This paper introduces a reduced 3D diagrid model to save both time and computer memory for modeling and seismic analysis. The analysis of different models of steel diagrid tall buildings with variable heights and inclinations of diagrid is performed applying a finite element program SAP2000. Three clusters of diagrid buildings with different aspect ratios (height-to-width) and reliable optimum inclination angles are examined. The cross sections for diagrid elements are designed using stiffness -based design method which is more reliable for diagrid buildings. The 3D finite element model as a real structure and the proposed reduced seismic model that reducing finite element model up to twenty percent by canceling a specified number of floors with restrictions in modeling are employed. Equivalent lateral Force, dynamic response spectrum, and linear time history analyses are considered. A comparison of obtained results in terms of lateral displacement at top of the building, first mode period of vibration and base shear are presented. The conclusions reveal that the proposed reduced 3D model is convince for preliminary modeling and analysis of regular diagrid buildings in existence of seismic loads.

African Arts is distinct from other arts, with its dazzling colors, and it is characterized by simplicity and influenced by the customs and traditions of tribes in the desert and African forests. It contains the methods used in the implementation of floor covering and including : manual and mechanical methods . African arts differ greatly from the arts in the world, as they always have real-life connotations in Africa in terms of heat, work and effort, and are embodied in dazzling colors and sometimes in an unconventional pattern in the formations of bodies and shapes, so African art is always distinguished from other arts by its dazzling colors and Warmth in expressing the subject of the artistic work as it is an art characterized by simplicity and its abstractions, and we find that African art has had a great influence on the arts of the modern and contemporary times. The assets in their artistic works, especially the Surrealist and Cubist school. Weavs wall were chosen to apply this art because this industry is one of the types of textile industries that are closely related to art and technology, as it is one of the industries that most show the customs and traditions of peoples through designs through which we can identify the customs and traditions of different peoples as it is an important means To learn about the civilizations of different nations. Research problem: That in light of the country’s current orientation to Africa, this research will enrich African art and create designs inspired by it to be marketed globally and locally. Research objectives: Creating designs that can be used as weaving pendants, inspired by some African art units and symbols, to be executed in the Hand Tuft style. Significance : 1- Utilizing the units and colors of African art in creating designs for textile pendants. 2- Enriching the textile industry by using African art units and colors. 3- Support state directives, limit the consolidation of relations with African countries. Conclusion : 1- African art units can be used to create modern designs with aesthetic values and to use them as weaves wall object. 2- The use of different colors using the same design helped to obtain many aesthetic effects, which helps to satisfy all tastes. 3-Using the hand tufting method to implement the designs and the possibility of making a prominent and clear way to embody and clarify some elements from others.

Background Post-viral anosmia is responsible for more than 40% of cases of anosmia. Anosmia has been a neglected symptom in the primary healthcare setting until the emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The spread of SARS-CoV-2 infection highlighted new atypical symptoms of the disease, including anosmia, which has become one of the diagnostic symptoms of the disease, and epidemiological concern. We aimed to detect the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection within patients presented with anosmia and to test for other respiratory viruses in the negative COVID-19 patients. We also detected the recovery of anosmia and IgM/IgG against COVID-19. We prospectively included 60 outpatients with the major complaint of anosmia. Nasopharyngeal swabs were done for SARS-CoV-2 real-time PCR, and if negative, PCR to other respiratory pathogens was tested. After one month, we inquired about the recovery of smell loss together with testing for antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. Results Sixty patients were enrolled in the study. Forty-six patients (76.7%) were SARS-CoV-2 PCR positive and 14 (23.3%) were negative. Rhinovirus was the commonest isolated pathogen in the negative cases (5/14). Complete recovery of anosmia occurred in 34 patients (56.7%), while partial recovery in 24 (40.0%), and no recovery in 2 patients (3.3%). The median time to complete recovery was 10 days. 28.3% (13/46) of the patients showed negative antibody response for both IgG and IgM. Conclusions Sudden-onset anosmia is a symptom that is highly predictive of being COVID-19-infected. While recovery is expected within 2 weeks, some patients have no antibodies against SARS-CoV-2.

