The evaluated fixture uses Mylar, Riser, Clamp arm ,Plate, Base plate, welding part used for work support for holding the work piece driven by Pneumatic Air. This is Multipale used new fixture achieves automatic clamping of parts in same fixture.

Objectives: The liver is a common site for primary as well as secondary malignancies. Ultrasonography (USG)-guided fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is a rapid, accurate, economical, and safe diagnostic procedure for various hepatic lesions. The aims of the study were to categorize and study the cytomorphological features of the hepatic lesions, study the age and sex distribution and analyzing cytological features of the hepatic lesions, and to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic accuracy of USG-guided FNAC in diagnosing hepatic lesions. Methods: A prospective and observational study of 64 patients with clinically and radiologically diagnosed hepatic lesions and referred for FNAC in department of pathology of a tertiary care hospital. USG-guided FNAC was performed in each patient and cytological features were analyzed. Results: In our study, out of total 64 USG-guided FNAC of liver, metastasis was most common – 33 cases (51.56%), followed by primary hepatocellular carcinoma – 18 cases (28.12%), liver abscess – 6 cases (9.37%), and 7 cases (10.93%) were unsatisfactory smears. Conclusion: USG-guided FNAC, in expert hands being simple, safe, quick, reliable, cost-effective, efficient, and easily available OPD-based procedure and with less number of complications, it has a very important role in accurate diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, secondary malignant tumors of liver, and inflammatory lesions of liver.

Objectives: The Ayurvedic concept of the constitution is useful in predicting an individual’s susceptibility to age-related diseases like Cataracts (Kaphaja Linganasha). The objectives of the study were to assess DNA damage directly in human lens epithelial cells (HLEC) of senile cataracts of Vata Predominant, Pitta Predominant, and Kapha Predominant Prakriti individuals. Methods: After obtaining Institutional Ethics Committee permission, HLEC were taken from 20 Vatta Predominant,20 Pitta Predominant and 20 Kapha Predominant Prakriti individuals of cataract after cataract surgery and from 4 controls in which quantitative assessment of DNA damage were measured using CometScore™ software. The formation of “comets” in the DNA of lens epithelial cells can be visualized through the method of single gel electrophoresis and indicates DNA strand breaks, as the damaged DNA migrates at a different rate than non-damaged DNA during electrophoresis. Results: No such prominent comets were indicating any DNA damage in the HLEC of the four control subjects, but comets were found in cataractous HLEC. The maximal damage was found in pitta-predominant Prakriti Individuals. In senile cataract patients, in HLECs DNA was randomly damaged and this type of damage was possible by reactive oxygen species. The DNA damage in HLEC was found maximally in pitta Predominant Prakriti individuals of senile type of cataract patients. Statistical significance was observed between senile cataracts in pitta predominant Prakriti versus senile cataracts in Vata predominant Prakriti individuals and between senile cataracts in Vata predominant Prakriti versus senile cataracts in Kapha Prakriti individual. No statistically significant results were obtained for senile cataracts in pitta Prakriti versus senile cataracts in Kapha Prakriti individuals. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of senile cataracts is multifactorial and includes continuous molecular stress brought by photo-oxidative stress, UV irradiation, and oxidative reactions.

A field investigation was conducted during two kharif seasons of 2020-21 and 2021-2022 at Agriculture Research Farm, Rabindranath Tagore University, Raisen, Madhya Pradesh, India, to evaluate the effect of different irrigation scheduling and nutrient management practices on yield and economics of wheat crop in split-plot design with three replications. The irrigation level N0 - No irrigation, N1- One Irrigation at CRI (crown root inition) stage, N2- One Irrigation at CRI & one irrigation before flowering were arranged in main plots whereas nutrient management treatments of N0 – Control, N1-100% RDF + FYM @ 2.5 t/ha. + Azotobacter, N2 - 100% RDF + Vermicompost @ 1.5 t/ha + PSB, N3 - 50% RDF+ FYM@5.0 t/ha, N4 -50% RDF+ Vermicompost@2.5 t/ha were used in the sub plots. The results shown that one Irrigation at CRI & one irrigation before flowering along with application of 50% RDF+ FYM@5.0 t/ha found to be best in the terms of grain and straw yield 28.70 and 41.88 q ha-1 in 2021 and 29.52 q ha-1, 42.13 q ha-1 in 2022. Minimum yield and cost benefit ratio recorded under control plot. The study suggests economically combinations of currently used irrigation scheduling and nutrient management practices that may help farmer to obtaining optimum yield.

