The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of the Probing Prompting learning model supported by Mentimeter media on the critical thinking abilities of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng students. The study was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng. This study was conducted in April. A control group design with a pre-test, post-test, and quasi-experimental design is used in this study. The population of this study consisted of all students in class X MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng; the sample was taken from classes X MIPA 1 and 3, each of which had 25 students; class X MIPA 1 served as the experimental class, and class X MIPA 3 served as the control class. The research tool utilized in this study was a description test with 10 numbers. Based on data analysis, it was possible to determine how well students were able to use critical thinking when reading about environmental contamination. The results of the hypothesis test (t-test) demonstrate that for the post-test of both classes, tcount>ttable equals 11.66>1.67. When the results of the hypothesis test for the Pre-test value in both classes reveal tcount ttable, which is -2.13 1.67, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This is in compliance with the criteria in the hypothesis test

Background: Urinary stones are now a worldwide problem due to a rise in occurrence over the past few decades. All racial and cultural groups have experienced this. Complex metabolic and environmental risk factors are both involved in the pathogenetic pathways of stone production. This disease affects roughly 12% of the world's population. Its recurrence rate is about 70% in men and 47% in women. Urinary stones have significantly increased in prevalence over the past 20 years, becoming a global disease. Aim: This review covers literature on the medical therapy of urolithiasis to facilitate urinary stone passage and their mechanism of action in the light of the new data on the diagnosis and different types of urinary tract stones. Method: A preliminary search of related articles was obtained from three online databases PubMed, Sci.hub and Google scholar whichwere used to conduct a systematic evaluation of the literature. Inclusion and exclusion criteria screened the initial search results, and 67 papers were chosen to be appropriate for this literature review following careful reading, analysis, and evaluation. Results: Different methods of medical therapy (phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, alpha blockers, calcium blockers, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and different types of surgical procedures (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopy)were thoroughly reviewed but among all of them the expulsion rate to remove the urinary stone was found to be larger and faster in calcium channel blocker (CI 1.33-1.66) and alpha blockers(CI 1.152–7.45). Practical implications: Medical therapies facilitate the urinary-stone passagebut these therapies are not generally used. The choices for treating urinary stones are expanded by these techniques. Patients with big ureteral stones have had better results with medical expulsive therapy.Removing the urinary stones also decreases the chances of other diseases which happened as a result of urinary stone. There are many benefits of medical expulsive therapy which are diverse in nature andthis therapy minimizes the exposure to anesthesia and radiations. Conclusion: Different surgical procedures are used to remove the stones from the urinary passage. Despite of surgical procedures, medical expulsive therapy are more helpful. Alpha-blockers and calcium channel blockers are the main medical expulsive therapies for primary evacuation of urinary tract stones. Objective: Vitamin D has a protective role in the cardiovascular system and it affects blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids are dietary fats gained from fish and plant oils and involve in coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular complications. The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of Vitamin D and Omega 3 on the vascular structure at the cellular level. Material and Methods: In the current study, a total of 24 rats were divided into 4 groups. Each group contained 6 animals. The groups are as follows; control, vitamin D, Omega 3; and combined Vitamin D and Omega 3. Vena cava samples from all groups were obtained and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) for histological alternations. Additionally, endothelial and vascular functions were investigated immunohistochemically. Results: The H&E staining revealed that the treatment of either Vitamin D or Omega 3 did not cause histomorphological changes in the structure of the vena cava under normal conditions. The immunoexpression of inducible nitric oxide synthase was decreased and vascular endothelial growth factor was increased in the vena cava of rats with the combined treatment of Vitamin D and Omega 3. Conclusion: In conclusion, combined supplements of Vitamin D and Omega 3 did not have harmful effects on the blood vessel however further studies should be performed to determine the beneficial effects of these supplements.

