Situs ambiguous, also known as heterotaxy syndrome, is a rare congenital condition in which there is an abnormal positioning of internal organs of the chest and abdomen. Polysplenia (left isomerism) is a common association with it and hence called as “Situs Ambiguous-Polysplenia” syndrome. Torsion splenunculi is a rare complication associated with it. Herein, we report a case of splenunculi torsion in an adult with situs ambiguous associated with polysplenia.

The ankle and foot have numerous bones and complex joints that can be affected by several types of inflammatory arthritis with different patterns and various radiologic signs, depending on the phase of the disease. Involvement of these joints is most frequently seen in peripheral spondyloarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis in adults and juvenile idiopathic arthritis in children. Although radiographs are a mainstay in the diagnostic process, ultrasonography and especially magnetic resonance imaging allow early diagnosis and are crucial diagnostic tools. Some diseases have typical features based on target populations (e.g., adults versus children, men versus women), but others may have overlapping imaging characteristics. We highlight key diagnostic features and describe appropriate investigations to guide clinicians toward the correct diagnosis and provide support during disease monitoring.

BACKGROUND: The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the emotional intelligence of employees through the negative effects on their mental health, and led to poor workplace performance. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this research is to examine the level of EI of Malaysian employees in various sectors affecting their job performance through the mediating influence of psychological capital by using the Schutte Self-Report Emotional Test (SSEIT), 24-item Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) and Role-Based Performance Scale (RBPS) theories. METHOD: A quantitative study was conducted. 350 sets of questionnaires were given out to Malaysian employees, of which 311 were returned. Data were analysed through regression analysis. RESULTS: The results showed that all emotional intelligence subscales, except for utilising emotions, have a significant relationship with job performance through the effect of psychological capital. CONCLUSION: This study offers valuable and insightful implications by combining the SSEIT, PCQ-24, and RBPS models to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on job performance in Malaysia, which is an unusual combination model to analyse employees’ job performance. It helps Malaysian companies, managers, employers, and other related parties to recognise the processes and elements that influence employees’ work performance. This research also successfully developed an extended SSEIT model together with PCQ-24 and RBPS and verified their applicability on workplace performance.

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a seasonal fruit and is cultivated extensively in tropical and subtropical region in India and worldwide. The fruit is processed and mango pulp is extracted in fruit processing industries and kernel is unutilized as industrial waste. Hence, in the present study focused on Totapuri mango kernel cultivar was taken to utilize for bio product development. Soxhlet apparatus with different solvents was used for the crude bioactive compounds extraction from mango kernel powder. The extracted bioactive mass was evaluated for its antibacterial activity against bacterial strains such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas putida, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella sonnei, Klebsiella pneumonia, Xanthomonas oryzae and Staphylococcus aureuss. Further, the extracted crude bioactive compound was tested for antifungal activity against Rhizactonia solani, Curvularia lunata, Alternaria alternate and Fusarium oxysporum. The antifeedent and larval mortality of Spodoptera litura and Helicoverpa armigera activity was studied using the bioactive compound extract. The Methanol Mango Kernel extract (MeOH MK) recorded growth inhibition zone for all the bacteria tested ranging from 21±0.31 to 24±1.55 mm. At 5 % MeOH MK crude extract concentration, the fungal mycelia growth of R. solani was inhibited by 92.90 ± 0.31 %. The highest percent of antifeedent activity was observed in 5% MeOH MK extract recorded as 77.37 %± 0.75 for S.litura and 55. 1.06 for H.armigera. The crude extract of MeOH MK at 5 % concentration recorded 17.8 %± 2.2 mortality rate for S. leutira larva and 100 % mortality rate for H. armigra. The MeOH MK extract was effective as antibacterial, antifungal, antifeedent and larval mortality.

This study aims to determine the impact of corporate governance mechanism on the directors' remuneration disclosure level and firm value. Data were collected from annual reports of 200 selected companies listed in Bursa Malaysia from 2013 to 2019. Pooled OLS, longitudinal data and 2SLS was carried out to accomplish the objective. The results show that board independence significantly impact the directors’ remuneration disclosure level while CEO duality and board size are insignificant on the directors’ remuneration disclosure level. Another finding revealed that directors’ remuneration disclosure level and board size were significant in affecting the firm value. It was also found that directors’ remuneration disclosure does not mediated the relationship between board structure and firm value. This finding deserves the attention of the stakeholders, investors, policymakers, and organizations in modelling a high-level disclosure and governance structure in the corporate environment in enhancing firm value.

