DHF case are diseases caused by four types of dengue virus, where each type has its own characteristics and pattern of spread. The purpose of this study is to make predictions on DHF cases in the future. This study uses the Multiplicative Decomposition method, in which this method breaks down time series data into four patterns, namely trend, seasonality, cycles and error. This research was conducted at RSU Haji Medan using DHF case data from January 2017 to December 2021. The results showed that the Multiplicative Decomposition method has an MSE value of 0,0012 and a MAPE value of 0,23%, which means it has a very good accuracy value because less than 10%. The conclusion of the study is that the Multiplicative Decomposition method is a method in the good category in predicting future DHF cases

Kasus yang dirasakan oleh PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV terkait dengan pasokan Tandan Buah Segar(TBS) yang tidak konsisten. Perihal ini menimbulkan terbentuknya pemberhentian produksi untuk sementara waktu, oleh karena itu saat memproduksi CPO produk tidak tepat dengan sasaran. Tujuan dari hasil penelitian ini merupakan untuk memprediksi tingkat kenaikan hasil produksi bahan baku (CPO) serta (TBS) memakai metode Proses Stokastik Markov Chain. Dari hasil pengolahan informasi buat tahun 2022 didapat peningkatan hasil dari produksi (CPO) dengan nilai rata- rata pengendalian persediaan sebesar 1.509.087 Kg. Sebaliknya untuk kenaikan dari hasil produksi (TBS) sebesar 8.200.441 Kg. Bila dibanding dengan produksi pada tahun- tahun lebih dahulu, bisa dilihat bahwa akan terjadi kenaikan pada tahun 2021. Bersumber pada hasil penelitian dari persediaan Kelapa sawit bila persediaan bahan yang sangat kecil hingga hendak memunculkan kerugian untuk industri, bisa disimpulkan jika hasil pengukuran metode Proses Stokastik Markov Chain membuktikan pergeseran persediaan yang disebabkan umur persediaan hingga industri memperhitungkan persediaan yang ada agar bisa memenuhi permintaan periode.

- Abstract
Diabetes melitus adalah salah satu jenis penyakit yang tidak menular namun salah satu penyakit tertinggi di Indonesia. Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke empat dengan pasien diabetes melitus terbanyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar mengetahui faktor atau variabel mana yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap diabetes melitus. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik, regresi logistik ialah suatu metode analisis statistika bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hubungan variabel dependen yang mempunyai dua/lebih kategori atau jenis dengan satu atau lebih variabel independen. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh variabel olahraga mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,035. Variabel umur sebesar 0,030, variabel obesitas 0,669. Dan variabel hipertensi sebesar 0,035 serta variabel kolesterol sebesar 0,142. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan faktor penyebab diabetes melitus yang berpengaruh signifikan adalah umur, olahraga dan hipertensi, yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan adalah obesitas dan kolesterol. Probabilitas pasien terkena diabetes melitus adalah sebesar 0,997.

PDAM Tirtanadi is a large company owned by Sumatera Utara region which has been operating since 1905. In distributing water, PDAM Tirtanadi spends a lot of money. The purpose of this research is to apply the Modified Distribution (MODI) method in order to achieve minimum costs in distributing water to water companies PDAM Tirtanadi. In completing the transportation method, the researcher uses two stages, namely first to find an initial solution using the North West Corner (NWC) method and secondly to improve the initial solution to find out whether it is optimal or not using the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. - Abstract
Catfish farming is a business that is engaged in the fishing industry. An activity in which people raise catfish (including spawning, breeding, etc.) to be sold. Therefore, the just in time method is used to minimize costs by planning the inventory calculation of the cost of catfish cultivation needs such as seeds, marketing, raw materials so that costs are more optimal and market supplies more controlled. After analyzing the total cost of inventory in Pak Dedy Santoso catfish farming, it can be concluded that in the company's calculation method the level of raw material requirements is 6000 kg, with 12 times the quantity of delivery, the total cost of raw material inventory in catfish farming is Rp. 2,670. 750.00. Whereas in the calculation of the Just In Time system, namely delivery of 85 times with a total inventory cost of Rp. 289,684, - and it can be seen that the cost savings obtained are Rp. 2,381,066. Then about the tolerance value for defects, damage, loss, and others by 5%. At the inventory level of 6000 kg, assuming a tolerance level of 5%, it is known that the inventory in the company's calculation is 6,300 kg