The curriculum in Indonesia has undergone several changes and improvements with the aim of realizing technological developments in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0. provide new color variations in the educational aspect as a means of implementing the driving school curriculum. Research and development (research and development / R&D) is a research method used to develop or validate products used in education and learning. Material expert validation results get a percentage of 94.12% in the Very valid category, or can be used without revision, product testing by 28 students gets a percentage of 91.42% in the Very valid category, or can be used without revision so that this media can be used as an alternative media in learning. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that elasticity Interactive Learning Media can be concluded that H5P-based elasticity learning media is appropriate for use and supports school programs in the field of school digitization

Objective: To evaluate the renal resistive index (RI) and serum creatinine correlation in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Study Design: Cross-sectional study Place and Duration of Study: Department of Radiology, Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad Pakistan, from Nov 2020 to Apr 2021. Methodology: This study was conducted on 80 patients. Doppler renal artery sonography was carried out, and for all the individuals with controlled blood pressure, gender, age, urinary protein, serum creatinine and HBA1c were recorded. Results: In our study, 42(52%) patients were females, whereas the remaining 38(48%) were males. The mean age was observed to be 49.15±11.91 years. A significant positive correlation (r=0.53) was found between Resistive Index and Serum Creatinine.The correlation co-efficient values between Resistive Index and Serum Creatinine in female and male patients were r=0.58 and r=0.47, respectively. Conclusion: The present study concluded that RI had no significant statistical correlation with albuminuria, proteinuria and HbA1c levels. However, a statistical correlation between RI and creatinine level was reported.

Background: An effective communication between the doctor and patient is the foremost factor in establishing good interpersonal relationships. This comprises of both verbal and non-verbal communicators. Particularly in the geriatric population, communication can be hindered due to physiological and psychological deterioration. This study was designed to assess the communication skills of dentistry postgraduate residents (PGRs), with their geriatric patients and provide a baseline for the shortcomings and improvements. Methods: Four postgraduate residents of both genders were selected to take clinical interviews of geriatric patients. Audio-video recordings were made by an expert and reviewed by all researchers. The interviews were transcribed individually and thematic analysis was done. Open and axial coding was done for data organization under themes and subthemes. Results: Data transcription led to initial generation of 61 codes. These codes were categorized under nine codes through axial coding and grouping of similar codes. Persistent overlapping of content was found in data transcription, which may indicate data saturation. Conclusion: Workshop-trained postgraduate students of dentistry demonstrated relatively instrumental communication skills at their clinical encounter with geriatric patients. However, the professional demeanor demands further finesse in soft skills, which can be achieved through its regular practice.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh jawaban tentang kondisi kesehatan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) di Indonesia serta pengaruhnya terhadap profitabilitas. Ukuran profil risiko menggunakan NPF, earnings dengan BOPO, dan modal dengan CAR sedangkan profitabilitas dengan ROA. Pengamatan dilakukam selama 20 triwulan mulai Maret 2016 hingga Desember 2020. Data terutama diperoleh dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan berupa data sekunder. Populasi berjumlah 13 BUS, dan penarikan sampel menggunakan kriteria tertentu sehingga didapatkan 5 BUS sebagai sampel. Model analisa yang dipakai ialah regresi linear berganda data panel. Penentuan model terbaik didapatkan dari Uji Chow, Hausman, serta Langrange Multiplier. Hasil uji merekomendasikan Fixed Effect Model sebagai model terbaik. Hasil statistik deskriptif menyimpulkan secara umum kesehatan bank berada pada kriteria sehat. Uji simultan menghasilkan NPF, GCG, BOPO dan CAR signifikan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas BUS di Indonesia. Uji parsial merekomendasikan BOPO dan CAR signifikan, sedangkan NPF serta GCG tidak signifikan pengaruhnya

Media pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi-experiment design: One-GroupPre-test-Post-test Design dengan satu macam perlakuan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Pre-test-Post-test Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV B SD Negeri Teratak Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Data yang diperoleh terdiri atas data skor minat belajar dan skor hasil belajar IPA siswa kelompok eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket minat belajar dan tes hasil belajar IPA. Data dianalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Powerpoint terhadap minat belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan pretest dan post-test pada kelompok eksperimen. Minat belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Teratak meningkat 67,65% yaitu dari hasil selisih persentase sebelum pembelajaran dan sesudah pembelajaran. Sedangkan, Hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Teratak meningkat 52,94% dari selisih persentase sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Terdapat pengaruh media Power-point terhadap minat belajar dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri Teratak Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.

