A single-character education acts as a form of learning that refers to the development and strengthening of children's behaviour as a whole, which is based on a certain value or moral referred to by the school. Therefore, character education is one of the efforts that can be done. One of the character education is through the Pancasila Student Profile. The Pancasila Student Profile has been used as one of the visions and missions of the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to find out related to the implementation of strengthening the value of character education in realising the profile of Pancasila students' independent, critical reasoning, noble character, creativity, global diversity and cooperation. Then to find out the school's efforts in the process of strengthening character education based on local wisdom in instilling religious character, independence and integrity. The methods used in the research descriptive methods are qualitative. The results of this study show a lack of knowledge in the development of education regarding the profile of Pancasila students, and the implementation of strengthening character education has been carried out, such as instilling religious character, independence and integrity. The conclusion of this study has a positive impact on schools in knowing the profile of Pancasila students, and instilling character education has a positive impact on students who are included in local wisdom carried out in the learning process at school.

This study examines the importance of strengthening character education and knowledge skills in students' understanding of local wisdom based on the culture of peusijuek customs carried out by the people of Aceh. This research uses a descriptive method of qualitative. The method reveals a state that takes place according to qualitative research built on the formulation of certain situations, such as those living by a particular individual or social group, and relevant to the study's objectives. Secondary sources and participant observation methods are used for data collection. Verification and inference are the two main methods of data analysis. There are three components to the study's findings. First, the type of peusijeuk carried out in certain activities, such as peusijuek meulangga, peusijuek pade bijeh, peusijuek peudong rumoh, peusijuek tempat tinggai, peusijuek keurubeuen, peusijuek new vehicles and peusijuek performing the hajj; Second, the character values possessed by students in the Acehnese cultural customary course are the value of peusijuek tolerance, religious values, cooperation values and social values; Third, the value of local wisdom in the implementation of peusijeuk, namely talam, clok (calok), serving hoods (sangee), rice, unsalted flour, on manek-mano, on sijuek, naleung samboe and bu leukat. The conclusion is that Peusijeuk is part of the lecture material on traditional Aceh culture as one of the rituals related to religious beliefs that must be carried out. The values of character education in the peusijuek tradition based on local wisdom include the value of tolerance, religious value, social value, and the value of cooperation.

Covid 19 Pandemic has changed the learning process at various levels. Higher education has been changing how it operates in meeting the needs of teaching and learning in the midst of restrictions due to the Covid 19 outbreak. Online learning has become the best option to ensure that the learning process continues while the outbreak remains controlled. Regardless of its flexibility, it is undeniable that many parties in the education system doubt the effectiveness of online learning in assisting students in achieving their learning objectives. This research aimed to scrutinize factors affecting students’ learning effectiveness in online learning. Using online questionnaires distributed to university students across Indonesia, this research found that technology readiness positively influencing learning motivation and students’ performance, and later learning motivation positively influences students’ performance.

This study aims to advance our understanding of the effects of job motivation on performance in elementary school teachers by conducting a meta-analysis. The research sample consisted of 40 leading articles. The results of the summary effect demonstrate that teacher motivation has a favorable impact on elementary school teachers' performance. However, further analysis showed that published articles have publication bias. The researcher recommends that policy makers and school leaders should conduct more research to manage teacher motivation and maintain its influence on teacher performance. Stakeholders should also pay attention to teacher satisfaction as an integral part of performance.

Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is a biological agent for insect pest management. Its toxins effectively control Spodoptera exigua Hübner (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) larvae, but it is sensitive to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sunlight. This study aimed to investigate the effect of sericin extract from Samia ricini Boisduval (Lepidoptera: Saturniidae) cocoons as a UV protectant for Bt after exposure under direct sunlight for 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks. After being exposed to sunlight, the Bt formulae were tested against 20 larvae of 24 hr old, the first larval instar in the laboratory. The larval mortality was observed 72 hr after the treatment. The results indicated that the mortality of S. exigua in Bt + sericin extract treatment was significantly different compared with Bt alone. For the first week, the mortality of S. exigua in exposed Bt + sericin exposed Bt alone, unexposed (Bt + sericin, and unexposed Bt alone were 80, 61, 85, and 97%, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy analysis revealed that Bt + sericin, after being exposed to sunlight, still showed the presence of spore and crystal protein comparable to the unexposed Bt. Based on the results, sericin provides good protection against sunlight and prevents the Bt spores from light-induced damage.

