У статті розглянуто питання формування м’яких навичок (soft skills) майбутніх педагогів як базових факторів, які визначають майбутню професійну успішність.Наголошено на особливій актуальності м’яких навичок для майбутніх педагогів, їхнього майбутнього професійного успіху й високого рівня конкурентоспроможності. Визначено, що питання розвитку «навичок майбутнього» вже неодноразово розглядалося сучасними як зарубіжними (Р. Болстад, Г. Клекстон, Г. Пауелл, Р. Хіпкінс та ін.), так і вітчизняними (Є. Гайдученко, Н. Жадько, Т. Кожушкіна, Л. Фамілярська та ін.) науковцями.Проаналізовано термінологічний апарат дослідження. Зауважено, що в науковій сфері сьогодні ведеться багато суперечок про переважне значення soft skills над hard skills (жорсткими або твердими навичками). Перші називають «навичками майбутнього», «навичками успішності», «кар’єрними домінантами» тощо.Зазначено, що Світовий економічний форум визначає такі десять найважливіших навичок майбутнього 2025 року: аналітичне мислення та інновації активне навчання та навчальні стратегії, комплексне вирішення проблем, критичне мислення та аналіз, креативність, оригінальність та ініціативність, лідерство та соціальний вплив, використання технологій, моніторинг та контроль, дизайн технологій та програмування, стресостійкість та гнучкість, уміння аргументувати погляди, вирішення проблем та генерація ідей.Для з’ясування найбільш важливих навичок для професійної успішності майбутніх педагогів було проведено анкетування здобувачів освіти. Виявлено, що майже всі студенти вважають м’які навичками обов’язковою складовою успішної викладацької діяльності. Серед найбільш важливих soft skills для педагогів виділяють критичне мислення, стресостійкість, комунікативність, цифрову грамотність.У статті наведено форми і методи викладання в закладі вищої освіти, які сприятимуть розвитку м’яких навичок студентів.

У статті окреслено питання пов’язані з організацією дистанційного навчання в інклюзивних класах закладу загальної середньої освіти в умовах воєнного стану. Також зроблено акцент на забезпеченні навчального процесу під час війни для дітей з особливими освітніми потребами, зокрема наголошується на важливості зміщення фокусу уваги з академічних успіхів на підтримку і нормалізацію психічного стану учнів, на необхідності врахування психологічного стану таких дітей. Сконцентровано увагу на доцільності не перевантажувати школярів в інклюзивних класах, а відволікти їх на конструктивну діяльність, емоційно підтримувати, адже в умовах стресу, надмірного психологічного навантаження є велика потреба саме в позитивних емоціях. Указано на важливість того, що в інклюзивних класах комунікація в колективі є важливою для соціалізації школярів. Тож треба у структуру занять уводити більше елементів спілкування, бо під час нього можна заспокоїти, відволікти дітей від тривожних новин та подій, що на певний час надасть відчуття мирного нормального життя, стабільності та відчуття безпеки і психологічно розрадить дитину.Визначено, що діти з особливими освітніми потребами наразі мають велику потребу саме в емоціях. Тому вчителям доречно змістити увагу на підтримку і нормалізацію психічного стану учнів, бо специфіка полягає в тому, що навчання відбувається під час війни, тому необхідно враховувати психічний стан дітей, не навантажувати новими знаннями, відволікти їх на творчу діяльність, добирати такі завдання, щоб емоційно підтримувати, адже в умовах стресу, надмірного психологічного навантаження та постійних переживань школяреві важко сконцентруватися лише на здобутті знань. Розкрито аспекти дистанційної роботи, в якій варто добирати більше завдань, що спрямовані на актуалізацію вивченого, повторення раніше засвоєного матеріалу. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що важливу роль у дистанційному інклюзивному навчанні в умовах воєнного стану відіграють батьки, вони разом з педагогами надають емоційну підтримку, позбавляють відчуття надмірного психологічного навантаження.

This chapter describes a systematic investigation of blockchain technology and its applications across various domains with the main focus on libraries. The concept and working of blockchain technology are discussed with respect to multiple domains to emphasize how the peculiar attribute of this technology can revolutionize ‘library practices'. The chapter presents the opportunities available for library professionals and awareness of this emerging technology and assist them in taking some initiatives for its appropriate application in libraries. It therefore concludes by recommending that the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria in collaboration with Nigerian library professionals set up a blockchain website, blogs, and webinars to engage researchers, students, and information professionals to harness their inputs towards developing a whitepaper (policy) and promotion of emerging technologies for better services delivery in the libraries, adding value to libraries and the communities they serve.