midacloprid and acetamiprid are neonicotinoid insecticides introduced in the market for the control of insect pests of agricultural crops, but unfortunately these insecticides are causing harmful effect on non-target organisms including honeybees and bumblebees. Insecticides of this group effect acetylcholine nicotinic receptors. Apis mellifera, the European honeybee and Bombus haemorrhoidalis are important pollinators for wild and managed crops in Pakistan, but unfortunately their population is declining day by day at alarming rate. This study was design to find out the susceptibility level and insecticidal toxicity comparison on A. mellifera and B. haemorrhoidalis to acetamiprid and imidacloprid under controlled laboratory conditions by using contact and oral exposure methods. The results of oral method by using sugar solution showed that honeybee is more susceptible as compared to bumblebee on both insecticides. Maximum mortality i.e. 20%, 35%, 66%, in honeybee and 16%, 29%, 45% in bumblebee workers at acetamiprid and at imidacloprid 46%, 67%, 83% in honeybee and 34%, 56%, 72% in bumblebee were observed respectively after the exposure of 3hrs. 6hrs. and 24hrs. Similar susceptibly results were found on pollen and contact method. Overall results demonstrate that these both neonicotinoid insecticides are toxic for bumblebees and honeybees, and honeybee workers are more susceptible as compared to bumblebee workers at company recommended field realistic dose.

During the last decade, the energy sector has become important in shaping a country's economy. This study aims to analyze renewable and non-renewable energy's impact on Indonesia's economic growth. This study uses a quantitative method, using the Johansen cointegration test and FMOLS and DOLS cointegrating regression. The data period used in this study is from 1980-2019. The results of the study show that renewable energy consumption has a negative effect on Indonesia's economic growth. This is because renewable energy production is still limited, but the level of consumption continues to increase. Consumption of non-renewable energy has a positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth. The consumption of fossil energy causes this is still very high in Indonesia. Dependence on fossil energy is still high amid renewable energy production, which the government is continuously promoting. In general, energy consumption positively affects Indonesia's economic growth. When the two are combined, they positively contribute to the national economy.

This study aims to explain the factors that cause the crime of embezzlement of rental four-wheeled motor vehicles, obstacles in overcoming it and the efforts made by law enforcement in combating crime of rental four-wheeled motor vehicles. The Data obtained in the writing of this article was done with literature and Field Research. Literature research was conducted to obtain secondary data by studying laws and books, while Field Research was conducted to obtain primary data by studying, reviewing cases and interviewing respondents and informants. From the results of the study, it is known that the cause of the crime of embezzlement of rental four-wheeled motor vehicles is due to economic factors, factors of Community Legal Awareness, utilization of opportunities, not using a driver or Key Release System, and weak security system factors. Obstacles in overcoming the factor of facilities and infrastructure, people who are apathetic in helping the police, the difficulty of presenting witnesses who know the incident the perpetrator or defendant in getting the goods, and the car that was embezzled has been mortgaged to a third party. The efforts made are to carry out raids or patrols carried out in a directed and regular manner against motor vehicles and their letters to ensure that the vehicle is not a vehicle obtained from the results of criminal acts, especially theft and embezzlement. It is recommended to every car rental service owner to not only supervise, but also to improve the security system so that there is no more embezzlement of rental cars and law enforcement must be more active in making efforts both preventive and repressive efforts in the case of criminal acts of embezzlement of rental four-wheeled motor vehicles.

