. Meanwhile, the highest lift coefficient at Reynolds number of 40,000 had been produced by the baseline wing model. This result is beneficial in reducing the noise generation produced by wing structure and at the same time enhancing aerodynamic efficiency.

In this research the polymer which contains aldehyde group [H1] has been prepared by oxidation [H] using the oxidizing agent (Dess Martin Periodinane), [H1] has been dialyzed by ethanol, Schiff bases[H2,H5andH8] compounds have been prepared through the reaction of compound [H1] with appropriate amines, [H3] compound which contains hydroquinazolin ring has been prepared by the reaction of [H2] compound with 2-amino benzoic acid.[H4]which has been prepared by cyclization reaction of compound [H2] with phthalic anhydride. compounds [H6,H7]were prepared by the reaction of [H5] compound with 2-amino benzoic acid and phthalic acid anhydriede. Reaction of comp[H1] with 4-amino benzaldehyde afforded comp[8]. The [H9] compound prepared by the reaction of [H8] compound with thiocarbohydrazide, The structures of the synthesized compounds [1-9] have been characterized using avaible spectral ( IR, 1H-NMR) methods and the result obtained improved the structures assigned to these compounds

The status of the condition of Indonesia's coral reefs is mostly categorized as moderate and damaged. Relatively inexpensive and easy-to-implement rehabilitation methods need to involve the participation of many stakeholders. The method of transplanting coral fragments by hanging (floating) from the surface of the water will be more efficient, especially in their maintenance. This study aims to investigate the most suitable water depth to support the growth and survival of the transplanted coral fragments. A non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) field experiment with 3 (three) treatments, namely different seedbed depths, 2 m, 4 m, and 6 m respectively. Each treatment was repeated 4 (four) times. The results of analysis of variance showed that the absolute growth rate of coral fragments transplanted by hanging from the surface of the water at different depths (2 m, 4 m, 6 m) showed no significant difference (P-value > 0.05). This shows that the environmental conditions at a depth of 2 m-6 m are relatively the same, so that on average all coral fragments have almost the same growth potential (0.29 cm/month). Meanwhile, the survival rate obtained is also very high (> 90%). These results confirm that the method of transplanting corals by hanging from the sea surface is technically feasible and gives good results. This will help many stakeholders to be involved in optimizing the economic potential value of coral reefs, as well as increasing participation in the conservation and rehabilitation of coral reefs.

Objective: To compare serum visfatin levels in obese and non-obese individuals. Study Design: Cross-sectional study. Setting: District Head Quarter Hospital, Gujrat. Period: July 2020 to May 2021. Material & Methods: A total of 52 subjects were included fulfilling the inclusion criteria. They were divided in two groups, 26 non-obese subjects were placed in Group A and 26 obese subjects in Group B. The serum visfatin level, Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), triglycerides (TG) were calculated in both groups. The statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS version 22.0. Results: The obese subjects had higher serum visfatin levels than the non-obese i.e. 3.87 ± 0.90ng/mL vs. 1.08 ± 0.56 ng/mL (p=0.001). A significant elevation was observed in the serum LDL level among obese subjects, 224.6 ± 55.0 mg/dl compared to 114.2 ± 22.9 mg/dl among non-obese subjects. Similarly, the serum TG levels were also significantly high among obese subjects (p=0.001). The intergroup comparison showed that the serum visfatin levels were higher among obese subjects with dyslipidemia (3.97 ± 0.93 ng/dl) than non-obese (3.46 ± 0.86 ng/dl). Conclusion: It is concluded that the serum visfatin levels are significantly high among obese individuals than non-obese counterparts.

