Power Internet of Things (IoT) is an important support for digital innovation service of power energy internet, covering all aspects of power system. Power IoT security defense system may have customer data information leakage during transmission because of the use of traditional means of isolation. This paper proposes a reliable transmission and application security architecture for power smart IoT based on energy interconnection, aiming to solve the reliable transmission and security authentication problems existing in power systems. The paper first analyzes the security risk of the grid wise IoT system, proposes an effective power IoT security transmission scheme, and evaluates the safe and reliable transmission of the grid wise IoT system. Then designed a safe and reliable transmission of the grid smart IoT system, to deal with the traditional power network transmission security and communication security problems. The final application is in the construction of the security transmission platform of the wisdom park of Shanxi Electric Power Company, which provides the corresponding security protection capability in the power IoT through the situational awareness security measures of each layer, and realizes the reliable transmission and security application of the source network load storage and other links in the power IoT environment.

There are problems that standard square convolution kernel has insufficient representation ability and recurrent neural network usually ignores the importance of different elements within an input vector in sound event localization and detection. This paper proposes an element-wise attention gate-asymmetric convolutional recurrent neural network (EleAttG-ACRNN), to improve the performance of sound event localization and detection. First, a convolutional neural network with context gating and asymmetric squeeze excitation residual is constructed, where asymmetric convolution enhances the capability of the square convolution kernel; squeeze excitation can improve the interdependence between channels; context gating can weight the important features and suppress the irrelevant features. Next, in order to improve the expressiveness of the model, we integrate the element-wise attention gate into the bidirectional gated recurrent network, which is to highlight the importance of different elements within an input vector, and further learn the temporal context information. Evaluation results using the TAU Spatial Sound Events 2019-Ambisonic dataset show the effectiveness of the proposed method, and it improves SELD performance up to 0.05 in error rate, 1.7% in F-score, 0.7° in DOA error, and 4.5% in Frame recall compared to a CRNN method.

Third-party eavesdropping is a unsolved problem in the process of data transmission in the physical layer of IoT (Internet of Things) in Power Systems. The security encryption effect is affected by channel noise and the half-duplex nature of the wireless channel, which leads to low key consistency and key generation rate. To address this problem, a reliable solution for physical layer communication security is proposed in this paper. First, the solution improved the key consistency by dynamically adjusting the length of the training sequence during feature extraction; Second, using an iterative quantization method to quantify the RSS (Received Signal Strength) measurements to improve generation rate of the key. Finally, based on the short-time energy method for the extraction of wireless frame interval features, by monitoring the change of inter-frame interval features, we can quickly determine whether there is an eavesdropping device into the link. Simulation results show that the reciprocity of legitimate channels R (R will be explained in detail in the following) is improved by 0.1, the key generation rate is increased by about 70%, and the beacon frames are extracted from the wireless link with good results compared to the methods that do not use dynamic adjustment of the pilot signal during the channel probing phase. The result shows that this method can effectively prevents third-party eavesdropping, effectively improves the key consistency and generation rate, and effectively implements beacon frame detection.

In order to study the standard security access authentication mechanism of intelligent sensing terminals of massive power Internet of Things, In order to study the standard secure access authentication mechanism of intelligent sensing terminal of massive power Internet of Things, a new privacy protection method widely used in block chain is proposed to prove identity. The traditional power IoT cloud-side interaction security access MQTT protocol still has a lot of room for adaptation and optimization. First, the proposed non-interactive zero-knowledge proof identity authentication method reduces the time of traditional standard secure access authentication process; Second, it reduced the computing resources consumed in a large number of intelligent sensors access authentication. The comparison results show that, the access authentication time of this method is 30%∼50% less than that of the traditional secure access authentication process. The computing resources consumed during authentication are reduced by 20% to 30% compared with traditional security and secrecy mechanisms.