7. Forecasting of The Crime Rate Using Automatic Clustering and Fuzzy Logic Relationship Method In North Sumatra

- Abstract
Currently the crime rate is very alarming and reported in various mass and electronic media. The high crime rate in the Province of Nort Sumatra is very unsettling for the community. The purpose of this research is to get the result of forecasting the crime ratel in the 2021 - 2024 using Automatic Clustering And Fuzzy Logic Relationship (ACFLR) method. The advantage of this method is that the method has a high level of accuracy because the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value is relative small and the results of forecasting analysis obtained in 2021 there are 31522 cases, in 2022 are 31533 cases, in 2023 are 31574 cases and the last one in 2024 was 31602 cases. E-commerce merupakan dunia bisnis dalam internet dengan cara berbelanja atau berdagang secara online yang memanfaatkan internet. Pengguna internet menjadikan e-commerce sebagai pasar yang sangat bagus untuk pelaku industri bisnis online. Untuk melakukan bisnis e-commerce sangat diperlukan survey untuk mengetahui perkembangan situs belanja online agar pelaku bisnis e-commerce dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumen dalam memilih situs belanja online. Pelaku bisnis e-commerce dapat mengatur strategi pemasaran di masa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Markov Chain untuk memprediksi penggunaan situs belanja online. Rantai Markov (Markov chains) adalah suatu teknik matematika yang biasa digunakan untuk melakukan pembuatan model bermacam-macam sistem dan proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persaingan bisnis online di masa mendatang. Hasil penelitian sampai tahun 2022, diprediksi Shopee dengan persentase 44% dan Tokopedia dengan persentase 48% akan menjadi situs yang masih banyak diminati mahasiswa karena presentase penggunaannya masih tetap naik. Sedangkan Bukalapak dengan persentase 4%, Lazada dengan persentase 7%, Blibli.com dengan persentase 1%, dan JD.id dengan persentase 0% mengalami pegeseran peminatan.

Perencanaan produksi memiliki fungsi penting dalam perusahaan. Perencanaan produksi merupakan kegiatan untuk menetapkan produk yang akan diproduksi, jumlah yang dibutuhkan, kapan produk harus selesai dan sumber-sumber yang dibutuhkan. Dalam perencanaan produksi tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu, harus mempertimbangkan volume produksi agar dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar, biaya produksi yang minimum, dan keuntungan maksimum. UD Bandrek Halim memiliki tujuan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dan juga mempertimbangkan biaya yang digunakan selama proses produksi agar keuntungan yang diperoleh dapat maksimal. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan metode Goal Programming untuk mengoptimalkan produksi bandrek yang mana metode ini dapat menyelesaikan lebih dari satu tujuan dan penyelesaian model dilakukan dengan bantuan program LINGO 18.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh solusi optimal yaitu tercapainya target volume penjualan, biaya produksi tidak melebihi batas yaitu sebesar Rp46.917.969,- dan juga target keuntungan tercapai yaitu Rp62.116.551,- selama 6 bulan.

- Abstract
Estimates are important tools in effective and efficient planning for predicting future events. Identical estimates of the future values of a variable for planning or decision making of a situation to estimate future values. Monte Carlo simulation is a simulation model that involves a series of random and sampling with a probability distribution that can be known and determined, then this simulation can be used. In this study, data is taken from the amount of water usage in PDAM Tirtanadi H.M branch. Yamin, North Sumatra from January 2018 to June 2019. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using Monte Carlo Simulation to determine the forecast results in the years that follow. The result is an estimated amount of water usage in 2019 and 2020 at PDAM Tirtanadi H.M branch. Yamin, North Sumatra is 8,604,556 and 8,592,873. The estimated amount of water use is down from the amount of water use in 2018 which reached 8,685,356. The amount of water usage in 2018, 2019 and 2020 decreases by about .

12. Analisa Kandungan Mineral, Lemak dan Protein pada Sampel Ikan Kembung Rebus Asin

- Abstract
Research has been carried out to analyze the content of minerals, fat and protein in salted boiled pufferfish samples. Samples were purchased from a traditional market in Medan City, Indonesia. The method used is the 2005 AOAC method. Crude protein analysis was carried out by the Kjeldhal method, crude fat analysis was carried out by the Soxhlet extraction method, water content analysis was carried out by the drying method, ash content analysis was carried out by the combustion method at high temperature, and mineral analysis was carried out by using an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The results of the analysis of the salted mackerel sample obtained crude protein content of 65.9770 %, this indicates that the salted boiled mackerel sample has a high protein content. Crude fat content from the analysis is 16.7600 %. The water content and ash content of the boiled mackerel samples were 9.5077% and 6.2700%, respectively. Mineral analysis, namely the levels of calcium and sodium obtained respectively 0.7635 ppm and 0.7571 ppm.