A cross-sectional study was conducted to estimate the prevalence of wound and associated risk factors in equines in and around Shashemene town, Ethiopia. A total of 338 randomly selected working donkeys were physically examined out of which 199 (59%) were affected by wounds. In this study body condition was significantly associated (p0.05. This study also showed as floor and weight load carried by donkey was significant with a p-value 0.033 and 0.000 respectively. The mean weight carried by donkey was 519.08 kg with the maximum and minimum weight was 800 kg and 100 kg respectively. The highest wound distribution was found at back or withers of the donkeys with a prevalence of 24.3% and followed by shoulder, prescapular, chest, forelimb, neck and hind limb with 11.83%, 10.35%, 4.14%, 3.84%, 3.55%, 0.88% prevalence respectively. Variation in a wound type, abrasion, laceration, punctures and incises, was also significant with p-value 0.000 and 35.23%, 17.8%, 5.3% and 0.6% prevalence respectively and most of the wound was a moderate (21.89%) and followed by mild (18.93%) and severe (18.04%). The highest wound prevalence was caused by improper harness design and saddle (45.85%) followed by unknown cause (5.32%)nail piercing (0.3%), overloading and overworking (0.3%) and infectious disease (0.01%) of wound prevalence. Most of the owners take their donkeys to the nearby veterinary service (50.75%) out of 58.9% of prevalence and most of them were give to their donkeys a short term rest. Generally, the study has clearly indicated wound as a prevailing health and welfare problem of working donkeys in and around Shashemene town. Hence, implementing a comprehensive donkey health and welfare improvement program that focus towards the attitude of owners and awareness creation which was not limited by boundary between town and country side should be a priority for concerned stakeholder.

This study was carried out in the city of Tikrit and its environs, where environmental pollution with lead was studied in some governmental fuel stations in Salah al-Din Governorate, where cars often gather for refueling, resulting in vehicle exhausts varying proportions of the pollutants emitted from them, including the element lead. The study was divided to include five sites, four gas stations and a fifth group for control, which are: the old Tikrit gas station, Fateh al-Futuh fuel station (al-Qadisiyah station), al-Dour gas station and the martyr Umayya Jibara station (al-Alam station), and the fifth site (the control site) In the Naamah area outside the preservation center on the roads leading to the Kirkuk governorate, which is approximately 40 km away from the research project stations. The text of the research is to take samples from the dust scattered on the floor of these stations and the control group for a period of six months with a sample per month, from November 2019 to April 2020. The results the study were determined by measuring the concentrations of lead present in the dust belonging to these stations by means of a Flame Atomic Spectrometer. The results showed that there were significant differences between the stations and the control group, so the results recorded the highest concentration of lead in dust for the average of the stations during the six months (0.1543 ±0.01112 mg/L) in the Al-Dour governmental fuel station, and the lowest concentration (0.0831 ± 0.0708 mg / L) in the Fath Al Futuh station. (Al-Qadisiyah station), while the concentration of the control group was (0.0387 ±0.0316 mg/L). The reason for the high results of these measurements on the control group may be attributed to the high traffic movement of cars, the lack of vegetation and the frequency of dust storms that the study area is exposed to from time to time, in addition to other industrial activities in the area under study.

Objective: To evaluate the treatment of hydrocele and compare the post-operative course and outcome of sodium tetradecyl sulfate (3 %) (STDS) as a harmless and active sclerosant followed by aspiration with conventional hydrocelectomy for the management of adult hydrocele. Study Design: Cross Sectional, Randomized study. Setting: Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro. Period: 1st May 2019 to 31st October 2019. Material & Methods: Fifty patients with unilateral or bilateral primary vaginal hydrocele were included in this study. Subjects with secondary vaginal hydrocele (secondary to trauma, malignancy, or epididymo-orchitis), communicating hydrocele, infected hydrocele, having a positive history of previous intervention (sclerotherapy or operation) and/or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus were excluded. Data were analyzed in SPSS version 22.0. Results: All patients were equally divided into two groups A and B. Group A (n = 25) patients were submitted to Sclerotherapy and Group B (n = 25) patients were submitted to the Conventional Surgical Hydrocelectomy. Most of the patients 24(96.0%) who underwent in Group A (Sclerotherapy, n = 25), were discharged within 1-6 days i.e. less postoperative stay whereas the majority of the patients 14(56.0%) who underwent in Hydrocelectomy group were discharged between 1 to 6 days. Patients who underwent Hydrocelectomy had more postoperative stay and in 3 cases up to 18 days. Conclusion: Sclerotherapy is the treatment of choice for primary hydrocele. Complications like pain, hematoma, and infection are less than surgical procedures. Hospital stay is minimal and does not affect the day-to-day work of the patient having sclerotherapy.