BACKGROUND: The clinical manifestations of myofascial pelvic pain (MFPP) are mainly acute or chronic muscle pain at one or more trigger points in the pelvic cavity or pelvic floor. OBJECTIVE: This study aims to explore the predictive value of pelvic floor myoelectric parameters with respect to MFPP and the effect of its clinical treatment. METHODS: Two hundred and one women followed up in the Wenzhou People’s Hospital 6–12 weeks postpartum between July 2020 and July 2021. They were divided into an MFPP group (n= 90) and a non-MFPP group (n= 102), but 9 MFPP patients without a pelvic floor electromyography evaluation were not included. The general demographic data and pelvic floor electromyography evaluation parameters of the two groups were compared; the related factors of postpartum women suffering from MFPP were analyzed, and a nomogram model of the postpartum risk of suffering from MFPP was established. The 99 patients with postpartum MFPP were divided into a treatment group (n= 10) and a control group (n= 89). The difference in visual analog scale scores between the two groups initially and after three months of treatment was compared to evaluate the effective remission rate of postpartum MFPP after treatment. RESULTS: A significant difference was observed in the relaxation time at the rapid contraction stage (z= 4.369, p< 0.05) and the tension contraction stage (z= 135.645, p< 0.01) between the MFPP group and the non-MFPP group. The nomogram model for predicting postpartum MFPP was established with nine variables as potential predictors. The calibration chart and C index of 0.68 (95% CI: 0.65–0.71) proved that the model had a certain degree of discrimination. The clinical decision-making curve showed that the model could increase the net benefit rate of patients. The pain relief rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p< 0.01). CONCLUSION: There is a significant correlation between postpartum MFPP and relaxation time at rapid contraction stage and tension contraction stage. The risk prediction nomogram model of postpartum MFPP established with nine potential predictors has a certain prediction capability, and clinical treatment can effectively relieve MFPP in postpartum patients.

Feature selection has been shown to be a highly valuable strategy in data mining, pattern recognition, and machine learning. However, the majority of proposed feature selection methods do not account for feature interaction while calculating feature correlations. Interactive features are those features that have less individual relevance with the class, but can provide more joint information for the class when combined with other features. Inspired by it, a novel feature selection algorithm considering feature relevance, redundancy, and interaction in neighborhood rough set is proposed. First of all, a new method of information measurement called neighborhood symmetric uncertainty is proposed, to measure what proportion data a feature contains regarding category label. Afterwards, a new objective evaluation function of the interactive selection is developed. Then a novel feature selection algorithm named (NSUNCMI) based on measuring feature correlation, redundancy and interactivity is proposed. The results on the nine universe datasets and five representative feature selection algorithms indicate that NSUNCMI reduces the dimensionality of feature space efficiently and offers the best average classification accuracy.

Aims: We investigated the neuroprotective effects of Akkermansia muciniphila through the ‘gut–brain’ axis. Methods: Human colon cancer (Caco-2) cells treated with A. muciniphila metabolites were used to create the conditioned medium from Caco-2 cells treated with A. muciniphila metabolites (AC medium) medium, then treated human microglial clone 3 (HMC3) cells to simulate the gut–brain axis in vitro. Bioinformatics analyses were performed to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which the AC medium affected HMC3 cells. Results: The secretion of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 (0.37 ± 0.80-fold) and IL-17A (0.05 ± 0.18-fold) by HMC3 cells was inhibited by the AC medium. Differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in immune-related signaling pathways, such as the cAMP and TGF-β signaling pathways. Conclusion: A. muciniphila might be a source of therapeutic approaches to alleviate microglia-mediated neuroinflammatory diseases.

To simulate the weaving process effectively and evaluate the load-bearing performance of sized warp yarn based on the tensile and friction loads of warp in weaving, a weaving load simulation tester of sized warp yarn (SWL) named JN-01 was designed and developed in this paper. It realized the simulation of warp tension, opening tensile load, and abrasion load, respectively. In addition, the SWL included three auxiliary function modules, that is, take-up and let-off, yarn breaking automatic stop, and human–computer interaction interface. The load-bearing life of sized warp yarn was measured by the number of load cycles when the yarn broke. Taking pure cotton sized warp yarn of 14.5 tex as the test sample, the effects of adjustable parameters of the SWL, such as working frequency, opening stroke, yarn tension, reed swing angle, and winding speed, on the load-bearing performance of sized warp yarn were systematically studied. Aiming at the stability of the test results of load-bearing life, the parameters of the SWL were optimized by the analysis of response surface methodology. The optimization results showed that: when the parameters were maintained at the following level, that is, working frequency of 180 rpm, winding speed of 3 mm/min, opening stroke of 32 mm, reed swing angle of 12° and yarn tension of 1.7 cN/tex, the relative deviation between the predicted value and the theoretical value of load-bearing life CV was 0.85%. The results also indicated that the optimized instrument parameters had good reproducibility.