This paper describes several Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithms for partial shading conditions that have detrimental effects on photovoltaic systems. The method used is a literature review of articles from reputable publishers. Fifty two articles were obtained after meeting the established criteria for selection. The literature review focused on the ability of the Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithm to overcome partial shading conditions in terms of tracking speed, tracking accuracy, efficiency, and implementation complexity. As the results, some algorithms are recommended to be applied for Maximum Power Point Tracking including the Single Swam Algorithm and the Perturb And Observer algorithm, the Enhanced Adaptive Step Size Perturb and Observe algorithm, the Novel Adaptable Step Incremental Conductance algorithm, the Improved Bat Algorithm and Fuzzy Logic Controller algorithm, and the Particle Swarm Optimization with One Cycle Control algorithm. In terms of implementation complexity, these five algorithms are categorized as medium-complexity, which can be characterized as low cost, high efficiency, and even 100% with high tracking speed and accuracy with a minimum number of sensors used.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis kabupaten aceh singkil. Kabupaten Aceh Singkil memiliki potensi wisata yang beragam, baik potensi alam maupun kekayaan budaya. Perkembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil semakin meningkat, sehingga diperlukan suatu teknologi untuk mengumpulkan informasi wisata guna meningkatkan pendapatan melalui upaya pengembangan potensi pariwisata daerah ini. Dalam penelitian ini, Metode yang digunakan adalah pemilihan jenis data, yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan observasi. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Extream Programming. Implementasi dari penelitian ini menggunakan software Visual Studio Code dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocecor) dan database yang digunakan adalah My SQL (My Structured Query Language) serta UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai alat untuk merancang sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan wisatawan dalam memperoleh informasi wisata di kabupaten Aceh Singkil.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of identifying perceptions of 21st century skills on aspects of student’s collaboration and creative thinking skills in physics subjects according to the perceptions of students of SMP N 1 Bungaraya. This type of research is descriptive research. The respondents in this study were 20 students. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire of student’s perceptions of collaboration and creative thinking skills. Based on data analysis, perception aspect collaborations skills that have conducted are in category low. Aspects of student’s creative thinking skills in physics subjects are in the very low category according to student’s perceptions. The results obtained can be used as a reference for subsequent researchers to conduct Classroom Action Research, development research such as the development of learning media, learning modules and learning models

This study aims to produce an interesting and valid learning media so that it is suitable for use in physics learning in the form of an e-comic for class X students on Momentum and Impulse material. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The validity of the e-comic learning media was tested through aspects of material competence, aspects of material suitability, language aspects, display aspects, and usage aspects. The results of the validator's assessment of the material competence aspect are 4.33, the material suitability aspect is 4.33, the language aspect is 4.27, the display aspect is 4.43, and the usage aspect is 4.25. The validity of physics learning media in the form of e-comic in terms of all aspects is 4.32 with a very valid category. Thus, e-comic as a medium for learning physics for class X students on Momentum and Impulse material is declared valid and feasible be used as a medium for learning physics

In both hospitals and the community, nurses play a critical part in the provision of healthcare. The improvement of heart failure patients' self-care behaviors is greatly helped by nurses. Objective: To determine the level of self-care practices among heart failure patients at the District Headquarter Hospital of Timergara Dir Lower. Methods: A cross sectional study design was used to determine the level of self-care practices among heart failure patients. Self-Care Heart Failure Index (SCHFI) version 7.2 was used for data collection. After receiving written informed consent, 150 hospitalized heart failure patients were recruited through a consecutive sampling technique from the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology at DHQ Hospital Timergara Dir Lower. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 26.0. Results: It was found out that 44% of the study participants were females, 56% were males, 80% were married, 6% were illiterate and 86% had caregivers at home. Moreover, the mean score of the self-care subscales were inadequate (i.e., self-care maintenance: 68.5, symptoms perception: 67.26, self-care management: 68.56 and self-care confidence: 69.15, cutoff value: 70). The level of self-care was significantly associated with gender. In-addition, the marital status was significantly associated with the level of self-care in the sub-domains of self-care maintenance (p=0.011) and self-care management (p=0.001). Conclusions: Results of the study specified that majority of the heart failure patients had lack of adequate self-care practices. Therefore, efforts should be done to help them in performing an adequate self-care activity to remain healthy and reduce their hospital re-admissions.