Objectives To evaluate the hepatoprotective activity of fractions of Jasminum elongatum methanolic extract against acetaminophen-induced hepatic damage. Materials and Methods Fractions obtained from methanolic extract of J. elongatum (petroleum ether, chloroform and hydroalcoholic) were investigated for hepatoprotective activity. Doses of 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg of different fractions were administered for 7 days, and acetaminophen toxicity was induced on the eighth day. After 24 hr of toxicity induction, biochemical markers and histological alterations were measured to determine the amount of hepatoprotection. Results The chloroform and hydroalcoholic fractions showed a significant decrease in biochemical parameters when compared to the toxic group, which was confirmed by histopathological changes and antioxidant parameters. Conclusion The results of this study revealed that the chloroform and hydroalcoholic fraction of J. elongatum have significant hepatoprotective activity against acetaminophen-induced toxicity.

Objectives: In most of the emergency trauma intensive care units (ICUs) of India, neurosurgical opinion is sought for patients presenting with head trauma after earliest possible resuscitation to determine the further line of management. This study aimed to identify common risk factors, leading to neurological deterioration in conservatively managed patients of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Materials and Methods: This retrospective study analyzed patients admitted with acute TBI and traumatic intracranial hematoma under emergency trauma care ICU who did not require neurosurgical operation within 48 h of trauma. The recorded data were analyzed to determine the predictors of neurological deterioration using univariate and binary logistic regression analysis in SPSS-16 software. Results: Medical records of consecutive 275 patients of acute TBI presenting to the emergency department were studied. One hundred and ninety-three patients were afflicted with mild TBI (70.18%), 49 patients had moderate TBI (17.81%), and 33 had severe TBI (12%). In the outcome, 74.54% of patients were discharged, and operative decision was made on 6.18% of patients and 19.27% died. Severe TBI is the independent predictor of neurological deterioration during their stay in ICU. Progressive hemorrhagic injury (PHI) showed neurological deterioration in 86.5% of patients. Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) was present in 93.5% of patients who had deteriorated neurologically. Dyselectrolytemia was the biochemical derangements seen in 24.36% of cases. Conclusion: This study revealed severe TBI, PHI, and SIRS to be strong and independent risk factors of neurological deterioration.

Watermelon possesses anticancer, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties due the phytochemicals like lycopene, vitamin C and polyphenolic material. Cardiovascular health conscious patients are consuming essential nutrient watermelon. Antioxidant property of watermelon plays an important role in coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes, tension as well dehydration of body. The present review provides the information about different varieties that gain more production and keep in regulatory dietary source because of their nutritional values. It also supports to the selection of watermelon variety for more production from this ancient fruit. This information will encourage production and consumption of watermelon in worldwide.

A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the role of intercrops in respect of weed suppression and chemical methods for effective weed control in pigeon pea and green gram based intercropping systems.The aim of this stydy to assess the most suitable weed management practices for pigeonpea + green gram intercropping system.Results revealed that the relative density of dicot weeds was lower than the relative weed density of monocot weeds and did not show any significant effect on weed dynamics of pigeon pea and green gram based intercropping systems whereas, the application of Pendimethelin @ 1.0 kg ai + Imazethapyr @0.1 kg ai/ha significantly minimum weed density, weed dry weight and maximum weed control efficiency recoreded compared to weedy plot at 25, 50 and 75 days after sowing (DAS). This might be due to reduction in weed competition.