Introduction: Corneal neovascularization disease is an important clinical symptom of many ocular surface disorders, and the use of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) drugs is considered the most promising treatment method. Method: Ranibizumab (RB) is one of the few anti-VEGF drugs approved by the FDA in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases, but the special synthetic route leads to a short biological half-life, and therapeutic concentration cannot be maintained for a long time in clinical treatment. Therefore, we aim to develop a low immunogenicity sustained release system to improve the bioavailability of RB. RB was loaded on bovine milk-derived exosomes (MEXOs), and the in vitro release profile and pharmacokinetic characteristics were detected. RB was continuously release from the MEXOs (2 days, 60 h). The tubular network formation experiment of human umbilical vein endothelial cells showed that the MEXOs enhanced the inhibitory effects of RB on VEGF-induced tube formation, as confirmed by a cell proliferation experiment. Results: In vivo experiments showed that RB-loaded bovine milk-derived exosomes (RB-MEXOs) increased the precorneal residence time and half-life period of RB in New Zealand white rabbits. Conclusion: These results suggested that RB-MEXOs is conducive to the maintenance of effective RB concentration in vivo, and their use is potential strategy for treating corneal vascularization.

У статті на основі аналізу сучасних досліджень схарактеризовано блог як засіб іншомовної підготовки студентів інженерно-технічних та економічних спеціальностей. Обґрунтовано необхідність комунікації у віртуальному просторі через залучення блогів задля створення додаткового середовища для віртуальної взаємодії зі співрозмовниками.Представлено блог як інструмент Web 2.0 та форму онлайн-спілкування, який характеризується інтерактивністю, ініціативністю, продуктивністю й результативністю, мобільністю, оперативністю і цілодобовістю доступу до інформації, самореалізацією і самовираженням.Схарактеризовано переваги імплементації блогу в освітній процес іншомовної підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти інженерно-технічних та економічних спеціальностей. До них віднесено: можливість створення умов для успішної соціалізації особистості, співпраці та продуктивної взаємодії; організація додаткового віртуального комунікативного та інформаційного середовища; забезпечення особистісно-орієнтованого підходу до іншомовної підготовки здобувачів освіти; використання блогу як засобу організації обговорення побаченого, почутого чи прочитаного іноземною мовою в мережі в режимі реального часу; можливість аргументовано висловити й пояснити власну точку зору; покращення комунікативної компетентності здобувачів освіти та забезпечення позитивного сприйняття читання; формування позитивного ставлення та підвищення мотивації до навчання, активізація пізнавальних процесів; створення власного контенту та отримання зворотного зв’язку; підвищення рівня самостійності та відповідальності здобувачів вищої освіти.До перспектив подальших наукових досліджень уналежнимо пошук шляхів запровадження інструментів Web 2.0 в процес іншомовної підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти інженерно-технічних та економічних спеціальностей під час дистанційної форми навчання.

У статті актуалізується понятійно-категоріальний апарат, яким послуговуються при описі розвитку управління закладами загальної середньої освіти, що потребує уточнення та конкретизації об’єкта та предмета дослідження механізму управління закладами загальної середньої освіти. Акцентовано увагу на таких поняттях, термінах і категоріях у галузі педагогічного менеджменту, як «розвиток», «управління», «менеджмент», «заклад освіти», «школа».Визначено, що у вітчизняній та зарубіжній науці існує широке коло визначень понять педагогічного менеджменту та управлінської діяльності закладу освіти. Поняття «управління» та «менеджмент» є досить усталеними та розробленими, а «управління закладом загальної середньої освіти» потребує конкретизації та деталізації з урахуванням ознак та характеристик компонентів терміну, «педагогічний менеджмент» ототожнюється з «освітнім менеджментом», «заклад загальної середньої освіти» має досить чітке визначення. Проте трактування вчених – авторів визначень вищенаведених понять відрізняються. Наголошено, що поняття «управління» має загальне значення, «менеджмент», своєю чергою, наголошує саме на ефективності управління, шляхом діяльності суб’єкта управління – менеджера з відповідною спеціальною освітою. Вищезазначені терміни також вживаються як для позначення практики діяльності, так і для позначення дисциплін, що вивчають ці практики. Щодо понять «управління» та «керівництво», то тут прослідковується різниця в суб’єктно-об’єктних відношеннях, а саме: управління – вид діяльності, який спрямований на систему, процес (удосконалення, розвиток, зміну тощо), а керівництво спрямоване на колективи, людей. Проаналізувавши понятійно-категоріальний апарат дослідження, автор визначає управління закладом загальної середньої освіти як взаємодію суб’єкта управління, тобто керівника закладу (освітнього менеджера) з іншими учасниками освітнього процесу та громадськістю, спрямована на координацію й спрямування зусиль, упорядкування освітньої системи та переведення її на вищий якісний рівень.

