The self-assembling process of a simple 3D molecular model that reproduces the hexagonal lattice that HIV-1 has in its immature stage is presented. The system is made of two overlapped repulsive spheres as a building block, both spheres are decorated with attractive patches simulating the main HIV-1 Gag interactions. If the overlapped spheres have the same diameter size, a flat lattice is assembled, while a curvature is induced in the resulting lattice when different diameters are used. Thus, the importance of this model lies on the fact that only by changing the overlapped spheres diameters it is possible to form icosahedral capsids according to the Kaspar and Klug model, known as T = 1, T = 3 and T = 4 without the use of any scaffold, such as the surface of a sphere. Only one molecular species is used to assemble hexagons and pentagons. WCA potential is used for repulsive particles and LJ for the attractive ones. Only two kinds of patches are needed to form a capsid. Two patches to form pairs, which form hexagons and pentagons, and the one that forms triplets, which connects the polygons together. These interactions are based on previous reports of the HIV-1 Gag protein.

[Resumen] Uno de los principales fenómenos a evitar en los sistemas con muestreo por umbrales fijos es la aparición de ciclos límite. Existe bibliografía sobre cómo evitarlos usando técnicas clásicas de análisis, sin embargo, dichos trabajos no tienen en cuenta el efecto de las señales que intervienen en el bucle sobre la robustez del sistema. En este trabajo se presenta una metodología que permite a un controlador por eventos del tipo SSOD-PI resintonizarse de forma dinámica para evitar oscilaciones de ciclo límite generadas por perturbaciones de tipo rampa. [Abstract] One of the main phenomena to avoid in systems sampled with fixed threshold samplers is the appearance of limit cycle oscillations. There is extensive literature on how to avoid them using classical analysis techniques, however, these works do not take into account the effect of the signals involved in the loop on the robustness of the system. This paper presents a methodology that allows the controller to dynamically retune itself to avoid limit cycle oscillations generated by ramp-type disturbances. This paper proposes a new method for systems identification from relay feedback test. As a difference with most of the existing methods, which are based on the describing function technique, our proposal considers a more precise approach that allows to improve the estimation results. Furthermore, the method has also the advantage of being easy to implement, which makes it to stand out among other methods that require introducing additional elements on the loop or extend the experiment duration. The validity of the proposed method has been proved using a batch of models that represent the most common dynamic behaviors of actual industrial processes. The study reveals that with the new proposal, using data from a simple relay experiment, the error in the estimation for some kind of systems can be considerably reduced with respect to previous approaches. Del 7 al 9 de septiembre de 2022 Logroño (La Rioja) En este trabajo se presenta la integración de 4diac-FORTE y Factory IO mediante OPC-UA. Dicha integración permite verificar software de control desarrollado según la norma IEC 61499 y de esta forma validar de metodologías para el desarrollo de dicho software. Se presenta un ejemplo sencillo que ilustra detalles importantes a tener en cuenta en la configuración adecuada del servidor OPCUA que permite esta integración. In this paper, the integration of 4diacFORTE and Factory IO through OPC-UA is presented. This integration allows verifying control software developed according to the IEC 61499 standard and opens the possibility of validating methodologies for the development of control applications under that standard. A simple example is presented that allows illustrating important details to take into account in the proper configuration of the OPC-UA server that allows this integration.

