High-voltage pulse power supply technology is a new effective improvement in electric dust precipitation. A High-voltage pulse power supply controller based on ARM7 is present in this paper. Which can output pulse width modulation in frequency of 20~50 KHz with the duty cycle of 12% to 50%. µC/OS- operation system was applied. The implementation of hardware and operation system is introduced. Experiments have shown the feasibility and reliability.

The preheat time of central air-conditioning system preheating space is not only affect the comfort of environment, but also affect energy consumption. A preheat time model is established based on the thermodynamics principle, and an optimum stat-up algorithm of central air-conditioning system is proposed based on the NN(neural network), the simulation result shows that this method can predict the preheat time accurately which make central air-conditioning system save energy.

The benefits of fuzzy control and neural network control are discussed. A quick learning control algorithm is given. The controlled object has movement characteristics and quickly-varying parameters. Good control effects are obtained. In control solution space, fuzzy control is used for quick primary partition, then neural network control to get the precise control. It gets successful application in electric touch quickly heated industrial process, and show its good control property and application value.