Sarcopenia is an ageing condition characterised by a progressive and generalised loss of skeletal muscle mass and function. However, sarcopenia is not always related to advanced age in chronic kidney disease (CKD) but rather a consequence of accelerated protein catabolism. This study aimed to identify the prevalence of sarcopenia and its associated risk factors in pre-dialysis CKD patients. This cross-sectional study was conducted among 250 pre-dialysis CKD patients aged 18 years or older who attended the outpatient Renal Clinic in a tertiary hospital between April to November 2019. It was found that 59.2% of pre-dialysis CKD patients had slow gait speed, 52% had low handgrip strength, and 5.2% had low appendicular skeletal muscle mass index. The prevalence of sarcopenia in the studied group based on AWGS criteria was 5.2%, for which CKD stage 3-5 accounts for 0.4%, 0.8%, and 4% of the prevalence, respectively. Body mass index (AOR: 0.39, 95% CI: 0.166-0.912) and Modified Barthel Index score (AOR: 0.64, 95% CI: 0.470-0.884) were significantly associated with sarcopenia.to conclude, sarcopenia is prevalent in advanced-stage CKD and is related to low body mass index and a lack of functional independence. Controlling these two factors may delay sarcopenia progression in CKD patients. Given this, there is an urgent need to develop preventative and therapeutic approaches given the detrimental effects of sarcopenia on significant health outcomes in the CKD population. The effectiveness of dietary and exercise therapies to prevent sarcopenia in CKD should be explored.

The term "big data" refers to an information processing system that combines different conventional data techniques. Big data also includes a large amount of personally identifiable and authenticated data, making privacy a major concern. Various techniques have been developed to provide security and efficient data processing. Machine learning is a form of data technology that deals with one of the most important and least understood aspects of the data collected. Deep learning algorithms, similar to machine learning algorithms, learn programmers automatically from data and are thought to improve the efficiency and security of large data sets. The efficiency of machine learning and deep learning in a sensitive environment was evaluated in this paper, which reviewed security problems in big data. This paper begins by providing an overview of machine learning and deep learning algorithms. The research then moves on to machine learning problems and challenges, as well as potential solutions. The investigation into deep learning principles of big data continues after that. Finally, the report examines approaches used in recent research developments and concludes with recommendations for the future.

Aims To investigate whether the elevation in postprandial concentrations of the gut hormones glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), oxyntomodulin (OXM) and peptide YY (PYY) accounts for the beneficial changes in food preferences, sweet taste function and eating behaviour after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). Materials and methods This was a secondary analysis of a randomized single-blind study in which we infused GLP-1, OXM, PYY (GOP) or 0.9% saline subcutaneously for 4 weeks in 24 subjects with obesity and prediabetes/diabetes, to replicate their peak postprandial concentrations, as measured at 1 month in a matched RYGB cohort (ClinicalTrials.gov NCT01945840). A 4-day food diary and validated eating behaviour questionnaires were completed. Sweet taste detection was measured using the method of constant stimuli. Correct sucrose identification (corrected hit rates) was recorded, and sweet taste detection thresholds (EC50s: half maximum effective concencration values) were derived from concentration curves. The intensity and consummatory reward value of sweet taste were assessed using the generalized Labelled Magnitude Scale. Results Mean daily energy intake was reduced by 27% with GOP but no significant changes in food preferences were observed, whereas a reduction in fat and increase in protein intake were seen post-RYGB. There was no change in corrected hit rates or detection thresholds for sucrose detection following GOP infusion. Additionally, GOP did not alter the intensity or consummatory reward value of sweet taste. A significant reduction in restraint eating, comparable to the RYGB group was observed with GOP. Conclusion The elevation in plasma GOP concentrations after RYGB is unlikely to mediate changes in food preferences and sweet taste function after surgery but may promote restraint eating.