У статті проаналізовано генезис основних наукових понять, які з’явилися в освітній галузі внаслідок її інформатизації. Розглянуто різні визначення наступних дефініцій: «інформація», «технологія», «інформаційні технології», «інформаційно-комунікаційні технології». З’ясовано, що термін «інформаційні технології» в сучасному розумінні вперше з’явився в статті Гарольда Дж. Лівітта та Томаса Л. Віслера у 1958 році, опублікованій у Гарвардському бізнес-огляді (Harvard Business Review). Було виокремлено шість періодів розвитку інформаційних технологій, які розглядаються крізь призму інструментів, за сприянням яких відбувається переробка інформації (інструментарій технології), а саме: 1) ручна технологія (домеханічна) (до другої половини XIX ст.); 2) механічна технологія (з кінця XIX ст.); 3) електрична технологія (40-60-і рр. XX ст.); 4) електронна технологія (з початку 70-х рр. XX ст.); 5) комп’ютерна («новітня») технологія (з середини 80-х рр. XX ст.); 6) мережева технологія. Досліджено, що поняття «інформаційно-комунікаційні технології» є розширеним терміном щодо інформаційних технологій, складовими якого виступають апаратні засоби (персональні комп’ютери, сервери тощо) та програмне забезпечення (операційні системи, мережеві протоколи, пошукові та експертні системи тощо). У сучасному світі інформаційно-комунікаційні технології – виступають глобальним інструментом для надання ефективних послуг в освітній системі, а також є одним із найважливіших чинників, що впливає на формування людства ХХІ століття.Констатовано, що інформаційно-комунікаційні технології можна розуміти як такі, що за допомогою комп’ютерів (чи інших гаджетів), комп’ютерних мереж та засобів зв’язку забезпечують пошук, отримання, збереження, відтворення, опрацювання, систематизацію, передачу, обробку та застосування певної інформації про об’єкт, який перебуває в фокусі того чи іншого дослідження.

У статті проаналізовано наукові доробки І. Сєченова, В. Бехтерєва, І. Павлова, П. Лесгафта щодо фізіологічних основ фізичної підготовки школярів в яких зазначено, що основною умовою життя людини є її взаємодія з навколишнім середовищем. Провідну роль у цій взаємодії відіграє локомоторна діяльність, оскільки локомоцією людина захищає своє життя, знаходить їжу, створює відповідне житло, тобто забезпечує своє існування. За допомогою рухової активності людина виконує фізичну роботу, спілкується з іншими (розмовляє, пише). Іншими словами, рух, організований певним чином, є сенсом життя. Сьогодні загальновідомо, що всі рухи людини є зовнішніми рухами в просторі і є фізіологічними рефлексами. Тому науковою основою фізичних вправ людини є не тільки механіка й анатомія, а й фізіологія.Роботи видатних фізіологів відіграли виключно важливу роль у формуванні теоретичного підґрунтя фізичної підготовки підростаючого покоління, оскільки визначали не лише її основи, а й умови реалізації. Ретроспективний огляд дозволяє наголосити, що саме з середині 20-х – початку 30-х років ХХ століття починає активно окреслюватися медико-біологічний напрям в теорії фізичної підготовки та спортивного тренування. У цьому ракурсі слід відмітити праці колективу авторів – В. Бляха, Н. Кассандрова, О. Недригайлової, О. Волянського та інших. Активізація медико-біологічних досліджень сприяла інтеграції знань з кількох галузей, суміжних з фізичною культурою та спортом. Проведений аналіз дозволив визначити, що на початку ХХ століття оформилися методологічні та ціннісно-гуманістичні основи галузі «фізична культура і здоров’я», окремими дослідженнями науковців розпочато формування філософсько-культурологічних поглядів на проблему фізичної підготовки підростаючого покоління, що потребувало нових методологічних підходів.

