Aim of this work is to search and analyze scientific literature involved in the effect played by wireless communication radiation in the S.A.R.S.-COV-2 spike protein derivates pathological process. This make possible to verify if it is necessary to be considered as a toxicological co-factor Various published evidence finded graphene impurity in vial some C.O.V.I.D.-19 vaccine ( P. Campra) or in vaccinated blood ( Giovannini et al ) . But It is relevant to deeply investigate this phenomena using scientific evidence and other interesting documents ( scientific? ) from independed researcher useful to generate hypotesys to be confirmed . Crucial also to verify the subpopulation distribution of pathological event in vaccinated like pericarditys or central nervous system thrombosys as well as the use of some technological tool like smartphone in the various age classes. This method make possible to generate hypotesys to be better verified. Related the profile of some toxicological aspect of some C.O.V.I.D. -19 vaccine and in specifc way to the rare effect like pericarditis or trombosys are reported in this work some relevant literature involved in the effect played by the SPIKE PROTEINS and its link on epithelial tissue ACE receptor , the Graphene ( if present ) and under some magnetic field or electrical condition. An experimental hypotesys is submitted to the reseacher in order to produce a global conclusion of toxicological interest In this work is used a neutral approch without pre-concept.

Aim of this work is to observe some epidemiological pattern related heart pathology like pericarditis and myocarditis in last decades and the toxicological effect played by various WRC wireless communication radiations as described by scientific literature. All this related the class age distribution of some Rare ADR by various covid-19 vaccine like Pericarditis and miocarditis ( more frequent in young ) and the use of electronic device WCR among the subpopulation. Of interest to observe that sars cov-2 spike protein, derivates and WCR are able to affect the heart as showed by literature in direct or indirect way. What information can be obtained studying this phenomena?

Related the need to search new strategy in vaccine design in order to reduce also some rare effect like trombosys for some registered products it is interesting the role played by the SPIKE RGD domain. The binding with molecules like Fibronectin is a process that must to be deeply investigated. A better understanding in this process can be used to improve safety of the new generation of COVID vaccine. The rare effect like thrombosis recognized by regulatory agency produced a modification of technical data sheet of some vaccine so the phenomena Is interesting to be more investigated. Observing some rare event of thrombosis after some COVID-19 vaccination, it is interesting to verify if the Target used for the manufacturing can be involved in a different procoagulant activity or not. Some vaccine are suspended in some country or under a deep new verify- investigation by the regulatory agency. (EU or USA). This fact it is relevant. The phenomena of immune evasion and the different pattern of efficacy towards variants of some vaccine or some antibodies combination produce the need to verify if considering the electrical feature of viral surface can be a right tool or not. As result of this research it is possible to submit to the scientist that the viral surface properties and electrical feature can be an element to be considered in various preventive or treatment measure. The specificity of action of some vaccine or antibodies seem to tell us that also the aspecific methods are useful. A specific chemico physical factors can influence the electrical charges viral surface behavior. Hpertonic saline solution, humidity, electrical charge barrier in mask are simply example of the effect. That can be obtained action on viral surface chemico -physical properties.

Before actual COVID-19 pandemia coronavirus was not so dangerous like now. In December 2019 - January 2020 in Wuhan first and then in other places this coronavirus was responsible of a first wave of severe pulmonitis responsible of many deaths. Wuhan and other region involved first was high level air polluted and industrial area. New COVID-19 variant in last part of 2020 and in first month of 2021 was responsible of great diffusion of this pandemic disease. UK, South Africa and brasilian new variant show higher diffusion then the first wave of COVID-19. Aim of this work is to analyze relationship with air pollution and the possibility that mutagen substantia inside of this microenvironment can produce new variant trough an genetic pressure process. RNA viruses are normally subjected by natural mutation but some phenomena can contribute to accelerate this process and their airborne – aeresols microenvironment is relevant. Some air pollutants are recognized as mutagen factors by literature.

Data are reported on the HSV nonstructural antigens detected in GPK and RK cells after infection with the same strain of virus. Both the HSV types 1 and 2 NV antigens consist of more than one component for which the immunized guinea pigs produce distinct antibodies. It was possible to separate by PAGE, HSV-induced markers not only from cells undergoing lytic infection by the virus but also from viable cells from squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and the urogenital tract. These fractions were tested with sera from cancer patients, and the percentages of their CF reactivity are reported. The specificity of the antibody to the antigen from the cancer cells was less high than that of the antibody to the antigen from HSV-infected cells. It is suggested that the use of these PAGE separate antigens would eliminate the need for removal of the virion antibody from the cancer sera prior to testing them for the NV-specific antibody.

Complement-fixing tests of HSV markers with cancer and control human sera as well as with hyperimmune guinea pig antisera are discussed, suggesting another parameter for studies of squamous cell carcinomas. The finding of HSV antigens in selected tumors as the expression of repressed viral genome proves a continuing release of virus specific message and supports the important role of the virus in the development of the tumor.

The role of serum tumor markers in lung cancer has not been defined. It is widely believed that almost all neoplasms produce at least a few substances, but the identity of most of the known substances has not been correlated with a positive role in either the diagnosis or prognosis of patients with these neoplasms. We observed a significant immunogenic response after injecting patients with an antigen extracted from tumor-liberated particles (TLP). A specific ELISA test for TLP performed on sera from patients with lung cancer was reported recently. Based on this information, we developed a polyclonal antibody anti-TLP and screened several cell lines and tumor specimens. We concluded that TLP is a cytoplasmatic antigen specific for epithelial derived neoplasms because it was not detected in non neoplastic tissue cells, in neuroendocrine-tumors or in mesenchymal-derived tumors and normal cells. In addition, the finding that TLP is detectable in neoplasms and tumoral cell lines with common embryologic features seems to suggest that TLP might be an "oncofetal antigen". However, these preliminary observations need confirmation by additional studies using larger numbers of patients and tumor types.