The use of numerical methods for calculation of protection current/potential distribution in cathodic protection systems with galvanic anodes is presented in this paper. The coupled BEM/FEM method has been analysed, i.e. a combination of the Boundary Element Method (BEM) and the Finite Element Method (FEM). The cathodic protection system is a very efficient system for the protection of underground metal structures from corrosion. The most important phase of the projecting of the cathodic protection system is the optimally and technically correct defining of protection current distribution.. The calculation of protection current/potential distribution in cathodic protection systems is based on solving Laplace’s equation using adequate, previously defined, boundary conditions. These conditions are defined by using analytical expressions for the functional relationship between protection current and potential on electrode surfaces, or the electrode/electrolyte boundary. On the same structure for which the numerical calculations were made, measurements of protection potential distribution during the time of exploitation have been taken. Experimental data acquired during the start of system operations, together with intentional periodical measurements during system maintenance, are compared with data acquired by numerical calculations.

Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-kualitatif sesuai dengan alur pelaksanaan mekansime pengisian perangkat desa yang tertera pada peraturan bupati Purworejo. Dalam pelaksanaan penyaringan calon perangkat desa yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pelaksana terdapat penentuan nilai bobot pendidikan dan pengabdian dibuktikan dengan dokumen-dokumen yang valid. Tim seleksi bertugas melakukan seleksi pada aspek kognitif, keterampilan komputer dan keterampilan berbicara. Hasil dari rekapitulasi jurnal nilai akhir 6 (enam) peserta seleksi terdapat 4 (empat) peserta seleksi yang dinyatakan tidak lulus karena terdapat hasil seleksi yang dibawah ambang batas minimal, dan 2 (dua) peserta seleksi yang dinyatakan lulus mendapatkan peringkat 1 dan 2. Setelah mendapatkan hasil peringkat 1 dan 2 kemudian dilaporkan kepada camat Pituruh. Dalam proses pelantikan yang berhak dilantik yaitu yang lulus sebagai peringkat 1. Dampak dari adanya proses seleksi dapat menentukan perangkat desa yang terbaik untuk menjadikan Desa Tasikmadu dari Status Desa Maju menuju Status Desa Mandiri.

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. Leptin, an adipokine with the primary function of regulating energy balance, is found to mediate insulin secretion and sensitivity in peripheral tissues. Aims: Hence, we aimed to determine the role of leptin in the development of insulin resistance (IR) in newly diagnosed T2DM patients and determine tumor necrosis factoralpha (TNF-?). Materials and methods: A case control study a total of 80 patients and 50 control groups, used Cobas E311 device to measure glucose, whereas HbA1c used D-10 hemoglobin Hba1c device whereas other parameters used ELISA methods were used to analyses 130 samples Results: Highly significant increase level of Fasting blood sugar, hemoglobin A1c, Insulin, Leptin and HOMA- insulin resistance whereas significant decrease level of TNF alpha and , Plasminogen activator inhibitors -1 in patient type two diabetes mellitus compared to the control group. Conclusion: increased the level of leptin levels while TNF-? levels were decreased in type 2 diabetes patients.

Milk is a complex of biomolecules and is a good source of proteins, fats, sugars, vitamins and minerals. Various types of milk available in the market are solid and liquid milk. Solid milk is available in the form of formula milk and liquid milk is raw and packed milk (branded milk) like GM1, OL2, Dp3, T4, H5, Mp6, DO7 and N8. Milk having different additive components like “micronutrients, vitamin and minerals” play a vital role in our daily life therefore it is by kids, adults and elders all over the world. The chemical composition of raw milk not only focuses on its components, but also the treatment, in the case of quality of the raw materials, packing, storage and conditions are very important. Cow milk is one of the major resources contaminated with different heavy metal atoms. Different samples of milk (raw and packed) were collected from diverse zone of Islamabad. The packed milk like GM1, OL2, Dp3, T4, H5, Mp6, DO7 and N8 were collected from different shops of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Result showed the presence of different types of heavy metals in milk samples. The level of zinc in the raw milk samples was high in the Islamabad city as compared to Rawalpindi. The sequence of heavy metals present in fresh milk were detected as Zn> Cu> Cr> Pb and Cu. In packed milk, level of Chromium was different across the world.

This study aims to design a wind pipe installation using a solenoid valve in Piksi Ganesha Indonesia Polytechnic laboratory. The research used the R & D (Research and Development) method. The research results are: 1) the testing of the use of a wind pipe installation using a solenoid valve produced an average wind pressure of 88.57 psi.; (2) the product usability test was 70% which belongs to the “very useful” category for use in the laboratory of the Indonesian Polytechnic Piksi Ganesha; (3) at a pressure of 20 psi when the solenoid valve was open, the air pressure released by the air duster gun increased gradually according to the compressor capacity, while at a pressure of 20 psi when the solenoid valve was closed, the air duster gun could not release the air because the solenoid valve was closed, so the wind could not move towards the air duster gun.

