O estudo tem por objetivo estabelecer a relação entre os índices pluviométricos da bacia de captação da área de estudo e as alterações nos valores de reflectância da água do reservatório da UHE Passo Real. Foram utilizadas 11 imagens do sensor MODIS-TERRA a fim de compor um ano hidrológico. Os dados de precipitação são provenientes da Defesa Civil do Rio Grande do Sul, totalizando 31 estações pluviométricas distribuídas na bacia de captação. A análise estatística levou em conta o acúmulo de precipitação no período de 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 e 30 dias anteriores à passagem do satélite. A reflectância da banda do vetmelho (648 nm) foi relacionada com a precipitação na área de captação reservatório. Correlações significativas foram verificadas entre a reflectância da água e a chuva antecedente a passagem do sensor. O valor acumulado de chuva em 20 dias anteriores a imagem de satélite apresentou correlação de 0,88 com a reflectância para o setor do rio Jacuí e 0,83 no setor do rio Jacuí-Mirim. As relações foram analisadas por compartimentos do reservatório definidos pela bacias de captação dos braços principais do reservatório, no entanto, o compartimento aquático definido pelo rio lngaí apresentou a melhor conelação (0,83) que ocotTeu com o acumulado de chuva no período de 25 dias. As imagens MODIS registram as chuvas ocorridas em um período de 20 dias antes da passagem do satélite. Especificamente no compartimento do rio lngaí este efeito ocorre para um período de 25 dias. This research establishes a relationship between pluviometric rales in the catchment basin on the studied area and changes of reflectance data of Passo Real reservoir. 11 images were used from MODIS-LAND sensor to compose a hydrological year profile. Rainfall data was provided from the Dept. of Civilian Defense of state of Rio Grande do Sul, adding up to 31 pluviometric stations spread around the catchment basin. The statistical analysis has considered the accumulation of rainfall in the period of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 days before the satellite's passage. Red band (648nm) reflectance data were linked to the reservoir's catchment basin. A considerable relationship between reflectance of water and rain preceding the sensor's passage was noticed. The value of accumulated rainfall for the 20 preceding days to the satellite's passage presented correlation of 0.88 to the reflectance of the sector of Jacuí river and 0.83 to the sector of Jacuí-Mirim river. The relationship between the reservoir's compartments, defined by the river catchment basin and its derivations, were analyzed. However, the aquatic compartment defined by lngaí river had the best correlation (0.83) that occurred on the accumulation of rainfall in a period of 25 days. Therefore, the MODIS images registered rain in a period of 20 days before the satellite's passage. This effect occurred in a period of 25 days, in particular, in the compartment of Ingaí river.

Novel autoantibodies targeting intracellular proteins are recently detected in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs).To evaluate the prevalence of these myositis-specific antibodies (MSAs) in juvenile IIMs (JIIMs) and their association with clinical characteristics and disease course.A systematic literature search was carried out to identify all studies concerning these novel MSAs (p155/140, p140, CADM-140, SAE and 200/100) in patients with JIIMs.A total of 1003 references were identified, of which 118 were selected for detailed analysis and 13 included in the final review.The anti-p155/140, the anti-p140 and the anti-CADM-140 seem to be useful markers for define distinct clinical subsets and for predicting prognosis of JIIMs. Further studies are needed to clarify the importance of anti 200/100 and anti-SAE in juvenile myositis.
