В связи с истощением запасов нефти в традиционных гранулярных коллекторах в Западно-Сибирской нефтегазоносной провинции все большую значимость приобретает разработка и совершенствование технологических приемов, увеличивающих объемы добычи нефти из низкопроницаемых пород баженовской свиты. Перспективы нефтеносности этих отложений в значительной степени зависят от их литологии. В этой связи разработка методического подхода расчета минеральнокомпонентного состава баженовской свиты в скважинах, не охарактеризованных керновым материалом, представляется актуальным исследованием. Объектом исследования являются карбонатно-глинисто-кремнистые породы баженовской свиты, характеризующиеся большой неоднородностью минерально-компонентного состава по разрезу. Цель: выявление и изучение взаимосвязей между литологическим составом пород и электрическими и радиоактивными свойствами баженовской свиты в центральной части Западно-Сибирского осадочного бассейна для разработки методики расчета содержания основных породообразующих компонентов в разрезе этой свиты. Методы: выявление взаимосвязей между минерально-компонентным составом пород баженовской свиты и ее электрическими и радиоактивными свойствами; статистический анализ полученных связей; расчет на их основе литологического состава баженовских пород в базовой, а также в соседних скважинах. Результаты. В статье изложены результаты комплексной литолого-геофизической интерпретации данных широкого комплекса электрического и радиоактивного каротажа и результатов аналитических исследований керна, на основе которых разработан и апробирован методический подход к расчету концентраций основных породообразующих компонентов баженовской свиты. Он основывается на выявленных взаимосвязях между минерально-компонентным составом пород и их физическими свойствами. Показана удовлетворительная сходимость расчетных значений и данных по керну, построена объемная литологическая модель для одной из скважин Дружной площади. Обосновано использование полученных взаимосвязей для достоверного расчета литологического состава баженовской свиты в близко расположенных скважинах, не охарактеризованных керновым материалом. Показана невозможность использования предлагаемого методического подхода на расстоянии в несколько десятков км, а также в тонкослоистых разрезах. The relevance of the study is associated with the need to develop and improve technological methods for increasing oil production from the Bazhenov Formation in relation to the depletion of reserves in traditional granular reservoirs in the West Siberian oil and gas province. The features of the industrial development of these low-permeability rocks largely depend on their mineral-component composition. To identify different types of reservoirs of the Bazhenov Formation in wells that are not characterized by core material, it is necessary to develop a method for predicting its lithological composition. The main aim: to identify and study the relationships between the mineral component composition, and electrical rocks and radioactive properties of Bazhenov Formation in the central part of the West Siberian sedimentary basin for developing methods of calculating the content of basic rock-forming components in this formation section. The object of the research is the carbonate-argillaceous-siliceous rocks of the Bazhenov Formation, characterized by a large heterogeneity of the mineral-component composition along the section. Methods: identification of relationships between the mineral-component composition of the rocks of the Bazhenov Formation and its electrical and radioactive properties; statistical analysis of the obtained relations; calculation on their basis of the lithological composition of the Bazhenov rocks in the base, as well as in adjacent wells. Results. The article presents the results of an integrated lithological and geophysical interpretation of data from a wide range of electrical and radioactive logging and the results of analytical core studies, on the basis of which a methodological approach to calculating the concentrations of the main rock-forming components of the Bazhenov Formation has been developed. It is based on the identified relationships between the mineral-component composition of rocks and their physical properties. Satisfactory convergence of the calculated values and core data is shown, volumetric lithological models are built for the wells of the Druzhnaya and Povkhovskaya areas. It is shown that the obtained dependences can be used to reliably calculate the lithological composition of the Bazhenov Formation in closely spaced wells that are not characterized by core material. The impossibility of using the proposed methodological approach in thin-layered sections is substantiated due to the fact that the thickness of the interlayers is much less than the resolving power of geophysical borehole probes.