Background: The compounds containing heterocyclic cores with O, N and/or S atoms are bioactive and valuable molecules in the field of drug discovery and development. There are several applications in different areas for the molecules having oxadiazole moiety in their structures viz. herbicides and corrosion inhibitors, electron-transport materials, polymers and luminescent materials. Hence, demand for new anticonvulsant, antibacterial and analgesic agents has turned into an imperative assignment in the area of medicinal chemistry to improve therapeutic efficacy as well as safety. Methods: In the journey of new anticonvulsive, antibacterial and analgesic molecules with better potency, some newer Oxadiazole analogues were attained by a sequence of synthetic steps with the substituted acrylic acids. IR and 1H-NMR spectral data were used for the structure elucidation of obtained chemical compounds. In this perspective, the anticonvulsant, antibacterial and analgesic activities were evaluated for synthetically obtained newer chemical moieties. Furthermore, a molecular docking study was performed to elucidate the binding modes of synthesized ligands in the active pockets of Cox-1/2 enzymes, DNA Gyrase and GABA inhibitors. Result: It has been observed that all the synthetic molecules showed good analgesic activity while A1 molecule demonstrated better analgesic activity. In the case of anticonvulsant and antibacterial activity among other ligands, C1 molecule possessed profound anticonvulsant activity whereas B1 molecule showed maximum antibacterial activity and molecular docking study also endorsed the same consequences. Conclusion: It might be recognized from the present study that prepared compounds are distinctive in lieu of their structure and noticeable biological activity. In the quest for a newer group of anticonvulsant, antibacterial and analgesic molecules, these compounds might be useful for the society.

Background: Several studies showed that Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs) can differentiate into mesenchymal lineages, including cardiac cell types, but complete differentiation into cardiomyocytes is challenging. . Unfortunately, the optimal method to maximize AMSCs differentiation has not yet established. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) which contains rich growth factors, is believed could stimulate stem cell proliferation and differentiation in the context of cardiac tissue regeneration. Objective: To analyze the effect of PRP administration to enhance the differentiation of AMSCs into cardiomyocytes. Methods: This study used a randomized post-test-only controlled group design. AMSCs were isolated from adipose tissues and cultured for 4 passages. The samples were divided into 3 groups, a negative control group (α-MEM), a positive control group (differentiation medium), and a treatment group (PRP). The assessment of GATA-4 expression was conducted using flow cytometry on day-5. The assessment of troponin expression was conducted using immunocytochemistry on day- 10. Data analysis was conducted using T-test and One-Way ANOVA. Results: Results: Flowcytometry of GATA-4 expression revealed a significant improvement in PRP group compared to negative and positive control group (67.04 ± 4.49 vs 58.15 ± 1.23 p < 0.05; 67.04  4.49 vs 52.96 ± 2.02 p < 0.05). This was supported by the results of immunocytochemistry on troponin expression, which revealed significant improvement in the PRP group compared to negative and positive controls (38.13 ± 5.2 vs 10.73 ± 2.39 p < 0.05; 38.13  5.2 vs 26.00  0.4 p < 0.05). Conclusion: PRP administration in the AMSCs culture could significantly improve the differentiation of AMSCs into cardiomyocytes measured by GATA-4 and troponin expressions. This was concordant with our hypothesis, which stated that there was an effect of PRP administration on AMSCs differentiation into cardiomyocytes.

Abstract: Oral disintegrating tablets (ODT) offer an attractive choice for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) patients suffering from dysphagia. In chronic condition, GERD patient suffers from severe erosive esophagitis. Thus patients feel difficulty and pain during swallowing, which results in patient in-compliance toward medication of tablets or capsules- especially in geriatrics and pediatric patients. These symptoms of GERD patients have attracted the formulation scientists in improving the formulation methodology for such patients. Orally disintegrating tablets could increase the therapeutic impact and drug compliance in these patients. The aim of this compilation is to provide a more convenient way to develop an oral disintegrating drug delivery system of proton pump inhibitors in patients suffering from odynophagia, associated with chronic Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Oral disintegrating tablets (ODT), when placed on the tongue, can quickly disintegrate and release the medicament. It later dissolves or disperses in saliva without any additional water. The saliva containing drug can easily be swallowed and descends into the stomach leading to maximum absorption from the mouth, throat, and upper esophagus. The patient compliance and bio-availability of Oral disintegrating tablets (ODT) are high compared to other conventional tablets.