Discipline character building in students is needed and must be instilled early in the learning process. This paper aims to analyze the teacher's efforts in shaping the disciplined character of students at MI Roudlotul Huda Sekaran, Gunung Pati, Semarang. This paper uses a qualitative field research type. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done by using the triangulation technique. The data analysis method used is in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in shaping the disciplined character of MI Roudlotul Huda Sekaran Gunung Pati Semarang students included the synergy of the headmaster and the teachers in setting good examples, habituation of positive activities, and exemplary discipline. The supporting factors for the formation of student character are good cooperation from school personnel, good communication between parents, teachers, students, the community, a positive school environment, and teachers who are enthusiastic about acting as models or leaders. All the aircraft are equipped with an anti-icing system to prevent ice accretion on the body of the aircraft. The anti-icing system is important because ice accretion degrades the performance of the aircraft and may cause aircraft crashes. Piccolo tube Anti-icing system uses the impingement hot air and creates hotspot on nacelle lip-skin and edges of wings. The temperature distribution caused by the impingement of hot air must be studied to get a better design of the anti-icing system. The skin geometry shape affects hot airflow behavior in the impingement vicinity, hence influences temperature distribution on wing skin and nacelle lip-skin. Thus, the CFD simulation of the hot air impingement air various concave curvature radius was conducted by using ANSYS Fluent 19.2. The result shows the temperature contour has been plotted from the software. Correlation between Nusselt number on impingement point and Reynolds number was successfully done as the validation. Increasing the Reynolds number increases the dimensionless temperature of the concave plate. Temperature is 0.147125 has been recorded as the highest dimensionless temperature under the set of an air temperature of 43°C, Reynolds number of 4070, and 300mm curvature radius. Besides that, increases in heat dissipation decrease the dimensionless temperature of the plate with the curvature radius also decreases. The dimensionless temperature increases from 0.138747 to 0.142316 when the curvature radius increases from 150mm to 300mm.

In contrast to the West, which considers God as a myth and negates values ​​about reality and truth, the Muslim philosophers and Sufis base their knowledge on the concept of God that has been established in Islam. This article describes the approach of the Sufis and the Muslim philosophers regarding God as reality and truth. By using the descriptive analysis method, this study draws conclusions based on various arguments: first, there is a meeting point between the two, especially in terms of 'al-Haqq' as one of the 'Names' (asmā) of Allah which also means 'reality' and 'truth' which are linguistically unified. Therefore, everything that is called 'reality' has to do with the existence of God which provides wisdom behind all reality as God's creation. Because God created reality with a 'true' purpose. Second, despite the fundamental differences in various worldviews, the West has never assumed that God is Reality in itself because its worldview has negated the Diversity of metaphysical reality. This is also affirmed, only at the metaphysical level as 'speculative science' or 'noumena' in Kant's account. Third, different from the West in Islam, there are various treasures of intellectual property discussions about God as Reality. Although there are many schools in understanding God as Reality, the Muslims have almost the same opinion because they affirm revelation as the only authoritative source of explanation for the concept of God. Objective: To determine the efficacy of transverse abdominal block for patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy. Study Design: Randomized Controlled Study. Setting: Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Hospital, Sukkur. Period: September 2018 to September 2019. Material & Methods: Included all females above the age of 18 years who were scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy. We excluded all the patients who have had a abdominal hysterectomy before, had malignancy, and had a hospital stay of less than 24 hours. All the patients receiving transverse abdominal pain block, had received an ultrasound guided block after the hysterectomy procedure, and was given 20 cc to 60 cc of 0.25% Bupivacaine, while the non-TAP group received standard narcotics as required. Results: We included a total of n= 66 patients, the mean age of the patients was found to be 47 +/- 8 years. There were no statistically significant differences in the two groups based on the patients age, length of hospital stay, time spent in the recovery room, and time duration of the surgical procedure. The average consumption of narcotics was lower during the procedure, at 24 hours after the procedure, and the length of hospital say was also low for the TAP group, however these were not statistically significant findings, the p values were 0.419, 0.533 and 0.754 respectively. Overall narcotic use and patient controlled analgesia also showed no statistically significant differences in the two groups, the p values were 0.252 and 0.669. The numeric pain rating scale also did not show any significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: Transverse abdominal pain block failed to lower the narcotics requirement and failed to be a superior analgesic in patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy.

