In order to improve the precision and beam quality of a pump laser for a spin exchange relaxation free inertial measurement device, we applied one scheme to achieve the square wave modulation and power stability control of the pump laser and another one to obtain the uniform intensity distribution of the laser beam, in which the acousto-optic modulator (AOM) and proportion integration differentiation (PID) controller were used to achieve the former, and the freeform surface lens was designed and optimized to achieve the latter based on the TracePro software. In experiments, the first-order diffraction light beam coming through the AOM had a spot size of about 1.1 × 0.7 mm2, and a spherical vapor cell with a radius of 7 mm was placed behind the freeform surface lens. Results show that the uniformity of the reshaped intensity distribution is higher than 90% within the target area with a radius of 7 mm both in the simulation and the experiment, which ensure that the uniform laser beam covers the area of cell. On the other hand, the power stability of the pump laser is controlled to be less than 0.05%. Compared with traditional methods, the complicated calculation process in optical design is better solved, and a higher uniformity with slight energy loss is achieved.

High utility itemsets mining provides more information, which can help manager to make better decisions. However, there are too many redundant high utility itemsets which makes it difficult for users to find useful information in a large set of high utility itemsets. To solve this problem, this paper proposed an approach for mining non-redundant high-utility association rules (NR-HAR) efficiently in both dense and sparse datasets, which make more timely decisions on business strategy. This approach includes two phases: (1) building an extended high utility itemsets Lattice(EHUIL) and identify generator and closed itemsets within this. (2) Proposing an efficient algorithm for mining NR-HAR from the built EHUIL. The new algorithm is based on utility-confidence framework and the lattice structure, obtaining semantic relationships among HUIs. Extracting results from EHUIL, which having closed flag and generator flag, determining to find rules with child nodes to be stopped or continued. We carry out experiments to show the efficiency of the proposed method. The experimental results show that this new approach has a faster runtime on different types of datasets than existing methods, especially in sparse database.

For most software systems, pair-wise combinatorial testing is highly practical and effective. This article mainly starts with the specific research status of the pair-wise covering combinatorial test and the main content of the software test, analyzes and compares the existing main implementation algorithms, and then evaluates their specific performance.

To investigate the expression of human β-defensin(HBD) in human dental pulp tissue and to explore the regulation of HBD in pulp inflammation and the relationship among HBD family members.The gene expression of HBD in human dental pulp tissue was assessed in NCBI GEO profiles and was verified by RT-PCR. Human dental pulp cells were stimulated with TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-6 in different combinations and the expression of HBD2 was analyzed by qPCR. Human dental pulp cells were pretreated with HBD110 and then stimulated with LPS and the expression of TNF-α,IL-1α and HBD2 were analyzed by qPCR. GraphPad Prism 5.01 was used to analyze the results of the experimental and the control groups.27 HBDs were found to express in human dental pulp tissue in NCBI GEO Profiles. The joint overexpression of TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-6 increased the expression of HBD2; HBD110 increased the expression of HBD2 by increasing the expression of TNF-α and IL-1α.Many other HBDs have positive expression in human dental pulp issue besides of HBD1, HBD2, HBD3, HBD4 and the inflammation factors and other HBDs can regulate the expression of HBD2 in dental pulp.

One- and two-photon absorption and excited fluorescence of the CdSe and the core-shell structure CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) in n-hexane is investigated. The linear and nonlinear absorption coefficients are measured and the two-photon-absorption cross sections of the QDs are also obtained. For both one-photon fluorescence and two-photon fluorescence, the emission efficiency of CdSe/ZnS is much higher than that of CdSe, originating from the effective surface passivation of the core-shell structure.

Test data generation is a key part in software test area and it is of significance to realize the automation of software testing. The main contribution of this paper lies in that a practical model, which utilizes genetic algorithms as searching policy to generate software structural test data, is proposed. To achieve higher performance, such issues as encoding strategy, algorithms operator evolution, evaluation function construction and instrumentation are addressed in detail, a new method of initialization of population is introduced in order to make the initial population has higher adaptability, and much emphasis is put on algorithms operator evolution, which is a key factor which can highly affect algorithms efficiency, finally, the results show that the application of genetic algorithms in software test data generation is more efficient compared with other methods.

We present a 397-nm frequency-doubling system with a quasi-phase-matched KTP crystal (PPKTP) which features tunable, narrow linewidth, high power, and excellent mechanical stability. Using 20-mm and 30-mm-long PPKTP crystals, we establish two experimental setups based on different external cavity parameters. By testing the beat signal of these two lasers, the linewidth for the system is measured to be less than 2.5 MHz. The maximum power of blue light can be achieved up to 40 mW. With these performance characteristics, the constructed blue laser system is useful for applications in cold atom physics and precision measurements.