The role of entrepreneurship education is urgently needed due to the lack of entrepreneurial activities, the curriculum not being standardized, the lack of skills of the lecturers in entrepreneurship, and less collaboration among the practitioners, education institutions, and students. Therefore Entrepreneurship education has not been planned and integrated well into higher education's functions to develop student entrepreneurial attitudes. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the integrated entrepreneurship education model of tri dharma education in developing student entrepreneurial attitudes in higher educations. Indicators of student entrepreneurial attitudes were measured by aspects of student leadership, student personality, and student personal assessment and the research analysis through paired sample t-test The result indicates that the integrated entrepreneurship education model of tri dharma education was effective and can be used as an alternative learning model to improve student entrepreneurial attitudes. It can be helpful in the students to increase their entrepreneurship attitudes after school in the community. The researcher recommends further research to compare the tri dharma of entrepreneurship education model with the other model. It also recommends cooperatively formulating and implementing a fit integrative entrepreneurship education program to develop better students' entrepreneurship attitudes in Indonesia. Flipped classroom (FC) is one of the learning approaches that are currently being implemented in various fields of study in higher education because it has several advantages over traditional methods. However, the implementation of FC in accounting courses is still limited. This review aimed to investigate the FC implementation in accounting courses in higher education, particularly the reasons for implementing FC, the strategy and its impacts. The 15 articles reviewed were selected using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses flow diagram. The results indicated that the application of FC is motivated by problems that occur in accounting courses, the weaknesses of the method used, the desire to increase student learning experiences, and the potential offered by FC to improve accounting learning. The strategies used in implementing FC varied. FC had a positive impact on accounting learning and most students prefer this approach. The recognition of ulayat rights is essential in fulfilling indigenous people’s rights. However, the Indonesian government has not fully recognized their rights. This research aims at analyzing the recognition of ulayat right from the Dutch colonial, reformation to the Job Creation Law periods. This is doctrinal legal research focusing on relevant literature. Data are analyzed qualitatively. The research shows that during the Dutch occupation, it is ruled in Agrarisch Wet 1870 followed by Agrarisch Bestluit regulating all lands without provable rights belonging to the state (domein verklaring). Post Indonesia’s independence, Basic Agrarian Law eliminates the Domain Principle and replaces it with State Authoritative Right under Article 33 paragraph (3) of Indonesia’s Constitution. Nowadays, ulayat rights are conditionally recognizable, known as pseudo-recognition. The recognition of indigenous people in the reformation era and post-enactment of the Job Creation Law is too minimal and it strengthens the state’s right over the land.

Sistem manajemen perniagaan Point of Sale (POS) merupakan program aplikasi yang dapat memfasilitasi semua proses niaga, namun sistem tersebut hanya dapat dipasangkan pada komputer berspesifikasi rendah dengan proses pemasangannya yang cukup rumit. Permasalahanya bagaimana cara untuk mengembangkan program aplikasi POS ke pemrograman web sehingga dapat diinstall pada semua produk sistem operasi mainstream. Sistem POS yang telah dikembangkan merupakan sistem manajemen yang dapat mengelola beberapa fungsi penting dalam manajemen perniagaan, seperti pengelolaan barang, distributor, transaksi pembelian, transaksi penjualan, retur pembelian, retur penjualan, penghasilan, administrasi operasional, hingga laporan – laporan. Sistem POS merupakan sistem manajemen perniagaan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework codeigniter 3, web server apache dan basis data MySQL. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan action research, dan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Sistem POS dikembangkan dengan model pengembangan waterfall dan dirancang dengan metode perancangan UML, serta diuji dengan teknik pengujian black box. Dengan melalui proses pengembangan maka program aplikasi POS berbasis desktop berhasil dikembangkan ke pemrograman web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Codeigniter 3 dan berhasil dikembangkan untuk dapat diinstall pada produk sistem operasi mainstream seperti windows, linux, dan macintosh.

Indonesia as one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world has enormous potential to develop industry in the halal tourism sector. Halal tourism from year to year is growing continuously, considering the large number of Muslim tourists who travel but still prioritize the guidance of the Islamic religion. One of the regions in Indonesia that is encouraged to become a halal tourist destination is West Sumatra. However, until now, people's understanding of halal tourism is still different from one another. There are even some people who are worried that halal tourism is only for Muslims. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected by semi-structured interviews with 30 tourists, which were classified into domestic Muslim tourists, domestic non-Muslim tourists and foreign tourists. This is done in order to obtain data on how the perception of each tourist about halal tourism and what kind of halal tourism can provide tourist satisfaction. The result of this research shows that basically Muslim tourists, non-Muslims and foreign tourists agree with the implementation of halal tourism, especially in terms of halal food and drinks. Food does not contain pork or other non-halal ingredients and there is no non-halal activities or entertainments. The tourists also agree with the cleanliness factor, both in the object itself and the surrounding environment. However, there is still different perception among the informants regarding the dress code. Some Muslim tourists want visitors to wear clothes that are in accordance with Islamic ethics, while other visitors say that visitors are simply asked to dress modestly.

The role of biotechnology is very rapid and broad in the aspect of fulfilling human needs, one of which is in the food industry. Biotechnology processes, both conventional and modern, cannot be separated from the role of microorganisms. Certain microorganisms are used in traditional food preparation through fermentation such as in the manufacture of yogurt, tape, cheese, soy sauce, yeast. Foods resulting from biotechnology that take advantage of the role of microorganisms and must pay attention to the critical point of halal. This needs to be considered so that each production process can be ensured to avoid contamination of non-halal materials. This product will later be used for Ms. PKK Bina Mufakat both for her own use and also as an entrepreneurial opportunity for the home industry. The problem of community service activities is that there is no group development in making biotechnology products, and there is no entrepreneurship development for PKK Bina Mufakat Gampong Bayeun. The method in service activities is a type of training method. The results of community service are the creation of a product that is useful and can be used as a home industry business opportunity.