Microphthalmia transcription factor (MITF) regulates melanocyte development and is the "lineage-specific survival" oncogene of melanoma. MITF is essential for melanoma initiation, progression, and relapse and has been considered an important therapeutic target; however, direct inhibition of MITF through small molecules is considered impossible, due to the absence of a ligand-binding pocket for drug design. Here, our structural analyses show that the structure of MITF is hyperdynamic because of its out-of-register leucine zipper with a 3-residue insertion. The dynamic MITF is highly vulnerable to dimer-disrupting mutations, as we observed that MITF loss-of-function mutations in human Waardenburg syndrome type 2 A are frequently located on the dimer interface and disrupt the dimer forming ability accordingly. These observations suggest a unique opportunity to inhibit MITF with small molecules capable of disrupting the MITF dimer. From a high throughput screening against 654,650 compounds, we discovered compound TT-012, which specifically binds to dynamic MITF and destroys the latter's dimer formation and DNA-binding ability. Using chromatin immunoprecipitation assay and RNA sequencing, we showed that TT-012 inhibits the transcriptional activity of MITF in B16F10 melanoma cells. In addition, TT-012 inhibits the growth of high-MITF melanoma cells, and inhibits the tumor growth and metastasis with tolerable toxicity to liver and immune cells in animal models. Together, this study demonstrates a unique hyperdynamic dimer interface in melanoma oncoprotein MITF, and reveals a novel approach to therapeutically suppress MITF activity.

It has been shown that the functional dependency of the brain exists in both direct and indirect regional relationships. Therefore, it is necessary to map higher-order coupling in brain structure and function to understand brain dynamic. However, how to quantify connections between not directly regions remains unknown to schizophrenia. The word2vec is a common algorithm through create embeddings of words to solve these problems. We apply the node2vec embedding representation to characterize features on each node, their pairwise relationship can give rise to correspondence relationships between brain regions. Then we adopt pearson correlation to quantify the higher-order coupling between structure and function in normal controls and schizophrenia. In addition, we construct direct and indirect connections to quantify the coupling between their respective functional connections. The results showed that higher-order coupling is significantly higher in schizophrenia. Importantly, the anomalous cause of coupling mainly focus on indirect structural connections. The indirect structural connections play an essential role in functional connectivity–structural connectivity (SC–FC) coupling. The similarity between embedded representations capture more subtle network underlying information, our research provides new perspectives for understanding SC–FC coupling. A strong indication that the structural backbone of the brain has an intimate influence on the resting-state functional.

Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery is critical for rapid rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Traditional Chinese medicine offers considerable advantages for gastrointestinal disease treatment. However, no study has reported the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle therapy (INT) at the Yuan-source, Luo-connecting, and He-sea points of the corresponding meridian for gastrointestinal function in patients following surgery for gastrointestinal tumors.To investigate the effect of INT at combined acupoints on patients' gastrointestinal function following surgery for gastrointestinal tumors.This randomized controlled trial was conducted at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University on patients with diagnosed gastrointestinal cancer, no distant metastases or organ failure, and hospitalized for elective radical tumor resection, who did not receive preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Participants were randomly allocated to either the intervention (The participants' ages ranged from 40 to 80 years (average 63 ± 10.1 years). Most participants underwent surgery for either gastric (43.8%) or colon cancer (39.1%) and had adenocarcinoma (87.5%). Significant differences were noted in time to first postoperative flatus passage (66 ± 27 hINT at the Yuan-source, Luo-connecting, and He-sea points can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function and ease gastrointestinal symptoms in patients following surgical resection of gastrointestinal tumors.