The article's purpose is to develop a methodical approach to improving financial security, which takes into account the acceleration of reproducing processes on Ukraine's device of engineering enterprises. This approach is based on multi-cellular vector optimization. It allows us to determine the optimal values of current assets' manifestations and net profit dynamics and set the optimal correlation between them. Approbation of a methodical approach to improving financial security and acceleration of reproducing processes on the example of Ukraine's four engineering enterprises was performed. Financial statement data for eight periods were used to build optimization vectors. To improve financial security and accelerate the reproducing processes of Ukraine's engineering enterprises, certain volumes of working assets, periods of their turnover, their marginal value taking into account different financing sources, and maximum net profit at certain manifestations of the dynamics of current assets are established. In implementing the methodical approach to improving financial security and accelerating the reproducing processes in engineering enterprises' practical activities, highly qualified personnel occupy a significant role and place. The powerful toolkit of their provision is material stimulation (an increase of wages, provision of premiums) and establishment of relations in the team (social justice in the department); the opportunity to advance on the career ladder; respect for employees by management; frank and friendly relationships at all levels of management; participation in corporate holidays of all employees. Therefore, the study's further direction is developing a methodical approach to improving the financial security of engineering enterprises, taking into account personnel support.

The strategic approach to sustainable territorial development precisely assesses all regional disparities. Implementing this approach allows considering the interests and requirements of all stakeholders and identifying priority areas for regional development. A detailed analysis of existing regional development strategies and programs confirms the active region interaction with numerous organizations, groups, and individuals. The growing role of stakeholders in shaping regional policy determines the necessity of the research. Proposed conceptual approach will contribute determining the stakeholders’ interaction effectiveness in ensuring sustainable territorial development. Algorithm for analyzing the stakeholders’ interaction effectiveness was worked out based upon critical analysis of the scientific professionals’ main approaches of identifying and comparing the interests of stakeholders’ sectoral and territorial groups in the context of solving the region existing problems. A feature of the proposed measure scheme of the stakeholder interaction efficiency is the synthesis of quantitative and qualitative assessment of the stakeholder interaction effectiveness using the method of expert assessments, statistical analysis, and fuzzy sets. The practical part of the developed approach to determining the effectiveness of stakeholder interaction allowed to assess the level of regional development programs implementation in the Kharkiv region and to identify the synergistic effect of stakeholder interaction. The made conclusions and recommendations regarding the solution of region existing problems have found practical application in predicting scenarios for the territory development.

Three dimensional digitization of cultural heritage resources gains a lot of attention from the European Union and the United Nations, which is clearly revealed in current strategic goals and financing perspectives. Existing methodological approaches to 3D scanning in a prevailing number of cases assume that the procedure of scanning is performed in places that are closed to tourists, at least for the time of scanning. However, closing an exhibition for tourists or moving an artifact to be scanned is not always possible. Thanks to the long-term experience of the authors with 3D scanning of cultural heritage, the special procedure was designed for small and medium size objects to overcome difficulties expected in such cases. The procedure has been successfully implemented during 3D scanning of objects exhibited in the Silk Road region (on the territory of modern Uzbekistan), as well as objects being parts of wooden sacral architecture of the Maramures region (in Romania). It was revealed that the proposed procedure was successfully allowed to counteract organizational problems during 3D scanning of heritage objects being under continuous display, and that the achieved results of scanning were nevertheless of good quality.

In many studies of problems in the military field, scenarios are used to describe evolution of situations, so the success of management decisions depends on the quality of the scenarios. Scenarios allow to determine the relationship between factors (external and internal) that affect the evolution of the situation as well as to assess the possible consequences that may occur when solving the problem under study. The article considers a general and a specific methodological approaches to the development of scenarios. The first approach is general to the development of scenarios when studying any common problem and is the basis for the application of the second (specific) approach when studying a particular problem. The application of the methodological approaches is shown by the example of the development of a scenario of combat actions of opposing military formations on the concept development stage when planning a defensive operation by military headquarters., Під час дослідження багатьох проблем у воєнній сфері використовуються сценарії розвитку ситуацій, від якості розроблення яких залежить успішність управлінських рішень. Сценарії дають змогу визначати взаємозв’язок між факторами (зовнішніми і внутрішніми), що впливають на розвиток ситуації, а також оцінювати можливі наслідки, що можуть виникнути під час розв’язання проблеми, що досліджується. У статті розглядаються загальний і часткові методичні підходи до розроблення сценаріїв розвитку ситуацій. Перший підхід є загальним для розроблення сценаріїв у процесі дослідженні будь-якої проблеми і є підставою для застосування другого (часткового) підходу під час дослідження конкретної проблеми. Застосування наведених методичних підходів показане на прикладі розроблення сценарію бойових дій угруповань військ сторін під час вироблення органом військового управління замислу оборонної операції.