Background: Curcumin, a polyphenolic compound present in the turmeric plant (Curcuma longa) is well known for its anti-aging, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic and antioxidative properties due to which turmeric has been used as a medicinal plant from ages. Objective: Our current study aims at finding the most potent targets of curcumin displaying efficient binding by using various systems biology tools. Around 560 genes related to wound healing are extracted from PubMed using the combination of words like wound healing, curcumin, Homo sapiens, etc. Methods: For the investigation of the mechanism of curcumin interference at the system level, proteinprotein interaction network (PPIN) of the proteins involved in the wound healing process was generated using the STRING database. The noise of the data generated in PPIN was removed by modulation of the network with the help of Molecular Complex Detection (MCODE) and finding the seed proteins. GO enrichment analysis along with network topology analysis and molecular docking will help in pinpointing the most important and efficient curcumin binding proteins. Results: The findings of this study shows that besides SCR, PPARG and MAPK3, AKT3 is one of the novel targets for wound healing as the binding affinity of AKT3 is -4.53 Kcal/mol, which is close to SRC with the highest binding affinity with binding energy of -6.6 Kcal/mol. The binding energy of PPARG was -6.2 Kcal/mol and for MAPK3 the binding energy was -5.95 Kcal/mol. Besides AKT3, FLT4 and RPS6KB1 were also the novel targets of curcumin with binding affinities of -4.13 Kcal/mol and -4.04 Kcal/mol. In network analysis, we obtained PIK3R1 as a connector node which acted as a hub node with highest betweenness score. Conclusion: From the results obtained, we can say that curcumin finds its role in all four stages of wound healing and it also prevents the healing cells from turning into tumors.

Abstract: Due to their diverse applications in industrial and synthetic organic chemistry, quinoline and 1,3,4-oxadiazole have become important heterocyclic compounds. Quinoline and 1,3,4- oxadiazole compounds have been developed for various medical conditions such as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antimalarial, antioxidants, anti-HIV, anticonvulsant, antiviral, etc. The current review includes synthetic protocols for biologically active 1,3,4-oxadiazole incorporating quinoline hybrids with their structure-activity relationship to explore work (Mainly from 2010 to 2021) based on 1,3,4-oxadiazole-quinoline hybrids to the medicinal chemist for further research in the development of the molecule.

This study is to determine the effect of customer satisfaction in building brand loyalty through customer satisfaction, ease of use, seller reputation, and perceived usefulness. The population of this study, which employs quantitative research techniques, consists of Surakrarta-based customers of online marketplaces. Purpose Sampling was the method of sampling employed in this investigation. They employed 127 respondents. The information used in this study came through the distribution of questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis using SMARTPLS software is the method used in this study. According to the findings of this study, Brand Loyalty is not positively and significantly impacted by Seller Reputation, Perceived Usefulness, or Ease of Use. A favorable and considerable impact on satisfaction is provided by the ease of use, seller reputation, and perceived usefulness. Brand Loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by satisfaction. Ease of Use, Seller Reputation, and Perceived Usefulness cannot be mediated by satisfaction in determining brand loyalty.This research contributes to increasing knowledge in the sector of selling used products through online platforms, because one of the challenges faced by the MSME industry is the use of technology in its business processes. The use of technology can facilitate business activities such as, means of promotion and facilitate transactions because this convenience is used by umkm industry business actors and consumers in the use of technology.

Productivity and product quality are very low due to cultivation methods and post-harvest processes and gambier processing that are not optimal and the lack of technological support for gambier processing. The very low level of productivity causes the amount of production produced to also be low. The decrease in the value of gambier productivity indicates that there has been inefficiency of farmers in allocating existing production factors. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 18,547 gambier farmers and the sampling technique was random sampling. So in this study using a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the use of production factors in the form of land area, labor, gambier prices on gambier production. The results showed that the variables of land area and labor could increase the amount of gambier production positively and significantly. Gambier price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the amount of gambier production.

These children will be born with the status of illegitimate child for law administration. This will cause problems in the distribution of inheritance to these children. At the same time, they can inherit their mother's property directly in accordance with the law without any acknowledgment at all, because the name listed on their Birth Certificate is a valid proof of heir. Even though they were born as illegitimate children, they are the heirs who are prioritized as the First Class of Heirs. Therefore, legal protection for illegitimate children is needed for their right to receive their parents' inheritance. The result inheritance law protection for children out of wedlock is regulated carefully in the Civil Code, which then the status of children out of wedlock becomes stronger with the existence of Article 43 UUP. The status of this illegitimate child becomes the same as the heir to the first class.