Tobacco armyworm (Spodoptera litura Fab.) is one of the major insect pests of crops in Indonesia. The management of this pest still depends on the use of chemical insecticides. The use of bio-insecticides, such as Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt.), are known to be alternatives, but it easily degraded by sunlight. This research aimed to study the effects of UV B on Bt. pathogenicity and to explore plant-based additives as UV B protectants for Bt. against armyworm. Thirteen plant extracts were screened based on their UV spectra absorbencies using UV spectrophotometry. The extracts, namely cloves, Jicama, Celebes pepper, turmeric, and Moringa, then used for the formulations of Bt. and exposed under UV B lights for 0, 72, and 144 h. After exposure to UV B, Bt. formulations were tested for bioassay against one- day-old 1st and one day old 2nd larval instars of tobacco armyworm. The result indicated that at 72 and 144 h of UV B exposures, the Bt. added formulations were signifcantly different compared to Bt. alone. At 72 h exposure against the 2nd larval instar, the larval mortality of tobacco armyworm on the second day of observation on Bt. formulated with Celebes pepper and turmeric was 97.3 and 80%, respectively, whereas, at 144 h exposure, the mortality was 96 and 89.3%, respectively. This study concluded that Celebes pepper and turmeric extracts were the potential to be used as the Bt. protectants against UV B.

Signaling theory menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan dividen mengandung informasi prospek perusahaan dimasa depan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui implikasi kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan economic value added sebagai moderator. Populasi berjumlah 20 perusahaan BUMN yang listing di BEI periode 2015-2018 dan sebanyak 13 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria sampel penelitian (purposeful sampling). Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berupa data-data laporan keuangan perusahaan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan moderated regression analysis (MRA) dengan alat bantu aplikasi statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Economic value added dapat memperkuat pengaruh kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepercayaan diri sangat penting dalam bersosialisasi. Kenyataannya yang terjadi sekarang, beberapa individu selalu merasa kurang percaya diri atas dirinya, merasa takut dan tidak mau besosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan konseling individual. Studi ini di dasarkan pada kasus konseling klien dewasa awal perempuan yang sedang mengalami kehilangan kepercayaan dirinya pasca kuliah. Therapy (REBT) digunakan untuk membangun kembali konsep kepercayaan diri klien. Therapy REBT memungkinkan klien mengubah cara berfikir negatif menjadi positif dan merasionalisasi pemikiranya untuk menghindari perasaan tertekan dikarenakan hilangnya rasa percaya terhadap diri sendiri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang klien berusia 24 tahun. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di lakukan dalam 1 kali pertemuan konseling. Peneliti sebagai konselor yang memberikan layanan konseling individual dan tempat penelitianya berlokasi di kantor Rumah Konseling Aku Temanmu Kota Serang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini terbukti adanya gangguan stres yang mengganggu fikiran, perasaan, dan tingkah laku pada klien.

Informasi tentang Cash Rasio, Total Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Asset jika dilihat dengan signaling theory dan agency theory maka akan memberikan sinyal bagi agen dan prinsipal dalam memprediksi Kesulitan Keuangan Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Cash Rasio, Total Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Asset terhadap financial distress pada industri property and real estate yang listing di Bursa Efek Asia Tenggara periode 2013-2020. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive didapatkan sebanyak 21 perusahaan sampel sesuai sesuai kriteria kebutuhan penelitian. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial Cash Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap finansial ditress, Total Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap finansial ditress dan Return on Asset berpengaruh negatif terhadap finansial ditress, sedangkan secara simultan Cash Rasio, Total Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap finansial ditress.

Bacillus thuringiensis is known as a bioinsecticide for controlling taro caterpillar, Spodoptera litura Fab. in cabbage plants. However, Bt. is easily degraded by ultraviolet (UV), so it needs UV protectant. This research aimed to study the synergism of extract of turmeric, moringa, cloves, and red betel as UV protectants for Bt. and to measure the Bt. half lifes. As much as 25 (w/v) of turmeric, moringa, cloves, and red betel extracts was used to make Bt. suspension. The Bt. suspension then was exposed to sunlight for 0, 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days then it was tested againts 25 individuals of 1st larval instar of taro caterpillar and each treatment was using three replicates. Pathogenicity of each formulation was observed by calculating larval mortality up to the 7th day after treatment. The results showed that the highest larval mortality was found in the Bt. formulation added extracts at 0-day exposure. Mortality data for each Bt. treatment. showed a decrease from the treatment of 0 to 28-day exposures. After 28 days of exposure, Bt. without extract addition had a pathogenicity of 15.2%, whereas Bt. with clove extract had pathogenicity about 56.4%, which is higher than those on turmeric, moringa, and red betel. The first half life of Bt. added with clove was 32.3 days, while the second half life was 50.7 days. Based on this research, it can be concluded that clove has synergism affect when applied with Bt.