This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by students in solving story questions on set material in class VII MTs Negeri Hamparan Perak Academic Year 2017/2018. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In collecting data, the methods used are observation, interview and documentation. In analyzing research data using data exposure, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The questions used were as many as 4 problems of set stories. Subjects in the study of students of class VII-A State of Hamparan Perak State MTs, amounting to 20 students with selected respondents 3 students in the category of high, medium, and low story problem solving ability. The results showed that the three subjects made errors in transformation (transformation error), processing error (processing error), and error writing the final answer (encoding error). The factor causing this error is because the subject failed in turning the story problem into a mathematical model which results in the subject being wrong in the process of completion, writing the final answer and the existence of a careless factor.

The community service is carried out in Rahuning Village RahuningDistrict Asahan Regency. Rahuning Village has a special characteristic, namely that every house yard has one or the other than rambutan trees. So far, rambutan seeds have not been used but thrown away as waste. The service provides information andinterest in using rambutan seeds to become chips. These rambutan seed chips aresnacks or light snacks that function as antidiabetes. The manufacturing process isrelatively easy. The main process is the crushing/ slab process. This chips can also be varied with the addition of herbs or spices and other mixed ingredients such as tapioca flour, wheat flour, sago, flour, cornstarch , and others. These rambutan seed chips are a light snack as an additional food that functions as an anti-diabetic and provides additional economic value for local residents. Rambutan seeds, which have been categorized as waste, can now be used as a light snack in the form of chips which function as antidiabetes. Keywords: chips, rambutan seeds, antidiabetes.

Robust regression is a regression method used when the remainder's distribution is not reasonable, or there is an outreach to observational data that affects the model. One method for estimating regression parameters is the Least Squares Method (MKT). The method is easily affected by the presence of outliers. Therefore we need an alternative method that is robust to the presence of outliers, namely robust regression. Methods for estimating robust regression parameters include Least Trimmed Square (LTS) and Least Median Square (LMS). These methods are estimators with high breakdown points for outlier observational data and have more efficient algorithms than other estimation methods. This study aims to compare the regression models formed from the LTS and LMS methods, determine the efficiency of the model formed, and determine the factors that influence the production of community oil palm in Langkat District in 2018. The results showed that in testing, the estimated model of the regression parameters showed the same results. Compared to the efficiency estimator and the error square value, it was concluded that the LTS method was more efficient. Variable land area and productivity influence the production of palm oil smallholders in Langkat District in 2018. as well as the comparison of the efficiency estimator and the error square value, it was concluded that the LTS method was more efficient. Excess or lack of inventory that is too large is a problem that can trigger increased costs so that companies do not get the benefits they should. The purpose of this study is to minimize the cost of inventories of crude palm oil using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method and EPQ (Economic Production Quantity) methods at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. From the results it is known that economic orders according to the EOQ method in 2017 amounted to 2.741,222 tons and in 2018 amounted to 2.825,927 tons. The difference in total inventory costs generated using the EOQ method and company conditions in 2017 amounted to Rp71.605.439.976,17 and in 2018 amounting to Rp60.884.174.907,3. The optimal amount of production (EPQ) in 2017 and 2018 was 146.226,147 tons. The difference in total inventory costs generated using the EPQ method and the condition of the company in 2017 and 2018 amounted to Rp102.771.704.121,63.

This study aims to obtain zeolite powder from Sarulla natural zeolite as an adsorbent, particle size of zeolite powder, and water analysis before and after water purification. The benefit is to increase the benefits of zeolite to a higher economic value.The method used is the grinding mill method to smooth the zeolite chunks. Whereas the water purification process uses a screening process.The results of this study were zeolite produced at 200 mesh or 74 microns, and the purification was successfully carried out.The conclusion of this study is that zeolite powder obtained from Sarulla natural zeolite as an adsorbent, obtained zeolite particles namely 200 mesh or 74 microns, and the water purification process was successfully carried out.
