Blended learning(BL) has been integrated into the field of education for decades. Face to Face (FtF) and online teaching have been recognized as the element key for setting up BL environments. Therefore, online materials have been used commonly in classes. Numerous educators have researched how stakeholders, such as students, teachers, and administrators perceived blended learning. However, there is little information on students’ learning processes while watching online materials incorporated in BL in Thailand. In an education field, particularly, English language teaching (ELT), questionnaire, observation, and text analysis research methods are used commonly. Analytical approaches with a reproducible workflow are rarely used in such assessments. We here use sentiment analysis and generalized linear mixed models in a frequentist framework to assess students' perceptions toward blended learning and online materials in a fully open pre registered approach. This study aims to answer: what are students’ perceptions of blended learning? and what are students' attitudes towards online materials?