Processed meat products that are common and much preferred by the consumers are sausages and beef meatballs. This processed product has the disadvantage that it has a high-fat content, causing faster oxidative damage. This study aims to observe differences in the nutritional value and antioxidant activity of meatballs and sausages from Bali-beef and Lamtoro-beef. The main research material is fresh Bali-beef and lamtoro beef using several chemicals and laboratory equipment related to proximate analysis and antioxidant testing. The study was designed based on a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replications and continued with Duncan's test SPSS version 16 programme. The results showed that the highest crude protein content was found in lamtoro-beef with lower fat content, water content, and ash content compared to fresh Bali-beef. Meatball and sausage products with the raw material of lamtoro-beef were not significantly (P>0.05) had a higher crude protein content than meatballs and sausages with the raw material of Balin-beef. The antioxidant activity of fresh Bali-beef and its processed products (meatballs and sausages) was not significantly (P>0.05) higher than the antioxidant activity of lamtoro-beef. Conclusion: Lamtoro-beef and its processed products in the form of meatballs and sausages have a higher protein content with lower fat content, water content and ash content compared to fresh Bali-beef. Meatball and sausage products made from fresh beef were not significantly (P>0.05) had higher antioxidant activity than lamtoro-beef.

Dari observasi di kelas dan beberapa anak di sekolah bahwasannya kegiatan belajar mengajar, interaksi guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar hanya satu arah dan monoton yakni dari guru saja sehingga mudah bosan dan tidak konsentrasi dalam belajar. Penyampaian materi disini pengantarnya menggunakan ceramah, tidak ada kegiatan diskusi di kelas, sehingga aktifitas siswa terbatas dalam mencatat materi yang di jelaskan guru, mengerjakan tugas dari guru dan sesekali menjawab pertanyaan dari guru bila di tunjuk untuk bertanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tidakan (action research), karena penelitian dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran di kelas. Didalam pelaksanaan ini mengacu kepada rancangan beberapa siklus I dan II meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari hasil perbaikan pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan dapat ditarik simpulan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi proses Kerjasama Regional Asia Tenggara (ASEAN), peningkatan ini terlihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus siswa tuntas sebanyak 10 orang (55,56%) meningkat pada siklus 1 sebanyak 12 orang (66,67%) dan pada siklus meningkat menjadi 17 orang (94,44%).

The development secrets in the scope of business is indicating an increase by each year, plenty of people are determined to start a business from small commerce into a fairly large one. However, in fact are vulnerable towards law disputes, for instance the leak and thievery of a secret recipe kept by the owner. This article aimed to acknowledge the possible effort that can be executed in protecting the confidentiality of recipes and the legal effort to secure of recipes if there is violation happening within the employment agreement. The approach method used is juridical empirical. Data used were secondary data which consists of primary, secondary and tertiary law materials. Collection data techniques used by the author are literary study, the usage of documents, and interviews. Data collected were analyzed qualitatively through descriptive analysis methods. The article generates an innovation and findings that consider as a trade secret if there’s an effort that is taken by the owner which is by keeping it as a secret. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menjaga kerahasiaan resep masakan dan upaya hukum melindungi pada resep masakan apabila terjadi pelanggaran dalam perjanjian kerja. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis empiris. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan, dokumen, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Artikel ini menghasilkan suatu inovasi dan temuan yang dianggap sebagai rahasia dagang apabila ada upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemiliknya dengan cara merahasiakannya. An underhand sale and purchase agreement can harm the buyer if the seller does not have the good faith to carry out his obligations, causing a lawsuit. The problem in this journal is how the legal power of buying and selling under the hands of land and KPR-BTN buildings in the Housing Villa Intan III Blok P.7 No.7 Cirebon and what the legal consequences are for the acquisition of land rights after the District Court's decision was issued. The method used is juridical empirical. The results of this journal's research are, first, before the verdict was made, the power of law regarding buying and selling under the hands was not strong and unsafe because it did not cause the transfer of land rights, while after the Cirebon District Court decision No. then the sale and purchase under the hand is legally binding and strong, secondly, BTN must submit the certificate of land and building to the buyer to reverse the name on behalf of the buyer, who has transferred the rights to the land. The conclusion is that the judge's decision is in accordance with the exception of Article 1457 of the Civil Code as a consideration because after the existence of the UUPA, book II of the Civil Code is no longer valid and the sale and purchase relating to land uses the UUPA. Permasalahan dalam jurnal ini yaitu bagaimana kekuatan hukum jual beli di bawah tangan tanah dan bangunan KPR-BTN di Perumahan Villa Intan III Blok P.7 No.7 Cirebon dan bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap perolehan hak atas tanah pasca putusan Pengadilan Negeri tersebut dikeluarkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian jurnal ini yaitu pertama sebelum adanya putusan, kekuatan hukum mengenai jual-beli dibawah tangan tidak kuat dan tidak aman karena tidak menyebabkan beralihnya hak atas tanah sedangkan setelah adanya putusan PN Cirebon No.38/Pdt.G/20l6/PN.Cbn, maka jual-beli dibawah tangan tersebut adalah sah memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat dan kuat, kedua yaitu BTN harus menyerahkan sertipikat tanah dan bangunan tersebut kepada pembeli untuk dibalik nama atas nama pembeli, yang telah beralih hak atas tanahnya. Simpulan bahwa keputusan hakim telah sesuai kecuali Pasal l457 KUHPerdata sebagai pertimbangan karena setelah adanya UUPA maka buku II KUHPerdata sudah tidak berlaku dan jual-beli yang berkaitan dengan tanah menggunakan UUPA. Introduction: Many studies have been conducted massively in around the globe, nevertheless still no study conducted on exploring the impact of banking industries’ AEOI adoption on customer loyalty, trust, commitment and satisfaction. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of trust, commitment, and satisfaction on customer loyalty and, in turn, the indirect effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty at post-implementation of the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI). Methodology: A model is advanced and tested using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) and data were collected from a sample of 200 banking industry customers in Indonesia. Findings: The results indicate significant and positive relationships among trust, commitment, satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Moreover, it is found that satisfaction has an indirect effect in relation to trust, commitment, and customer loyalty. The findings and limitations are discussed and recommendations for the policy makers and researchers are also provided. Paper Type: Research Article