Abstract: The present work describes an efficient, green, and direct approach for the synthesis of amido alkyl naphthols via one-pot multicomponent solvent-free reaction (MCR) of substituted aromatic aldehydes, β-naphthols, and urea by the use of easily available, non-toxic, and cost-effective Lewis acid catalyst magnesium sulphate (MgSO4.7H2O). The important characteristics of this reaction include the following: eco-friendly and mild reaction conditions, excellent yields of the products, shorter reaction time, economically cheaper and environmentally friendly catalyst MgSO4.7H2O. Also, clean reaction, non-column purification, and operational simplicity are some of the additional significant features of this approach.

Ocular chemical injuries accounts for 11.5% to 22.1% of ocular injuries. Ocular chemical burns are an ophthalmic emergency and requires immediate treatment. We report a series of three cases of chemical injury secondary to accidental exposure to red balm used as local application for headache. In our cases menthol, cajuput oil and capsaicin might have contributed to chemical injury and nerve damage. Nerve damage might have lead to delayed epithelial healing. All three patients improved completely within 1 to 3 week.

Medicinal plants are an important and unique source of medicines. Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition where the skin develops areas that become thick and covered with silvery scales. For psoriasis treatment, topical chemical agents are applied in spite of inefficient effects or less effectiveness but medicinal plants can be one of the alternative methods. The commonly used herbs in psoriasis disease are Aloe vera, Turmeric, and Neem.

The present invention is directed to a method for producing an ophthalmic pharmaceutical formulation containing a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, hydroxyl ethyl cellulose (HEC), and a beta-adrenergic antagonist for the treatment of ocular hypertension and glaucoma that is free of benzalkonium chloride and other preservatives. The current production technique is a simpler, more cost-effective method of preparing pharmaceutical ophthalmic formulations in a single tank without the usage of extra sterile-filtered tanks. For individuals with newly diagnosed glaucoma, optical therapy is usually the initial line of treatment. Preservatives are essential in all multi-dose ophthalmic drugs to maintain an antibacterial environment in the container, thus eye care professionals must be aware of the effects of preservatives on the ocular surface.

Pea is a rich source of protein as well as income and employment in Jabalpur. Pea production is a highly good source of economic importance in Jabalpur. The study was conducted purposively from 2019 to 2020 in Shapura block of Jabalpur district, Madhya Pradesh (India) to find out the marketing behavior of pea farmers. A number of 120 pea farmers were selected in the Jabalpur district to bring to the fore the marketing behavior of pea farmers. The primary data were collected through a personal interview method with the help of a pre-tested interview schedule which was prepared based on the objectives of the investigation and variables. The statistical tests and procedures were used for analyzing the data with the help of statistical tools like mean, standard deviation, percentage, and Karl Pearson's coefficient of correlation. The result of the current study revealed that the majority of the respondents had a medium (53.33%) to a high level of marketing behavior.

The study was carried out in the Department of Agricultural Process Engineering, College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, VNMKV, Parbhani (Maharashtra), India during the year of 2017-18.It was carried out for study of physical properties of Custard Apple, utilization of pulp &utilization of waste material. The physical properties of custard apple fruits (Annona squamosa L.) obtained from the farmer’s field were determined. This property included fresh fruit weight, size, arithmetic mean diameter, sphericity, surface area, true density, seeded pulp content, deseeded pulp content, peel content, number of seeds per fruit and volume of custard apple fruit varied in the ranged of 138 to 244 gm, 63.85 to 77.66 mm, 59.28 to 70.755 mm, 0.92 to 1.00, 109.02 to 172.66 cm², 0.74 to 1.7 g/cc, 88 to 120 gm, 72 to 112 gm, 32.89 to 62.94%, 26 to 48 and 110 to 200 cm³, respectively. This study showed considerable variation in some physical properties of custard apple fruit. These properties can be useful for the design of process equipment for custard apple consumed by human beings. Powder form of waste material from custard apple can be used as an “adsorbent” for cleaning the industrial water which contains the higher amount of dangerous chemicals in it.“Leather” which is made-up from the pulp of custard apple can be used for giving the flavor to any product which is consumed by human beings.

