ObjectiveTo evaluate the advantages of double reverse traction closed reduction combined with minimally invasive fixation in treating femoral condylar comminuted fractures.MethodsWe retrospectively enrolled a total of 24 patients with femoral condylar comminuted fractures (AO = 33C3) admitted to Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from March 2018 to February 2020. The patients were divided into two groups: experimental group (double reverse traction, n = 12) and control group (conventional surgery, n = 12). Patient demographics, fracture characteristics, operation time, incision length, and postoperative complications were then collected. The Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) scores were recorded at the last follow-up visit.ResultsThe average surgical time was 52.2 (41–73) min in the experimental group and 71.2 (45–103) min in the control group. In addition, the mean total incision length was 13.8 (11–17) cm in the experimental group and 16.3 (14–19) cm in the control group. The average HHS scores at the final follow-up were 86.3 (78–93) and 82.7 (76–90) in the experimental group and control group, respectively.ConclusionIt was found that double reverse traction closed reduction combined with minimally invasive fixation can provide good repositioning results and functional extremity. Moreover, patients tolerate postoperative functional knee exercises well.

Lattice-based cryptosystems are promising candidates for the new standard of post-quantum security due to their efficiency and strong mathematical guarantees. However, their actual performance running on common platforms is believed to be affected heavily by implementation barriers. Therefore, this research studies the implementation of various lattice-based cryptosystems and their applications. We aim at finding out better software implementation techniques improving both the efficiency and security of such schemes. A systematic research on software implementation techniques of lattice-based cryptosystems and their applications is carried out during the study.

A rare 3D binucler salen metal-organic framework (MOF), [Cd(NiL)(PTA)]·DMAC3 (1) [L = 1,2-cyclohexanediamine-N,N′-bis(3-tert-butyl-5-(4-pyridyl))salicylidene, PTA = phthalic acid] was synthesized and characterized. Its structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Compound 1 shows high thermal stability and water stability. It is worth noting that the compound has excellent photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methyl orange (MO) dye under visible light irradiation. In addition, the complex 1 showed optical property and it can be used as a luminescent probe for Fe3+ simply and rapidly.

A number of reduced amino Schiff base ligands and corresponding ruthenium(III) complexes were designed and prepared based on the fact that amino acids not only possess multiple coordinate atoms but also improve the solubility of drugs in the body. The interaction of the complexes with calf thymus DNA was analyzed with spectroscopic methods of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra, DNA competitive binding with ethidium bromide, circular dichroism spectra, and DNA melting experiments, and DNA viscosity measurements, indicating that the complexes bind to DNA primarily in the grooving mode. With respect to the ligands, the cytotoxicity in vitro of the complexes against Hela, A549, and MCF-7 cells was much enhanced, with most of the IC50 values less than 50 μM or even comparable with those of cisplatin.

To achieve on-site calibration of dose instruments, a calibration transmission system about ‘National standard metering station-Secondary standards laboratory-Position y monitor calibration’ aiming at environmental dose monitoring instrument is established using filtered X-rays. In order to obtain X-ray filtered spectrum of different dose rates, properties of original spectrum with 95 kV high voltage is simulated in Geant4, and the attenuation characteristics of signal material is analyzed, on this basis, multi-objective optimization model is established for various materials, the optimum filtering condition is gotten through solving model. Finally the results of the model are verified through experiment, and it meets the national standard requirement for filtered X-ray resource. This method has significant practical value for obtaining specific doses of X-ray filtered spectrum quickly and accurately.

Nowadays virtual networks (VN) need an easier way to configure and manage. There are already plenty works about VN mapping but there are still no a proper approach can meet these requirements no single approach currently can meet these requirements simultaneously. Software-defined networking (SDN) is an emerging networking pattern that gives hope to change the limits of current network. Some researcher use SDN to deal with VN problem such as Flowvisor and Openvirtex, but these works only have VN platform’s core virtualization feature. In this paper, we proposed a SmartNV (Smart Network Virtualization) platform using our enhance Openvirtex. Based on our SDN-NV architecture, SmartNV can collect information from physical infrastructure and choose appropriate mapping algorithm to calculate the virtualization scheme. The evaluation experiments on our prototype system can satisfy the requirement of the NV based SDN.