The cancellation of the auction due to a court decision can be taken by filing a lawsuit in either the State Administrative Court or the General/State Court. The object of the lawsuit regarding the cancellation of the auction at the State Administrative Court is the Minutes of Auction. This research was conducted using the normative juridical method. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the auction is said to be a sale and purchase, so in principle the auction is an engagement that occurs between the seller and the buyer where the sale and purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer has the same position. In the auction process carried out by the KPKNL if it is in accordance with the procedures and rules of the auction instruction rules, but is canceled by the court, the debtor does not get any protection at all. Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak yang begitu luas kepada seluruh tatanan kehidupan manusia di dunia, tidak terkecuali di dunia Pendidikan. Pola pembelajaran yang sebelumnya berbasis luring, secara tiba-tiba harus digantikan dengan pola pembelajaran secara daring. Institusi pendidikan tak terkecuali pendidikan tinggi harus dapat menyesuaikan perubahan ini dengan cepat. Transformasi digital yang sebelumnya sudah dilakukan harus dilakukan dengan lebih cepat. Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu ujung tombak penyediakan sumber daya akademik bagi sivitas akademika, juga harus mengikuti situasi yang ada. Beruntung bahwa, transformasi digital yang dilakukan perpustakaan sudah terjadi sejak jauh sebelum pandemic, dengan penyediaan sumber daya elektronik berupa e-journal, e-book, e-theses, e-databases, dan bentuk elektronik lainnya. Sumber daya elektronik tersebut disediakan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kebutuhan dari semua fakultas dan sekolah yang ada. Tulisan ini mencoba mendeskripsikan tren pemanfaatan basis data elektronik yang disediakan oleh Perpustakaan UGM dalam masa pandemi (tahun 2020-2021). Data yang ada, memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan pemanfaatan basis data elektronik pada masa pandemi. Beberapa basisdata berbasis multi disiplin terlihat secara konsisten lebih banyak dimanfaatkan oleh sivitas akademika seperti ScienceDirect, Taylor and Francis Journal, Springer Journals, Sage Journals, dan Emeralds Journals. Basis data elektronik lintas fakultas juga terlihat lebih banyak pemanfaatannya disbanding basis data bidang ilmu tertentu. Di sisi lain, terdapat beberapa penurunan pemanfaatan basis data elektronik dari penyedia tertentu. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi lebih dalam tren pemanfaatan basis data elektronik di Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Maca Syekh or also called Macaseh is a popular and preserved religious oral tradition in Banten. The reading of the Maca Syekh was done to exemplify the struggle of Sheikh Abdur Qadir Al-Jaelani who was a great worldwide cleric. This long-standing religious rite has seen its implementation decline as it competes with other cultures that are increasingly unstoppable. This study intends to express the importance of the implementation of the Maca Syekh which is described in the descriptions. The method carried out in this study is descriptive qualitative by presenting its analysis using reflective conceptual techniques. The results obtained after that knowing the importance of Maca Syekh, became the basis for efforts to maintain religious oral traditions by mixing them with the concept of literary learning and collaborating with History and Islamic studies at the level of education in high school.

Critical discourse analysis (AWK) becomes an interesting study, because in a discourse is not solely seen from the aspect of what is written or the aspect spoken. AWK Van Dijk model becomes its own characteristic because in it there are many parts such as super structure, macro and micro structure. In the online news that there is a Tirto.id page about the causes of floods in South Kalimantan, there are many news stories that are found the same, but have differences in intent and purpose. The cause of this flood became a debate between parties and circles so it was packed with interest by Tirto.id. This research uses qualitative methods of desriptive by parsing the data using documentation techniques and analytical techniques. This study produced data and analysis that discussed superstructure, macro structure, and microstructure contained in three online news themed on the causes of flooding in South Kalimantan. From the online news can also be used as teaching material in the learning of explanatory texts, to increase knowledge about the news in the text read or heard.

Katalog jasa endorsment terpusat dibangun melalui sistem informasi berbasis web dimana pelanggan bisa melihat daftar selebgram beserta informasi detil mengenai akun dan melakukan transaksi didalamnya. Sistem informasi tersebut dibangun menggunakan metodologi Unifieed Softwaree Developmennt Proces (USDP) adalah tahapannya yaitu mendefinisikan model analisiss, model perancangaan, model devlopmnet, implementasii serta model pengujiaan. Proses pemodelaan menggunaakan Unifieed Modeling Languege. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sebuah marketplace yang bernama socialbuzzer yang dikelola oleh manajemen artis untuk menjadi perantara antara pengusaha dan selebgram.