One issue that plagues every industry is defective products, which is an unintended product quality deviation during the production process. In a pharmaceutical business situated in East Jakarta, Indonesia's Raya Bogor Street, data shows that when products were received from vendors, almost 30% of imported raw materials for Pharma X were damaged or defective. We apply the root cause analysis (RCA) method on faulty or damaged items to identify the fundamental issues that arise, and we offer solutions for preventive and corrective activities. As a result, the supplier is to blame for any damage to the bulk drum container. The answer and course of action that must be followed is to make sure that fiber drum deliveries from suppliers are more protected and that there are no longer any air shipments from the vendor's warehouse to the material warehouse

Pendidikan menjadi salah satu aspek yang cukup memegang peranan penting di masyarakat, dengan di satu sisi pendidikan non formal mengalami problem yang semakin meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bencoy, dalam menciptakan perubahan yang diharapkan menjadi satu yang harus terus dilakukan (keberlanjutan). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan melalui obsevasi dengan mengamati secara langsung aktivitas pengajaran yang terjadi pada saat pendampingan belajar. Pengembangan Pendidikan nonformal ini pada dasarnya merupakan sarana untuk membantu masyarakat agar lebih memperhatikan betapa pentingnya pendidikan di era saat ini ditambah dengan kondisi negara kita yang sedang dilanda virus covid-19.

The appearance of the packaging on drinks is a required consumer attraction factor, because the appearance of herbal drinks will compete with manufactured beverage products. This article aims to identify consumer needs in the packaging design of the products, determine the design element in the herbal beverage packaging. This study discusses the design of herbal beverage packaging using the kansei engineering method. The kansei engineering method is a design method using the emotional approach of the respondents. The steps in solving using the kansei method are, the first step is to collect kansei words and structuring kansei words, the second is to determine the factors from the respondents' responses, the third is to calculate the relationship between the factors and the variables in it. The result of this research is to design a herbal beverage packaging that is adapted to the selected kansei words. Kansei words used as the basis for packaging design include practical, attractive, informative, quality packaging materials, colorful, medium packaging sizes, medium packaging forms, modern packaging forms, innovative, pictorial, recyclable, transparent packaging bottles, interesting writing fonts

Persaingan yang semakin ketat memaksa perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap semua aspek yang ada. Salah satu aspek yang dapat diperhatikan yaitu manajemen pergudangan atau fungsi dari gudang. Karena seringkali gudang tersebut memiliki fungsi krusial pada perusahaan, seperti hal nya pada perusahaan PT XYZ. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan garmen yang memproduksi pakaian. Perusahaan memiliki gudang yang memiliki peran sentral, dengan demikian perusahaan perlu melakukan analisis terhadap lingkungan kerja karena yang selama ini mungkin saja belum bisa menghasilkan produktivitas yang optimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan perbaikan dari hasil analisa lingkungan kerja pada area gudang guna membantu meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode 5S, metode ini membantu dalam menganalisis lingkungan kerja secara jelas guna untuk merumuskan solusi atau usulan perbaikannya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisa lingkungan kerja gudang PT XYZ yaitu konsep “seiri” masih 68% terlaksana, konsep “seiton” masih 40% terlaksana, konsep “seiso” masih 88% terlaksana, konsep “seiketsu” masih 60% terlaksana, dan konsep “shitsuke” masih 72% terlaksana. Sehingga perusahaan harus melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan pada lingkungan kerja gudang dengan melakukan apa yang telah dipaparkan pada subbab 3.5 yang dimana merupakan solusi atau usulan perbaikan guna untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi perusahaan

The current pandemic has an impact not only on the economic sector, but also on the education sector, which has led to online learning, so many negative rather than positive effects can be seen. This study aims to understand how to improve the reading and writing skills of SD Pareang Gunung Karamat students in grades 2-5. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The implementation of this research was carried out with the following steps; (1) Preparation of the research, the author asks the relevant parties for permission to conduct research at the locality, in this case the related party is a teacher at SDN Pareang; (2) data collection, the authors conducted interviews with teachers, vice principals, and made direct observations by becoming temporary teachers for students in grades 2-5 SD Pareang; (3) data analysis is done by reducing the data. The results of the study showed that many students of SDN Pareang Class 2-5 were unable to read and write due to the impact of covid-19 and resulted in several impacts on the indicators that occurred, namely; ; (1) The readiness of parents to become mentors during the SFH (Study From Home) period; (2) the level of student adaptation to learning; (3) Comfortable Learning during the pandemic; (4) Availability of devices and internet connection to support learning. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut; (1) Persiapan penelitian, penulis meminta izin kepada pihak terkait untuk melakukan penelitian pada lokasi tersebut adalah hal ini pihak terkait merupakan pengajar SDN Pareang; (2) pengumpulan data, penulis melakukan wawancara terhadap pengajar, wakil kepala sekolah, dan melakukan observasi secara langsung dengan menjadi pengajar sementara untuk siswa kelas 2-5 SD pareang; (3) analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa siswa SDN Pareang Kelas2-5 banyak yang belum bisa membaca dan menulis akibat dampak covid-19 tersebut dan mengakibatkan beberapa dampak pada indikator yang terjadi yaitu; ; (1) Kesiapan orang tua menjadi pembimbing pada masa SFH (Study From Home); (2) Tingkat Adaptasi Siswa terhadap Pembelajaran; (3) Kenyaman Pembelajaran masa pandemi; (4) Ketersediaan perangkat dan koneksi internet sebagai penunjang pembelajaran. The provision of infrastructure governance is often the center of attention for problems in residential areas because infrastructure services are not fulfilled. Communities should be able to feel these services for free in their housing environment. This writing aims to identify and analyze the duties and functions of the Housing and Settlement Area Department (Disperkim) in providing quality infrastructure for communities in residential areas. Researchers used legal research methods with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate the duties and functions of the Housing and Settlement Area Department as one of the Regional Apparatuses or Regional Technical Implementation Units of the City of Semarang in improving the quality of housing and settlement infrastructure.