Gas sensors have been widely implemented to solve concerns of air pollution, monitor human health, and crop yields. Because of its high sensitivity, quick response time, and short recovery time, metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) gas sensors have become a significant topic of research in the field of gas sensing. In the recent decade, many researchers are work on the different types of pure and doped MOS for improve gas sensor response. The present research work deals with the fabrication of p-n heterojunction thin films on alumina substrate by using thermal evaporation technique for reducing gas sensing application. In the current research work, ZnO is used as a functional material and MgO as a dopant. The structural, electrical, and gas sensing properties of fabricated p-n (CuO-ZnO) heterojunction thin films were studied. The resistivity of p-n heterojunction thin films was found to be 23.461Ω/m. The found to be negative to p-n heterojunction thin films. The morphological, elemental and structural characterization of fabricated CuO-ZnO heterojunction thin films were analyzed by using , EDAX and XRD standard tools respectively. By using Scherer’s formula the crystallite size of CuO-ZnO heterojunction thin films was found as 36.83 nm. The fabricated CuO-ZnO heterojunction thin films were exposed to reducing gases such as Liquefied petroleum (LPG), Ammonia (NH3), Ethanol (C2H5OH), and Dichlorofluoromethane (R12) to determine gas response and selectivity. Fabricated CuO-ZnO heterojunction thin films shows maximum response to LPG gas as compare to other gases. The maximum sensitivity has to be found 89.23% to LPG gas of concentration 300 ppm. Fabricated MgO-ZnO thin films also show fast response and recovery time in seconds.

Young people in rural areas are a crucial segment of the rural society, and they contribute greatly to agriculture and rural development. The research study was conducted in Majholi block of Jabalpur district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh during the year 2019-20 to comprehend the attitude of youth towards rural development activities. The primary data were collected from 120 rural youth across seven villages by conducting personal interview. A scale constructed by Radhakrishnan and Arunanchalam [1] is used compute the attitude of youths regarding rural development activities. The results indicated that the majority of the youth had favourable attitude towards rural development activities. The education, family type, annual income, source of information achievement motivation, extension contact and social participation of youths were found to be positively and significantly correlated with their attitude towards rural development activities. Hence, the study suggested that there is need to promote rural-based developmental activities and create scope for enrolling and involving youth in developmental activities.

Rice diterpenoid phytoalexins (DPs) are secondary metabolites with a well known role in resistance to foliar pathogens. As DPs are also known to be produced and exuded by rice roots, we hypothesised that they might play an important role in plant–nematode interactions, and particularly in defence against phytoparasitic nematodes. We used transcriptome analysis on rice roots to analyse the effect of infection by the root-knot nematode Meloidogyne graminicola or treatment with resistance-inducing chemical stimuli on DP biosynthesis genes, and assessed the susceptibility of mutant rice lines impaired in DP biosynthesis to M. graminicola. Moreover, we grew these mutants and their wild-type in field soil and used metabarcoding to assess the effect of impairment in DP biosynthesis on rhizosphere and root nematode communities. We show that M. graminicola suppresses DP biosynthesis genes early in its invasion process and, conversely, that resistance-inducing stimuli transiently induce the biosynthesis of DPs. Moreover, we show that loss of DPs increases susceptibility to M. graminicola. Metabarcoding on wild-type and DP-deficient plants grown in field soil reveals that DPs significantly alter the composition of rhizosphere and root nematode communities. Diterpenoid phytoalexins are important players in basal and inducible defence against nematode pathogens of rice and help shape rice-associated nematode communities.

The academic publishing model is very inequitable currently – most commercial publishers demand exorbitant prices for access to journal articles, either through subscription or article processing charges. In this digital era, when publishing costs are negligible, and the peer review process is voluntary, it is unreasonable to have such high access barriers. In this article, we have explored the idea of an accessible and equitable knowledge dissemination platform using next-generation technologies and emerging models in publication to challenge the commercial publishers’ oligopoly in knowledge dissemination. Some of the upcoming practices, open peer review systems, transparent research data practices, and finally leveraging the advancements in digital technologies in publishing can be effective in creating efficient, transparent and cost-effective publishing systems. Encouraged by these recent developments, we have explored the possibilities of launching a digital publishing platform in India. We have analysed the existing open-source technologies like Open Journal System (OJS) and compared them with proprietary models like Editorial Manager to understand the gaps in both and explored avenues to conceive a cost-effective digital publishing platform. We hope that the open-access digital publishing platform will help the Indian journals upgrade their publishing systems up to the international standard, if not better, and help researchers explore a non-commercial avenue to publish open access articles.