The Law on Notary Position does not clearly regulate the responsibilities of the notary in criminal cases and the criminal responsibility of the deed he has drawn up. This article discusses issues regarding the legal consequences for a notary's deed in case of a criminal case and the responsibility of the notary for the deed he has made is reviewed under criminal law. The approach method used is normative juridical. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research state that the legal consequences for the notary deed in case of a criminal case must be proven based on a judge's decision in court. If the deed creates a case for the parties concerned, the notary can be prosecuted for punishment. The provisions of Article 66 of the UUJN-P are imperative for the Police, the Attorney General's Office, or the Judge. The Library of the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing (FK-KMK) Gadjah Mada University is facing a changing user. Users are familiar with information technology with digital content, thus influencing their habits and behavior in using library facilities with laptops or smartphones. Users need adequate and comfortable facilities to work. Recognizing a shift in the habits and behavior of library users, FK-KMK seeks to develop library facilities with a Coworking Space approach. The formulation of the problem is how to implement Coworking Space in the development of FK-KMK UGM Library facilities. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Coworking Space in the development of the FK-KMK UGM Library facilities. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach, while the research variable is the implementation of Coworking Space for the development of FK-KMK Library facilities. The results showed that the implementation of Coworking Space for the development of library facilities is done by: changing the layout of the 1st floor, namely book collection shelves, tables, chairs and circulation services; painting the pillars on the 1st floor in bright colors; adding a reading space in the front porch of the FK-KMK Library; providing facilities for users in order to feel comfortable when learning or discussing in the library. The recommendation in this research is that Coworking Space encourage users to be comfortable when using the library facilities of FK-KMK UGM, so that maintenance and cleanliness are always carried out.

STUDENT ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION IN TERMS OF ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITY. This study aims: 1) To describe the level of academic procrastination of students who follow the organization carried out by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 2) Describe the level of academic procrastination of students who do not participate in the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 3) Describe whether there is a difference between students who join the organization and students who do not join the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. In this study, the researcher used a comparative quantitative method where the researcher compared two variables, whether there were differences in academic procrastination between students who joined the organization and students who did not join the organization. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that; 1) The level of procrastination in students who do not join the organization is in the low category with an average score of 81.4. 2) The level of academic procrastination of students who join the organization is in the high category with an average value of 92.4. 3) There is a significant difference between students who do not join the organization and students who join the organization. Judging from the results of data processing in the SPSS For Windows Release version 26 program, the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000, which means that there is a difference between the two variables.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value. The method used is quantitative by conducting content analysis on Green Banking Disclosure items based on the Green Banking Disclosure Index developed by Bose, Khan, Rashid, & Islam (2018). Firm value is measured using the Tobins'q ratio. Regression analysis technique is used in performing statistical tests. The population in this study are all Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 to 2020 by providing criteria for the samples taken. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value in Islamic banking.

A novel approach, namely photocatalytic esterification and addition reaction of unsaturated fatty acids using CuO/TiO2 catalyst has been investigated in kemiri sunan oil. The objectives of this study are to reduce the free fatty acid (FFA) content by using catalyst CuO/TiO2, characterization of the catalyst and the operation condition of reaction. The CuO/TiO2 catalyst was synthesized by the impregnation of TiO2 P25 powder with copper nitrate solution as a precursor and followed by calcination. The field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Transmission electron microscopes (TEM) result showed that copper oxide was highly dispersed on the TiO2 surface. The X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) result showed that Cu is in the state of CuO (Cu2+), while Ti is in Ti4+ ( TiO2). The bandgap energy of CuO/TiO2 was smaller than TiO2 P25. It was found that the reactions conducted in the presence of CuO/TiO2 in a photoreactor under UV irradiation can perform esterification and addition reaction of the FFA, simultaneously. The optimum reduction of the FFA was under condition of 4% loading CuO/TiO2, 4 hours reaction time, 30:1 (mole/mole) methanol to oil ratio, 5% (w/w) catalyst amount. The conversion of FFA was at around 59%. The Gas Chromatography—Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) results showed that the addition reaction of -eleostearic acid simultaneously occured at 100% conversion. Although the photocatalyst selectivity in FFA reduction was relatively low, but double bond reduction of -eleostearic acid (C18:3) was very high. The reduction of multiple double bond is considered as positive poin to improve the oxidative stability of the product. Lepidoptera is an economically important insect pest that attacks many commercially important crops. Synthetic insecticides are currently most extensively utilized to control this pest. The use of massive doses of synthetic pesticides has resulted in resistance and resurgence. Therefore, developing an environmentally acceptable technique for controlling insect pest populations, such as using natural plant components as insecticides, can assist in mitigating the negative impacts of synthetic pesticides. Plant pesticides or botanical insecticides are becoming increasingly popular. This bibliometric research aimed to demonstrate the growth, awareness, importance, international cooperation or collaboration and knowledge gaps in developing synthetic botanical insect pesticides in the future. Information used in this research was culled from 138 scientific papers (Scopus database) and analyzed using VOSviewer 1.6.17. Descriptive statistics was used to identify the rate of botanical insecticide development in controlling these insect pests by analyzing the contributing documents by year, country and bibliometric analysis of country and keyword co-occurrence. The research started in 1985 and exponential growth occurred after 2006. In addition, the trend peaked in 2020 and is currently being maintained. The scientific papers were distributed from 41 countries, with Brazil being the most productive. The bibliographical network shows the relatedness of information about keywords between countries. The results obtained can help recognize existing knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and considered in developing botanical insecticides to control this lepidopteran pest.