Bentonit merupakan sumber daya mineral yang melimpah di Indonesia, berdasarkan data Pusat Sumber Daya Mineral Batubara dan Panas Bumi (PSDMBP) pada tahun 2021 sumber daya terukur bentonit yaitu 3.299.072.992,75 ton dan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Desa Sekarwangi terdapat sumber daya bentonit, sehubungan dengan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi dan jenis bentonit yang terdapat pada daerah Sekarwangi sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Desa Sekarwangi berada di Kecamatan Curugbitung, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Penelitian ini terbagi atas dua tahap, yaitu kegiatan lapangan dan kegiatan laboratorium. Kegiatan lapangan berupa pengamatan geologi dan pengukuran geolistrik. Kegiatan laboratorium yaitu uji kandungan geokimia batuan berupa analisis XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) dan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction). Hasil dari penelitian adalah batuan pada daerah ini tersusun oleh endapan vulkanik, salah satu endapan tersebut adalah tuf. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kimia, bentonit pada daerah penelitian termasuk dalam kategori Ca-Bentonit. Potensi bentonit dapat ditemukan pada kedalaman 1,27 m sampai dengan 40,24 m. Bentonit memiliki ketebalan berkisar antara 9,6 m sampai 34,61 m. Nilai resistivity berkisar antara 0,09 – 9,69 ohm/m.

This study aims to determine the legal protection of employees for a certain time at companies in Makassar City and the implementation of certain time agreements for companies in Makassar City. This research was conducted at PT Dinar Wisesa Mahakarya, Makassar City Manpower Office, and South Sulawesi Manpower Office. The method of data collection is by interview and literature. Dinar Wisesa Mahakarya has not fully complied with the regulations in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. These discrepancies include: first, related to the PKWT extension period which has passed the period stipulated by the labor law. 2) Regarding the nature of the work given to employees/workers with PKWT status at PT. Dinar Wisesa Mahakarya is not in accordance with the type and nature of work regulated in UUTK. At this time the form of legal protection for workers with PKWT status at PT. Sama Guna Village is a burning village, according to North Lombok Regent Regulation Number 12 of 2015 and the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara Number 100/897/PEM. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge in making the budget plan required for the construction of the Sama Guna Village Office in accordance with PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2022. The method used is the presentation and discussion of PowerPoint slide media, which is then followed by assistance in making RAB. The activity took place on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 9.30 to 13.00 WITA, according to the agreement with the Head of the Sama Guna Village, in the meeting hall of the Sama Guna Village Office. This activity ran smoothly and in an orderly manner. This study uses primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and non-legal materials. The collection of legal materials was carried out through library research and interviews and then analyzed prescriptively. The results of the study show that the cause of signature forgery in the sale and purchase deed made by the Land Deed Official is sourced from factors originating from the parties, factors originating from PPAT employees, and factors originating from the PPAT itself.