Significance Pulmonary involvement in childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (cSLE), contributes to significant morbidity and mortality. Manifestations include chronic interstitial pneumonitis, pneumonia, pleuritis, alveolar hemorrhage, and shrinking lung syndrome. However, many patients can be asymptomatic from a respiratory standpoint and still have pulmonary function test (PFT) abnormalities. Our aim is to describe PFT abnormalities in patients with cSLE. Methods We completed a retrospective review of 42 patients with cSLE followed at our center. These patients were at least 6 years old (so they could complete PFTs). We collected data from July 2015 to July 2020. Results Out of the 42 patients, 10 (23.8%) had abnormal PFTs. These 10 patients had a mean age at diagnosis of 13 ± 2.9 years. Nine were female. One-fifth (20%) self-identified as Hispanic, 20% as Asian, 10% as Black or African American, and the remaining 50% as “Other.” Of the 10, 3 had restrictive disease only, 3 with diffusion impairment only, and 4 with both restrictive lung disease and diffusion impairment. Patients with restrictive patterns had a mean total lung capacity (TLC) of 72.5 ± 5.8 throughout the study period. The average diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide corrected for hemoglobin (DsbHb) among patients with diffusion limitation during the study period was 64.8 ± 8.3. Conclusions The most common PFT abnormalities seen in patients with cSLE are alterations in diffusing capacity as well as restrictive lung disease.

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most aggressive diseases with a poor 5-year survival rate. PDAC cells rely on various metabolic pathways to fuel their unlimited proliferation and metastasis. Reprogramming glucose, fatty acid, amino acid, and nucleic acid metabolisms contributes to PDAC cell growth. Cancer stem cells are the primary cell types that play a critical role in the progression and aggressiveness of PDAC. Emerging studies indicate that the cancer stem cells in PDAC tumors are heterogeneous and show specific metabolic dependencies. In addition, understanding specific metabolic signatures and factors that regulate these metabolic alterations in the cancer stem cells of PDAC paves the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting CSCs. In this review, we discuss the current understanding of PDAC metabolism by specifically exploring the metabolic dependencies of cancer stem cells. We also review the current knowledge of targeting these metabolic factors that regulate CSC maintenance and PDAC progression.

An ecological vitrimer is being developed using activated carbon pyrochar from municipal mixed plastic waste pyrolysis into an epoxy composite. Durable vitrimeric materials may be created by adding pyrochar to polymeric composites. Due to their ductility, reusability, and recyclability, vitrimeric materials have become popular and reliable materials. As a result, the self-healing temperature of composite vitrimers is lower via disulfide exchanges than that of virgin epoxy vitrimers. Additionally, compressive studies have been used to study self-healing capacities, and modulus variations have been used to highlight changes in the healing efficiency of the materials.

Plants provide an unlimited source of bioactive metabolites that have been utilized in the pharmaceutical industry as a source of diet and medication. Free radicals are known to be the major aspect of oxidative stress that creates damage to the cell. The natural sources of antioxidants which preventing and repairing the damage caused by the free radicals to the cells. Aconitum heterophyllum (Ativisa) belongs to family Ranunculaceae is traditionally utilized externally as well as internally for treating various human diseases such as rheumatic fever, painful joints, gastroenteritis, diarrhoea, oedema, Bronchial asthma. In the present study ethanolic and ethyl acetate extract of the roots of Acontium heterophyllum was investigated for its antioxidant activity and phytochemical composition using GC-MS. GC-MS studies exhibited the existence of 24 phytochemical compounds in ethanol root extract and 31 phytochemical compounds in ethyl acetate root extract. The major phytochemicals detected in ethanolic and ethyl acetate roots extracts of Acontium heterophyllum were Alpha-D-Glucopyranoside beta-D-Fructofuranosyl, Benzophenone semicarbazone, Dodecanoic acid ethyl ester, Ethyl iso-allocholate, l-(+)-Ascorbic acid 2,6 dihexadecanoate, Phytol, Methyl ricinoleate, 13-docosenamide(z), 1,2,4-Triazol-3-amine5-(1,3,5-trimethyl-4-pyrazolyl)amino. The antioxidant potency of ethanol and ethyl acetate root extracts of Acontium heterophyllum on DPPH (23.05% and 21.05 %) and NO radicals (48.58% and 46.70%) at the highest concentration (500 μg/ml) compared to standard ascorbic acid. These findings suggest Acontium heterophyllum could be used as an alternative source for the investigation of new antioxidant agents.