Psoriasis vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory cutaneous disease that affects approximately 2% of the US population. Psoriasis occurs when a genetically susceptible individual has a trigger stimulus that initiates cell selection, proliferation and damage. During the past four decades, predictive gene signatures, important participating cells and specific signaling mediators have been identified. A better understanding of these pathogenic events have lead to more effective, targeted methods to prevent, diagnose and treat this disease. However, more advances are required in early disease. Several triggers have been proposed as initiator events for psoriasis, including alarmins such as ATP. ATP is a particularly interesting alarmin that, via P2X7 receptor (P2X7R) signaling, induces NF-­κB activation and the IL-­23/IL-­17 axis, both of which have been shown to be psoriasis susceptibility pathways. However, the role of alarmins in psoriasis mechanistic pathogenesis have not been well addressed. Here I report that 2’(3’)-­O-­(4-­ Benzoylbenzoyl) adenosine 5’-­triphosphate, an ATP analog and P2X7R agonist, in the presence of an ATPase inhibitor induced psoriasiform dermatitis in mice characterized by acanthosis, increased vascularity, parakeratosis, microabscess formation, and increased inflammation and inflammatory infiltrates. The induced inflammatory response is largely dependent on the IL-­1β/NLRP3 inflammasome pathway and neutrophils extracellular traps. In conclusion, my results demonstrate that cutaneous inflammatory responses induced via alarmin signaling through the P2X7R have implications in the pathogenesis and potential treatment of inflammatory diseases, such as psoriasis. La psoriasis vulgar es una enfermedad cutánea inflamatoria crónica que afecta aproximadamente al 2% de la población de EE. UU. La psoriasis ocurre cuando un individuo genéticamente susceptible tiene un estímulo desencadenante que inicia la selección, proliferación y daño celular. Durante las últimas cuatro décadas, se han identificado biomarcadores de genes predictivos, células participantes importantes y mediadores de señalización específicos. Una mejor comprensión de estos eventos patógenos podría conducir a métodos efectivos y específicos para prevenir, diagnosticar y tratar esta enfermedad. Se han propuesto varios desencadenantes como eventos iniciadores de la psoriasis, incluidas alarminas como el ATP. El ATP es una alarmina particularmente interesante que, a través de la señalización via receptor P2X7 (P2X7R), induce la activación de NF-­κB y el eje IL-­23 / IL-­17, los cuales han demostrado que son vías de patogénesis en la psoriasis. Sin embargo, el papel de las alarminas en la patogénesis de la psoriasis no se ha abordado bien. Aquí informo que 2 '(3') -­ O-­ (4-­ Benzoilbenzoil) adenosina 5'-­trifosfato, un análogo de ATP y agonista de P2X7R, en presencia de un inhibidor de ATPasa induce dermatitis psoriasiforme en ratones caracterizada por acantosis, aumento de la vascularización, paraqueratosis, formación de microabscesos y aumento de la inflamación y los infiltrados inflamatorios. La respuesta inflamatoria inducida depende en gran medida de la vía del inflamasoma IL-­ 1β / NLRP3 y de las trampas extracelulares de neutrófilos. En conclusión, mis resultados demuestran que las respuestas inflamatorias cutáneas inducidas a través de la señalización purinérgica a través del P2X7R tienen implicaciones en la patogénesis y el tratamiento potencial de enfermedades inflamatorias, como la psoriasis.

Tras la controversia generada entre 2007 y 2010 sobre los posibles efectos adversos producidos por el uso de adyuvantes como el Aluminio en animales rumiantes durante las campañas de vacunación en Europa para hacer frente al virus de la lengua azul, diferentes grupos de investigación comienzan a trabajar para determinar si efectivamente el uso de estos adyuvantes puede producir estos efectos secundarios en los animales. Para validar esta hipótesis, se ha de estudiar si existe un notable cambio en los patrones de comportamiento de los animales rumiantes, tras aplicar las vacunas con este adyuvante. Estos patrones de comportamiento son a lo que llamamos habitualmente “actividades”. Dentro de estas actividades que realizan los animales rumiantes se encuentran: correr, andar, descansar, rumiar etc. Por lo tanto, el primer paso consiste en ser capaces de reconocer las actividades que hacen los animales para después analizar los posibles cambios que se puedan producir.Este reconocimiento de actividades puede realizarse por medio de un experto que observe los animales en contacto directo con ellos, lo cual es un trabajo tedioso y de larga duración, o bien por medio de algún dispositivo entrenado en el reconocimiento y clasificación de estas actividades, que se encargue de hacer este trabajo.En concreto, este trabajo fin de máster plantea el desarrollo de un sistema de adquisición de datos que, mediante sistemas de aprendizaje automático, permita el reconocimiento de actividades de ovejas, animal rumiante de estudio, en base a los datos de diferentes sensores. La idea es que, gracias a este sistema, el proceso de reconocimiento de actividades no requiera de una persona en contacto continuo con los animales, sino que sea un sistema automático y permita en un futuro extraer conclusiones sobre el uso de los adyuvantes con Aluminio. Además, aprovechando el uso de la tecnología BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), se trabaja en nuevas ideas para detectar las relaciones entre ovejas que permitan posteriormente validar si existen cambios en las relaciones entre individuos, antes y después de que a alguno de ellos se le aplique la vacuna.Por lo tanto, el presente estudio muestra el procedimiento seguido en la creación del dispositivo de reconocimiento de actividades de ovejas y los resultados obtenidos.

