The article is devoted to the study of epizootological features, diagnostic methods and therapeutic measures against ringworm in cattle on the example of dairy farm "Fairy" Krasnodar region, as well as the development of treatment regimens against ringworm and comparison of its economic efficiency with the treatment scheme used on the farm. At the same time, it was established that the diagnosis of the disease must necessarily be confirmed by laboratory and for the elimination of ringworm, it is advisable to use a treatment scheme that includes such drugs as: the vaccine LTF-130; Yugor-2; imaverol; cathozal; castor oil.

This article describes the main points of the development of beekeeping in the Krasnodar region. It is established that despite the problems existing in the industry, there are all prerequisites for its further development, and even prosperity.

The author considers a hypothesis of neutron lifetime splitting in beta-decay and shows that the beta-decay of neutrons could be described by the triad of lifetimes tau_{Left}, tau_{Mean}, tau_{Right}. The lifetime tau_{Left} is the lifetime of L-neutrons emitting electrons against the neutron spin direction (L-type neutron decay). The lifetime tau_{Right} is the lifetime of R-neutrons emitting electrons in the direction of the neutron spin (R-type neutron decay). The lifetime tau_{Mean} is the arithmetic average of tau_{Left}, tau_{Right} or the mean neutron lifetime. While using the parameters of electron-spin asymmetry of neutron decay and the results for determining the mean neutron lifetime, the performed numerical estimates gave the numerical values of the triad tau_{Left}, tau_{Mean}, tau_{Right} as 813 s, 900 s and 987 s respectively. In addition to the estimates, the lifetimes of the triad are determined from experimental data applying the decay scale tuning method proposed by the author. The experimental values of the triad coincided with the estimates with high accuracy. The weighted average neutron lifetime tau_{W} determined from the experimental neutron lifetimes tau_{Left} and tau_{Right} is equal to tau_{W}=833.33 +- 0.02 s, and is in good agreement with the values of the neutron lifetime obtained by the other methods., Comment: 13 pages, 4 figures

We reveal the nature of transport and ferromagnetic properties of the GaAs structure with the single Mn ��-doped layer. To modify the properties of the structure the electrically active radiation defects are created by irradiation with helium ions. The investigations show that the transport properties of the structure are determined by two parallel conduction channels (the channel associated with hole transport in the valence band and the channel associated with electron transport in the Mn impurity band) and that the ferromagnetic properties are determined by the electrons localized at the allowed states within the Mn impurity band. The results also help to understand the features of structures with the Mn ��-layer nearby the quantum well.

Его обеспечению способствует ряд институтов трудового права, предмет которого охватывает комплекс общественных отношений, связанных с организацией и управлением трудом, установлением его условий и охраной, обязательным социальным страхованием и др. В статье анализируются современные проблемные вопросы трудового права, предлагаются меры правового характера по сбережению, укреплению здоровья граждан. Реализация мер, содержащихся в утвержденной Правительством РФ 17 ноября 2008 г. Концепции долгосрочного социально-экономического развития страны до 2020 года, позволила добиться снижения травматизма в России за последние шесть лет в 1,5 раза. Тем не менее по сравнению с аналогичными показателями экономически развитых стран он остается высоким. Нельзя быть уверенным, что положение дел в охране труда, сохранении здоровья граждан может быть существенно улучшено без решения новых проблемных вопросов, не предусмотренных названной Концепцией. Речь идет об изменении характера использования персонала организаций, вовлечении работников в процесс управления организациями и др. The human right to life, health is the natural right of man, considered in various Sciences, including the legal one. Its provision contributes to a number of institutions of the labor law, which covers the complex of social relations connected with the organization and management of work, establishing its conditions and protection, compulsory social insurance and others. The article analyzes the current problematic issues of labor law, available legal measures to preserve the health of citizens. Implementation of the measures contained in the concept of long-term socio-economic development of the country till 2020 approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on 17 November 2008 allowed to reduce injuries for the last 6 years in 1.5 times. However, in comparison with similar indicators of economically developed countries, it remains high. One cannot be sure that the situation in labor protection, health protection can be significantly improved without solving the new issues not stipulated in this Concept. It concerns the change in the use of personnel of organizations, involvement of workers in the management of organizations and others.