Objective: To determine the differences in using the ultrasound guided technique as compared to the landmark technique for the cardiac catheterization procedures. Study Design: Cross-sectional study. Setting: Civil Hospital, Karachi. A Large Tertiary Care Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. Period: November 2018 to November 2019. Material & Methods: Patients were divided into two groups, those who underwent catheterization through the landmark procedure and those who had the ultrasound guided procedure done. Various clinical and laboratory investigations were performed and recorded for the patients. The inclusion criteria was all the patients whose complete data was available in our archives, between the ages of 18 and 80 years, and belonging to the ASA Classification I to III, an international normalized ratio (INR) of 50,000 mm3. Results: The study population n= 600 patients, the mean age of patients was 65.2 +/- 10.6 years. We did not find any statistically significant differences in the age comparisons of the two groups, having a P-value of 0.3. Similarly, no difference was found in between genders, having a P-value of 0.8. When it comes to the duration of the bypass procedure there was no significant difference, the p value was 0.7. The success rate of the procedure was 89.79% in the landmark group and 98.07% in the ultrasound group, the P-value was significant at 0.04 respectively. Conclusion: The ultrasound-guided central venous catheterization is an effective and safer option when compared to the landmark technique.

Eagle is one of the most manoeuvrable and aerodynamically efficient bird capable of soaring for a mile, and it has high gliding ratio that can reach high velocities. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles () used in military and civilian applications are required to loiter at significant altitude without being targeted by observers. However, the induced drag is usually held mainly at the wingtip, which affects the performance of the in steady state condition due to wingtip vortex. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are to study the effect of multi-winglet on different configurations in the performance of lift and drag coefficients and to analyse the flow pattern of multi-winglet with difference configurations. The wing airfoil used was with chord length of and wingspan of . The multi-winglet device was simulated using software with three, five and seven multi-winglet configurations at angles of attack between -5° to 20° (with increment of 5°) and at flying speed of . This study found that seven multi-winglets demonstrated better results in lift and drag coefficients compared to other models at low angles of attack. In conclusion, multi-winglets can improve the aerodynamic performance of airfoil in reducing the induced drag and increasing the lift coefficient, which is suitable to be implemented at low angles of attack due to the bluffing body of winglet at high angles of attack.

In this paper we solve some fifth and sixth order boundary value problems (BVPs) by the improved residual power series method (IRPSM). IRPSM is a method that extends the residual power series method (RPSM) to (BVPs) without requiring exact solution. The presented method is capable to handle both linear and nonlinear boundary value problems (BVPs) effectively. The solutions provided by IRPSM are compared with the actual solution and with the existing solutions. The results demonstrate that the approach is extremely accurate and dependable.

Flapping-Wing Micro Air Vehicles (FW-MAVs) are small hand-held flying vehicles that can manoeuvre in constrained space owing to their lightweight, low aspect ratio and can fly in a low Reynolds number environment. Among all wing types, flapping wings have the most potential in fulfilling this flight requirement since it offers good agility in confined spaces. However, the design problem for the flapping wings lies in lift generation and figuring out the main factors that play the biggest role in generating lift. In the present work, the effects of design parameters such as camber, velocity and frequency of the flapping wing have been investigated using the response surface methodology (RSM). The standard quadratic model of RSM called Central Composite Design (CCD) was utilized to identify and optimize the flapping wing. The experimental results were found to be in good agreement with the predicted outcomes. Out of 20 experimental trials determined by CCD, the optimum camber, velocity, and frequency were found to be 15%, 4.29 m/s and 9 Hz respectively. The experimental results in this study are reasonable and accurate and can be used for describing the aerodynamic parameters. This study also established the usefulness of RSM in optimizing the aerodynamic properties for flapping wing mechanism.