The article develops a methodical approach to assessing the management level of the tourism and recreational potential in the Kharkiv region, taking into account its existing business capabilities. It is noted that tourist resources in Ukraine influence greatly both the regional and national economy development. That is, determining the management level of the tourism and recreational potential in Ukraine’s regions is one of the main current tasks, as it is necessary to identify the existing reserves and organizational shortcomings in the tourism and recreation management. It is noted that the Kharkiv region has always had a strong economic, scientific, technological and production potential. At the same time, unfortunately, little attention has been paid to the development of tourism and recreational activities, despite the fact that the Kharkiv region is definitely among the top five by the quantitative performance indices for tourism entities of varied ownership. The article informs that the analysis of tourist flows shows an increase in the number of Ukrainian citizens turning to the tourism services employees, in general, and in the Kharkiv region, in particular. To assess the uptake of the existing tourism and recreational potential, the article suggests to introduce the following indicators of the tourism services level: the coverage of the Kharkiv region population by domestic tourism services; the coverage of the Kharkiv region population by outbound tourism services; territorial accessibility by average estimated distance; territorial accessibility by the object area; assortment availability; the service provision of the population; the growth dynamics of the service provision of the population (compared to the previous year). The assessment carried out has revealed some drawbacks in managing the tourism and recreational potential in the Kharkiv region. The author of the article has come to conclusion that no real level of investment exists, which could hinder the development of tourism in the Kharkiv region. A study by the World Tourism and Travel Council (WTTC) shows that every million dollars invested in the tourism industry provides the highest return in terms of jobs and subsequent contributions to GDP, if compared to other sectors of economy, no matter the country.

The results of recent studies of the processes of domestic enterprises prove the need to focus on decision-making in conditions of high uncertainty, institutional restrictions and interests of interested groups influencing the adoption of the strategically important decisions. The authors propose to consider the strategic decision as a result of collective choice as to means and actions that meet the principles of corporate management and the interests of the main groups – participants of corporate relations to achieve strategic goals. From such positions, the types of strategic decisions are grouped according to the following signs: purposefulness and content of the issues to make up decisions; organizational model of decision-making; completeness of knowledge and ways of their application by decision-makers. The results of a comprehensive analysis of the state and prospects of enterprise development are presented in order to study the peculiarities of strategic decision-making at the enterprises of the machine-building industry according to their allocated signs. The technology of comprehensive analysis of the strategic decisions of enterprises consists of stages and an evaluation-analytical instrumentarium – indicators and criteria, methods of evaluation, analysis and interpretation of results. The built up system of indicators corresponds to the functional spheres of the enterprise according to the criteria of financial-economic stability, production efficiency, effectiveness of marketing activities and efficiency of use of staff. The defined criteria and indicators act as rational basis for the development, comparison and choice of alternatives to development, substantiation of strategic decisions of enterprise. As a result of the carried out cluster analysis according to the computed generalized performance indicators of 18 machine-building enterprises of Kharkiv region, clusters of enterprises, development strategies and identical strategic solutions for each cluster of enterprises are allocated as follows: technical and technological development (product renewal, expansion of sale markets and search for new ones, restructuring of production capacities) and ensuring the sustainability of the financial-economic condition (through consolidation and movement of capital, saving, costs reduction, search for additional sources of income, recovery of assets).