Background: Tramadol HCl (TH) is a centrally acting analgesic that is used to treat mod-erate to severe pain intestinal disorders. Its use is limited orally due to instability. Objective: The study aims to develop TH Pectin-coated chitosan LDH bionanocomposite beads for colon targeting. Methods: LDH-TH intercalation was done by precipitation reaction and it was used to prepare bi-onanocomposite beads of TH. The developed beads were characterized for bulk density, tap density, angle of repose, HR, CI, particle size, SEM, swelling study, drug loading, and EE. In vitro release study in pH 1.2 HCl buffer, pH 6.8 buffer, and pH 7.4 buffer was performed. The compatibility study was performed using FTIR and DSC studies. Results: The optimised formulation (F8) was found to be spherical and smooth. All other micromerit-ics properties were found within the acceptable range with the particle size of 543μm to 888 μm. The amount of swelling is greatly influenced by the pectin concentration employed in the coating process. Drug loading of batches F1 to F8 ranged from 52.37% to 90.25%. % EE of batches F1 to F8 ranged from 71.92% to 88.78. FTIR and DSC studies showed no physical incompatibility between the drug and used excipients. Batch (F8) showed a more controlled release pattern at the highest coating con-centration of pectin (1.5%). The stability study also revealed that there was no change in the drug release profile. Conclusion: The developed beads can be used to target the colon to prolonged-release characteristics.

A strong and healthy microbiome is responsible for homeostasis between the host and microbiota which is necessary to achieve the normal functioning of the body. Dysbiosis provokes prevalence of pathogenic microbes, leading to alterations in gene expression profiles and metabolic processes. This in turn results in anomalous immune responses of the host. Dysbiosis may be associated with a wide variety of diseases like irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, allergic conditions, bronchitis, asthma, heart diseases and oncogenesis. Presently, the links between oral microbial consortia and their functions, not only in the preservation of homeostasis but also pathogenesis of several malignancies have gained much awareness from the scientific community. The primary intent of this review is to highlight the dynamic role of oral microbiome in oncogenesis and its progression through various mechanisms. A literature search was conducted using multiple databases comprising of PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Cochrane electronic databases with keywords including microbiome, microbiota, carcinogenesis, tumorigenesis, and immunosuppression. Current and the past literature has pointed out the role of microorganisms in oncogenesis. It may be put forth that both the commensal and pathogenic strains of oral microbiome play an undeniably conspicuous role in carcinogenesis at different body sites.

In India many people have preconception or prejudice about nutrition and health. India is a developing country. So many people of rural areas are suffering from non-communicable diseases and disorders due to lack of proper knowledge about nutrition, food and diet. The present article provides some information about “Nutraceuticals and human health. In recent years there is a growing interest in nutraceuticals has been seen in market place. This article mainly helps to provide essential knowledge of nutraceutical with its numerous uses in various ailments. This article also contains important legal requirements that are necessary for register a nutraceutical product.

Background: Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles have been widely investigated for the development of next-generation nano-antibiotics against a broad range of microorganisms including multi-drug resistance. The morphology of nanomaterials plays an important role in antibacterial activity. Objective: The research goal is focused on the development of a low-cost antibacterial agent. Method: The biosynthesis method was used to make ZnO nanoflowers. The antibacterial activity of these biogenic ZnO nanoflowers was analyzed by three methods: growth curve, well diffusion, and colony-forming unit count (CFU) assays. Results: The assay methods used in this study confirmed the antibacterial activity of ZnO nanoflowers. The growth curve shows that 0.5 mg/mL concentration of ZnO nanoflowers acted as an effective bactericide as no significant optical absorption and virtually bacterial growth were ob-served. The inhibition zone was found at 25 mm at 70 μg of ZnO nanoflowers. Conclusion: The unique, simplistic, environmental-friendly, and cost-effective biosynthesis method was established for the ZnO nanoflowers using biomass of Bacillus licheniformis. The resulted ZnO nanoflowers show excellent antibacterial activity which could be used as an alternative to antibiot-ics in therapeutic processes.