This study evaluated the annual, seasonal, and diurnal variations in the ambient UV-B levels at a tropical region of the Indo-Gangetic plain during 2016 – 2018. Prominent seasonal variations in ambient Ultraviolet-B (UV-B) levels were recorded. Daytime cumulative UV-B varied from 16.75-37.45 (2016), 13.08- 35.89 (2017) and 14.76-34.5 (2018) during summer; from 24.02-3.65 (2016), 18.32-3.11 (2017) and 11.09-2.09 (2018) during winter and 25.56 – 41.17 (2016), 20.1 – 39.21 (2017) and 14.82 – 37.18 (2018) during rainy season. The ambient UV-B level was dependent on numerous meteorological variables (cloud cover, relative humidity, rainfall, and sunshine hours), astronomical factors (Solar Zenith Angle), and pollutants (like tropospheric ozone, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, and aerosols). Monthly average UV-B levels positively varied with sunshine hours and PAR and inversely varied with cloud cover. This study suggests that the region is exposed to highly dynamic UV-B levels, which could be a potent threat to plants specially grown during summer-rainy seasons. The study could be further expanded for the entire region using various mathematical tools.

The purpose of the current study was to find out the frequency of married females with urinary incontinence including stress, urge and mixed incontinence in Mansehra city and how it is affecting the daily life of females as compared to women without urinary incontinence. District Headquarter Hospital, Mansehra, Helping Hand Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences, Mansehra and Taj Health Complex, Mansehra. For the current study married women with age 18 to 65 years were selected while females with tumor, sexually transmitted diseases or female on any sedative was excluded from the study. Non- probability purposive technique was used for the sampling technique and “Questions for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis” was used as outcome measuring tool. For the current study, 385 participants were selected. Prevalence ratio was found to be 72.5% with either type of urinary incontinence while 27.5% participants were found without any type of urinary incontinence. Mean gravidity of females with urinary incontinence was 3.46(±2.093) for (n=279) while mean gravidity of females without urinary incontinence was 2.78(±1.957) for (n=106). Urinary Incontinence is the most prevalent condition among females and it was found that every 7th female is suffering from either type of Urinary Incontinence. It can occur in any age and in any person but mostly occur in females due to the issues related with pregnancy, delivery and menopause.

Despite the various poverty eradication/alleviation programmes and strategies adopted by various governments in Nigeria, over 93 million Nigerians still live in poverty, with at least three million sliding into extreme poverty between November 2018 and February 2019 (Olayinka, 2019). This is a clear indication of the ineffectiveness of these policies and programmes, which is attributable to corruption, high level of inequality in income distribution, low literacy rate and poor skill set, political instability, and poor leadership. The major challenge every responsive and responsible government must contend with is to make life better and more meaningful to the citizenry irrespective of whether such government is a democratic one or a military dictator if the regime is to have relevance and continue to enjoy legitimacy in the eyes of the governed. Every successive government since independence has put up one strategy or the other aimed at eradicating the sufferings of the people and put smiles on the faces of the governed. This paper critically examined the various poverty eradication programmes, reforms and strategies, which had been undertaken by successive Nigerian governments and the reasons behind the success/failure of these programmes. The paper articulated and proffered useful strategies that if faithfully implemented would lead the nation out of the present dungeon of poverty and set the nation on the right map of sustainable economic development and not just on economic growth which it has persistently witnessed over the years.

The study was carried out in the canopy-covered by Alsaran of the Faculty of Agriculture and marshes University of Thi- Qar on 01.11.2020. The experiment was terminated on 15.06.2021 On the rosemary plant that old of age was one year at three seedlings per unit experimental, thus became the number of seedlings 81 Seedlings in plastic anvils, container on sandy loam soil and peat moss with a percentage 3 :1 The experiment included the treatment of the balanced compound Nano-NPK fertilizer by spray on leaves of the plant at concentrations ( 0, 25, 75) mg. l-1 by three times for a period 15th day between one adding and another, and the biological factor was added at concentrations (0, 10, 20) ml by one adding. And carried out an experiment factorial according to Randomized Complete Block Design RCBD With three replications for each treatment, the results were compared according to the least significant difference test at the probability level of 5%. The statistical analysis results showed superiority in the compound Nano-fertilizer by height and number of branches, amount of oil and its density, and some of the active substances Cymen And the Camphene And Rose Mari acid reached (53.44 cm, 78.66 branches, 2.2989 g 00. gm-1, 1.0348, 4.671, 135.70) respectively compared to the lowest value for the comparison treatment. The biological factor was superior in the following characteristics (height, branches number, oil quantity, oil density, and active compounds). Cymen and the Camphene and Rose Mari acid reached (49.77 cm, 67.44) and 2.3277 g.100. g-1), respectively, compared with the lowest value for comparative treatment. As for the interaction, the treatment outperformed N2B2 In the adjective of the number of branches insignificant, and the treatment of N2B1 In the amount of oil, oil density and some active compounds, Rose Mari acid. It had a significant effect on the treatment N0B1 Significant effect on the active compound Camphene.