Savings and loan cooperatives, which form the nucleus of the populace's economy, are not solely based on the kinship basis. As stated in the UUD 45's and the Cooperative Law's mandate, the supervisory function must be carried out optimally in order to serve the larger community because the sustainability of the national economy is heavily influenced by the expediency principle. This study employs a legislative approach and a qualitative analytical method in its descriptive analysis. In this study, it is discussed how to supervise KLM, a cooperative legal organization, following the implementation of UUP2SK, as well as how to supervise savings and loan cooperatives following the passage of UUP2SK. Background: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition where stomach contents reflux into the esophagus, causing discomfort and complications. It is most prevalent in infants (26.9%) and lesser in children under 10 (3.2%) and over 10 years old (10.1%). Discussion: GERD is caused by frequent relaxations of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), allowing stomach contents to escape into the esophagus. Symptoms vary with age, with infants experiencing regurgitation and irritability, while older children may have heartburn and nausea. Diagnosis requires differentiating GERD from similar conditions and may involve various tests, though their primary use lacks sufficient evidence. Nonpharmacological treatments include thickened feeding, reducing feeding volume but increasing frequency and possibly eliminating cow's milk protein. Pharmacological treatments include Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs), and Histamine Receptor Antagonists (H2RAs), though their efficacy varies. Prokinetics are generally not recommended due to lack of evidence. If all these treatments fail, anti-reflux surgery such as fundoplication can be considered. Conclusion: The hallmark of GERD is the presence of esophagitis during endoscopy. However, Barrett’s esophagus is rare in pediatric GERD patients. Factors indicating a worse prognosis include early onset age, an initial GERD diagnosis, and the need for PPI or combination of H2RA and PPI treatment.

Pada saat diffuser aromaterapi digunakan, konsumen sering mengalami permasalahan yang diakibatkan oleh produk yang harus selalu disambungkan ke sumber tenaga seperti stop kontak atau terminal listrik. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan produk tidak bisa digunakan ketika sedang mati listrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen terhadap produk diffuser aromaterapi, mengidentifikasi karakteristik teknis produk diffuser aromaterapi, mengidentifikasi spesifikasi produk dan rancangan desain produk diffuser aromaterapi dalam bentuk 2D dan 3D. Quality Function Deployment adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil identifikasi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen terhadap produk diffuser aromaterapi yaitu pada bagian performance diffuser aromaterapi ringan dan memiliki ukuran sedang. Bagian durability diffuser aromaterapi tidak mudah rusak, bersifat tahan lama, dan berbahan baku plastik. Di bagian features diffuser aromaterapi memiliki fitur tambahan slot baterai dan timer. Selanjutnya identifikasi karakteristik teknis produk diffuser aromaterapi yaitu pada diameter memiliki nilai weighted importance sebesar 90, tinggi 90, jenis material 90, slot baterai 45, dan timer 45. Karakteristik yang diterapkan pada produk yaitu weighted importance yang memiliki nilai tertinggi. Karakteristik teknis prioritas yang akan diterapkan yaitu diameter sebesar 18 cm, tinggi sebesar 20 cm, dan jenis material yang digunakan berupa plastik polietilena (PE). The problem in this research is the teacher's role in shaping early childhood behavior at RA AL ISLAH. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's role is in shaping the behavior of early childhood in RA AL ISLAH. The method used by researchers in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis that researchers obtained at RA AL ISLAH are that there are four teacher roles that have been carried out by teachers at RA AL ISLAH such as being an educator in being polite, teaching in the process of socializing, trainers as well behaved teachers, and mentors directing students in learning seriously and focus in class. It is hoped that the four roles played by the teacher at RA AL ISLAH can help early childhood in forming good behavior within them.

Siklon tropis merupakan sebuah badai yang terbentuk pada permukaan laut hangat yakni lebih dari 26,5℃. Siklon tropis merupakan bentuk gangguan cuaca ekstrim yang terjadi karena danya pusat tekanan rendah di atas lautan yang memicu proses konveksi dan pembentukan awan secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sifat hujan pada musim kemarau di wilayah Lombok NTB dan pembentukan daerah tekanan minimum di perairan selatan NTT. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2022 - November 2022. Lokasi pengamatan parameter agroklimat meliputi sifat hujan di wilayah Pulau Lombok dan parameter agroklimat di kawasan perairan laut sebelah selatan NTT. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data iklim berupa curah hujan, data tekanan udara, suhu udara, kelembaban udara, kecepataan dan arah angin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat hujan pada musim kemarau di pulau Lombok memiliki keterkaitan dengan pembentukan daerah tekanan minimum di perairan selatan NTT, parameter agroklimatologi seperti suhu, tekanan udara, kelembaban udara, arah angin dan kecepatan angin memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan sifat hujan di Lombok. Arah angin yang dominan berhembus dari laut Arafura berasal dari arah Timur-Tenggara (TTG) jika membawa angin kering maka di Lombok terjadi hujan bawah normal sebaliknya jika membawa angin lembab maka di Lombok mengalami hujan atas normal. Sifat hujan di pulau Lombok memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan pembentukan daerah tekanan minimum di perairan selatan NTT. Angin lembab yang bergerak kearah vektor barat lebih dominan dibandingkan ke arah komponen vektor utara menimbulkan hujan di Lombok.