Background Glioblastomas (GBM) are therapy-resistant tumors with a profoundly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Chemotherapy has shown limited efficacy against GBM. Systemic delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs is hampered by the difficulty of achieving intratumoral levels as systemic toxicity is a dose-limiting factor. Although some of its effects might be mediated by immune reactivity, systemic chemotherapy can also inhibit induced or spontaneous antitumor immune reactivity. Convection-enhanced delivery of temozolomide (CED-TMZ) can tentatively increase intratumoral drug concentration while reducing systemic side effects. The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of intratumorally delivered temozolomide in combination with immunotherapy and whether such therapy can generate a cellular antitumor immune response. Methods Single bolus intratumoral injection and 3-day mini-osmotic pumps (Alzet®) were used to deliver intratumoral TMZ in C57BL6 mice bearing orthotopic gliomas. Immunotherapy consisted of subcutaneous injections of irradiated GL261 or KR158 glioma cells. Tumor size and intratumoral immune cell populations were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results Combined CED-TMZ and immunotherapy had a synergistic antitumor effect in the GL261 model, compared to CED-TMZ or immunotherapy as monotherapies. In the KR158 model, immunization cured a small proportion of the mice whereas addition of CED-TMZ did not have a synergistic effect. However, CED-TMZ as monotherapy prolonged the median survival. Moreover, TMZ bolus injection in the GL261 model induced neurotoxicity and lower cure rate than its equivalent dose delivered by CED. In addition, we found that T-cells were the predominant cells responsible for the TMZ antitumor effect in the GL261 model. Finally, CED-TMZ combined with immunotherapy significantly reduced tumor volume and increased the intratumoral influx of T-cells in both models. Conclusions We show that immunotherapy synergized with CED-TMZ in the GL261 model and cured animals in the KR158 model. Single bolus administration of TMZ was effective with a narrower therapeutic window than CED-TMZ. Combined CED-TMZ and immunotherapy led to an increase in the intratumoral influx of T-cells. These results form part of the basis for the translation of the therapy to patients with GBM but the dosing and timing of delivery will have to be explored in depth both experimentally and clinically.

Obesity is caused by lipid accumulation in adipose tissues inducing adipocyte dysfunction, characterized by insulin resistance, increased lipolysis, oxidative stress, and inflammation, leading to increased levels of adipokines. Herein the capacity of the subfractions (SFs) SF1, SF2, and SF3 from the Cucumis sativus aqueous fraction and their combinations (M) to control adipocyte dysfunction in vitro, in 3T3-L1 adipocytes was studied. Adipocytes, previously treated with dexamethasone or IL-1 to induce dysfunction, were incubated with different concentrations of the subfractions for 24 h. 2-deoxyglucose consumption and glycerol release were evaluated, and a surface model was constructed to determine the most effective SF concentrations to improve both parameters. Effective SF combinations were assessed in their capacity to control metabolic, pro-oxidative, and pro-inflammatory conditions. SF1, SF2 (40 μg/ml each) and SF3 (20 μg/ml) improved 2-deoxyglucose consumption by 87%, 57%, and 87%, respectively. SF1 and SF2 (5 μg/ml each) and SF3 (40 μg/mL) increased glycerol secretion by 10.6%, 18.9%, and 11.8%, respectively. Among five combinations tested, only M4 (SF1 40 μg/ml:SF2 60 μg/ml:SF3 30 μg/ml) and M5 (SF1 40 μg/ml:SF2 60 μg/mL:SF3 10 μg/ml) controlled effectively the metabolic, pro-oxidative, and proinflammatory conditions studied. Glycine, asparagine, and arginine were the main components in these SFs.