Karang Taruna Karya 4 is located in the Leak Village consists of all young people totaling 38 people. Karang Taruna Karya 4 most of which are freshwater fish cultivators (pokdakan) who are still active today. The catfish marketing system used by Karang Taruna Karya 4 is currently very conventional and only relies on buyers from middlemen, restaurants or catfish pecel food stalls. Therefore, new ideas or strategies are needed in terms of Product Development and Innovation, Promotion, as well as product distribution that is right on target, effective and efficient but produces encouraging sales, so that it is expected to advance or improve the economy of all members of Karang Taruna Karya 4. The solution offered to overcome these problems is the development of innovation from catfish to catfish crackers. This community partnership program (PKM) aims to train catfish crackers, marketing management training, training on how to make a Home Industry Food permit (PIRT), and providing capital. This PKM has been implemented for 6 months, from April to September 2021. The community groups in this PKM are 10 members of Karang Taruna Karya 4. The target is after training on making catfish crackers, marketing management training, training on how to make PIRT permits, and providing capital, Karang Taruna Karya 4 can grow by 80%. PKM begins with an interview with the Chairperson of Karang Taruna Karya 4. After that, take care of licensing to related parties, prepare material and non-material needed in the implementation of the PKM, and prepare a coordination team in the PKM. Then the analysis was carried out, namely mentoring training on catfish cracker making, marketing management training, training on how to make PIRT permits. The results of the PKM went smoothly, the openness of the Karang Taruna Karya 4 management in conveying problems and discussions related to solutions to problems were obtained well. Currently, the management of Karang Taruna Karya 4 knows how to collaborate with other parties to market and improve online marketing so that catfish crackers are better known and have more buyers.

Pelatihan daring Kepemimpinan OSIS pada saat pandemi Covid-19 saat ini mengalami perubahan pada pimpinan dalam memantau bawahanya. Maka dari itu diperlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola OSIS di dalam lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berbentuk pelatihan secara daring yang ditujukan khususnya untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Telesandi Bekasi bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri para anggota OSIS dimasa Pandemi saat ini. Kegiatan dilakukan secara daring melalui media zoom meeting berbentuk pelatihan. Kegiatan memiliki manfaat yang dapat dilihat dari antusiasme para peserta melalui pertanyaan tentang konsep kepemimpinan OSIS dimasa Pandemi saat ini, mulai dari minat siswa yang akan masuk kedalam OSIS

Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diri sekolah dan supervisi yang dilakukan terhadap guru di SMK Negeri 2 Sarolangun Provinsi Jambi, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui Supervisi akademik di SMK Negeri 2 Sarolangun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (School Action Research). Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 orang guru di SMK Negeri 2 Sarolangun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaa Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Sarolangun. Hal ini dilihat dari kesiapan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Disamping itu berdasarkan hasil penilitian yang dilakukan nilai rata-rata RPP yang dibuat oleh guru juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus 1 rata- rata nilai 70,10 dan pada siklus 2 dengan nilai rata-rata 80,5. Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) merupakan pemanfaatan bukti ilmiah berdasarkan penelitian klinis mutakhir yang sahih dalam tatalaksana proses penyembuhan penyakit. Salah satu syarat utama untuk memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan klinik yang evidence-based, adalah dengan menyediakan bukti-bukti ilmiah yang relevan. Tipe kajian diutamakan yang berupa hasil review sistematik, meta-analisis, dan randomised controlled trial (RCT). Salah satu dari lima langkah dalam evidence based medicine yaitu yaitu menelusur bukti dari sumber database hasil penelitian yang memuat bukti-bukti ilmiah. PubMed Clinical Queries dan The Cochrane Library merupakan database berisi hasil riset sekunder (systematic-review/meta-analysis) yang mensintesis hasil riset primer. Kolaborasi pustakawan dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan atau menelusur artikel hasil penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam pengambilan klinis dari database yang memuat bukti ilmiah.

Cultural, social, personal, and psychological are consumer behavior factors in buying and selling transactions, especially buying and selling durian using the bonded bond system in Lemahabang Village. In practice, buying and selling of durian using the bonded system is carried out by both parties when the fruit is still on the tree, so the quality and quantity are not known. The purpose of this study was to determine how much cultural, social, personal, and psychology influence the purchase decision for durian with the bonded system. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The population in this study were all durian farmers who were durian buyers with the bonded bond system in Lemahabang Village whose numbers were unknown or infinite. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling and the determination of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula, which is a total of at least 100 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results showed that partially cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors had a significant and positive effect and positive relationship between the independent variables on durian purchasing decisions with the bonded system. Simultaneously, culture, social, personal, and psychological factors influence on durian purchasing decisions with the results of f count of 45.106> f table of 2.47 and a significant value of 0.000