The purpose of this study is to explain the doctrine expectations of learning mathematics. Data was collected through testing, interviews, and documentation. Researchers have designed a virtual learning trajectory (HLT) based on examining the obstacles students face when learning mathematics. Next, a didactic design was developed from HLT. The method of doctrine was implemented, and the results showed that the situation of the three principles expected by researchers was the doctrine of scaffolding strategy. When determining values ​​that correspond to a pattern of numbers, researchers want to learn lessons and provide instructions in the form of education to solve problems. The researcher's expectation of giving other examples of arithmetic progressions when choosing a definition and the arithmetic progression examples help students better understand collaborative learning. The value of the nth term and the sum of the first n math terms are sent to each shirt to confirm the work and interact directly.

In this article, the analysis of culture and civilization presented in the novel is brought into the limelight."

It has been observed that income inequality is an economic element that may impede a nation's economic development. In general, Indonesia's Gini ratio has remained low for nearly a decade, although one region, Yogyakarta Province, unexpectedly exceeds the national average. The provincial government of Yogyakarta must focus more on reducing income inequality. Therefore, this study employs the Poverty-Growth-Inequality Triangle model approach to investigate the complexity of income inequality in Yogyakarta Province. The data is collected from five cities in Yogyakarta Province from 2010 to 2021. For the quantitative study, a Simultaneous Equation Model analysis with three iterations of least squares is performed. The results indicate that there is no causal relationship between income inequality and economic growth or poverty. According to the model of income inequality, education and the district minimum wage have a significant impact on income inequality. Therefore, local governments are advocated to evaluate policies aimed at reducing income inequality through education system reform, equity in district minimum wage and economic growth, and efficiency in the utilization of income inequality-related funds.

Aim: To evaluate our experience with emphysematous pyelonephritis in a tertiary care facility and to describe our approach. Study design: Cross-sectional retrospective study Place and duration of study: Dept of Urology, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore from 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2020. Methodology: Thirty six patients who died of emphysematous pyelonephritis out of the 976 patients and between 34-82 years were enrolled. Used classification systems include Wan and Huang. We examined potential predictive indicators for mortality as well as the clinical and treatment characteristics of these patients. Results: There were 2.27 female for every male. Poor prognosis is correlated with advanced grade. The biggest number of unfavourable prognostic variables is accounted for by deranged HbA1C 27.8% and advanced grades 33.3%. However, DIC causing thrombocytopenia 13.9% and hypotensive shock 13.9% are significant causes of mortality in emphysematous pyelonephritis. The low protein content 11.1% has the lowest mortality risk. The most frequent clinical signs were tachycardia in 14, fever in 9, pyuria in 8 and flank pain in 5 patients. Conclusion: Advanced Huang and Tseng Classification grade is the principal reason for death in our study, followed by shock, hypoprotenemia, DIC-induced thrombocytopenia, and elevated HbA1C levels. Ketersediaan catu daya cadangan saat terjadi pemadaman listrik PLN sangat dibutuhkan di Pondok Tahfidz Darul Hijrah Wal Amanah, Teluk Buo, Padang. Catu daya cadangan bertenaga surya yang sudah dimiliki perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan agar awet dan berfungsi maksimal. Demikian juga dengan instalasi listrik pada area pondok yang masih memiliki banyak kekurangan. Departemen Teknik Elektro Universitas Andalas telah melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat di Pondok Tahfidz tersebut dengan tujuan melakukan pemeliharan catu daya cadangan dan perbaikan pada instalasi listrik di area Pondok. Kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dengan perencanaan, survei dan pengecekan, perbaikan dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan pembimbingan/training pemeliharaan kepada pengelola Pondok. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah catu daya cadangan dapat berfungsi dengan baik kembali dan instalasi listrik telah ditambahkan sehingga pemakaian listrik dapat lebih mudah dan juga efisien.

