The entire world is currently facing problems related to higher rates of human trafficking today, and the research shows that the higher percentage of victims are among children. Although countless children are reported missing every year, many of them remain untraced. This paper presents a novel use of deep learning methodology for fighting against human trafficking and identifying the reported missing child from their photos, with the help of face recognition. The first step is to register the children in the common portal to be verified before crossing the border of their country of origin. Secondly, the public can upload photographs of suspected missing children into a common portal with landmarks and remarks. Uploaded photos are automatically compared with the registered photos of the missing children from the repository, and the classification of the input children’s images is performed. The photo with the best match will be selected from the database. To do that, a deep learning model is trained to correctly identify the missing child from the missing children image database provided, using the facial images uploaded by the public. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), a highly effective deep learning technique for image-based methodology, is adopted here for face recognition purposes. Face descriptors are extracted at 99.98% from the images using a pre-trained CNN model VGG16-Face deep architecture.

The doping effects of La3+, Gd3+ and Lu3+ on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of (Y0.96 - x Lnx Ce0.04)3 Al5 O12 (Ln = Gd, La, Lu) Phosphors were studied. The X-ray diffraction patterns presented that with the increase of the doping concentrations of La3+ and Gd3+ ions, the d-value of (Y0.96 - x Lnx Ce0.04)3 Al5 O12 (Ln = Gd, La, Lu) increased and the larger the doping ion, the stronger the effect would be. The doping amount causing phase transition in (Y0.96 - x Lnx Ce0.04)3 Al5O12 decreased with the increase of the ionic radii of the doping lanthanide ions (La3+ : 0.106 nm, Gd3+ : 0.094 nm, Lu3+ : 0.083 nm). The bigger doping ion of Gd3+ made the emission of (Y0.96 - x Gdx Ce0.04)3 Al5O12 move to red spectral region, but the smaller one of Lu3+ made it blue.

To research into the significance of HLA-DRB1 alleles in the immune response to hepatitis B vaccine, HLA-DRB1 alleles of 84 cases with Hepatitis B vaccine non or hypo-responses were detected with polymerase chain reaction sequence-specific primer(PCR-SSP), and were compared with 78 cases with medium or hyper-responses. According to the research, the allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1∗12, 14, 15 in non or hypo-responders group is 4.76%, 23.8% and 7.14% respectively, and in medium or hyper-responders group 23.1%, 5.13% and 24.4%, which shows significant differences between the two groups (P 0.05). Thus, there may exist certain relevance between different allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 and hepatitis B vaccine immune response. Therefore, the analysis of allelic frequencies of HLA-DRB1 will have great effect on the hepatitis B vaccine immune response system.

This paper analyzes the development of the PageRank algorithm both domestic and international, expounds the practical application and development of the algorithm. On this basis, the dissertation analyzes the thinking of the traditional PageRank algorithm, sums up the advantages and disadvantages, and introduces several important PageRank improved algorithms and their thinking. The paper provides a time-feedback PageRank algorithm improvement for the shortcoming of the traditional PageRank algorithm focus on the old websites. Adding a feedback factor in the traditional PageRank algorithm can accelerate the old and useless Webs sinking, the new Webs rising, and taking into account the old and important webs not sink. Implementing the PageRank value is plus or minus with the time of webs. On the basis of theoretical research, implements the rank model based on the PageRank algorithm, the model contains the traditional web ranking system model and improved web ranking system model. Experiment on this model, contrasting the experimental results. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can improve the satisfaction of the user's search results.

This paper develops a performance autotuner of the parallel sparse matrix multiplication algorithm. This autotuner can utilize the cache characters of multicore computers. It can optimize the value of performance parameters in multicore and achieve the better performance of parallel matrix multiplication algorithm. This paper proposes a parallel matrix multiplication algorithm by Using the CSR compression and cache blocking technology. The cache blocking parameters are optimized to get the better performance. From the matrix experiments, we can consult that the autotuner system can achieve the sparse matrix multiplication algorithm better performance on the multicore hardware.

Monoclinic monazite-type EuPO4 and LaPO4:Eu nanorods were synthesized by a microemulsion-assisted solvothermal method. Their morphologies, structures, and fluorescent properties were characterized by SEM, XRD, and photoluminescence (PL) modern analytic means, respectively. The aspect ratios of EuPO4 and LaPO4:Eu nanorods have a decreasing tendency with increasing carbon chain length of assisted surfactants. When the assisted surfactant was n-butyl alcohol, the EuPO4 exhibited nanorod morphology with diameters from 20 to 30 nm and lengths from 100 to 150 nm. When the assisted surfactant was n-pentanol, the EuPO4 nanorods had lengths between 200 and 300 nm and a diameter range similar to that of the n-butyl alcohol nanorods. When the assisted surfactant was n-hexanol and n-octyl alcohol, only elliptical EuPO4 products were obtained. The LaPO4:Eu nanorods synthesized in the presence of different assisted-surfactants exhibited elliptical morphologies with diameters of 40-60 nm and lengths of 70-110 nm. The LaPO4:Eu and EuPO4 nanorods showed a orange prominent emission peak from magnetic-dipole transition 5D0 --> F1 (593 nm) of Eu3+ ions whose sites in the EuPO4 and LaPO4:Eu nanorods have C1 symmetry. Compared with bulk LaPO4:Eu, the fine structure of the Eu-O charge transfer band has very small red shift resulting from the slight increase of the length of Eu-O bond due to nanoscale size effect.