Liquisolid compacts are one of the modern drug formulation techniques used for drug formulation for several objectives including protection against photosensitivity. This study evaluates the photoprotective effect of the liquisolid compact technique on a calcium channel blocker antihypertensive drug, nimodipine, which is considered a photosensitive drug model. Liquisolid compact tablets of nimodipine were prepared from; Avicel PH-102 as a carrier material, (colloidal silicon dioxide, Cab-O-sil, and titanium dioxide as coating materials), croscarmellose sodium (CSS), sodium starch glycolate (SSG), crospovidone (CP) as super disintegrants, and propylene glycol as the liquid vehicle. However, the ratio of carrier to coating materials was kept constant in all formulations at 35:1. This ratio was chosen after testing the ratios 15:1, 20:1, 25:1, 30:1 and 35:1. The feasibility of the prepared liquisolid systems was also evaluated for first; the pre-compression and post-compression characteristics. Second, the possible drug-excipients interaction using FT-IR. Third, the photostability of Nimodipine in pure form, conventional tablets, and in the prepared liquisolid tablets through irradiation with a light dose of 0.55 W/m2/h visible light, 50 W/m2/h UVA and 0.27 W/m2/h UVB for 12 h in order to estimate the effect of coating material type on Nimodipine stability especially in the prepared liquisolid formulations. The results showed that all of the prepared liquisolid tablets showed satisfactory properties regarding pre and post-compression properties. Interestingly, the FTIR spectra study ruled out any interaction between nimodipine and excipients in the prepared liquisolid tablets. Besides, all of the prepared liquisolid tablets had shown a superior drug dissolution profile compared to the conventional and direct compressed tablets. Finally, 92.43% of the drug remaining was found in the liquisolid formulation (F7) after 12 h photo-irradiation as compared to 65.48% drug remaining for the pure drug substance and 75.12% for directly compressed tablets indicating that liquisolid technique had significantly inhibited the photo-degradative effect of light in the prepared liquisolid formulations. It can be concluded that the liquisolid compacts technique is a promising approach for the improvement of photostability of this photosensitive Nimodipine with an acceptable stability as well as enhanced dissolution rate.

Unmanned aerial vehicle is becoming increasingly popular each year. Now, aeronautical researchers are focusing on size minimization of unmanned aerial vehicle, especially drone and micro aerial vehicle. The lift coefficient of micro aerial vehicle has wing dimension of 12 cm and mass of less than 7 g. In the present study, with the aid of 3D printer, polylactic acid material was used to develop the micro aerial vehicle structure for tandem wing arrangement. The materials for rigid wing skin and flexible wing skin were laminating film and latex membrane, respectively. The present work elaborates the lift coefficient profiles on rigid wing skin and flexible wing skin at wing flapping frequency of 11 Hz, three different Reynolds numbers of 14000, 19000 and 24000, and five different angles of attacks between 0° and 50°. According to the results obtained, the lift coefficient decreased as the Reynolds number increased. The lift coefficient increased up to 9 as the angle of attack increased from 0° to 50° at the Reynolds number of 14000 for flexible wing skin. The results also showed that the lift coefficient of flexible wing skin was higher than that of rigid wing skin at the attack angle of10° and below, except for the Reynolds number of 14000.

Objective: To find out the association between poor glycaemic levels and biochemical and haematological abnormalities in patients of coronovairus disease-2019. Methods: The prospective, observational, cohort study was conducted at the Combined Military Hospital, Quetta, Pakistan, from September 2020 to February 2021, and comprised all patients who tested positive for coronavirus disease-2019 on polymerase chain reaction test and were subsequently admitted. The patients were divided into two groups on the basis of random blood glucose level at the time of admission; 11.1mmol/l (206mg/dl) in group A, and 4-11.1mmol (74-206mg/dl) in group B. Association between categorical variables was evaluated and hazard ratio was measured. Data was analysed using SPSS 21. Results: Of the 349 patients, there were 56(16%) in group A; 40(71.4%) males and 16(28.6%) females with age range 39-61 years. There were 293(84%) subjects in group B; 239(81.5%) males and 54(18.5%) females with age range 27-53 years. Overall, 75(21.4%) patients were known type 2 diabetics.