Introduction Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak happens when there is an abnormal connection between the brain cavity inside and environment outside. It is important to establish a good barrier between the brain tissue and the nose to prevent cerebrospinal fluid leak and protect the brain from exposure to infection. which can be done either by endoscopic or non-endoscopic surgical repair. Patients and methods The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic and non-endoscopic repair of CSF leakage in patients suffering from CSF rhinorrhea. The search retrieved 1693 unique records. We then retained 89 potentially eligible records for full-texts screening. Finally, 11 studies (Total No. of patients = 355) were included in the present systematic review and meta-analysis. Results CSF rhinorrhea resolved in endoscopic surgery group giving a success rate of 88.8%to 100%. recurrence rate is 2% to 12.2% and postoperative complications occurred in 5% to 16.7%. Conclusion The endoscopic approach is highly effective, better than non-endoscopic route and is associated with low morbidity for the management of CSF rhinorrhea .

Background: Patients in cardiac rehabilitation are typically advised to complete a period of maintenance phase. The purpose of this study was to determine if there was any difference in effect of aerobic training on selected cardiopulmonary parameters in myocardial infarction patients with stroke. Methodology: Forty patients of both sexes with age 40-50 years with chronic myocardial infarction patients with stroke after 6 months participated in the study. Patient’s were assigned for 4 weeks into two groups: group (A) received aerobic training and traditional physical therapy program and group (B) which received traditional physical therapy program. Patients were assessed pre and post treatment using through Stress exercise test unit (Modified Bruce protocol) and modified ashwarth scale. Results: This study revealed that there is significantly improved in resting heart rate (10.10%), maximum heart rate (4.67%), METs (64.95%), maximum systolic blood pressure (4.45%), maximum diastolic blood pressure (9.45%) and VO2 max (35.36%) variables in group (A) treated by aerobic training than those of traditional physical therapy program only. Conclusion: Aerobic training was a valuable method for management myocardial infarction patients with stroke.

Mounting sociopolitical changes, along with the incompetence of the post-revolutionary regimes in Egypt have functioned as adequate themes for the writings of Amal Dunqul. He adopted "speaking truth to power"as an ideology to not only document the consequences for such sociopolitical turbulence but also to face the incompetence of the authority. He employed this concept in his writings to empower his people to move to ask for their rights. He believed in the strong role of literature in changing societies. The paper, thus, displays the role of Amal Dunqul as a real intellectual who courageously speaks truth to power fearless of any consequences. It also illustrates how he was influenced by the socio-political turbulence took place especially after 1952 revolution and the defeat of 1967. In addition to analyzing his stance towards the authority of Nasser and Sadat in his poetry and how he stood against their policies.

A low-power, low-noise chopper stabilized CMOS differential difference instrumentation amplifier (CHDDA) for portable biopotential acquisition applications is presented. The proposed 130 nm CMOS chopper stabilized amplifier has 3.2μW power dissipation, thermal noise floor of 10 nV/rtHz and corner frequency in the vicinity of 10 Hz with 1 V supply voltage which performs adequately well in measuring biopotential signals.

CYSDEM is a new FORTRAN based simulation language. It is used to simulate business information systems. The main feature of CYSDEM is that it concentrates on delays and distortions, to which information in actual systems is subjected to. Therefore, CYSDEM allows a more realistic representation of the movement of data within an information system. CYSDEM is based on a schematic representation of the information system under consideration, called the CYBERSTRUCTURE. The CYBERSTRUCTURE is constructed by the user. It helps the user in identifying relevant information. Any new computer language, requires careful verification and complete documentation. This report contains an introduction to simulation and a user's guide. Partial verification of CYSDEM was performed distribution system from Forrester's "Industrial Dynamics".