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en estudiar la posibilidad de utilizar un único sensor magnético para detectar el paso de los vehículos y estimar su tamaño, su velocidad y su dirección. Para ello, se pretende desarrollar un sistema que obtenga la información a partir de los cambios en el campo magnético terrestre detectados por el sensor magnético colocado bajo la calzada. Se pretende desarrollar también un sistema de reconocimiento de imágenes captadas por una cámara enfocada sobre la calzada para generar de forma automática las etiquetas de la base de datos que se utilizará para entrenar el sistema.Inicialmente, se realiza un estudio sobre los sistemas más relevantes hoy en día para la monitorización del tráfico, así como las distintas líneas de desarrollo. La información obtenida en esta investigación se utilizará en la toma de decisiones para el diseño de los modelos clasificadores.A continuación, se desarrolla un sistema automático para la creación de la base de datos. Para ello, se crea una infraestructura en la que los gestores se encargan de obtener los datos del sensor magnético y crear las etiquetas de los datos a partir de las imágenes captadas por la cámara. La base de datos creada se almacena en un servidor FTP.Una vez creada la base de datos y a partir de la información obtenida de la investigación sobre los trabajos realizados en este campo, se diseña un clasificador binario para obtener la dirección de los vehículos y dos estimadores para obtener el tamaño y la velocidad.Por último, se muestran los resultados obtenidos en este trabajo y se exponen las conclusiones y las posibles líneas de mejora que pueden utilizarse en trabajos futuros.

Este proyecto nace del intento de reducir la cantidad de datos enviados por sensores inteligentes para prolongar así su vida útil y dotarles de cierta seguridad al realizar una abstracción de los datos en crudo haciendo imposible su interpretación.Para ello se hace uso de una técnica ya desarrollada hace años, el vector quantization pero añadiéndole una serie de mejoras que permitan recalcular la disposición de los centroides para conseguir minimizar el error de reconstrucción. Se ha desarrollado esta técnica en lenguaje Python y se va a evaluar con una base de datos existente variando, los parámetros de muestreo, el uso de codificación por media y desviación típica, la composición con una o las tres componentes del sensor inercial y el tamaño de la red de entrenamiento.Con este sistema definido, se propone una clasificación de los datos reducidos para intentar sacar aun mayor índice de compresión frente a los datos enviados por el sensor en crudo.Una vez verificado el comportamiento del modelo se implementa en lenguaje micro Python en un sensor inteligente para evaluar el sistema compresor frente a su uso convencional.

Robotics will be a dominant area in society throughout future generations. Nowadays its presence is increasing in the majority of contexts of daily life, with devices and mechanisms which facilitate the accomplishment of diverse daily tasks; as well as at labor level, where machines occupy more and more jobs. This increase in the presence of autonomous robotic systems in society is due to the great efficiency and security they offer compared to human capacity, thanks mainly to the enormous precision of their sensor and actuator systems. Among these, vision sensors are of utmost importance. Humans and many animals enjoy powerful perception systems in a natural way, but which in Robotics constitutes a constant line of research. The main problem lies in the correct interpretation of visual data and the extraction of relevant information from camera images. Thus, Robotics becomes something beyond an scientific are, but also a social and cultural topic. Therefore, it is essential to raise an early awareness and train younger students to acquire the skills which will be most demanded in the short and mid-term future. In doing so, we will be ensuring their integration into a labor market dominated by intelligent robotic systems. In addition to having a high capacity for reasoning and decision-making, these robots incorporate important advances in their perceptual systems, allowing them to interact effectively in the working environments of this new industrial revolution. Since a few years ago, there are different Educational Robotics kits available in the market which are designed to be used in pre-university education. To use them as a learning tool, a correct teacher training is necessary, as well as a change in the teaching-learning methodology and in the educational environment in general. In addition, taking into account that young people live immersed in a constant environment of technological learning, most of these kits usually have a short period of interest for students, who demand motivating intellectual challenges. This thesis aims to provide several solutions to some classic problems inherent to Robotics, such as navigation and localization, but using a camera as the main sensor. In addition, a learning framework for teaching of Robotics with Vision as a subject is presented. Using it the students at pre-university curricular level learn the principles of Science and Engineering and the computer programming skills demanded in today's society. The use of Python language and its exercises about robots with vision makes this learning framework unique and more powerful than other existing frameworks. This teaching framework has been successfully used in several secondary education schools during the last two academic years (2016/2017 and 2017/2018), which includes: its software infrastructure, its hardware platform, an academic curriculum with theoretical and practical content, as well as a constructivist pedagogical methodology. The performance and satisfaction of more than 2,000 students and teachers using it, in curricular subjects such as Programming, Robotics and Technology and ICTs of Secondary Education (CSO) and extracurricular activities, have been evaluated.