Introduction and Aim: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a huge economic burden and impacted physical and mental health of the people. The young medical graduates are facing a lot of disappointments with regard to career, higher studies, personal life etc. The current research aims to assess the various stressors and their coping strategies among the young medical graduates during the COVID-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted in the Department of General Medicine at a tertiary care teaching hospital in South India. Undergraduate medical students of 228 in number of both genders who completed their residency training just before and during the COVID-19 pandemic were enrolled in the study. The data was collected through a preformed questionnaire. Ethics clearance was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee. Informed consent was obtained. Statistical analysis was done by SPSS software version 18.0. P value < 0.05 was considered statically significant. Results: The mean scores obtained in PSS-10 were found to be higher among males than females. Around 79.4% showed moderate stress while 20.6% showed high stress (P=0.001). Males showed more stress compared to females in general as well as academic stressors. Male doctors and female doctors had differing stress coping skills. Conclusion: The study highlighted the vulnerable state of mind of the young medical doctors. The best way to overcome stress is by providing adequate resources, training to cope stress and ambient conditions for study and work, social support and relaxation techniques at both individual and organisational levels to help them to achieve a reasonable work-family interface.

Background: MRI is radiation free modality and has ability to understand the soft tissue, anatomy and musculoskeletal system pathologies. MRI has the advantage of demonstrating the cartilages, bones, soft tissue in detail. Objectives of current study were evaluation of ligaments and meniscal injuries using magnetic resonance imaging, to study the pattern and spectrum of knee injuries in relation to mechanism of injury and to correlate MRI findings with that of arthroscopic findings. Methods: All the MRI studies were done using a 1.5T MRI scanner (Siemens Magnetom) in our department, department of radiodiagnosis, ACS medical college, Chennai. Patient taken up for arthroscopy and the arthroscopic findings were collected. The data of MRI collected was compared with arthroscopy findings. Results: On correlation of the overall findings the sensitivity of MRI versus arthroscopy was 90.62% Specificity was 84.55% positive predictive value was 92.06%, negative predictive value was 80.00% Between them with a kappa 0.059 Conclusions: MRI of knee is considered efficacious especially in the setting of indeterminate clinical finding and can stratify patients, thereby increasing the diagnostic confidence of the clinicians leading to appropriate surgical planning and management.

An evolving understanding of the carious process, along with new research in adhesive restorative materials, has led to a more conservative, minimally invasive and biologically-based approach to managing dental carious lesions. The growing volume of literature has also demonstrated prognostic success in the selective caries excavation technique, subsequently preventing excessive tooth structure removal and injury to the dentine-pulp complex, which maintains pulp vitality and improves the long-term prognosis of the tooth. However, at present, there remains a limited volume of high-quality evidence to support selective caries removal, which subsequently could partly explain some resistance to its use in clinical practice. This clinical technique guide aims to demonstrate the management of carious lesions of moderate-to-deep depth in permanent teeth based on current minimally invasive dental literature.

Heart failure (HF) is a huge global public health task due to morbidity, mortality, disturbed quality of life, and major economic burden. It is an area of active research and newer treatment strategies are evolving. Recently angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI), a class of drugs (the first agent in this class, Sacubitril–Valsartan), reduces cardiovascular mortality and morbidity in chronic HF patients with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Positive therapeutic effects have led to a decrease in cardiovascular mortality and HF hospitalizations (HFH), with a favorable safety profile, and have been documented in several clinical studies with an unquestionable survival benefit with ARNI, Sacubitril–Valsartan. This consensus statement of the Indian group of experts in cardiology, nephrology, and diabetes provides a comprehensive review of the power and promise of ARNI in HF management and an evidence-based appraisal of the use of ARNI as an essential treatment strategy for HF patients in clinical practice. Consensus in this review favors an early utility of Sacubitril–Valsartan in patients with HF with reduced EF (HFrEF), regardless of the previous therapy being given. A lower rate of hospitalizations for HF with Sacubitril–Valsartan in HF patients with preserved EF who are phenotypically heterogeneous suggests possible benefits of ARNI in patients having 40–50% of LVEF, frequent subtle systolic dysfunction, and higher hospitalization risk