This article presents a sequential estimation procedure for an unknown regression function. Observed regressors and noises of the model are supposed to be dependent and form sequences of dependent numbers. Two types of estimators are considered. Both estimators are constructed on the basis of Nadaraya-Watson kernel estimators. First, sequential estimators with given bias and mean square error are defined. According to the sequential approach the duration of observations is a special stopping time. Then on the basis of these estimators of a regression function, truncated sequential estimators on a time interval of a fixed length are constructed. At the same time, the variance of these estimators is controlled by a (non-asymptotic) bound. In addition to nonasymptotic properties, the limiting behavior of presented estimators is investigated. It is shown, in particular, that by the appropriate chosen bandwidths both estimators have optimal (as compared to the case of independent data) rates of convergence of Nadaraya-Watson kernel estimators. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC. 32 3 243 266 Cited By :3

Theories of galaxy formation predict the existence of extended gas halo around spiral galaxies. If there are 10-100 nG magnetic fields at several ten kpc distances from the galaxies, extended galactic cosmic ray (CR) haloes could also exist. Galactic CRs can interact with the tenuous hot halo gas to produce observable gamma-rays. We have performed search for a gamma-ray halo around the M31 galaxy -- the closest large spiral galaxy. Our analysis of almost 7 years of the Fermi LAT data revealed the presence of a spatially extended diffuse emission excess around M31. The data can be fitted using the simplest morphology of a uniformly bright circle. The best fit gave a 4.7$\sigma$ significance for a $0.9^{\circ}$ (12 kpc) halo with a photon flux of $\sim (3.2\pm1.0)\times 10^{-9} ~\mathrm{cm^{-2}s^{-1}}$ and a luminosity of $(4.0\pm1.5)\times 10^{38} ~\mathrm{erg~s^{-1}}$ in the energy range 0.3--100 GeV. Our results also imply a low level of the flux from the disc of the M31 galaxy $(3.3 \pm 1.0) \times 10^{-10}~\mathrm{cm^{-2}s^{-1}}$. The corresponding gamma-ray luminosity, $5\times10^{37} ~\mathrm{erg~s^{-1}}$ is several times smaller than the luminosity of the Milky Way. This difference could be explained by a lower star formation rate in M31: there are less CRs and the level of the ISM turbulence is lower, which in turn leads to a shorter time of CR containment., Comment: 5 pages, 5 figures. Expeditionary research along the western Black Sea shelf took place in 1990 within the International INTER-GEO-ECO-MONITORING Programme. The programme included continuous bathymetric recordings, measurements of the electromagnetic field and emissions of atmospheric Mercury, and biogeophysical applications. The high degree of correlation between the results of the four methods used, which are very different, considering the parameters examined, reveals the existence of a common denominator. Thus, the fault planes represent the transmission paths of some elements (like Mercury) from the Earth’s Mantle to the surface, generate anomalies in the electromagnetic field and induce biogeophysical anomalies reflected in the microrelief of the sea floor.

Knowledge of anatomical variations of the division of the popliteal artery and specific lesions of the arterial segment involved is necessary for the surgeon, traumatologist-orthopaedist, vascular surgeon. The article contains a review of recent literature data on the prevalence of different variants of branching patterns of the arteries of the crus, also providing a detailed discussion of embryological development of the arterial system of the lower extremities, in many ways explaining the appearance of rare pathologies of the popliteal artery, such as for example popliteal artery entrapment syndrome. Particular attention is paid to cystic damage of the popliteal artery, describing currently known theories of the development of this rare pathology, this is accompanied by sharing own experience in surgical treatment of the patients involved. Awareness of anatomical variants and peculiarities of embryonic development contributes to decreasing the possibility of iatrogenic damage of the popliteal artery during orthopaedic operations and to appropriate decision-making as to the method of revascularization.

This paper comprises a review of up-to-date literature devoted to the problem of congenital cytomegalovirus infection, its epidemiology and pathogenesis. The paper includes one report on features and variants of clinical presentation of congenital cytomegalovirus infection and its sequelae, including late-onset complications. We pay attention to the problems related to timely diagnostics of congenital infections during pregnancy and suggest measures that can improve the quality of the survey. The basic aspects of laboratorial verification of cytomegalovirus infection in fetus and newborn are reviewed in the light of peculiarities of the features of the newborns’ immune system. In addition, significant points of etiotropic therapy are emphasized. Principal groups of antiviral drugs are delineated in this review, with proposal for their administration according to the clinical course and sequlae development. Furthermore, in this review we pay attention to the importance of preventive measures for reducing prevalence of cytomegalovirus in pregnant women. In view of its high prevalence among adult population and likelihood of recurrent clinical course in pregnant women, we specifically focus on necessity of further professional development of pediatricians and neonatogists. This necessity is determined by the prevalence of latent course of congenital cytomegalovirus infection, as its diagnostics is frequently retarded and, consequently, provokes development of severe complications. In this paper the indispensability of universal neonatal cytomegalovirus screening embedding is proven. Therefore, this review presents contemporary data about the problem of congenital cytomegalovirus infection and highlights general problems related to timely diagnostics and treatment of intrauterine infections.