Comunicación presentada en la VI Jornada Nacional sobre Estudios Universitarios, , II Taller de Innovación Educativa, Castelló de la Plana, 9 y 10 de noviembre de 2017. Los grados en ingenierías del ámbito industrial de la Universitat Jaume I (Grado en Ingeniería en Tecnologías Industriales, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica e Ingeniería Química) han participado recientemente en el programa acredita plus de aneca para la renovación de la acreditación y la solicitud del reconocimiento del sello eur-ace® de la agencia enaee. Este proceso ha resultado favorable en tanto en cuanto se ha renovado la acreditación en los mencionados títulos y se ha recono-cido el sello de calidad en programas de ingeniería, eur-ace®, aunque con ciertas prescripciones. Los cuatro títulos en la Universitat Jaume I cuentan con un porcentaje de compartición de créditos importante, especialmente en primeros cursos, y están dotados de mecanismos de coordinación, garantía de calidad y apoyo por parte de los diferentes servicios comunes de la universidad. Las prescripciones recibidas fueron diferentes entre los grados en algunos aspectos, aunque una de las propuestas de me-jora fue común a todos ellos: el aseguramiento de que todos los estudiantes adquieren las competencias transversales del modelo enaee. Los cuatro grados se enfrentan aho-ra al reto de dotar a los títulos de mecanismos que aseguren la correcta formación y evaluación de este tipo de competencias presentes en el modelo enaee para ampliar el II TALLER DE INNOVACIÓN EDUCATIVA. COMPETENCIAS, FORMACIÓN Y EVALUACIÓNíndiceperíodo de concesión del sello. En la presente contribución se detalla el proceso que se ha seguido para idear, planificar y poner en marcha un procedimiento dirigido por los responsables de los títulos, y en el que han participado activamente los coordinadores de curso de los cuatro grados, para lograr el mencionado objetivo. El proceso, en fase de implementación, se pretende que esté implantado y verificada su eficacia, al menos de manera preliminar, en noviembre del 2018, fecha límite definida por aneca para dar cumplimiento a las prescripciones.

Resumen del trabajo presentado al 6th EuCheMS Chemistry Congres, celebrado en Sevilla (España) del 11 al 15 de septiembre de 2016., Dearomatization of pyridines and other six-membered N-heterocycles is a challenging task that can provide a route to the synthesis of functionalized molecules present in many natural products and pharmaceuticals. In our previous studies, focused on the deprotonation of N-alkylimidazole (N-RIm) ligands coordinated to the fac-{Re(CO)3} fragment, we achieved the dearomatization of one pyridine ring of a 2,2’-bipyridine (bipy) ligand from the intramolecular nucleophilic attack at a bipy Cortho atom by the deprotonated imidazole. A subsequent protonation step occurs on the nitrogen atom of the dearomatized ring, transforming it from an amido to an amino-like N (Scheme 1a).1 Herein we describe the results obtained for the analogous compounds bearing 4,4’-dimethoxy-2,2’-bipyridine, in which the deprotonation/protonation sequence leads to the protonation of a CH group of the dearomatized pyridyl ring affording a CH2 moiety (Scheme 1b). Furthermore, the nature of the substituents at the backbone of the bipy ligand has been found to have a dramatic effect on the reactivity of [Mo(η3-allyl)(4,4’-R2-bipy)(CO)2(N-RIm)]OTf compounds towards a strong base. For non-substituted2 or tBu bipy ligands, the imidazole, once has been deprotonated, isomerizes from N- to C- coordinated affording an imidazole-2-yl ligand (Scheme 2a). In contrast, for the [Mo(η3-allyl)(4,4’-Br2-bipy)(CO)2(N-MesIm)]OTf compound a dearomatized complex is obtained by C-C coupling between the imidazole central C atom and C2 of the bipy ligand (Scheme 2b).

Resumen del póster presentado al XXXIV GEQO Congress Organometallic Chemistry Group, celebrado en Girona (España) del 7 al 9 de septiembre de 2016., New N-alkylimidazole (N-RIm; R= Me, Mes; Mes= mesityl, mesityl= 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) complexes of the {Mo(η3-methallyl)(CO)2(4,4’-X2-bipy)} (η3-methallyl= η3-(2-methylallyl), 4,4’-X2-bipy= 4,4’-X2-2,2’-bipyridine) fragment have been prepared, in which the substituents of bipyridine are halogens (X= Cl, Br). The addition of a strong base to the new compounds deprotonates the central CH group of the imidazole ligand and subsequently an intramolecular nucleophilic attack affords a C-C coupling product with the bipy ligand in cis disposition. This reactivity contrasts with that previously found for the analogous nonsubstituted bipy, which afforded imidazol-2-yl complexes upon deprotonation. Therefore, this is the first report of bipy dearomatization in molybdenum complexes. The reaction of the dearomatized complexes with HOTf afforded immediately cationic species in which a CH group of the dearomatized pyridyl ring has been protonated generating a CH2 moiety. These new compounds have been characterized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, elemental analysis and in some cases by X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, Density Functional Theory (DFT) computations have been carried out to understand the mechanism of the process.