A series of novel caffeic acid derivatives that were designed utilizing autodock vina software are being developed as a potent anti-sickling agent in an effort to produce anti-polymerizing activity that will lessen complications in sickle cell disease. When different chemical groups are substituted on the hydroxyl benzaldehyde ring at the meta-position to create caffeic acid analogues, docking studies reveal strong binding affinity to the protein's active region. The results of this study may lead to the development of more effective anti-sickling therapies. Caffeic acid, in its many forms, is one of the most promising secondary metabolites for the treatment of a wide range of illnesses and diseases. The toxicity & biological activity of 8 chemicals are analyzed in this study using ADMET and Auto dock vina software for calculating binding score. Out of 8 compounds from the Caffeic acid derivatives substitution at meta position can be regarded as the safest showing best binding affinity can be further synthesized to get new drug.

Present study focuses on documentation of wild edible vegetables from Jawhar tehsil of Palghar district. Variety of wild plants are commonly used in the traditional diets of tribal people in many parts of the world. Wild vegetables from forest collected by tribal peoples often sell in the market. It has been observed that during selling of these wild vegetables, they also explain how to consume it and the cooking recipe. Forest is the house for most wild vegetable plants. Herbs are the major source of wild leafy vegetables. A total of 62 traditionally used wild edible vegetable plant species (WELVPs) from 30 families were collected, identified, and documented. Most species belong to Angiosperms least with Pteridophytes and Bryophytes, respectively. The largest families Fabaceae, Amaranthaceae, Asteraceae followed by Araceae, Apocynaceae and Cucurbitaceae were found to be the largest families with 31 plant species. Due to less cognizance, forfeiture of vegetation and fast destruction of many species are on the line of scarcity. The present study helps to conserve those wild food species and cultivate them on huge scales, to uplift their economic status and sustainable management in near future.

A legacy of global importance for generations to come brings conservation only and not just preserving, but researching it, enhancing it in our new education system. It is important to reuse them.

With the ever-pressing challenges of societal ageing, robotic technologies for older people are increasingly portrayed as a solution for better independent living for longer. However, the application of human-following robots for elderly citizens has not yet been considered, and any prospective benefits offered by the technology for active ageing have previously been overlooked. This qualitative research aimed to explore older people’s needs and requirements towards the human-following robot through the reflexive thematic analysis of semi-structured interview data from 17 independent older adults, supported by a video-based demonstration of the robot. The results indicate that older people believed that human-following robot has the potential to provide social benefits to an independent older adult by encouraging walking trips and prompting social interaction with others in the community. Practical limitations and cost of the robot are barriers to adoption at present. The findings indicate that there is potential for human-following robots to support active ageing, through increasing opportunities for the social participation of an older adult, but further development of the robot is needed for this potential to be realised.

Abstract:: We herein present the synthesis of 1-(1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-(2-hydroxy-substituted phenyl) propane-1,3-dione using microwave irradiation. Reactions were carried out by employing a solvent-free path using K2CO3 as green solid support. The results were compared with those of the conventional method. This microwave-assisted synthesis avoids hazardous solvents and reduces the number of steps and time, providing increased yields. The synthesized products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectrometry.

This study focused to develop a model to boost the detection of cotton leaf disease and pests using the deep learning technique. Basically here we did comparative study of own defined convolution neural network architecture and popular state of art CNN architecture. This study centered to foster a model to classify diseased and fresh Cotton plant and leaf using Deep Learning techniques.. For this exploration, almost 2400 examples (600 pictures in each class) were gotten to for the purpose of preparing. This created model is carried out utilizing python form 3.7.3 and the model is prepared on the profound learning bundle called Keras, TensorFlow supported, and Jupyter which are utilized as the formative climate.