Laser three-dimensional (3D) printing has become a significant technique to fabricate high-performance Al2O3-based eutectic ceramics based on melt growth. However, oxygen vacancies are inevitable crystal defects during this process, and their formation mechanism and roles in the as-deposited ceramics are still unclear. In this paper, Al2O3/GdAlO3/ZrO2 ternary eutectic ceramics were prepared by laser 3D printing, and the formation mechanism of the oxygen vacancies was revealed by conducting a well-designed annealing experiment. In addition, the effects of the oxygen vacancies on the structure and mechanical property of the as-solidified eutectic ceramic were investigated. The formation of oxygen vacancies is revealed to be a result of the transfer of oxygen atoms from the oxide ceramic to the oxygen-deficient atmosphere by means of vacancy migration mechanism. Besides, the presence of oxygen vacancies has no obvious effects on crystalline structure and microstructure of the additively manufactured eutectic ceramic. However, the chemical bond property changes to some extent due to the formation of these crystal defects, which may affect the mechanical property of the as-deposited eutectic ceramic. It is found that the hardness decreases by 3.9%, and the fracture toughness increases by 13.3% after removing the oxygen vacancies. The results may provide a potential strategy to regulate the mechanical property of the oxide ceramic materials.

To discuss the biological mechanism of lncRNA PVT1 on regulating BMSC and prompting the HPV growth through miR-266. The correlation between presentation of lncRNA PVT1 and HPV was analyzed. The HPV cells were transfected with lncRNA PVT1. The transfection efficiency was tested. These cells were detected through CCK8 test. The action of lncRNA PVT1 on the HPV cells’ cycle and apoptotic rate was tested with FCM. The correlation between lncRNA PVT1 and miR-266 was analyzed through Pearson correlation analysis. The presentation of mRNA was tested by RT-PCR. The presentation level of miR-266 in BMSC and HPV cells was analyzed through PCR. The presentation of lncRNA PVT1 in HPV tissue and cell was increased notably. The apoptotic rate was increased and proliferative rate was reduced through the transfection with lncRNA PVT1. The miR-266 was one kind of gene with differential presentation. It was reduced notably in HPV cells. There was negative correlation between lncRNA PVT1 and miR-266. The proliferation of HPV cells was related closely with the increasing of the presentation of lncRNA PVT1. The gene presentation could be affected through the targeted interaction with miR-266. It was conducive to BMSC growing into HPV. It could provide target spot for the prevention and control for HPV.

Stem cell treatment is vital for recovery from traumatic brain injury (TBI). However, severe TBI usually leads to excessive inflammation and neuroinhibitory factors in the injured brain, resulting in poor neural cell survival and uncontrolled formation of glial scars. In this study, a bioorthogonal microenvironment was constructed on biodegradable poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) microcarriers through immobilization of mussel-inspired bioorthogonal 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine-containing recombinant nerve growth factor (DOPA-NGF) and human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUMSCs) for minimally invasive therapy of TBI. Cell culture and RNA-seq analysis revealed enhanced extracellular matrix (ECM) secretion and viability of hUMSCs on PLGA microcarriers compared to 2D culture. Immobilized DOPA-NGF further promoted adhesion, proliferation, and gene expression in RSC96 neurotrophic cells and hUMSCs. Specifically, the neurotrophin receptor of NT-3 (NTRK3) in hUMSCs was activated by DOPA-NGF, leading to MYC transcription and paracrine enhancement to build an adjustable biomimetic microenvironment. After transplantation of microunits in animal models, the motor and learning-memory ability of TBI mice were improved through rollbacks of overactivated inflammatory reaction regulation, neuronal death, and glial scar formation after injury. This was attributed to the paracrine enhancement of hUMSCs activated by the DOPA-NGF. Our study provides a neural regenerative microenvironment-based therapeutic strategy to advance the effects of transplanted hUMSCs in cell-based regenerative medicine for TBI therapy. STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: Extensive studies have demonstrated the importance of the microenvironment for posttraumatic brain injury recovery. However, an efficient method that can mimic the neural regenerative microenvironment to strengthen stem cell therapy and brain injury recovery is still absent. In this study, the minimally invasive transplantation of DOPA-NGF immobilized biodegradable microcarriers with mesenchymal stem cells was found to be an effective method for regeneration of injured brain. Moreover, transcriptome analysis revealed that neurotrophin receptor of NT-3 (NTRK3) was activated by DOPA-NGF for MYC transcription and paracrine enhancement to build a kind of adjustable biomimetic microenvironment for brain injury therapy. This study provides a neural regenerative microenvironment-based therapeutic strategy to advance the transplanted hUMSCs in cell-based regenerative medicine for neural recovery.
