RAPAS is a Regional multi-Air Pollutant Assimilation System, which canquantitatively optimize gridded source emissions of CO, SO2, NOx, primary PM2.5 and coarse PM10 on regional scale via simultaneously assimilating surface measurements of CO, SO2, NO2, PM2.5 and PM10. Thesedatasets correspondto the paper entitled“A Regional multi-Air Pollutant Assimilation System (RAPAS v1.0) for emission estimates: system development and application” obs_assimilation.csv and obs_verification.csv include assimilated and verified observations from 26 November ~ 31 December 2016, respectively. ICDA_2016120100_bkg and ICDA_2016120100_anl represent original and optimized initial conditions at 0000 UTC on December 1 2016, respectively. MEIC_emission_36km.nc representprior emissions. EM*emission_36km.nc include inferred daily posterior emissions of CO, SO2, NOx, primary PM2.5 and coarse PM10 from 1 to 31 December 2016 in different experiments.