The article analyzes the peculiarities of psychological support of social support for the development of professionalism of specialists in the food industry. Purpose of the article was to determine the peculiarities of the optimization factors of the functional state of food industry professionals in the annual cycle of activity for psychological support of social support for the development of their professionalism. The methodological approach is based on theoretical and methodological provisions on the systemic structure of mental phenomena and the concept of the development of socio-technical systems of activity. Empirical methods of research were used: conversation, observation, questioning, expert evaluation, analysis of the results of activity, psychological experiment (conceptual and formative); psychodiagnostic methods (estimation of solving problems with a computer (by O. Sheviakov), studying memorization of five- digit numbers with subsequent reproduction (by R. Amthauer), concentration of attention on M. Anfimov's corrective attempt, rings and entangled lines Landolt, distribution of attention on the red-black table K. Platonov, self-assessment of the subjective state by the method of "Feeling-Activity-Mood (FAM)" V. Doskin, psychophysiological (critical frequency of fusion of light flashes), latent periods of simple sensations (LP Methods of arbitrary mental regulation of functional state (autotraining, ideomotor training).

Based on a critical analysis of existing scientific papers in the field of assessing the quality of customs services and the activities of customs authorities as a whole, the need to develop a methodological approach to a comprehensive assessment of the quality of customs services has been revealed and substantiated. At the same time, an author’s approach to an integrated assessment of the quality of customs services has been proposed, which includes the principles of assessment, assessment directions, the method for calculating the overall integral quality assessment and specific indicators, which can be used to evaluate each of the directions.

In the paper, a methodical learning approach is proposed concerning the application of the two-port network theory and the Fourier analysis and synthesis, presented to the students as a case study. The goal is to give a general idea, on time, about the spectral analysis of a signal, circuit transfer function estimation, spectral processing, and spectral synthesis, since the classic training of Theory of Electrical Engineering is not enough oriented to the signal theory and the circuit analysis. The statement is supported with particular example case study including theory description, numeric calculations and Matlab® simulations. The case study could be presented to the students in form of individual or group curriculum assignment, or could be worked out by the senior lecturer as a part of a lecture.

The article considers the basic methodical principles of the monitoring of labor market in the conditions of systemic transformations. It is defined that by means of monitoring the government authorities are able to adjust their actions to reduce negative influences on the labor market. It is defined that the Ukrainian labor market begins to look like the Brownian movement: enterprises are forced to curtail production, reduce sales, save and, as a result, freeze vacancies, lay off staff. The carried out monitoring identified the riskiest industries in terms of balancing supply and demand. The industries, which delay wages and reduce its level, stop paying bonuses, suspend the opening of new offices of companies and recruitment of staff, are allocated. It is determined that, despite high social benefits for the unemployed, the power of European countries in various ways stimulates the creation of new jobs and the preservation of old ones. The directions to increase the objectivity of the analysis and forecast of the situation in the labor market in connection with the persistence of the consequences of the crisis developments are defined. It is determined that it is appropriate to monitor the implementation of activities of Ukrainian subjects to promote employment and reduce tension in the labor market – in terms of employment and forecasted distribution of graduates of educational institutions at all levels through employment channels, including those registered as unemployed. The principles allowing to form an efficient system of monitoring the labor market have been allocated. It is defined that the result of monitoring is obtaining the information necessary to make managerial decisions on policy formation in the sphere of employment. An algorithm for monitoring the employment sector in the labor market in Ukraine has been proposed. It is defined that use of multidimensional comparative analysis, in particular the method of taxonometrics, is feasible in building an integral indicator. It is determined that the resulting system of quantitative assessments of the level of employment of the population sets the task of their qualitative interpretation, one of the ways of solving which is the application of desirability functions. Based on the carried out calculations, it is determined that the social indicator had the greatest impact on the employment rate. On the basis of monitoring, the main factors influencing the formation of the labor market in Ukraine are allocated. In developing ways to increase employment of the population, regulating these factors should be considered as a priority. It is proved that monitoring is appropriate to carry out according to the proposed indicators, as they have the greatest impact on the employment rate of the population.