Este proyecto forma parte de la interfaz de usuario del sistema de seguridad y análisis redBorder, desarrollado por la empresa ENEO Tecnología. Particularmente, se implementa un sistema de monitorización, análisis y gestión para redes WiFi en un entorno de Big Data. En primer lugar se ha realizado un estudio sobre el Protocolo Simple de Administración de Red o SNMP (del inglés Simple Network Management Protocol) y su escalabilidad para redes que superan el millar de puntos de acceso WiFi. Una vez conseguida una solución escalable, podemos almacenar la información obtenida en Base de Datos para posteriormente desarrollar un sistema que permita conocer el estado de la red y administrar los puntos de acceso. Así mismo, gracias al sistema Big Data de redBorder, podemos analizar el comportamiento de la gran masa de dispositivos conectados a la red para representarlo sobre mapas o gráficos. En un mundo cada vez más conectado, dónde la información es sinónimo de poder, este proyecto se ha centrado en representar los datos que podemos obtener de una red WiFi de gran tamaño, siempre teniendo en cuenta factores que mejoren la experiencia del usuario final de la aplicación. Se entiende como generación de valor cuando las empresas exceden las expectativas del rendimiento esperado de los accionistas en el tiempo. Existen diversos medidores que tienen como propósito dimensionar la creación de valor de las empresas, y en función a la información que se utiliza para las estimaciones, estos pueden ser externos e internos. Los medidores externos son aquellos que se basan en el valor de mercado de las empresas siendo los más utilizados el retorno anormal de las acciones (AB) y el valor agregado de mercado (MVA). Los medidores internos son los que utilizan la información contable de las empresas como el retorno del capital (ROE), el valor económico agregado (EVA) y el flujo libre de efectivo (FLE). Se tomó una muestra de 43 empresas que cotizaron en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores entre 1996 y 2010 (15 años) considerando como variables dependientes AB y MVA, y como variables independientes ROE, EVA y FLE. Se añadieron dos variables de control que son el apalancamiento financiero (D/C) y el tamaño medido por el logaritmo de las ventas (LogVtas). Para encontrar la posible asociación relativa e incremental de las variables explicativas con las variables explicadas, se utilizó la técnica de regresión de mínimos cuadrados ordinarios y datos panel para las estimaciones, encontrando que el ROE tiene una relación significativa con AB, caso distinto para MVA ya que solo EVA y FLE presentaron una relación significativa.

Thermal weed control with flame-scarfing, hot water/superheated steam, and hot foam devices is limited regarding selective application. This is especially disadvantageous for weed control in crops, as the thermal damage has a spatial effect. Hence, an alternative tool is required; this might be the laser technology. During laser application, the laser parameters can be adjusted on-line to the recognized weed situation. Corresponding investigations are performed cooperatively at the Biosystems and Horticultural Engineering Section of the Leibniz University Hannover together with the Laser Zentrum Hannover., Die thermische Unkrautbekämpfung mit Abflämm-, Heißwasser-/Heißdampf- und Heißschaumgeräten ist hinsichtlich eines punktuellen Einsatzes begrenzt. Dies ist insbesondere nachteilig für die Unkrautbekämpfung in Kulturbeständen, weil die thermische Schädigung hier räumlich wirkt. Daher ist ein alternatives Werkzeug erforderlich, z. B. die Lasertechnik. Bei der Laserapplikation können Laserparameter online auf die erkannte Unkrautsituation angepasst werden. Entsprechende Untersuchungen werden kooperativ am Fachgebiet Biosystem- und Gartenbautechnik der Leibniz Universität Hannover sowie am Laser Zentrum Hannover durchgeführt.

Qué importancia tuvo la trasplantación dentaria respecto al desarrollo de la implantología moderna, de que manera influyo la trasplantación dentaria en España. Que recursos se tuvieron a lo largo de la historia para reponer las piezas dentales y cuáles fueron los motivos que desacreditaron su práctica.