Malaysia is one of the largest palm oil-producing countries in the world. Located in the Southeast Asia region, this country is also known as one of the mega biodiversity-rich countries which contains numerous species. In this study, arthropods were sampled using sticky traps at three sites within an oil palm dominated landscape. We examined how vegetation structure affects arthropod community distribution within an oil palm plantation. The number of arthropod species was significantly greater at higher vegetation complexity structures. The findings also showed that the number of arthropod species that had been recorded for the three sites had nearly reached asymptote. This study suggests that maintaining vegetation complexity through sustainable agriculture practice as recommended by the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) may be useful in supporting arthropod species within oil palm plantations.

This article attempts to examine the role of creativity on carbon intensity in case of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) countries. The panel estimation techniques are used for annual data for the period of 1990-2018. The empirical evidence affirms that patent rights and innovation act as a policy factor in controlling carbon intensity, i.e. creativity leads to energy-efficient and environment friendly society. However, innovations have higher magnitude compared to patent. Contrarily, urbanization and economic growth are the key determinants in enhancing carbon intensity, while renewable energy has insignificant impact on carbon intensity. The empirical analysis, especially for creativity, can add practical implications for related authorities in controlling carbon intensity and improving energy efficiency.

Human development has gained much significance in economies.This study highlight the role of institutional quality, financial development,and industrialization in human development in selected Asian countries. The human development index is used as a dependent variable. The study has used the GMM technique for this analysis. The study results demonstrate that institutional quality, financial development, industrialization, and trade openness have played a significant and positive role in determining the human development of selected Asian countries. It is recommended that the government should provide a more stable environment to encourage more production, investment, and trade to enhance the living standard and human development of the selected economies. It is concluded that financial development may improve human development. There is a need for more transparency and improved institutional quality for human development.

Objective - This study conceptually examines a link between corporate governance, intellectual capital disclosure, and firm performance. With the support of signaling theory, this paper develops propositions for the relationship among corporate governance, intellectual capital disclosure, and firm performance. Methodology/Technique –The development and conclusion of this discursive paper as a conceptual one point out the possible relationship among corporate governance, intellectual capital disclosure, and firm performance. The underlying methodology of institutional discourse and integration with dynamic parameters is formalized. Findings - The results of the conceptual framework of this paper on corporate governance are contrasted with the approach to corporate governance in mainstream literature. Also examined is the theoretical and philosophical background of corporate governance, intellectual capital disclosure, and firm performance. This study aims to determine the types of errors students face when solving math problems. First, review the error types based on Watson's criteria and student learning styles. This study uses an explanatory sequential design model. Data analysis techniques include Quantitative data analysis techniques, descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics. At the same time, the qualitative data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the errors based on Watson's criteria and learning styles obtained were based on student responses, including; Inappropriate Data 40%, Omitted Conclusion 20%, Response Level Conflict 40%, and Above Other 40%. Furthermore, the types of errors obtained in classroom learning include Inappropriate Data 25%, Omitted Conclusion 50%, and Skill Hierarchy Problems 25%. In the visual learning pattern, there are five error classes: Inappropriate Data 9%, Omitted Conclusion 55%, Response Level Conflict 18%, Skill Hierarchy Problem 27%, and Above Other 18%. Several factors influence the error, including; the decline in students' motivation, interest, and thinking skills. Efforts can be made to minimize student errors, including increasing practice on story questions and eliminating students' negative mindset towards learning mathematics

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Reading, Questioning, And Answering (RQA) Learning Model Assisted by Quizizz Media on the Scientific Literacy Ability of Class XI MIPA Students at SMA Negeri 3 Wajo. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Wajo. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample taken is class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Wajo, more precisely class XI MIPA 2 and class XI MIPA 3 with a total of 50 students as experimental class XI MIPA 2. Based on the data analysis, the student’s cognitive learning outcomes for the reproductive system material were obtained. The results of the hypothesis on post-test data show that data processing uses hypothesis testing (t-test) using the EXCEL program which obtains values ​​(sig.2-tailed) with a significant level of 5% (0.05). The results of testing the hypothesis (t-test) show the final result that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The average student learning outcomes using the Quizizz learning media are higher.

Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare form of psoriasis, which is characterized by sudden onset of repeated erythema and pustule formation with generalized inflammation. Recent advances in molecular genetics have led to the identification of several genes associated with GPP, including IL36RN, CARD14, AP1S3, SERPINA3, and MPO. Of these, only limited cases of GPP have been reported to carry mutations in the AP1S3, SERPINA3, or MPO to date. In the present study, we investigated a Japanese patient with GPP and found a homozygous missense mutation c.1769GT (p.Arg590Leu) in the MPO gene. Structural analysis predicted that the mutant MPO protein would abolish its ability to bind with heme protein. In vitro studies using cultured cells revealed that the mutant MPO was stably expressed, but completely lost its myeloperoxidase activity. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) using an anti-MPO antibody showed markedly reduced expression of MPO protein in the patient's skin, suggesting that the mutation would lead to an instability of the MPO protein in vivo. Finally, IHC with an anti-citrullinated Histone H3 antibody demonstrated a sparse formation of neutrophil extracellular traps within a Kogoj's spongiform pustule of the patient's skin. Collectively, we conclude that the c.1769GT (p.Arg590Leu) in the MPO is a complete loss-of-function mutation associated with GPP in the patient. Our data further underscore critical roles of the MPO gene in the pathogenesis of GPP.

In order to answer this, the author uses the tahsis motto in expressing the opinion of Rasyid Ridha in his interpretation, and is also a supporter of several related articles. The results showed that interfaith marriage is an act that cannot be said to be valid even if there are texts (both books and scholarly thoughts), as for the reason because interfaith marriage is irrelevant to the dynamics of current life, especially in the frame of nation and state.

This study aims to determine the values of character education contained in Nurcholish Madjid's biography entitled Cak Nur Sang Guru Bangsa by Muhammad Wahyuni Nafis and its relevance to the material on familiarizing commendable morals in the Akidah Akhlak class VIII year 2020 subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyyah. This research is useful for enriching scientific treasures for researchers of history and Islamic thought and for reference in the world of Islamic Religious Education. This was library research, or literature study in the sense that all the data comes from written materials, namely the author studies and examines library materials, especially regarding issues of character education values and moral principles. This research uses content analysis and descriptive method. Content analysis is used to reveal, understand, and capture the contents of the writing, while the descriptive method is used to discuss the research object as it is according to the data obtained. This study found the values of character education in Cak Nur Sang Guru Bangsa's biography, namely: religion, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, democratic, peace-loving, fond of reading, social care, and responsibility. The relevance of Cak Nur's book Sang Guru Bangsa with the subjects of aqidah morals includes: Endeavor, trust, gratitude, patience, qana'ah, husnuzan, tawadu, tasamuh, and ta'awun.