Ensuring the sufficient level of economic security of activities of transport enterprises in market conditions is one of the main tasks of management because the efficiency of enterprises’ performance is dependant upon. In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific sources, is defined that the the complex (integral) approach is most widespread in terms of determination of the level of economic security of enterprise. The article proposes a methodical approach to determination of the level of counteraction to threats towards economic security of transport enterprises on the basis of integral assessment. A sequence and a system of indicators of assessment of the economic security level of transport enterprise are elaborated according to the types of threats. Concerning the results of the carried out expert survey, the integral index of the level of economic security of transport enterprises is suggested, calculated for three transport enterprises, selected for the research. The results of calculation of the integral index of economic security for the researched transport enterprises allowed to define the list of priority measures as to ensuring the target level of economic security. Application of the suggested integrated assessment will allow a transport enterprise to ensure the adoption of efficient management decisions aimed at minimization or avoiding the impact of threats on its activities, and therefore, achieving a high level of its economic security.

Глобальним трендом соціально-економічного розвитку провідних країн світу є становлення інформаційної економіки. В умовах формування економіки нового типу особливу роль у забезпеченні економічного зростання країни та підвищення її міжнародної конкурентоспроможності відіграють сектори, спроможні до генерації інновацій і проведення високоякісних наукових досліджень. У такому контекстізростає науковий інтерес до питань оцінки рівня розвитку інформаційної економіки та визначення ступеню впливу на його динаміку параметрів дослідницької, інноваційної й освітньої компонент. Компаративний аналіз продемонстрував, що у світовій практиці опрацьовані різні методики подібної оцінки, серед яких у статті виділено методику ООН з розрахунку Індексу розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (IDI). Проведено аналітичну характеристику країн Східного Партнерства за IDI у розрізі його субіндексів. Здійснений аналіз засвідчив неспроможність існуючих методик повною мірою відобразити тенденції розвитку інформаційної економіки в сучасних турбулентних соціально-економічних умовах. Метою статті є обґрунтування методичного підходу до формування комплексного інтегрального показника оцінки розвитку інформаційної економіки, що має трирівневу структуру (освітня, інноваційна, дослідницька компоненти) і ґрунтується на світовому досвіді проведення відповідних розрахунків. Даний підхід включає два етапи: компонентний аналіз (розрахунок часткових індексів освітньої, інноваційної, дослідницької компонент інформаційної економіки) і системний аналіз (обчислення комплексного інтегрального показника). Запропонований методичний підхід апробовано на прикладі України як представника групи країн Східного Партнерства. На основі результатів індексного і статистичного аналізу ідентифіковано основні проблемні моменти в розвитку інформаційної економіки в країні, і зокрема – в розрізі виокремлених освітньої, інноваційної і дослідницької компонент. Проведене дослідження дозволило дійти висновків про необхідність розвитку стратегічної співпраці суб’єктів моделі Quadruple Helix (секторів держави, бізнесу, вищої світи, громадськості) для вирішення визначених проблем за кожною із компонент інформаційної економіки. The global trend of socio-economic development of the leading countries of the world is the formation of an information economy. In conditions of a new type of economy formation, sectors ensuring the country's economic growth and increasing its international competitiveness, capable of generating innovations and conducting high-quality research, play a special role. In this context is increasing the scientific interest in issues of evaluation of information economy development and of determining the influence of research, innovation and educational component on its dynamics. The comparative analysis has shown that in the world practice different methods of such evaluation have been worked out, among which the UN methodology for calculating the Information and Communication Technologies Development Index (IDI) was high lightened within the article. The analytical characterization of the Eastern Partnership countries under the IDI was conducted in the context of its sub-indices. This analysis showed the failure of existing techniques to fully reflect the trends of the information economy in the current turbulent socio-economic conditions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodical approach to the formation of a comprehensive integral indicator of the information economy development with a three-tier structure (educational, innovation, and research components); it is based on the global experience of relevant calculations. The methodical approach includes two stages: a component analysis (calculation of partial indices of educational, innovation, research component of the information economy) and a system analysis (calculation of comprehensive integral index). The proposed approach is tested on the example of Ukraine as a representative of the Eastern Partnership group. On the basis of the index and statistical analysis results the main problem points of the information economy development in the country were identified; and in particular – in the context of a distinct educational, innovation and research component. The authors come to the conclusion about the necessity of development of strategic cooperation of subjects within the Quadruple Helix model (business enterprise sector, higher education sector, government sector and private non-profit sector) to solve identified problems for each component of the information economy.

