The main objective of this review is to understand the pathophysiology of Hypertension in view of Ayurveda. Vyana Vayu, Apana Vayu, Sadhaka Pitta and Rasa Dhatu play an important role in pathogenesis of Hypertension. Raised BP remains the leading cause of death globally. In this article an attempt is made to explain the pathophysiology of Hypertension in the view of Ayurveda and its relevance in various Ayurvedic pathological conditions. It is not advisable to co-relate Hypertension to only Raktagata Vyadhis. Wide Literature Review is done to find the relation of Hypertension in pathologies other than Raktagata Vyadhis. In this paper, we introduce a family of analytic functions given by $$\psi_{A,B}(z):= \dfrac{1}{A-B}\log{\dfrac{1+Az}{1+Bz}},$$ which maps univalently the unit disk onto either elliptical or strip domains, where either $A=-B=\alpha$ or $A=\alpha e^{i\gamma}$ and $B=\alpha e^{-i\gamma}$ ($\alpha\in(0,1]$ and $\gamma\in(0,\pi/2]$). We study a class of non-univalent analytic functions defined by \begin{equation*} \mathcal{F}[A,B]:=\left\{f\in\mathcal{A}:\left( \dfrac{zf'(z)}{f(z)}-1\right)\prec\psi_{A,B}(z)\right \}. \end{equation*} Further, we investigate various characteristic properties of $\psi_{A,B}(z)$ as well as functions in the class $\mathcal{F}[A,B]$ and obtain the sharp radius of starlikeness of order $\delta$ and univalence for the functions in $\mathcal{F}[A,B]$. Also, we find the sharp radii for functions in $\mathcal{BS}(\alpha):=\{f\in\mathcal{A}:zf'(z)/f(z)-1\prec z/(1-\alpha z^2),\;\alpha\in(0,1)\}$, $\mathcal{S}_{cs}(\alpha):=\{f\in\mathcal{A}:zf'(z)/f(z)-1\prec z/((1-z)(1+\alpha z)),\;\alpha\in(0,1)\}$ and others to be in the class $\mathcal{F}[A,B].$

We investigate certain properties of tilted (oblique) domains, associated with the Janowski function $(1+Az)/(1+Bz),$ where $A,B\in\mathbb{C}$ with $A\neq B$ and $|B|\leq 1$. We find several bounds for these oblique domains. Further, we extend the various known argument, radius, and subordination results involving Janowski functions with complex parameters.

In present scenario to achieve refrigeration effect, we have to supply high grade energy which take from shaft which decreases the millage of automobile and increase in cost of fuel. It is not economical to produce refrigeration effect by VCRS .In VARS system we use wasteful energy from exhaust gases of automobile to produce refrigeration effect hence saving cost of fuel. Optimization of length of tubes of heat exchanger generator is done for different material like stainless steel, aluminium, copper to achieve 1TR Refrigeration effect. Inlet temperature of generator is 25°C and COP of refrigerator is 0.7. TZM-bl cells were transfected with respective plasmid at concentration from 20 ng to 150 ng per well in triplicates and the percent viability or survival was determined by MTT after 24, 48 and 72 h.

Novel drug delivery system aims to deliver the drug at a rate directed by the needs of the body during the period of treatment, and target the active entity to the site of action. A number of novel drug delivery systems have emerged encompassing various routes of administration, to achieve controlled and targeted drug delivery, dendrimer carriers being one of them. Dendrimers are highly branched, star-shaped macromolecules with nanometer-scale dimensions. It is a novel three dimensional structure and these three components are: a central core, an interior dendritic structure (the branches), and an exterior surface with functional surface groups. It is also improve the physical, chemical properties due to their structure. Its other properties like very small size, polyvalenc, monodispersit, stability make it an appropriate carrier for delivering drugs with precision and selectivity. The terminal groups are modified to attach biologically active substances for targeting purpose. Dendrimers are suitable for a wide range of targeted drug delivery, controlled drug delivery, gene delivery and industrial applications. Cationic surfaces of dendrimers show cytotoxicity, derivatization with fatty acid or PEG chains, reducing the overall charge density and minimizing contact between cell surfaces and dendrimers can reduce toxic effects. Different types of products are formulated by using dendrimers for treatment of many diseases. The present review has focused on the different strategies of their synthesis, different methods of drug entraptment, drug delivery and targeting, its applications, interactions involved in formation of drug-dendrimer complex along with characterization techniques employed for their evaluation, toxicity problems. &nbsp

In this paper, it is shown that the linear groups GL(2, Z3pn ) (where p is an odd prime greater than 3) and GL(2, Z5pn ) (where p is an odd prime greater than 5) can be generated by Lie regular matrices. Presentations of linear groups GL(2, Z9), GL(2, Z14), GL(2, Z15), GL(2, Z22), GL(2, Z25), GL(2, Z26), GL(2, Z27) and GL(2, Z34) are also given.

Mitochondrial superoxide (O2⋅-) underlies much oxidative damage and redox signaling. Fluorescent probes can detect O2⋅-, but are of limited applicability in vivo, while in cells their usefulness is constrained by side reactions and DNA intercalation. To overcome these limitations, we developed a dual-purpose mitochondrial O2⋅- probe, MitoNeoD, which can assess O2⋅- changes in vivo by mass spectrometry and in vitro by fluorescence. MitoNeoD comprises a O2⋅--sensitive reduced phenanthridinium moiety modified to prevent DNA intercalation, as well as a carbon-deuterium bond to enhance its selectivity for O2⋅- over non-specific oxidation, and a triphenylphosphonium lipophilic cation moiety leading to the rapid accumulation within mitochondria. We demonstrated that MitoNeoD was a versatile and robust probe to assess changes in mitochondrial O2⋅- from isolated mitochondria to animal models, thus offering a way to examine the many roles of mitochondrial O2⋅- production in health and disease.