Background: Prehabilitation programmes aim to optimise patients before and after cancer treatment including surgery. Previous studies in surgical patients demonstrate that prehabilitation improves pre-operative fitness and overcomes the negative impact of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on fitness. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of prehabilitation on the tolerance of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with oesophageal cancer. Methods: Patients with oesophageal or gastroesophageal junction (GOJ) cancer from two oncology centres were retrospectively included in the present comparative cohort study; one provided a multimodal prehabilitation programme and one did not offer any prehabilitation. Tolerance of chemotherapy, defined as completion of the full chemotherapy regime as per protocol, was compared between the two groups. Results: In terms of participants, 92 patients were included in this study, 47 patients in the prehabilitation cohort and 45 in the control cohort. Compared with the control group, the prehabilitation group demonstrated an improved rate of chemotherapy completion (p = 0.029). In multivariate analysis, participation in prehabilitation was significantly associated with an improved rate of chemotherapy completion. Conclusion: The findings of this exploratory study suggest that prehabilitation is associated with better tolerance for chemotherapy. Further research is needed to establish the long-term impact of prehabilitation on oncological outcomes.

Pediatric chronic osteomyelitis is a rare, debilitating condition lacking management guidelines. In a national survey of 162 pediatric infectious disease physicians through the Emerging Infections Network, tremendous variability in diagnostic approaches and management was noted, highlighting a need for a prospective study to better define the spectrum of pathogens and disease.

The continuing increase of interest in Component-based Software Engineering (CBSE) signifies the emergence of a new development trend within the software industry. CBSE deals with the usage of reusable software components to provide complex integrated solutions at shorter development time and minimum cost. This engineering approach emphasizes the identification, selection, evaluation, procurement, integration, and evolution of reusable components for constructing complex and large-scale software solutions. Component-based development approach has a great potential for significantly reducing the cost and time to market of large-scale and complex software systems, improving system maintainability and flexibility. However the usage of components imposes some problems in the development process. Especially, the complexity of the integration process is increased due to the black box nature of the products. Integration is further influenced by problems due to architectural mismatches, component incompatibility etc. Apart from these general static integration problems, necessity for intelligent services and context aware computing paves way for the dynamic integration of components. Patterns have promising benefits in solving software design problems and their benefits have been realized in the design of component integration also. Patterns exist in different levels. Architectural patterns provide the overall structure of a system; design patterns deal with localized design choices; Idioms define patterns of usage within a particular language. Design patterns express proven techniques making it possible to reuse successful designs and provide a common vocabulary to share design descriptions. Architectural patterns cover a wider realm, specifying system-wide structural properties for an application, and impacting on subsystem architecture. This report presents the study of literature related to patterns and its application in the design of component-based systems. An Architectural pattern has been proposed in this report, for the design of a component-based system that dynamically integrates components. The dynamism is achieved using a service model.