In an unstable financial and economic, political and social context, a number of Ukrainian banks demonstrate downtrends in their profitability, liquidity, and solvency rates. With that, the financial health and the growth vector of the whole banking sector of the country in the strategic perspective precisely depends on the quality of measures taken to ensure the financial security of a banking institution.The article analyzes the concept of financial security of a bank from the standpoint of protective, dynamic, resource-functional, competitive and systemic approaches. The authors substantiate that the financial security of the banking system as a whole and that of an individual bank is an integral part of the financial security of the country. In addition, three methodological approaches to assessing the financial security of the country's banking sector are identified and described, namely instrumental, system and target-oriented and criterial ones. Based on theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific works and methodological approaches, a system of research and methodological support for the bank's financial security is proposed.

В современной экономике и в сложившихся ситуациях различные финансовые методики оценки и анализа позволяют дать более точную оценку финансового состояния любой организации. Этого требует и управление финансами. На сегодняшний день основной проблемой всех экономических субъектов как в РФ, так и во многих других странах, остается их неплатежеспособность, в том числе и организаций аграрного сектора. Существующие методики, предлагаемые разными авторами проведения оценки и анализа финансового состояния, зачастую не могут быть применены к организациям АПК, так как в них не учитываются отраслевые особенности. Иными словами, качество финансовой оценки во многом зависит от выбора методики. Проводить оценку финансового состояния организаций АПК в последнее время становится все труднее, так как действующие методики не учитывают многих факторов, а именно: высокие производственные затраты, ценовой диспаритет, низкую рентабельностью, убыточность, дефицит ликвидности активов, высокую стоимостью заемного капитала, и, наконец, тяжелое финансовое состояние аграриев. Представленные доводы в некоторой степени позволяют сделать вывод, что работы, посвященные оценке финансового состояния организаций АПК весьма актуальны.

Постановка задачи: для оценки боевых возможностей группировок сторон различных масштабов и с различными системами вооружения широко используются модели группового боя. В настоящее время широкое развитие получил метод динамики средних, как хорошо разработанный и весьма гибкий математический аппарат, позволяющий описывать самые разнообразные боевые ситуации. Так наибольшую известность получили модели на основе уравнений Осипова-Ланчестера. Важным ограничением этой модели является большая численность сторон-участников конфликта. При этом с уменьшением численности происходит и существенное снижение точности результатов моделирования. Особо критичен такой недостаток при исследовании процессов взаимного комплексного (огневого и радиоэлектронного) поражения, когда численности боевых средств сторон невелики. Целью работы является разработка вероятностной модели конфликта малочисленных группировок, позволяющей корректно оценивать процесс изменения численностей противоборствующих сторон через соответствующие показатели. Новизна работы заключается в представления процесса противоборства однородных малочисленных группировок с использованием передаточных функций, полученных в результате операторного преобразования интегро-дифференциальных уравнений, соответствующих направлениям нестационарного изменения состояний. Результат: на основе использования полумарковских процессов и матричного подхода предложен метод непосредственного представления процесса противоборства однородных малочисленных группировок ориентированным графом состояний, вершины которого отражают изменение численности противоборствующих сторон по убыванию в виде парных значений по каждому состоянию процесса. Практическая значимость: проведены расчеты и получены распределения финальных вероятностей численности сторон А и В при полной утрате численности противостоящей стороны и вероятностей того, что по истечению 80 секунд сторона А сохранит m, а сторона В – n единиц техники., Problem definition. Group battle models are widely used to assess the combat capabilities of groups of parties of various sizes and with different weapon systems. Currently, the method of medium dynamics has been widely developed, as a well-developed and very flexible mathematical apparatus, which allows describing a wide variety of combat situations. Thus, models based on Osipov-Lanchester equations are best known. An important limitation of this model is the large number of parties to the conflict. In this case, with a decrease in the number, a significant decrease in the accuracy of the simulation results also occurs. Such a deficiency is especially critical in the study of the processes of mutual complex (fire and electronic) destruction, when the numbers of the combat means of the parties are small. Purpose of the work is to develop a probabilistic model of the conflict of small groups that makes it possible to correctly evaluate the process of changing the numbers of the opposing sides through appropriate indicators. The novelty of work consists in representations of process of confrontation of uniform small groups with use of the transfer functions received as a result of operator transformation of the integral differential equations corresponding to the directions of non-stationary change of states. Result: the method of direct representation of process of confrontation of uniform small groups is offered by the focused state graph which tops reflect change of number of warring parties on decrease in the form of pair values on each condition of process, on the basis of use of semi-Markov processes and matrix approach. Practical importance: calculations are held and made the distributions of the final probabilities of the number of sides A and B were obtained with a complete loss of the number of the opposing side and the likelihood that after 80 seconds, side A would save and side B would be units of equipment.