In order to measure the surface contamination level effectively, the large area surface contamination measuring instrument is widely used. This research designs a thin-window flow gas proportional counter with 1000cm2 detecting area. When to achieve simultaneous measurement of α and β rays in using pulse-height discrimination technology, the selection of high voltage operation point for this detector can't follow the traditional method. As the voltage increases, β pulse-height increases, string to α channel, making the result more inaccuracy. Based on experiments, considered the limitation of the interference ratio in α+β count aerodromes, the operation point of detector was located near the head of plateau. Experimental results proved that the selection methods of the working point meet the regulation of national standard.

Gamma spectra is the fingerprint of uranium materials in the arms control verification technology. To calculate and analyse delayed gamma spectra of fission products, we simplified the decay chain into basic state linear chain and excitation state linear chain. We deduced formulas of the changing rule for nuclide number before and after zero-time. We made the C program to calculate the delayed gamma ray spectra data, and carried on related experiments to check our theory. By analysing some nuclides' delayed gamma counts, the calculated results are well consistent with the experiment values.

Generally, people use Monte Carlo and Geant4 methods to simulate the interactions of gamma photons with the detectors (NaI(Tl), Ge(Li), HPGe and so on), to calculate the response function of detecting system. But when they make separate lines of the measured spectra, energy peaks are hard to simulate for noise signals. In order to including noise signals from the statistical fluctuation of the detector, we designed some special differential functions to measure the gamma energy change for scattering effects, and to better record the accumulated counts in a constant energy region. We interpolated the ideal spectra with the use of designed differential functions. We presented some simulation results, which show that differential functions are effective even in energy spectra with low counts.

For the purpose of improving real time and profiles accuracy, a parallel anomaly detection algorithm based on hierarchical clustering has been proposed. Training and predicting are two busiest processes and they are parallel designed and implemented. Moreover, an abnormal cluster feature tree is built to dig anomalies from normal profiles. A series of experiment results on well-known KDD Cup 1999 data sets indicate that the improved algorithm has superior performance in both detection and real time.

Most of the current plug-in technology researches and designs focus on the implementation of a single plug-in function, but is lack in support from safety technology and metadata. However, as an open, dynamic running system, plug-in framework requires the infrastructure framework to control the legitimacy of plug-ins, and constrain the implementation of its function. This paper presents a plug-in application framework based on .NET reflection technology and safety technology which has not only complemented and improved current plug-in studies, but also enhanced the effectiveness and practicality of the plug-in framework.

Web information is diverse, complex and dynamic, while information search is heterogeneous and distributive. The traditional method of web information search is built on the basis of Client / Server model, demanding the high immediacy and timeliness of information search. When large amounts of data need to be transmitted, communication delays. This paper, from the perspectives of intelligent routing, communication, search, and security, proposes a mobile-agent-based web information search model. When mobile agent runs on the server, it does not need the persistent connection with client, so it can not only save much network bandwidth, but has great flexibility and reliability.

Using frequency weighted mining algorithm with real-time data processing capability to calculate each system call's frequency value for existed audit records, and we got a vector set of progress. The vector set was linearly scanned and its progresses were labeled as “normal” or “attack” according to their distance relations. Then we got a SVM training set without man-made supervision. Finally, the normal behavior profiles for monitoring the target system were generated by SVM classifier so as to build a practical online intrusion detection system without human intervention.

While the use of intrusion detection system (IDS), which monitors passively specific computing resources, and reports anomalous or intrusive activities, is becoming ubiquitous in today's network, evaluating IDS performance has been found to be challenging. Most IDS testing approaches are faced with selections with regard to their use of background traffic, which plays an important role in IDS testing. This paper presents the design and implementation of NBTRL, a software platform for network background traffic replay based on log files applied to IDS testing. NBTRL consists of information extraction module, packet preprocessing module and replay module. This software platform can extract traffic information from log files, control the speed of background traffic replay, process truncated packets, modify MAC address or IP address of packets, and provide a flexible and reusable experimental environment for IDS testing.