This study aims to develop a self-assessment instrument in the affective domain of students' social attitudes which was modified by the case of the instrument item. The measurement results can be used as a recommendation for the self-assessment of students' social attitudes at school. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The instrument was content validated by five experts using Aiken, and construct validation using Expl0rtory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while the reliability estimation used Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results showed that there were seven instrument factors to assess the affective domain of students' social attitudes, namely honest, disciplined, polite, caring, responsible, responsive, and proactive. Content validity using the Aiken index shows 28 valid items. The construct validity of the instrument was carried out using EFA with a KMO value of 0.618, which means it has met the requirements. The fit model based on the CFA results shows the Chi-square value 2df = 258.022x341, p-value = 0.4160.05, RMSEA = 0.01970.08, CFI = 0.91, GFI = 0.86, AGFI = 0.88. In item estimation, the factor loading value is 0.3, which means the items in the instrument are valid. The estimated reliability of the instrument shows the Cronbach Alpha coefficient value of 0.895, which means that all developed instruments are reliable. Valid and reliable instruments are very important to get good information about the affective assessment of students' social attitudes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang perkembangan filsafat ilmu di dalam kultur masyarakat secara modern. Faktor-faktor yang dikaji di dalam penelitian adalah tentang perubahan karakter kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Masalah tersebut timbul dari akibat perkembangan di dalam masyarakat yang semakin berubah sesuai dengan dinamika kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian sosiologi hukum yang membahas tentang hubungan antara masyarakat dan hukum, mempelajari secara analistis dan empiris pengaruh timbul balik antara hukum dan gejalan sosial lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu perkembangan filsafat ilmu di era modern dalam kultur masyarakat.

The Indonesian government has prohibited universities from refusing students with disabilities to study in universities. This is clearly stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Research and Technology - Higher Education, Number 46 of 2017 concerning Special Education and Special Service Education in Higher Education. But unfortunately, there are still many universities that refuse to accept persons with disabilities to study in their educational institutions. This study is intended to answer the question why universities reject special needs students and what the best solutions are so that special needs students can gain access to study in higher education. This is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach because it describes a specific, profound phenomenon and obtains the essence of the participants' life experiences at a particular phenomenon. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 special needs students who graduated from Special Schools who experienced rejection when applying to college. The results of this study indicate that universities need to consider four aspects in managing their programs in order to create inclusiveness in their educational institutions, namely Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability, and Adaptability. In addition, stricter supervision is needed to impose sanctions on universities that reject persons with disabilities.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and work life balance on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Riau Province. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study is the entire number of employees at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Riau Province. The sampling technique in this research is using saturated sampling so that the number of samples is the same as the total population of 40 people. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression using a computer program. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational culture, leadership, and work life balance on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Riau Province. This study provides recommendations to the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Riau Province to improve employee performance from indicators of innovation made by employees at work and indicators of employee development in addition to organizational culture that still needs to improve attitudes towards risk, action orientation, and power discance, on leadership variables it is necessary to paying attention to indicators of participation in decision making, and showing concern or interaction with the team, as well as on work life balance variables in almost all indicators such as work interfering with personal life, personal life interfering with work, satisfaction with work balance and improvisation of effectiveness at work.

Morinda citrifolia juice has long been used as a traditional herbal medicine in Indonesia to treat various diseases, including lowering blood sugar levels. However, the compounds responsible for this activity have not been widely studied. This research aimed to isolate the marker compounds from fermented M. citrifolia juice extract based on bioassay guidelines of antidiabetic activity and reduction of DPPH. Separation and purification of the ethyl acetate fraction yielded two, namely compounds 1 and 2. The chemical structures of these marker compounds, identified as scopoletin (1) and quercetin (2), were elucidated by LCMS Spectrometry and NMR analyses. The IC50 values of compounds 1 and 2 were respectively 61.93 and 21.65 μM for α-glucosidase, with 844.06 and 35.23 μM for DPPH free radical scavenger effect. Based on these results, scopoletin and quercetin can be used as quality control biomarkers of products produced from fermented M. citrifolia juice extract.

Maxim is a short sentence with deep meaning related to value and purpose of law include agrarian law. This article analyse the meaning of fiat justitia ruat caelum and fiat justitia ne pereat mundus as well as its relation to agrarian justice and its contextuality. Both of those maxim are paradigmatically analysed. This is a normative juridical research, use conceptual and historical approach with secondary data then qualitatively analysed. Concluded that fiat justitia ruat caelum and fiat justitia pereat mundus is part of legal formalism. The agrarian justice is achieved when the law is enforced as the text and its acontextual. In contrast, fiat justitia ne pereat mundus consider law is valid when it is according to the purpose and agrarian justice exist when it bring out prosperity for all people. Paradigmatically, fiat justicia ruat caelum and fiat justitia pereat mundus fall in positivism paradigm, consider rule is perfect, no interpretation, separation of law and morality, impossibility of interdisciplinary approach. In another hand, fiat justitia ne pereat mundus falls in post positivism paradigm which consider law is imperfect, interpretation is possible, no separation of law and morality and interdisciplinary approch is opened. The law is acontextual.