Penelitian ini berujuan Untuk mengetahui sumber pemahaman hadis Nabi yang diimplementasikan oleh umat Islam dalam kehidupannya, serta menganalisa akar pemahaman dari ormas Islam yang ada di Majene dalam memahami hadis-hadis Nabi saw. sehingga jelas afiliasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten. pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan historis, dan pendekatan Sosial yang difokuskan pada tiga ormas Islam yaitu Muhammadiyah, Nahdatul Ulama dan Darud Dakwah wal Irsyad yang bertempat di Majene. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ormas Muhammadiyah sangat selektif menggunakan hadis sebagai hujjah dengan penekanan pada hadis yang shaẖih sekalipuh dalam masalah fadlâilul ‘amal. Pernyataan ini tertuang dalam Putusan Majelis Tarjih bahwa Hadis mauqûf tidak dapat dijadikan hujjah kecuali status hukumnya marfû’. Pengikut Muhammadiyah di Majene dalam praktek keagamaannya ada dua model yaitu Muhammadiyah puritan dan Muhammadiyah adaptif. Adapun ormas NU mendefinisikan hadis sejalan dengan empat imam madzhab dan jumhur ulama ahli hadis. Adapun ke-hujjah-an hadis dhâ’if dalam penetapan hukum tasyri’, maka para ulama tidak memperbolehkan. Hadis dhâ’if bisa digunakan dalam hal fadhailul ‘âmal (keutamaan beramal), bukan sebagai argumen hukum dan aqidah, itupun dengan beberapa syarat yang harus terpenuhi, sedangkan Ormas DDI dalam pemikiran keagamaan dan pengamalan ajaran agama Islam, hampir sama dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh NU, baik dari aspek pemahaman teologi, fikih, tasawuf dan pengkajian hadis. Khusus dalam kajian hadis, ormas DDI mengikut pada jumhur ulama hadis dalam aspek pemaknaan hadis. Apabila hadis itu kualitasnya shahih ataupun hasan, maka hadis tersebut dapat di amalkan. This study investigated the anti-arthritic potential of novel mannich-based derivatives of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (AK7 and AK9) in rats. The compounds were characterized by NMR and FTIR spectroscopies and their acute anti-inflammatory effects were measured by carrageenan (CRG)-induced paw edema model. The most potent doses of AK7 and AK9 were subsequently evaluated in the complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA)-induced inflammatory arthritis model. AK7 and AK9 inhibited CRG-induced inflammation in a dose-dependent fashion and a similar reduction in CFA-induced paw inflammation was observed. Moreover, X-ray and histopathological analyses of AK7-treated animals displayed normal joint structure whereas AK9, despite of its anti-inflammatory effects, failed to protect against cartilage destruction. Interestingly, biochemical analysis revealed a better safety profile for AK7 than for AK9 and methotrexate. Both compounds suppressed mRNA levels of pro-inflammatory mediators (IRAK1, NF-κB1, TNF-α, IL1B) while only AK7 reduced the transcript levels of interstitial collagenase (MMP1). Molecular docking analysis of AK7 and AK9 with TNF-α and MMP1 also supported the experimental data. These findings clearly highlight the beneficial effects of AK7 in the prevention and/or treatment of inflammatory arthritis.

The OKI District Population and Civil Registration Service have implemented the employee attendance information system by utilizing a fingerprint machine. This system is quite helpful in recording employee attendance properly. However, several obstacles are found in the implementation of the system. Namely, calculating the attendance percentage is still done manually because the data must be further processed using additional applications. Based on these obstacles, this study aims to implement web service technology using the protocol SOAP to integrate the system currently used. The system will automatically download fingerprint machine data and process it into attendance percentage reports, so that it can be more optimal and increase efficiency. The data obtained will be used by the staffing department, including one of the factors for measuring employee performance and determining Additional Employee Income (TPP).

Objective: To investigate the possible effect of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) treatment on rat diabetes-induced liver damage and immune reactivity of asprosin hormone in the liver. Material-Method: Twenty-eight Wistar albino male rats were used in the study. They were separated into 4 groups as Control (n=7), Diabetes (n=7), Diabetes+NAC (n=7), and NAC (n=7). The rats in all groups were dissected after the treatment, and liver tissues were taken for pathological examination. Tissue sections were stained with immunohistochemistry for detecting asprosin immunoreactivity, hematoxylin-eosin and picrosirius red staining were performed to determine the changes in the tissues. Result: In the microscopical examination of hematoxylin-eosin-stained sections normal histological hepatic tissues were seen in the Control and NAC groups. Pathological examination of liver tissue from diabetic rats showed marked dissociation, fibrosis, degeneration, inflammation, necrosis, Kupffer cells activation, bile duct proliferation, and congestion. A significant decrease in these lesions was observed in the DM+NAC group. Immunohistochemical studies showed that asprosin immunoreactivity was increased in the DM group in a significant manner. Asprosin expression was observed to be significantly reduced in the DM+NAC group in comparison to the DM group. Conclusion: Our findings show that NAC administration reduces liver damage in diabetic rats and can be used to reduce/eliminate the negative effects of diabetes in rat liver tissue.