Выполнен анализ классификационных признаков, служащих основой для существующих классификаций методических подходов к оценке управления конкурентоспособностью предприятия. Дополнена классификация методических подходов к оценке конкурентоспособности предприятия дифференциацией подходов по классификационному признаку «состав учитываемых для оценки показателей» (экозогенных, эндогенных, интегративных, информационных). Проанализированы методические подходы к оценке управления конкурентоспособностью предприятия в рамках предложенной классификации. Обоснована необходимость совершенствования обозначенных подходов для формирования устойчивого организационно-экономического механизма управления конкурентоспособностью. Предложен информационно-динамический подход к оценке конкурентоспособности предприятия, обеспечивающий установление взаимосвязи между поступлением всесторонней, релевантной, систематизированной информации, величиной экономического потенциала и способностью менеджмента предприятия выполнять регулятивные функции на основе поступающей информации и выявляющий те направления трансформации поля, которые приводят к появлению новых системных свойств, способных обеспечить требуемый уровень конкурентоспособности предприятия., increasing competition in production spheres creates the need to improve the management of the competitiveness of a production enterprise in the face of environmental turbulence and requires new approaches to assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise. The existing classifications of methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of enterprises take into account in the assessment procedure factors influencing from the external and internal environment in their various combinations. The author analyzes the existing methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise. The article highlighted a new classification attribute for the classification of methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of enterprises and classified the designated approaches according to a new classification characteristic. The article substantiates the introduction of information factors in the procedure for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise. Such an assessment is feasible from the standpoint of the proposed information-dynamic approach to assessing the competitiveness of a manufacturing enterprise, which assesses the integration of the economic, managerial and information resource in the marketing communication field of the enterprise.

В статье рассмотрено содержание основных методических подходов к исследованию эффективности развития субъектов предпринимательства, таких как анализ финансово-экономических показателей, экспертное оценивание, построение производственных функций, функционально-стоимостной анализ, многокритериальная оптимизация, стоимостной подход, сбалансированная система показателей, нормативная система показателей. Приведена сравнительная характеристика методов оценки эффективности субъектов предпринимательства. Выделены достоинства и недостатки отдельных методических подходов, показана необходимость их использования во взаимосвязи., The article considers the content of the main methodological approaches to research of efficiency of development of business entities, such as analysis of financial and economic indicators, the expert evaluation, the construction of production functions, cost-benefit analysis, multicriteria optimization, cost approach, balanced scorecard, regulatory scorecard. Highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of separate methodological approaches, the necessity of their use in correlation.

The article describes the methodical approach to the formation and implementation of socio-economic policy of regional health care development in the Russian Federation. This methodical approach is based on the assessment of the strategic potential of regional health care. The essence of its main steps are revealed. The main directions of socio-economic policy of regional health care development are also suggested.

