Abnormal vibration sounds often occur in the operation of high-voltage power equipment. In order to find the fault point quickly, it is necessary to locate the fault location of high-voltage equipment in operation. Acoustic wave fault location technology for portable high-voltage equipment can accurately measure the location information of abnormal sound fault point by using pickup electret and ultrasonic distance sensor. After practical use, it meets the requirements of patrol inspection and detection of power supply companies. It is of great significance to improve rapid maintenance and ensure power supply.

For the old product with the field using period, the single-stress & timing-conversion step-stress accelerated life test (SSALT) is carried out to derive the product's lifetime by using the field using data and accelerated life data. The product's lifetime is assumed to obeying to Weibull distribution with double parameters. Considering the stress difference between the field and laboratory, the lifetime distribution model based on correction factors is built. The SSALT data modeling analysis is carried out to build the cumulative distribution function under each stress. Data iteration algorithm is applied to obtain the estimates of unknown the model parameters. An example by Monte Carlo simulation test is analyzed to verify the accuracy and validity.

Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a critical event in embryogenesis and plays a fundamental role in cancer progression and metastasis1. Numb has been shown to play an important role in the proper functions of Par protein complex and in cell-cell junctions, both of which are associated with EMT. However, the role of Numb in EMT has not been fully elucidated. Recently, we showed that Numb is capable of binding to both Par3 and E-cadherin. Intriguingly, the interaction of Numb with E-cadherin or the Par protein complex is dynamically regulated by tyrosine phosphorylation induced by HGF or Src. Knockdown of Numb by shRNA in MDCK cells led to an lateral to apical translocation of E-cadherin and β-catenin, active F-actin polymerization, mis-localization of Par3 and aPKC, a decrease in cell-cell adhesion, and an increase in cell migration and proliferation. These data suggest a diverse role for Numb in regulating cell-cell adhesion, polarity and migration during EMT.