Background: The ISCHEMIA trial (International Study of Comparative Health Effectiveness With Medical and Invasive Approaches) compared an initial invasive versus an initial conservative management strategy for patients with chronic coronary disease and moderate or severe ischemia, with no major difference in most outcomes during a median of 3.2 years. Extended follow-up for mortality is ongoing. Methods: ISCHEMIA participants were randomized to an initial invasive strategy added to guideline-directed medical therapy or a conservative strategy. Patients with moderate or severe ischemia, ejection fraction ≥35%, and no recent acute coronary syndromes were included. Those with an unacceptable level of angina were excluded. Extended follow-up for vital status is being conducted by sites or through central death index search. Data obtained through December 2021 are included in this interim report. We analyzed all-cause, cardiovascular, and noncardiovascular mortality by randomized strategy, using nonparametric cumulative incidence estimators, Cox regression models, and Bayesian methods. Undetermined deaths were classified as cardiovascular as prespecified in the trial protocol. Results: Baseline characteristics for 5179 original ISCHEMIA trial participants included median age 65 years, 23% women, 16% Hispanic, 4% Black, 42% with diabetes, and median ejection fraction 0.60. A total of 557 deaths accrued during a median follow-up of 5.7 years, with 268 of these added in the extended follow-up phase. This included a total of 343 cardiovascular deaths, 192 noncardiovascular deaths, and 22 unclassified deaths. All-cause mortality was not different between randomized treatment groups (7-year rate, 12.7% in invasive strategy, 13.4% in conservative strategy; adjusted hazard ratio, 1.00 [95% CI, 0.85–1.18]). There was a lower 7-year rate cardiovascular mortality (6.4% versus 8.6%; adjusted hazard ratio, 0.78 [95% CI, 0.63–0.96]) with an initial invasive strategy but a higher 7-year rate of noncardiovascular mortality (5.6% versus 4.4%; adjusted hazard ratio, 1.44 [95% CI, 1.08–1.91]) compared with the conservative strategy. No heterogeneity of treatment effect was evident in prespecified subgroups, including multivessel coronary disease. Conclusions: There was no difference in all-cause mortality with an initial invasive strategy compared with an initial conservative strategy, but there was lower risk of cardiovascular mortality and higher risk of noncardiovascular mortality with an initial invasive strategy during a median follow-up of 5.7 years. To investigate the dematiaceous fungal profile of patients with ocular mycoses attending a tertiary eye care hospital in Coimbatore, India METHODS: The identification of dematiaceous fungus based on their morphology, their genotypes, and the measurement of the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) using microdilution method of routinely used antifungal drugs were all compared.A total of 148 dematiaceous fungi were isolated during a study period of 27 months. Isolates were confirmed as Curvularia spp. (n = 98), Exserohilum spp. (n = 32), Alternaria spp. (n = 14), Exophiala spp. (n = 2), Cladosporium sp. (n = 1) and Aureobasidium sp. (n = 1). Out of 50 well grown isolates characterized genotypically based on the amplification and sequencing of the ITS region of the ribosomal RNA gene cluster and subsequent BLAST analysis, Curvularia lunata (n = 24), C. aeria (n = 1), C. spicifera (n = 8), C. hawaiiensis (n = 1), C. maydis (n = 2), C. papendorfii (n = 2), C. geniculata (n = 3), C. tetramera (n = 2) and Exs. rostratum (n = 7) were identified. In vitro antifungal susceptibilities of the most tested dematiaceous isolates showed that voriconazole had a MICVoriconazole proved to be the most effective drug against the pigmented filamentous fungi, followed by amphotericin B, itraconazole and econazole.

Analytical investigations on the static and dynamic behaviour of light weight structural sandwich panels, which are widely employed in maritime, aircraft, transport, and mechanical/civil engineering applications, are provided. These light, thin-walled structures can vibrate ferociously and are sensitive to even the smallest disturbances. So, the main goal of this work is to improve sandwich panels' static and dynamic behaviour by investigating various face sheets and core materials. Studies on carbon-based polymer nanocomposite are currently generating more interest because to its favourable thermal, electric, magnetic, and structural characteristics. In this study, functionally graded carbon nanotube reinforced polymer composite faces with a 3D graphene foam core and functionally graded carbon nanotube reinforced polymer composite faces were all used to make the sandwich panels. Also, the thermal stresses created in this structure when these panels are exposed to a thermal environment have a significant impact on the dynamic behaviour. Hence, the honeycomb core and polymer composite sandwich panels with reinforced FG-CNT face sheets are examined in various thermal environments. We use variation in weather to study the long-term effects of activism during the original Earth Day on attitudes, environmental outcomes, and children’s health. Unusually bad weather on April 22, 1970 is associated with weaker support for the environment 10 to 20 years later, particularly among those who were school aged in 1970. Bad weather on Earth Day is also associated with higher levels of carbon monoxide in the air and greater risk of congenital abnormalities in infants born in the following decades. These results identify benefits to volunteer activity that would be impossible to identify until years after the volunteering occurs. (JEL D64, D91, Q51, Q53, Q54)