The article is devoted to the relevant problem of regional development that is the development of methodological tools to evaluate the life quality in the region. The article discusses the concept of “life quality”, as well as related terms and justifies the author’s position about its content. The existing Russian and foreign approaches to the assessment of life quality were analyzed, and it was argued that a comprehensive approach was the most relevant to conduct this research. The criteria to assess the life quality of the population were summoned. The authors proposed a methodological approach that not only includes the objective indicators of the life quality presented in the statistical reporting of Federal State Statistics Service, but also involves the subjective assessments of the local population, which allows to obtain an adequate assessment of the life quality of the population in the region. The methodological research tools include, firstly, mathematical methods of statistical data processing and, secondly, a sociological survey of the population of Sverdlovsk region about the level of satisfaction with various aspects of life. The authors concluded that stable growth objective indicators of life quality, on the one hand, characterize Sverdlovsk region. On the other hand, simultaneously it is accompanied with low satisfaction with population-specific aspects of life quality, which generally reduces the integral indicator of the life quality of the population, despite the positive dynamics of socio-economic development of the region and an active social policy of the regional authorities. The results of the study were used for the preparation of the regional target program “New life quality of Ural” (decree of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region from 29.01.2014 No. 45-UG “ON the Concept of improving the quality of life of the population of Sverdlovsk region for the period up to 2030 — “a new quality of life of Ural”).

Amplification of seismic ground motions in the territory of Almaty city is evaluated by using different methods. The pattern and probable causes of ground motion variations in different engineering-geological conditions are characterized. An expeditious application of these techniques within a complex methodical approach for Almaty city microzonation is considered.

У дисертацији Иновације у настави на примерима песника модерне у српској књижевности с почетка двадесетог века бавимо се методичким приступом песницима српске модерне у средњој школи. Наш задатак је био да истражимо, теоријски заснујемо и емпиријски проверимо како нове моделе тако и устаљене моделе методичких приступа песницима српске модерне. Трудили смо се да наше проучавање има научни, али пре свега и практични значај. Имајући у виду устаљени модел по коме се епоха модерне обрађује у средњој школи, понудили смо нове алтернативне моделе чије ће се иновације односити на различите методолошке и методичке аспекте од којих се полази у изучавању појединих песничких дела, а чија ће делотворност бити истражена праћењем и провером рада експерименталне групе како би резултати, до којих се истраживањем дошло, били поткрепљени и наставном праксом. Основна полазишта у интерпретацији песама биће тематске речи, мотивска структура, доминантна осећања, песничке слике, наративни ток. У сваком појединачном моделу тежили смо методолошком плурализму и интегралном методичком приступу. U disertaciji Inovacije u nastavi na primerima pesnika moderne u srpskoj književnosti s početka dvadesetog veka bavimo se metodičkim pristupom pesnicima srpske moderne u srednjoj školi. Naš zadatak je bio da istražimo, teorijski zasnujemo i empirijski proverimo kako nove modele tako i ustaljene modele metodičkih pristupa pesnicima srpske moderne. Trudili smo se da naše proučavanje ima naučni, ali pre svega i praktični značaj. Imajući u vidu ustaljeni model po kome se epoha moderne obrađuje u srednjoj školi, ponudili smo nove alternativne modele čije će se inovacije odnositi na različite metodološke i metodičke aspekte od kojih se polazi u izučavanju pojedinih pesničkih dela, a čija će delotvornost biti istražena praćenjem i proverom rada eksperimentalne grupe kako bi rezultati, do kojih se istraživanjem došlo, bili potkrepljeni i nastavnom praksom. Osnovna polazišta u interpretaciji pesama biće tematske reči, motivska struktura, dominantna osećanja, pesničke slike, narativni tok. U svakom pojedinačnom modelu težili smo metodološkom pluralizmu i integralnom metodičkom pristupu. The dissertation Innovations in teaching through the examples of poets of modernism in Serbian literature at the beginning of the twentieth century deals with methodological approach to poets of Serbian Modernism in high school. At first our task was to base and then to establish theoretically, and finally to check out empirically both the new and the established models of methodological approach to the poets of Serbian Modernism. The aim of our study is not only to achieve scientific but primarily practical significance. Bearing in mind that the established model by which the epoch of Modernism is taught in high school, we offered a new alternative models whose innovations relate to various methodological and methodical aspects which are the starting point in the study of certain poetic deeds, and whose effectiveness will be examined by monitoring and testing experimental groups in order to corroborate the results of the research by teaching practice as well. The basic starting point in interpreting poems will be themed words, motif structure, dominant feelings, poetic images, narrative stream. In each model, we searched for integral methodological pluralism and methodical approach.
